Beth is an excellent masseuse, therapeutic and relaxing. Go see her, The shop offers facials, waxing, manis and Pedis and a full service salon..they also use AVEDA products..I had a great experience.

Was apart of a bridal party that received our hair and services here. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and quick! I don’t often do makeup or hair, but but they made me feel gorgeous and natural! Would love to return next time I’m visiting again to try out their other services.

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years and I’m 70 years old now and I do not drive. I called to get an appointment and was going to take Friday but then thinking about my ride since it was Thursday I was afraid I may not be able to schedule for Friday, so I said. can I move it to Saturday? The guy was very rude and said you know we have cancellation policy and they have your charge card on file I said I’m not canceling I’m just moving to a date where I know I can get a ride pretty much he let me know I was an inconvenience. They charge you if you move from one day to. another so I got off the phone and I got mad and and I called back again and another guy answered he was somewhat nicer but he pretty much explained to me that is their policy so sad so I was gonna be such an inconvenience for them I said cancel I will not be back. I have had to stand out in front of their shop until almost 10 am because they had no appointments earlier and did not open. Then no one told me and it was very cold outside anytime I’ve been there. They never have hardly anyone there and the hairdresser that I had has left. I have no intentions on going back. and the place is very pricey you don’t treat people like that. A moved to a day is not a cancellation.

Rachel gave me a great haircut- exactly what I asked for, and this was a very welcoming and friendly salon! I felt right at home. And my hair looks nice now ;)

We loved our time at the spa Saturday 11/25/2023. We enjoyed relaxation, setting in the sauna, Peace and quiet Beth did a fantastic job massaging all 4 of us. All around great time spent with my Girls. I highly recommend. give them a try.Thank you Drew for helping me with everything!!!

Love this place. Atmosphere is relaxed yet professional. Stylists are creative & willing to listen. I have fine hair that is not easy to work with. It since I have been going here I have been told they are the best haircuts & color I have gotten in years!. I appreciate they use Aveda products. Nice to have one place for hair and skin services.

Nate is the best in the industry. He will get your hair in order every time. Nate takes his time, pays attention to detail, its evident he enjoys what he does, and stays up on the latest techniques. Nate gave me the most incredible scalp treatment at my most recent visit, the massage, tingly scalp, soft hair, highly recommend adding to your service❤️

Used this place only because I followed my hair dresser that I had loved for many years. Stopped going to this place after some man claiming to be owner talked down on me about how I parked my” big white truck” in a tiny parking lot full of beer cans. Place looks nice, and great service from my hair dresser, but the owner seems careless and reckless to me. Not a place I want to spend my money at anymore.

Went for a massage. The lady was really nice. Not the best massage I’ve ever had but not the worst. The waiting area had water marks on the ceiling and during the massage you could hear the washer and dryer running. Also please install a digital clock. I could hear a clock ticking the entire time 🥴

They are quick to cancel your appointment on short notice. They do not apologize for inconveniencing you or make you feel like they care about the money you spend at their place of business. They have canceled more appointments this year than they keep.

I went for four sessions and decided that my dreams of colorful hair were never going to happen. I know that the price of the service plus tips put me at least 600 bucks in total and I didnt get the hair I wanted at all. I know it takes a few sessions to lighten your hair and get the color you want but this last time the purple completely came out. I use the correct shampoo and conditioner so I dont think Ill be going back unfortunately but Im just sad that I spent so much money on my hair and didnt get what I wanted in the end. I dont understand why after 2 days it came out but it cant be changed now.

I brought my 7 year old daughter here for a hair cut as a walk in, and had a great experience. Then when my daughter cut a chunk out of her bangs (like most young children do), they stylist fixed her right up. The staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful about educating me on how best to care for my daughters hair. Now she has wonderful manageable hair with quality products to use. I try to only bring my daughter to The Springs when scheduling allows.

I have baby fine hair and it is hard to find a beautician that can Style, and highlight this type of hair. I go to Nate and he is fantastic, I do mean fantastic. The entire group is up-to-date with styles cuts and color. When he highlights my hair it does not break off oh, and it looks natural..

This will be there last time I go back. I know I should have complained but that is part of the problem, not feeling as if I can. If I pay 140.00+ tip and have above the shoulder hair and have a cut and single color Demi permanent done, it first, should cover. Second, it should not need to be redone in two weeks. I only wash every 3 days. And the cut, I knew it needed to be shorter in the back and asked but was told it had already been taken up: (. I am still trying to figure why it cost this amount? But, when you charge 110.00 to cut a mans short hair cut and do highlights, I suppose I got off easily. And his hair is SHORT ! I said I would never be back. Now, I mean it. And, I was charged for the master stylist to wash my hair with a special conditioner. He did not.

I love this salon!! I moved here two years ago and was fortunate enough to find N8! He is wonderful as is his apprentice JJ. I have curly hair so it’s hard to find someone who understands the struggle. He is a master. The entire staff is spectacular. Yesterday they greeted each guest with a warm stone to warm your hands when you came in from the cold. It’s the little extra touches that make this place stand out. If you’re looking for a new place to feel pampered, check it out!!

Beth is phenomenal! She is so easy to talk to and does what she can to make you feel comfortable. The entire staff is friendly. I love this place.

My masseuse was fine, but its hard to completely relax and zone out when you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the salon. Additionally, I paid for an hour but didnt get an hour. Looks like thats the way they set up their appointments, so I didnt bother complaining to them. Why book people for a massage from 4-5 when the previous appointment doesnt get done until 4? Not going back.

They have very friendly and skilled staff. They offer many services other than just haircuts ranging from manicures to an infrared sauna. I highly recommend them to anyone in the southern Indiana/Louisville area.

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and got a manicure by Karen, and hot stone massage by John. I had a very relaxing day here and enjoyed both sessions. The staff is professional and kind. I will be visiting again!

According to the Spring Salon and Spas website their mission is to create a healthy, relaxing and comfortable experience. It states they strive to promote inner strength, confidence, and well-being.That was not the case when my daughter went for a spa day. She left in tears after she felt she was body shamed. When she left she called to complain. I called and asked to speak to the manager and talked with Karen the owner. She said she had talked to her employees and insured me that her staff did nothing to make my daughter feel uncomfortable and reported they did have robes to fit her.I asked why she was t given one and that as a salon / spa that probably has a majority of female clients it is unacceptable that this new mom left in tears. That is when Karen the owner HUNG UP on me. I called back and told Ashley to let Karen the owner know that hanging up on someone with a complaint was not right either!

Friendly, professional stylists who give a great haircut. Ive been here twice and plan to return, Im super picky about my haircuts and I always love how they do my hair. Highly recommend.

My saving grace! I am so glad i found The Springs when i moved to IN!It takes some magic to tame this frizz ball mess and i have never left not absolutely loving my hair. Nate sir, you are amazing!Do your self a favor and go! How they can make even an eyebrow wax relaxing, is beyond me....

The place did a good job. Only thing is I think your pricing is too high. Hair cut and waxing of the nose and ear and brows 92 dollars. Little to much. Maybe half of that would be the right price

Nate Carden, in my opinion, is the best stylist in the Kentuckiana region. He always asks exactly what you want, knows exactly how to do pretty much anything you could ever dream of. I never go to anyone else. On top of it the salon is active in the community and has a perfect staff full of family and professionals.

In from out of town. Needed basic nails done so went with shelac which is simple... Was poorly done. Hangnails left and lots of errors. Felt like she had never done this before. To pricey for basic performance. Im not picky but either

We was impressed with this salon until we had to make a cancelation for the first time due to a family matter and was charged $80.00. We will not be back so beware do not make a cancelation.

Shonna has been my stylist for 25 years or so, I love her. Shes thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and a lovely person.
