This place is amazing. I highly recommend them. I get massages done by Rachel or Amber, and they are both the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. I’ve also done Reiki sessions with Rachel and she is awesome. I’m so happy that I found them. I will never go anywhere else. They have several different types of therapies and have helped me tremendously with pain in my neck and back. I’m so thankful for them.

This place is great I started going here about 5years ago after an injury and the doctors here and staff here are second to none and they really seem to care about your well being! I recently had some pain and soreness due to being on my feet all the time and went in to have some work done and saw Rachel she is the absolute best I left with my back felling so much better she really has healing hands.

I came into the office dealing with severe sciatic pain and after the adjustment and massage and other treatments, I was able to straighten my back and relieved a lot of pain. Professional and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend this office!

Im there every week. Nice clean faculty with knowledgeable massage therapist who know what theyre doing. Sometimes they tell me where Im tight. Ive been going for years and it has really helped some of my past injuries from work. They get 5 stars. Go check them out...

Very disappointed with my massage. I did not get the entire hour. My masseuse had cold hands and bad breath. The pressure was too light and I didn’t receive the same treatment bilaterally. It was lackadaisical at best.

I enjoyed my experience at Plus Care Chiropractic. Baylee was so kind and informative.

Went today for the ionic foot soak and 60 minute massage. The massage was fantastic! Amber was phenomenal! The foot soak was so interesting. Watching the color of the water change was weird and intriguing.

Have been coming here for years and LOVE this place! All of the staff are so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and know me by name. Their massages are amazing!

I love this place. Amber does a great job and she is my favorite. The entire staff is highly knowledgeable in their jobs and go above and beyond to take great care of their clients. I started going a few years back because my hands were falling asleep and it was effecting my job performance. I havent had any issues since a week after being a patient. I suggest them to everyone. Also dont forget to tip your masseuse generously!!

Had started having numbness and tingling in both hands. I thought it was carpal tunnel- turns out it was a pinched nerve! After the first adjustment, most of the symptoms were gone! Absolutely amazing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! They’ll work around your schedule to make it as easy as possible. The massages are phenomenal!

I defiantly recommend going to this office. The people are super friendly every time I come in. They have complimentary coffee and water. Theyre awesome. Their massages feel so good, they defiantly know what they are doing. Request Rachel L she is so good, so is Amber. Its a relaxing environment. They have SO many different options & different things you can do. Its so cool. Also, they get you in & out FAST! I was surprised. Every time I go, I go right back & they start working on me. They work with you too & if your nervous or uncomfortable doing something than they will go easy on you or they wont do it if you dont want them too, like I dont like getting adjusted & they didnt pressure me into doing it or anything like other offices have. :) Awesome place. Love It!

The entire staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and organized, the massages were amazing, and I loved going to my appointments. Before I began treatment, it was explained to me exactly what my insurance did and did not cover and what I would pay, so there were no surprises, and everyone was always happy to answer any questions I had. I felt more comfortable being a patient at Plus Care than I have at most other medical offices and look forward to returning in the future.

What a great place! We went for a couples massage and foot detox pkg.The receptionist was very polite and prompt. My masseuse was amazing! Very professional and very personable. And what a great massage...I almost feel asleep! My husband DID!And although he decided to give me his foot detox for later, I had mine then. Again, this is a very professional place.Lastly, I noticed that they practice what they preach and the waiting room has Biblical literature available to anyone who enters.I highly recommend them and we are going back!

Wonderful Staff and massage therapist !!! The chiropractor has helped me so much ! When I first went to them I had a back injury so bad I felt crippled and couldn’t even walk bend over nothing it was horrible !!! With Dr. Simmons help I am out of pain completely and I continue to go weekly for a maintenance of my over all well being !!!!

I started seeing these women when I was 30 weeks pregnant or so, I am now 36 weeks and it was the best decision I ever made! They have helped me so much in preparing for labor with the massages, acupuncture and amazing advice they’ve given me thus far. I would recommend them to anyone pregnant or not! They are all so gentle and kind hearted. 🤍

Due to an insurance change I have been unable to continue treatments at plus care. I will say this to everyone I talk to...if you have ever thought about chiropractic care, you will NOT find a better place in the tri state. I only give reviews in cases of poor service and great service and I have been to many chiropractors that are good. This Dr and staff are simply the best of the best. The first thing I always ask is where the degree was earned and if Palmer is the answer I know its OK to seek treatment. No one has ever provided the level of care that plus care has and my health was never improved more with any medical treatments. I am a survivor of a horrible vehicular rollover in which I suffered severe trauma. After a couple years of physical therapy and occupational therapy in louisville I found plus care just by chance. I tell everyone about how great they treated me and I dont think you can have a better experiance or get better care anywhere. I hope to be able to return to a insurance that is acceptable by this incredible Dr. And her staff.

This office is fantastic! I was in terrible back pain and could not seem to get any relief. I went to the office and just after 1 visit felt almost back to normal! I couldnt believe it. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this office!

April Simmons has been a lifesaver for my daughter who was experiencing some medical issues that traditional medicine did not show any benefit. April did acupuncture and treated her with some natural supplements and my daughter is almost completely back to normal after missing 4 months of school. They are great!

My wife got me a groupon for an hour massage and 30 minute ionic footbath. Honestly, it was amazing! I will be scheduling a 90 minute deep tissue with Rachael H. very soon. And I had a consult with Dr. April Simmons, to whom I am hoping to schedule an acupuncture session with her very soon as well. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend anyone with chronic pain to at least get a consult there with Dr. April Simmons. Top notch!!!

I would highly recommend Plus Care Chiropractic. Great people, polite, and very, very, helpful. First they evaluated & diagnosed my problem area(areas). I had an adjustment, a massage, & laser. Everytime was on point & I felt like amazing when I left. The Dr told me I need a lot of work. She didnt say this because she wanted to make money off of me, she suggested I find someone closer to my home. I purchased a voucher from Groupon. My gut instinct told me to come here. Best treatment ever.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a review of my experience after receiving treatment at this practice...because I have been unable, despite multiple attempts, to schedule an appointment! I have called on three separate days, giving days in between to allow time for a callback before I called again, and always during operational hours. The phone goes straight to voicemail, and I leave a voicemail with my contact information to receive a call back to schedule an appointment. Three separate voicemails, no response!

They are pretty amazing. Have a hump on the back of my neck and have been having neck pain for quit a while and A pinched nerve in my lower spine. They have worked wonders. I don’t have hardly any pain. The staff have been nothing but the best.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. I have been a patient on and off for over five years, and it never ceases to amaze me that being adjusted and receiving massage therapy can not only fix the aches and pains and you may have but also truly creates a sense of wellness. They have for amazing massage therapists that have a passion for truly helping clients address there pain. Both the chiropractic doctors on hand or very personable, knowledgeable, and very skilled at what they do. My latest issue was with my right elbow. I had no clue why all of a sudden it was hard to lift things and hard to use my right arm at all. After just two visits, my problem practically disappeared. When I was researching the symptoms and pain in my elbow, I found that I most likely had “golfers elbow” or “tennis elbow”. I had my first ever massage and it was wonderful. It was so relaxing. I also had an ionic foot cleanse however was not enthused with it but I think it was just not what I was expecting. I would return for a massage.

Massage was good too light of a touch. Had a Groupon, the chiropractic exam was bull just ask where i hurt & then said you need adjustments come back when you have insurance. Then my Groupon was for a 60min. Massage, a Chiropractic consultation & a Lazer pain treatment. The Lazer pain treatment was a gun thing emitting a red light they turned on over my sore area and I think she must of just counted to 10 & stopped said I would feal something the next day? They just didnt seem to show a lot of respect for people using Groupon! I had gotten one for my husband too & he did not even get the lame Chiropractic consult or the Lazer Pain Treatment which was part of the Groupon we PAID For!! Would NOT recommend this place.

Plus Care is AMAZING! Caring, compassionate staff, incredible service! So many wonderful things to try besides chiro! I have recommended this place to several ppl and will continue. Love Dr. Simmons and her staff. Highly recommend every service they have to offer!

Ive always been a little nervous ablut going to a chiropractor but my experience at plus care has shed me of my fears, the Doctors and staff are very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions, they are also helpful in finding out if your visits are covered by your insurance company, very happy with my treatment and my experience

This place is great if you have a pain they can fix it. Also there NEW CBD OIL MASSAGES are the bomb. If you have not tried them you need to they are so amazing and makes you feel so good and relaxed.

I have been trying to call and email them for a couple of months now to set up an appointment after I bought a Groupon. They never answer the phone and I have left voicemails and never get a call back. My groupon expires today so I am guessing they won’t even let me use it now.

Just wow! Im new to the area. So thankful I found this place. Staff is very nice and easy going. We are already feeling a difference from our treatment plans.

My spouse and I love getting our massages at Plus Care. We feel so wonderful afterwards. I feel so much better getting adjusted too and the doctors are great.

Excellent Chiropractors to fix or prevent pain. Great massage therapists. Dr Simmons is wonderful at cupping & acupuncture! I had a new bad pain in my lower back. After 3 sessions of cupping, acupuncture, manipulation & massage my pain was gone!

Wish they were in my network, I enjoyed the massage and detox footbath Groupon I purchased and probably would have got adjusted if it was accepted by insurance

The massage was excellent, wanted to go back, Called back last week to talk about insurance, payments etc. The man who answered the phone said that he would call me back after lunch, never heard from him. This happened twice..

I have been going for years very friendly atmosphere in the office and the massages are directed to your needs, so good I decided to go monthly now, thank you Rachel

Great staff and my insurance covers the adjustment and an hour and a half massage...my daily aches and pains are manageable because they really take care of their patients
