This is by far my favorite store! All the staff are extremely nice especially Tyler he is the absolute best. The stores all around Jacksonville and surrounding areas had run out of a particular juice that I like. The store was out for 3 to 4 weeks. Every week I would call and ask if the juice had come in. Except for on the 3rd or 4th week when it did. That day I got caught up with work and was unable to call in. Tyler not only remembered who I was and that I was waiting for the juice but he also put a few bottles to the side for me. He is the absolute best. He is polite, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He has always been able to answer any of my questions. Thank you Tyler for being so awesome!!!

The Beach Blvd location is great and the folks working there are awesome and very helpful most get to know you and have what you typically get already when you get to the counter. Very friendly and good quality oils that I havent found elsewhere so Ive been a customer for 10 years or more. Thanks

This place is great!! Everyone is always helpful especially Kacie. She recommended the Oxva pod system which has been a great device. She also helped me find my favorite juice by coastal clouds apple watermelon. She was patient when wanting to test flavors but she new right away what juice to recommend. Kacie and the rest of the team have been awesome. Thank you everyone!

I moved to Florida from Ohio and started buying from New Leaf years ago when visiting. At that time I was able to order by mail or would stock up on my visits. I never bought anything unless it was from New Leaf. Now I live in Florida and shop frequently. The store is so clean, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and the products are great. I would never buy from any other shop.

Be sure to ask for Aaron when you get here! He is not only knowledgeable about the products, hes friendly and easy to talk to. In addition, this store is convenient, clean, and usually stocked well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love this place! Ryan and Erin are amazing guys! So friendly and helpful, the hole staff is awesome. Great quality flavors the only place that I trust. The only down side they close early Sundays lol. And I always get stuck having to go right when they open on Mondays.

If youre every in the market for a vape that can withstand a lot of damage, I think Ive stumbled across the perfect device!Ive had all of the Caliburn devices and just recently purchased the new model OXVA (hope I said that right ;) anyways, day 2 after purchasing I lost it couldnt find it anywhere...3 days later my husband found it in the garbage disposal, mind you this was right after Thanksgiving soooo lol...its dented and scraped all up and has basically been thru the wash cycle a few times and to my surprise, IT WORKS! This was about 2 weeks ago, still going strong and just to say it, yes I changed the pod first thing 🤣🤣

I have been going here since they opened so I would guess lot of years. They are super friendly and helpful. They never rush you and always go out of their way to be extra in every way to always give you a great experience.

From the atmosphere to the juice and hardware selection, this store in particular is my absolute favorite (Same goes for the Southside location). What really makes this place great, though, is the customer service. Every one of these cats deserve a raise and Ill tell you why: I could actually save money and time by going to a vapor shop closer to my residence, but Im willing to make the extra drive and spend simply because these guys (and gal) are on point. Shoutout to the Fresh Prince who helped me out in the shop today and to Ryan who helped introduce me to the New Leaf brand. Kindness, courtesy and knowledge are words that come to mind. This shop writes the playbook for a smooth operation and other stores could and should take note.

Great Place to get your Vapes and this place carries THE HIGHEST QUALITY JUICE! Much better flavor and this juice makes coils last twice as long. Always GREAT service. JUST GO!

The building layout and decor is war and inviting. The staff is genuinely helpful and are completely earnest in making sure every customer gets a great experience. I went in for a free sample and after driving just a mile or so down the road puffing on my e-cig, turned around and went back to make a purchase.

I love this place! My favorite juice is Pronto, its a light creamy caramel, not too sweet. And the staff is fabulous! I bought a new mod online and they helped me figure it out LOL

Guys in here are always helpful. With exchanging out mods, to constant changings on flavored juice (which they have the best juice). Even though there is a new new leaf store closer to my place, I always make the drive to this one cause of the staff on board.

Ive been coming to this location for a couple of years and after trying out all of the newer smoke shops that open up, this particular New Leaf location still stands the test of time. They regularly release newer flavors and the points system is a lot better than anywhere Ive been. The hodges location has a very personable staff with an exstensive knowledge for advanced and newer users. Also, ask for Allan.

I have been going to new leaf for over a year and a half now. Ive tried other vape shops but nothing beats the atmosphere at new leaf. Big shout out to Alexa, Alan, Ashton, Chance, John and Steve. You all make the buying experience 1000x better than anywhere Ive gone.

26 year smoker quit 05/15 thanks to new leaf. They are not a smoke or head shop. There goal is to help people quit smoking with a safer alternative. Started at the highest dose of nicotine and am down to the lowest dose. The employees are all amazing: Ryan, Allen, Will, Chance, Taylor, Dennis and Lauren will take the time to sit down and get you the right equipment and juice for you, everyone is different and they will keep trying until you are satisfied.

After driving by this place on a daily basis for months, I decided it was time to give them a shot. Plus I heard on the radio that they were voted the number 1 vape shop in JAX. Walked in, had to wait, wasnt a problem until people that walked in after me were being helped. Even had one employee start to help me but then stopped to help someone else. Finally got someone to help me, and I swear the dude was a robot. Kind of ride but just had no business dealing with customer service. I bought 2 different types of juice and an ileaf 50 watt. The juices, TERRIBLE! Honestly taste like wax. How this place is rated number 1 is beyond me.

Awesome place & customer service!

Placed an order wed. Packages got lost. Gave me an option of delivery out of town to my area, never made it after waiting 48 hrs. Never called back, excuse was , chris fell asleep, then said he would be in my town the next day. Next day says he is on way down, then says he is here but left my order on his kitchen table in jacksonville! Terrible service in my opinion!

If i could rate this vape shop 6 stars i would totally give it 6 stars. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Only place in town that carries the glass Fanta bottles i need to keep my energy up.

Ive not been to the retail outlet yet, but if they are anything like their location in Riverside, this is the best e-cig outlet ever. The only thing I wish they would do is align their e-juice prices with other competitors. Way too high for me...
