Club Evolution

If you don’t speak Spanish, I don’t recommend this place. When you enter, you have to pay $10 fee per person, cash only. Also cash only for everything when you order drinks. A waiter told my friend the Long Island drink is $16 per drink. But another told him it’s $12 per drink. Clearly, was trying to take advantage of my friend since he doesn’t speak Spanish. Also, the Long Island drink didn’t have much alcohol taste. We had to tell them to add more alcohol, but they misinterpreted and thought we wanted more drinks. So we ended up paying for 3 more drinks. It still tasted the same, which was a soda Coca Cola taste. My friend had to repeatedly tell them to add alcohol because there wasn’t any in the drink. They have live Spanish music (only) and a large crowd listening and enjoying themselves, but if you aren’t a Spanish speaker, you most likely won’t enjoy it as much.

I went there, and the security guard didnt let me in....I dont know why....Women not allowed by themselves?

This location is for entertainment for people over 21 years of age, it is very entertaining dance a drinks bar located in a very busy area of bars restaurants and good food .

Cash only but no ATM. Don’t waste your time on this place.

I was already, at first.But if you’re a guy, BE CAREFUL on the female employees sweet talking you and trying to convince you to buy them drinks. For us, it’s a fair price, But if you buy one for any one of them, it’s $20. And next thing you know, they’ll be asking for more and more. I struggled to say no, but they sweet talked me to do it.

2023. Avoid the shot bottle and ice bucket. They let u sip off a shot that tastes like its been dipped in a rubber condom and still expect a tip, Other than that rude experience, the music is good. 6 bucks for beers, Plenty of girls, shoot your shot and itll get fun.

Honestly pretty disappointed this place advertises itself as a gay bar. It most definitely is not. I didn’t really feel welcome, and when I asked for a margarita the bar tender didn’t understand what I was asking for and I had to tell them how to make it in broken Spanish. Seems like an ok place to go dance, just annoyed it’s advertised as a gay bar when it’s not at all.

Walked into this Bar on Saturday night. I was greeted by a friendly security guy and friendly staff as I ordered my first drink. The music was great and the atmosphere was very friendly. I had a Awesome Time! Take a friend or go it alone. Have fun 👍🏽

This place is absolutely amazing. Ive been coming here for 2 years going on 3 and I never have a problem with the security, or the bartenders. Glen, Manny, Ruben and Pauly and Victoria Chase always make me feel at home and feel so welcomed all the time with smiles on their faces and a warm hug. I love coming to Club Evolution.

Great empanadas. Its always chefs choice but they wont disappoint. Beer is bottles only, no draft. The staff seem to care about patrons having an enjoyable experience. Theyd crush it with live music.

The encounter at Club Evolution was a complete disaster. There was no way to enjoy any conversation because the music was so agonizingly loud. The general environment was disorderly and chaotic. Save yourself the trouble and stay as far away as possible from Club Evolution.

Been coming here since I turned 23, became friendly with a lot of the DJs and staff. I enjoy coming out to dance and have a good time. Plus, here theres room to dance... Thanks Eddie for giving me a place to come and feel like Im amongst family.

Usually like the music here... not a bad place although theyre like the only gay club in the area that charges entrance which I think is kind of a turn off. Its not such a large place, and theres nothing different about it compared to other bars: Music Box, Friends Tavern, Hombres, etc.

I ordered 2 drinks and one hukkah refills from a Hispanic friend. They changed me a hukkah also the refill. That doesn’t make sense. Also a shady guy full white dress gave me free drinks. This was my first ever bar experience. I won’t recommend non Spanish speaking people. They only take money that’s irrelevant now days. Be careful non Spanish speakers. Vomiting brown tar Long Island drink. I also had burping when I was drinking. Most probably selling fake drink mix. I’m adding a photo as well. Worst experience I ever had.

Not so many people around anytime, service is good, but too many hookers around which makes you uncomfortable

This is the worse gay club in Jackson Heights . And the worse - you have to pay $10! Impolite staff, bad DJ, and the bartender actung like the owners! I hate it! If you have to charge people at thrash give them a good reason to do so. Friends and true colors way better when it comes to amusement, friendship and warmness . Shame in you! $10 spent with garbage!!?

I love this place. Though this is not a resturant, I have served my famed gluten-free, Sugar-Free and dairy free Papi Tembleque on the stage of this super hot dance club. The best in Jackson Heights. I have delighted in many a tasty morsel at this fabulous club as well, If you know what I mean! Eddie Valentin, the owner, is a Puerto Rican muñeco!

I was charged $10 for a cover and no one was inside. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Chose to leave a go to a another Jackson Heights gay club, NO cover and was packed, better experience there overall.

This is a straight place now. And they got rid of the dance floor. No room to dance just tables and hookah everywhere.

Everything on this page is a lie. This place is mad small yes the bartenders are hot but its way too small. It says 3 floors online ND its more like half a floor thats it!

My local watering hole. Crowd varies depending on the day, usually locals during the week. Im rarely here after 11pm, but enjoy karaoke on Friday nights.

The door sitting is nice but the music is way too loud. You can hardly have a conversation while enjoying a drink.

I left my card in the bar open tap i spent 200 dolar w my coworkers and we went outside to smoke and because my friend was drunk they kick me out like a dog .i am really disappointed of this pls .after spend 200 hundred dollar there .they can not judge no want if u are sober or drunk when u spend that money ...i am never coming back

Not a bad bar, cute with great music, but definately not a gay bar like it advertises.

I got the impression they did not want to serve Caucasians. Bartender ignored me. She was way to busy chatting with friends at the other end of the bar.

Ive been a couple of times but Im not going back, the prices are very high and the place is small, its impossible to dance there, small bottles cost $80, the place is very uncomfortable and the worst thing is if you finish your bottle or beer, they threaten with taking away the table. The only thing worth it is the music, honestly it is more of a place for men, because most of the women there are dancers. The securitys are very annoying and bitter people.

We have gone very frequently and the girls are mostly very friendly. But it is true that the waitresses when you go to the bathroom or when you are dancing come and change your bottle for an empty one or pour it into the bucket. So that you spend more money. I am a visitor, the worst place in New York, the security is very bad and they dont know how to treat the costumer. I dont recommend it for anything in the world. The place is bad and the service is terrible.

We were really disappointed with the place in general. We arrived motivated by memories of the past, but we left tired and disillusioned. We were 3 people, we sat at a table with high chairs very close to the DJ, we each ordered a drink of Jack Daniels with Amaretto, they brought us the most ordinary whiskey they could find with the glass full of ice and they charged us $18 p/p. The old-fashioned music, with the volume so high that we couldnt hear each other and with mixes that were plausible to an inexperienced person. The atmosphere was heavy, also due to the music; The midnight show began and although the protagonists were worthy of admiration (except the woman), they did not move enough and the movements were improvised, without any type of rhythm. I like the atmosphere... But yesterday I went and when I entered the security didnt want to let me in because he told me he had never seen me there... he said it was a gay club, when I said Im gay, he changed of opinion he said it was a private party... Terrible place, the stupid bartender in the first area was upset by anything, we arrived from DC and other friends from Virginia and the very idiot sent them out because he thought that my friend had thrown his card at him when paying for the drinks. The worst gay club in Queens they charged me $7 for admission on Monday and it was empty and they have a 25 dollar minimum to use the card. And on top of that the manager was drunk and bothering the customers. There are never better places than here.
