Went for the first time and was incredibly surprised.. they have a beautiful storefront and have created a beautiful, blissful, & relaxing ambiance. Jordan did an absolutely wonderful job... he listened to my concerns/issues and curated a wonderful massage and even talked with me. It was like a double therapy session! Highly recommend this spot.

This place is absolutely amazingly! I promise your experience here will be like no other! All the staff is so professional and fun to be around! Very clean and great selection of stones and crystals! I go here every 2 weeks for my lashes and I always look forward to it! Always great conversation and all around a wonderful experience! 10/10 recommended!

This is going to be a bit of a story.I originally went to Spa Natur years ago, absolutely loved it - atmosphere was great, massage was great.Flash forward to this year, I booked a couples massage on December 11th, 2022 for my girlfriends birthday. The appointment was booked a month in advance for January 21st, 2023.I didnt receive any information or communication until I received a call from one of the contractors telling me that theyd have to cancel my appointment - a day before, on January 20th. Since my appointment was cancelled the day before, I had no time to rebook with a more reliable location and her birthday that Id been planning out for a month fell apart.It was a terrible experience but the Spa Director called me about a week later to apologize and make up for it by rescheduling my appointment - which was fine, I wanted to give them another chance as they had been awesome in the past. This new appointment was set for February 25th, 2023.Want to guess how that went? Youd guess right, I received not even a call, but this time I received a text letting me know that my appointment had been cancelled AGAIN - A DAY BEFORE (again) on February 24th.I was told by the Spa Director that she had a death in the family; which is completely understandable, tragic things happen and there is not always recourse. However, the consistent cancelling without any proper notice is very jarring especially after two times.If you are needing a reliable massage, I would avoid this place as their scheduling is hell at the moment and the director themselves do not seem to have a tight grip on what is going on at their own business.

I’ve been a client of SpaNatur for 7+ years. I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of services. Today will be last time going there. My appointment was at 10. I arrived a few minutes early. The receptionist advised me that I would have one of there new “student” masseuse. When she asked her if she was ready she said to give her a few minutes. So I was going to use their restroom. It was out of order. They asked that I go to the one in the back. I found the owner working in that restroom. While waiting I noticed they had chairs for pedicures but they were covered with fitted sheets. It looked a mess. So once I was ready (still before 10) I was taken to the massage room. She told me how she was going to start and told me to get ready and she would be back. I laid for 25 minutes before she showed back up. I had told her that I liked a deep massage but not a deep deep massage. The massage was terrible. Basically felt like someone just rubbing lotion on me. In the last five minutes she asked again if I the pressure was good and I told her to use more pressure.When I left I had so much lotion/oil on my feet that they were sliding in my shoes. I had to use paper towels because I was getting stuff all on my car seat. I will not be going back again. It’s a shame that a place use to be a great place. It’s like the owner doesn’t care anymore.

Im not recommending your company. But I rate my experience at a 2 /10. Over priced for services even with a Groupon. The space seemed dusty, drop ceiling had water marks. I doubt anyone has been properly trained based on lack of skill. The experienced masseuse coughed 5 times on my wife during a couple massage yesterday. And my phone was the only one that didnt ring/ vibrate. The only redeeming quality was effort. They knew they where shysters and tried to fake a real spa experience.

This is the most beautiful spa and rock shop, the crystals they have are incredible, its super clean and the atmosphere is so nice. Saw Alison for my eyelashes and eyebrows. She did a fantastic job. Got a relaxing massage from Andreya her hands are majic! The owner was super nice and warm everyone was super friendly. I 100% recommend.

Pretty disappointed with this place. I called over a month ago to schedule a prenatal massage for my sister for her birthday and to schedule a massage for me and a facial for my mom. I got told we would be on the wait list since the receptionist didn’t know who would be working that day so far in advance which was understandable. Two weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told we were still on the wait list. Another week went by with no word, I called again and was finally told there was only one massage therapist working that day, so I asked if we could just do the prenatal. The receptionist confirmed the prenatal massage for my sister and the date and time was all set. Well, today (2 days before my sister’s massage) I get a text from Spa Natur saying they need to reschedule because the therapist doesn’t do prenatal massages. I texted back letting them know how insanely last minute notice that is considering I scheduled it over a month ago and told them I wouldn’t be rescheduling; the response I got was “ok, thank you”. Pretty awful and disappointing customer service. I went once before a few years ago and didn’t have a great experience, so I don’t know why I tried again. I definitely won’t be going here in the future.

Tynita did such an amazing job with my massage. She focused on the spots that I told her were bothering me and made sure the pressure felt okay throughout. Honestly the best massage Ive ever had! I booked my next appointment before I left. Spa Natur has an extremely relaxing and comfortable environment. All around a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful space, very clean, very calm. The receptionist was super helpful and welcoming. It did not feel like some of the spas Ive been to where its overly luxurious and super expensive looking. Some people like that royal treatment style environment, but this place has more of an authentic atmosphere, which feels like they really are focused on your healing and your well-being. Came here for a one-hour massage that I got as a gift, left 100% satisfied and have already re-booked -- which I NEVER do. HIGHLY recommend :)

So the lady that did my massage was very good. I would give her a 5. The business itself is horrible. My wife gave me a gift card via an online purchase. I own a business and am very busy so getting time to get away is not the easiest thing to do. We left multiple emails and messages to try and get something scheduled and never received a call back nor response to our emails. So I was finally able to go on their website and schedule an appointment. Website is on par with the business and not up to date or very informative. So I get there and was informed that they were actually closed and that the website made a mistake but she was going to take care of me anyways. Got the message and it was enjoyable. Facilities seemed run down and a bit cheap, musty, and old/dated. Paid with the gift card and went on my way. This morning (next day) a lady calls me up asking about the gift card. Kind of weird considering the transaction was completed the day prior. Anyways this lady tells me the card was expired after a year! How does something you PAID for ever expire?? Her response was that prices and services change yadda yadda yadda. Bottom line is find someone else to use cause this place is completely UNRESPONSIVE, sketchy, and out of date. Seems like owner doesn’t care about it anymore.

Smelled of mildew. Was advised when we got there that the couples massage would be done by students. Only 1 offered deep tissue, my fiancé took him. I was not pleased at all with my massage. Atmosphere was lacking. Crystals were pretty, but that was it. Wanted to love this place, but now it’s a firm pass

I have been to Spa Natur several times for a massage and I have never been disappointed! The atmosphere is relaxing, the spa is clean and the staff are friendly and they provide great massage services! I always feel wonderful afterwards and look forward to the next time!

I went to Spa Natural for my first ever professional massage and it was wonderful! The place had a nice, relaxing, atmosphere and everyone was very kind. My massage was with Tynita and she did a wonderful job. I let her know that Id never had a massage before, so she made sure I was comfortable, and she did such a good job that I scheduled another massage before I left!

Valerie was super responsive to my needs. She was also very helpful in teaching me how to do stretches to fix myself until I can get back to her. The salon is nice; it has just the right amount of a relaxing atmosphere.

My experience at Spa Natur was wonderful! The space itself was soothing and uniquely designed. I purchased a Groupon for a 60-minute massage with foot scrub and scalp treatment, and I ended up adding on a facial mask and hot stone application. Sarah Beth did such a great job -- every movement and application of pressure felt so intentional and purposeful. I was 100% relaxed and left feeling rejuvenated. It was a comfortable experience as well, since having a massage can make one feel vulnerable. Will definitely return and will recommend to friends and family.

Meredith and the receptionist were both so sweet and very patient with us especially being first time customers and first time for a facial. They told us exactly what they were doing, answered all of our questions, and were so friendly and easy to talk to! Great customer service will keep your clients and they were just awesome along with a very relaxing and soothing facial! 5 stars for sure!

Atmosphere is very soothing and relaxing. We live in Florida but visit this area in the summer. I started going last year and Amanda was amazing. When I made my first appointment this year, I requested the same therapist. When I arrived I was informed Amanda was no longer there and was assigned to Tracy. I was apprehensive but Tracy did a fantastic job. I booked another appointment in two weeks. I called the other day to try to get another appointment a week earlier with Tracy and was told she was no longer with them. Now I’ll have another unknown therapist my next appointment. While all my massages have been great, it’s concerning that there is such a high turnover of therapists.

My wife and I came here as we were on a weekend get away. She got her pregnancy massage and I got a standard Swedish massage. We had it in the couples room so we’d be together and if we are ever in town again we will without a doubt look to get another one. The atmosphere and the scents made it that much more enjoyable for us! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Jordan was fantastic! He took his time before the massage to ask questions, made sure to give me some homework after the massage, and was super professional throughout the whole experience. Even though it was a deep tissue, he paid attention to how much pressure I wanted and didnt leave me uncomfortable after the massage. I will be sure to be back for another massage with him. Add that to the great service her staff offers and its a wonderful experience.Ive been to quite a few businesses offering Massage Therapy and Spa Natur exceeds them all in quality. My muscles feel so much better once I started booking regularly.

I felt very relaxed the moment I stepped in through the door anyone you talked to was super friendly made me and my fiancé feel at ease. Spa natur definitely makes you feel like you have transported to a tranquil and peaceful place! Ashley and Amanda were beyond wonderful, it was me and my fiancé’s first time ever going to any spa type place we got the 60 minute massage with the scalp treatment and salt scrub and they fully went in depth of their process and answered any and all questions we had! It was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be booking another spa treatment here!!!

My husband and I both got massages today. The space was very relaxing and both Sarah Beth and Olivia were awesome. Sarah Beth took the time to ask me about my concerns and needs and it felt like she really focused on my trouble spots. Well be scheduling another massage soon. :)

I really enjoyed meeting Tracy. Twice I had to say, I dont like that, but thats expected. I am sensitive in some areas, but after I told her she apologized and started massaging lighter. I made another appointment in a month. The prices were quite reasonable also. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the quality, the prices, my masseuse, and the inside of the building was pretty neat as well.

Kenny is wonderful! The rebooking special is always great. I’ve had at least 4 different therapists here and all have been good. Very relaxing and never feel rushed.

Let me preface this by saying I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. I bought a package off of Groupon almost two months ago and have been leaving voicemails and emails to Spa Natur ever since the day I bought the deal to try and make an appointment. After a combination of nearly 7 voicemails/emails, I was left a voicemail with an insincere apology. I tried calling back to schedule my massage and have continued to call and leave voicemails ever since. I work full time and am a full time student, trying to schedule an appointment has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this spa due to the sheer fact that I can’t even get an appointment scheduled.Spa Natur, if you care enough about your reviews and reputation, please care enough to improve your customer service.

It has a very relaxing atmosphere and neat the way the inside is finished with a bamboo ceiling. Allison is the receptionist and is very nice and friendly! I had a 60 minute massage with Tami, it was great!

This was my second visit to Spa Natur and I have had a different masseuse each time and I was very happy with both massages. All the staff are very professional and friendly. The environment is very relaxing and clean! I have been to many massage places and this one is definitely my favorite!

Ive been in Louisville for over 6 year and had yet to find a masseuse that I liked, wasnt outrageously priced and was capable of getting the knots worked out of my back. It took a Groupon for me to find her but I am so glad that I did. Massage By Sarah is absolutely wonderful!

A great place to go for a massage or other spa treatments. They have just hired a couple of new massage therapists to help with the booking wait times. I get a great massage every time I go and they a wonderful deal where you can spend $20 before you leave and they give you a $25 discount off your next massage in the next 365 days. You cant go wrong!

UPDATE: Ever since Sarah V sold business to Ex it is going down hill quickly... Ive had my appt changed,My therapist changed, its not nearly as well run, very unorganized and chaotic. I used to Love this place, it used to be very relaxing & clean. They are losing therapist left & right, its really sad to see.. I wont be back.

Had a great Swedish massage with Ashley, professional, courteous staff, appreciated different music selection and the hot towels are lovely. I rushed in stressed from work and left calm and relaxed. Well done.

I would like to say that I have been to Spa Natur one time a couple years ago, it was great. I bought two groupons, one last year and one a few months ago to go back again. My mom left messages with no response. I know it was a difficult time with Covid 19, BUT, I also called and left voice mails and also sent an email via their website with no response. They stated there were back open and taking appointments so I know they were open. I normally give 2nd chances to businesses that at least apologize or reach out even after the fact, but they did not. Very unprofessional, lacking customer service and flat out rude. Needless to say, I contacted Groupon and forwarded all the correspondence we sent to Spa Natur and they let me cancel that order and reorder with another massage place which was responsive and went out of her way to get us in when we asked. Spa Natur is unresponsive, no customer service and flat out rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Will not return, will not recommend.

GREAT massages! I have really severe arthritis and I have had massages by so many folks throughout the years and Sarah is by far the best. She will customize a massage to your needs! I will not be going any place else.

During the last 10 years, I have had many massages by many massage therapists, but the best massage therapist Ive found so far is Sarah of Massage by Sarah. I have arthritis in my hips and Sarah is one of the few massage therapist who will do a thorough massage on my hips and this does wonders to relieve my arthritis. Sarah is the only massage therapist to whom I will go anymore. Thank you Sarah for doing such a great job on my massages.

I have called multiple times to schedule a service I had purchased on Groupon. No one has called me back or responded to my voicemails. I did get in contact once with someone but they said, let me check the schedule and Ill call you back. Well its been a week and no response back. I also thought that was really strange normally at other facilities they would put me on hold or find something right away. It almost seems to me that once they hear you have a Groupon they will ignore you. So I cancelled my Groupon will purchase another spa service from somewhere else

Ive had shoulder and back issues over the past year and the only relief I get is when I get a massage. Sarah does a wonderful job and offers some of the best packages in the business. I always tell my friends and colleagues about Massage By Sarah!

Not for people who have real jobs. Trying to schedule an appointment if you have a real job is a nightmare. I asked for the first Saturday appointment they have and was told they dont schedule that far out. The owner doesnt seem to be empowered to run her own business with common sense. I hate that I bought a Groupon from here.

I was a bit surprised to find the massage therapist in the back of a barber shop, but once inside her space I got one of the best, most thorough, and most relaxing massages I have ever had--and Ive had lots. Clarksville is lucky, and for Louisville patrons, she is definitely worth crossing the river for.

Please please please do NOT see Art if you call and hes the only one available abandon ship. I wanted a simple sweedish, relaxing spa. My man makes so much noise how could anyone relax? Then his actual massaging skills were horrible. The best thing about my massage was the leg part, when have you ever talked about your leg massage and wasnt receiving a pedicure only? But hey I called the same day and had to take what they had but he should quit! Sorry

Went in for a pre-natal massage. My Massage therapist (Meredith) listened to every need and checked in on the pressure as well as being extremely professional. Loved it! Wish it was close by so I could come in frequently 😩

They have a relaxing environment and I had a great message with Moon. Two things I noticed...the sheets had some mildew on them and there were dead flies caught in the sheer draping hanging from the ceiling. I might give them a second chance, but hopefully they fix these issues.

Dont put down a deposit its a joke/scam. I received an email reminding me of my deposit and to schedule an appt apparently it had already been expired for over a month but still received an email bc when i called to make an appt the girl over the phone said it was expired and couldnt care less. I know coupons expire but a deposit should not. I will take my business to a spa that wants to keep my business.
