Im a previous worker at this location, but I must say my man Sam as well as Mitch are doing a fantastic job! The store is looking awesome, the stock is looking good, Sam has came a long way, and it seems like the customer base is rising! Keep up the work yall. Give Sam a pat on the back and keep him around!

My favorite place to go to! Extremely helpful, chill environment, and they have a reasonable refund policy too. Would definitely stay loyal to new cloud.

Service was okay but I am put off by the fact that the card reader asks me if I want to leave a tip every time. I cant help but feel like, as a company, if you have to prompt me to tip someone in a position that historically hasnt been a tipped position; chances are you are not paying your employees what you should be.No; I do not mind paying an extra couple bucks for vape juice so that whether people can pay their bills isnt left to the charity of random people.Update: the vape battery I bought recently was about 20 bucks more expensive than what it goes for anywhere else... So the mark-up is something to be mindful of.

Great atmosphere. Staff was very knowledgeable, and an excellent selection to choose from. Will be returning here, for sure.

Do not go to New Cloud for a disposal vape. They sold me a broken product and they refuse to replace it. I called and told them it wouldnt charge, they said if I had a receipt and bought it within 2 weeks that I could return it. When i got there they tested it and agreed, but called a supervisor and she REFUSED to make it tight. If you want to throw away your money, this is the right place for you!

Poor service. Posted hours not followed. Managers not helpful. Supposed to open at 11am. Showed up at 245. Told me to kick bricks and drive miles to another one since he wasn’t opening until 3. J. C’s cigarette outlet one block away sells premium juice for almost half the price of New Cloud. $16.00 at JC $25.00 at New Cloud.

I only shop at new cloud vapor for any and all of my vapes, juices, coils, etc! I love the staff, all of them! Theyre always so helpful and nice! And their products are the best! I seriously dont know what Ill do if they ever close, cuz I use their house blend juice, and would pick theirs over any other any day!

Prices arent that great because of Indiana tax laws on nicotine but they sell discounted stuff somewhat often and have a good selection of juices with flavors to please all. Rarely out of what you go there for as well.

My friend gave me an old vape pen, but the cartridge didnt fit right and leaked. I asked the guy behind the counter if they had any. He informed me that they dont sell cartridges like that any more, but to look online. I told him I have no knowledge of vapes or how they work, and asked to see their vapes they sold. At that point another customer walked in and wanted to buy some juice. I sat there for 10 minutes while she tried diffrent flavors. After she bought one and left, he came back over and asked if there was anything else I needed. I told him again I would like some help picking out a new vaporizer that I could get started with and some juices to go with it. I told him I had about 100 dollars to spend. He informed me that they did have vape pens ranging anywhere from 20 dollars to 60 dollars. After I asked for the third time to see them, and which one I should purchase, since Im new at this, he proceeded to tell me I would be better off going to the smoke shop down the street. Customer service was definitely not great, or even average, it was plain terrible. Never been to a business that didnt want to take my money and gain a new customer. Will never be back here again, and took my business elsewhere.

Nice environment. No wait time. They are well knowledged of what you are wanting and helping you. They even help you when you buy a new vape and juice by putting it together. I love they have a huge variety of juices to chose from and that you are able to try them before you buy them if your looking for a different flavor.I just wish they would come down a little on the prices of the juice. Just a little to high.other than that. I love the store and will recomend it to everyone.other than that its the best store to go to for all your vapes and vape needs.

Ive been coming to this shop since it opened, will always reccomend it. Ive got to know just about everyone in there over the years and it is 100% a friendly shop. They do things professionally and are willing to help with questions to new vapers.

I’m becoming “quite the regular” in there these days ! The staff is always so friendly and so helpful ! Today I purchased a new coil and the employee was nice enough to change it for me while explaining several questions I had - I’ve recently became a non smoker of 16 years and new to vape ❤️❤️ You guys rock !!!!

My experience was not as grand as the other reviewers. As I entered the store two young men sat on a couch and did not greet me as I believe an employee should. They had no identifying clothing or name tags. Although I did not expect the business to have those kinds of practices, I did not expect to get a whats up and thats all from the two. I agree the selection is extensive, yet I could not figure out exactly how to distinguish prices to product or flavors. The young man who helped me was not exactly on the same page as me, even though I explained that I was new to vaping and needed some help. His main reaction was, theres juice in front of you, some are better than others and never really went further to explain which ones or why. Atmosphere was good, but very expensive place. I recommend for those new to vaping finding a good vape store online after visiting a local business to hear what the workers or patrons have to say. Furthermore, the online cost to vape is less costly than visiting a physical location.

Its a great place and Ive been going there basically since they opened theyre all polite always answer anyones questions I love that store no offense but way better than Derby e-cig.

Yeah, I really cant believe any of these other reviews. Ive always used the pen ego like ecigs and have just uprgraded to the more boxy ones. I was hoping to ask all the questions that I would like about upgrading to the more box mod ecigs ,but I was definitely not going to get any help here. They act like your a burden when you ask questions. Frankly, when I go into an e-cig store I want a more professional environment. This is just some hipster e cig store if your not in the club dont bother because were not gonna treat you well type of place. Well, thats my two cents.

Im giving the guys that work there a 5 star rating, Chris and Tyler are the best, the shop itself is just about the same as any other vape shop, but the main reason why I go to this one specifically is because of the guys work g there, they always make me feel welcome and are more than happy to help me with anything vape related.

The place is clean and the staff are very patient. Tyler knows his product and has repeatedly answered my questions about different aspects of vaping. The prices are competitive with other shops in the area, I recommend New Cloud.

The guy that was the was great he even set up my prince stick I got the for me. There was also a huge verity od glades to try. If I didnt live on the other side of Indiana Id always go there.

I walked in no greeting. The worker was working with someone else who was completely confused about what he was getting or needed. He never s wa Id hey Ill be with you in a moment or anything. So I left. Sad because Im a loyalist and new clous just lost my business for life. Work on your customer service.

Too pricey and staff dont have much experience with new mods that are out. Would not recommend this store to any of my friends.

The store is very nice , Lots of vape items , Went in just for a tank and vape , Did not have what I needed . Very nice sales clerk , however was not wanting to upgrade , to a more expensive vape mod . just wanted a tank
