One Massage & Spa

I went in with a sore back and had a wonderful time, masseuse was gentle and did a great job relieving tension in my muscles. I will definitely be back!

My best friend is together, which is the best thing ever. I have never had such a relaxing massage in my life. I will definitely come back to experience more.

Very disappointing. She kept looking at the clock and rubbing the same spot on my shoulder. Then said that she was done and walked out. Waste of money and for that matter a lost hour of my day. Not even a little bottle of water.

Me and my husband went in for a couple message and they did a wonderful job at relaxing me and my husband and they also made it to where me and him was in the same room we will definitely be going back

I have had good success with getting very good massages from this spa. I have sore shoulders and upper back and when Lulu puts the warm oil and hot rocks, it helps me very much. It is a very relaxing experience when the world is so stressful. Highly recommend there services. Lulu and CeCe are the best !!!Bill.....

Overall I would rate this a 5/10 experience. The actual massage was good but they need better communication. They had options of different types of massages and i asked which is best and they either didn’t understand me or dodged my question. I never got a choice they took me back and just did what they wanted. During the massage all i could hear were the other workers talking and arguing loudly outside the room. At the end the lady just said ok and walked out and just left me there without telling me it was time to get dressed so i just assumed it was over and got dressed to leave. After coming out of the room I pretty much had no choice but to tip she stood in front of the door and said “how will you tip cash or card?” Probably won’t return here.

I was feeling pretty sore so I decided to stop here.I paid for a 90 min massage not knowing what to expect. The massage was very sub-par. The masseuse left the room many times for phone calls and to speak with her coworker. I could tell my masseuse had alot on her mind she zoned out several times during the massage. Once we got to the table shower she continued leaving the room. At one point they turned on the air and she left the shower after turning off the water. She was gone somewhere between 5 and 10 mins. By the time she came back I was shivering. The masseuse dug her elbow into my back while zoning out so many times.. I was in much more pain than I was before she started.I have to be honest and say this was easily one of the worst and most expensive massages I have ever gotten. I was so irratated at the end. She spent more than 20 mins of my massage time arguing with her coworker in another language. $120 was not worth it at all. To top it off... despite my horrible experience I decided to just left a 10 dollar tip. The masseuse refused that tip saying it was not nearly enough and called a friend from the back. They refused to let me leave till I paid more.I see most of you had better experiences, which is why I went. If you havent been here yet just dont bother. This place will hurt your wallet and your body. Not worth their asking price at all.

Blah overall appearance, not very comfy tables, horrible table shower, and could use a cleaning especially under the tables. Massage was OK at best and not worth the 80 bucks and only covered about 70% of the body. The massage gel (guessing it was oil) is definantly very low quality and even after the wipedown was still covered in oil. Overall, I would recommend one of the other places in Jonesboro and just get the membership and pay less than this place.

When I arrived..I was extremely stressed.. mentally & physically...when I left ..I felt recharged...& mellow.. excellent...😁👍

Waste of money. Also wouldnt let me leave without paying extra 30 dollar tip.
