Visited while on vacation. Great staff, they didnt have what I was looking for, but was helpful with finding a suitable stand in.

Customer service was completely on point. The guy was extremely helpful. However the selection is not so great. I usually Buy Geek Bar or Raz or even Fume but they didnt have any of those. I did buy an Orion disposable Vape but it cost me $27 and thats the most Ive ever paid for a vape anywhere. Orion doesnt last as long and loses its flavor quickly. The other ones that I mentioned go up to 9000 Puffs and typically around 2:22 to 23 dollars

The customer service was excellent! I received assistance in selecting the ideal e-cigarette for my needs. My day was made when I walked in and was greeted. It was organized, clean and welcoming. Ill be recommending my friends to come here.

Picked up some juice for a trip. Had a good selection

If the policy is to sell a customer something else when they want a particular item and your answer is you only order once a month, well guess what? You just lost TWO repeat customers. We ordered the same exact product online for cheaper and will get it way before you decide to place an order. Its too bad too because i rarely see many customers in there. Maybe you should worry about restocking your popular items instead of stocking the Korean garbage candy products you decided to sell that have nothing to do with a vape shop?

Stopped in today to use my gift card my husband got me for Christmas, said they changed their system and no longer take gift cards. How the hell does that work? Three months after purchase your card is no good? I think thats illegal . Will never do business at this store again. Manager Jane was very rude. Blamed me for being upset at being ripped off!

Used to be My Go-To guys. The fellas where great.Until staff changes, not the same service or friendly visits. for a long term customer. I understand that spending $1500-$2100 per year is not a lot to them and Im a singular person. Ive been loyal for over 4 yrs.Gladly found Fog13 and its been great.

Please stop shopping here! There is multiple other shops nearby that sell everything for a fraction of the cost. They will tell you it’s inflation but please save your money put it in your gas tank and just go to the multiple other shops that are not trying to steal from you. Such a shame. $35 for the juice I just got from them that is $22 everywhere else.

Guy that helped me was awesome, it was my first visit. He was super nice and helpful. I got something close to what I get online at his suggestion and it is even better than my usual. Will definitely be back!

They sell broken products and REFUSE to replace them. I called and told them it wouldnt charge, they said if I had a receipt and bought it within 2 weeks that I could return it. When i got there, they tested it and agreed it wouldnt charge, they could see the liquid was still full, but called a supervisor and she REFUSED to replace it. I have been a loyal customer but NO MORE- not after giving them $50 for a useless product. If you want to throw away your money, this is the place for you!

They have okay deals, Id actually rate it for a 3.5 but Ill give you a 4 for now. The people working here are really polite and helpful but they have a tendency to misinform people and I dont think its intentional at all I just think they should use Google more and cross-reference sources and try things out before telling people what they think they know.

I truly have come to consider Nick and new cloud one of my top choices in the brick and mortar aspect of the industry. Nick has never made me feel like anything but most important customer and listens as far as customer input and request. Juice isnt in stock? They dont know if they were gonna stock again? I gave input on how important the flavor is to me and its stocked again. Thanks man!

The owner of this store has done a astounding job of keeping this place going. I have been coming here for years and this location is the most convenient as well as my favorite vaporizer store to go to. I must say that the employees here make sure everyone gets exactly what they come there for. They will go the extra mile and find what you need if they dont have it and they will always keep it professional. If you get let down at this place, you might need to just stay at home because a good vibe is all you will recieve from this place. Keep up the work yall!

Helped me to almost damn near stop smoking, aside from at night time when if wake up and grab one or 2 throughout the night. But from a pack a day to 1 or 2 a night is amazing enough for me!!! And their prices arent bad and Love the varieties of nicotine juices they have!!!!!

I would give a much better review if I werent sitting here waiting for the store to open and it is past 10am. Sadly this isnt the first time I have been here at 10am and the store isnt open. Seems to be a reoccurring issue. If you have 10 am on the web and on the door than you should be open at 10 am. This is the 4th time this has happened. Time to get someone to open that is dedicated to opening the store on time or even a bit early. I am at work and drove out of my way to come here and now I am going to be going back to work empty handed, so you just cost me a half an hour of not being productive. So with this being said, you have now lost my business. Thanks!!!!!

The customer service at this place was absolutely terrible. The guy acted like he did not want to service us as soon as my bf and I walked in. He was rude and didnt want my bf to try anything. He told us he didnt know any wapor shop didnt allow you to try when we had been to a few that did. Of course we did not give business to this place and went to any location in Louisville where the service was AND they let him try several brands. He ended up getting one this location carried.

This vape shop is nestled off the street next to a dollar general. It has a wide variety and knowledgable staff. A great array of juice and low cost mods. Very friendly and a seating area to sit back and enjoy your vape. I live in Kentucky and would recommend this location. Shoot across the 2nd street bridge and check it out. I think youll be presently happy with your visit.

Very good setup for trying out different flavors and good atmosphere. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are decent enough for a brick and mortar shop.

Expensive! Personally I shop online at VapeWild and get my products for a 1/3 of the price. They are conveniently located tho. If you are a serious vaper I would shop online.
