The zen den spa retreat, LLC

I moved to Jacksonville a few years ago, and had been looking for a massage therapist. The Zen Den was recommended to me, so I decided to try it out. I went there for the first time a few weeks ago and was instantly impressed.Originally, I booked one appointment with Ashley, the owner. After receiving such a great treatment, I decided to get the 12 package deal. You can rest assured that she knows what shes doing, I saw a lot of certifications for various techniques and treatments.The environment is calm and relaxing and they offer many treatments. I plan to try some of the others, Im sure they are all as good as the massage I received. I highly recommend Ashley and The Zen Den.

Absolutely AMAZING experience with Ashley. Shes not only very professional... but the Zen Den was such a relaxing and intimate setting. She made me feel comfortable while also educating me on what kind of massage was best for me. Her expertise in massage therapy helped relieve muscle aches and sciatic nerve pain. I will be returning and purchasing some of her gift cards to family and friends. 10/10 would recommend!

Ashley was so kind to work me as a very last minute appointment. I had been nursing back spasms all week from throwing out my back. I got a sports massage which was exactly what I needed. She did an incredible job working out the exact areas of extreme tightness and stretched me along the way. Im pretty picky on massage therapists because I need a super deep pressure. This was perfect!

I got a 90-minute Deep Tissue massage with Ashley and it was so good! She used the perfect pressure to un-knot that difficult spot in my upper back. My favorite part of all as an introvert going into a massage for the purpose of relaxing — no forced conversation! Thank you Ashley!

Ms.Ashely is very sweet . The atmosphere was absolutely amazing and welcoming. I did enjoy both of my swedish massage. Ashley was absolutely amazing , she do takes pride in her work I will be back .

Ashley did a great job for my massage. She didnt have to continually ask if it was OK, as she paid attention to the way my body responded - always the right pressure.

Ashley was great! I have lupus and have been suffering for weeks now she listened to my areas of concern and made sure she hit every spot .. definitely will be rebooking at least once a month.. best 90mins ever!!

This was a truly worth wild experience. Ashley displayed a stellar level of professionalism, and exhibited a plethora of knowledge about the physical and nutritional needs of an athlete. She was punctual and polite. Her unprecedented level of cleanliness, and willingness to accommodate the demands needed to properly perform an extreme deep tissue massage, cupping procedure along with muscle fascia stretching are only but a few reasons as to why I strongly recommend that booking an appointment with Zen Den Spa Retreat should be a reoccurring part of everyones mental and physical health routine.

You won’t be disappointed! Does such a good job at what she does! Massage had me feeling like a new person. I even fell asleep! My body felt so refresh afterwards.
