I just went to Abby Road(in Jacksonville) for the first time, and I had a GREAT experience!! For absolutely no reason, I was nervous to go inside, but Amanda was AMAZING—kind, super easy to talk to, and extremely helpful! I can truly say she made my day better. Thank you so, so much, girl—you truly make a difference in this world. ❤️

Went in for the first time with my dad. Justin was very nice and knowledgeable. We were both very impressed with the service. I didnt catch the name of the other employee working that day but he was also very nice. Justin made the process and purchase very quick and painless and I am very happy with our experience. Will definitely be returning for my future vape needs. And will definitely be recommending to my friends. Thanks for an awesome experience.

Amazing store ask for Damien the big Asian guy he always gives the best recommendations on juice and disposables and always helps me out when I’m having issues with mine or my wife’s geek vape teaching me things I didn’t even know my vape could do so I highly recommend this store and to ask for Damien he knew exactly what we were looking for by just telling him what flavors we liked 1st try 👍🏿

Jason or Justin (cant remember his name) at the Jacksonville store is so helpful with my purchase. He so helpful with answering all my questions. When you walk in hes usually busy cleaning and stocking. I love going in a talking with him.

I went into the store today to look for replacement parts and the manager was so nice and was able to walk me through it all. I know absolutely nothing about vapes and he showed me multiple models and even offered to help me set it up. If you need a good place to get supplies you should defiantly stop here.

We love this place. We have been several other vape shops around the area and this one has given us the best experience. Every staff member is very nice and helpful. They are always down to answer any question we have and this store has a great atmosphere. I always recommend my friends to go here.

Ive been going to them for about 8 months now and theyve ALWAYS steered me in the right direction or if something went wrong, did their hardest to fix it. Id gone to other places that (seemed like) were only interested in selling the most expensive vape and oil. Ive been weening myself off cigarettes and my vape, and these guys have been most helpful. I will drive here from Little Rock to get my supplies because this place has a knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing staff ! A throwback to the days of REAL CUSTOMER SERVICES , with a great customer loyalty program that’s easily tracked with an app on your phone! 5 stars highly recommended!

If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would. The guy that helped me was amazing and very helpful. He showed me all the vapes to start with since Im still a little new to the vapes. will definitely be coming back here more often. Amazing customer service

Had the little nic sticks I wanted but customer service was not very good. The man was flirting with a customer it seemed like. That was about 10 minutes then another customer another woman’s turn. He flirted with her for a good 15 minutes. It took me 30 minutes because the man wanted to flirt with the customers forever. Colyn was his name. Not very good at his job

Great vape shop Joel and Kyle are both pretty chill dudes very knowledgeable of everything vape related. Joel set me up with a nice new mod and rda showed me how to set it up and everything. Most important I was amazed by the prices, their unbeatable compared to the other shops!!10/10 recommend think I found my new vape home.

Went in to buy a puff bar. I waited about 10 minutes while myself and another lady who’d been in there longer than me watched on as the cashier Colyn flirted with the girl at the counter. I went outside smoked a cigarette and returned inside to wait another 10 minutes before being helped as he continued his flirting expedition. After going to the counter I was met with a poor attitude and informed they didn’t carry the bars I had came from. I settled for a blueberry ice helix bar and it was BROKEN AND LEAKING when I opened it out of the package.(I returned and they replaced the broken vape, so I adjusted my review to 2 stars.)

This is my favorite place to go very friendly service but with that being said why are you making your customers wear mask that isnt a state mandate so let me know when you lift it Ill start coming back then.

I gotta say, the juice selection was on point, but the juice prices were even better.. Im picky when it comes to my coils REAL PICKY lol but they had them when NOBODY else did.. There was a huge variety of mods tanks rdas, rtas and so on. Definitely going to be going back to Vaporz Club in Jacksonville for supplies, juice 18650s & more. Stop by check them out, youll be glad you did..

I really only went in vaporz club here to get some juice and extra batteries but I ended up leaving with a lot not because I was upsold but because the gentleman helpin me out which was David was so knowledgeable about the different mods takes and juices I end get extra things I was going to put off everything was so reasonably priced and the VIP treatment was just so amazing I would highly recommend vaporzs they have everything you need plus some weather your just starting out or your a veteran and they carry no junk nothing but the beat, they have my business from here out, big shout out to vaporz club and David who works there y’all are nothing short of amazing!!!
