- Review: Waste of time, money, extremely unprofessional, terrible customer service. Do you self a favor and dont go there- Called to book an appoint and was confirmed to their grand av- A lady called back saying they couldnt take me on that location and asked to go to their 550 summit av location and offered to pay the uber- When we got there the people that work there had no idea we were coming- 1 of the ladies spoke no English at all, the other one was NOT certified- They tried to talk to the lady that booked the appointment for me but it was s struggle- At the end, I decided to leave

Well the massage started very slowly. Despite repeatedly telling the therapist that I require deep tissue treatment and hard massageShe kept on just applying the gel with slow strokesFinally have up in 29 minutes whereas I had paid for 60 minutesSaying its finished and kept on repeating and translations on the phonePaid for full serviceDont go there

Bad service you got with a person who created the owner and saying that the rooms have a camera and recorded everything with haudio trying to threaten me that because I couldnt have relations with her it will be that you can go to the police

Very professional and clean. No monkey business. Just a great massage.
