Very nice shop! Everyone was friendly

Lazy cashier was rude and unpleasant from the moment we walked in. Ask for information and was treated like my wife and I were complete idiots. Left such a bad taste in my mouth this has been our go to store forever what happened to the friendly guys?

Garbage products that are over priced! I bought a $40 vape mod today got home and it doesnt work. So I went right back up there and they said sorry guess you wasted your money.... Every other mod Ive bought from here only lasted about 3 months but this one didnt even work out of the box!

The cashier was extremely rude and unpleasant, was doing nothing but complaining about things that I had no control over based on my profession. Next time I think I will go to 627. They have never personally attacked me like I was here.

Nice place, great selection.

Stopped by on my way home once. Good variety of vape juice here. Service was nice and the lady had good advice and knowledge that is needed when working at a vape store.

I’ve spent nearly 4K in a little over 400 days on disposables and other assorted products. Have an overal decent experience with the staff and even though juices regularly get discontinued or no longer shipped to this store I understand that’s not always in their control. My primary issue and unfortunately the reason I won’t be going back is today I stopped like I normally do every 2-3 days to pickup my 2 disposablels and tested them in store and all appeared okay. I was on my way to the post office to put up my return mail and what not as I’m a mailman and when I went to leave my coil was burnt in my cool mint swift bar. I flipped it over and the light was dimly lit. From what we explored and tried the coil was burnt and the battery was malfunctioning so this $27 disposable had only lasted about 30 minutes. Because I had left the store it couldn’t be replaced by the store. I do completely understand that policy and why it is in place but I am there usually at least twice a week and have been for a little over a year now and at $27 each it felt disgusting to have to throw that bad one in the trash and buy another one. If there were some discretion to this policy I wouldn’t mind to spend my money there because there wouldn’t be any risk. I can’t just hope and pray this thing doesn’t burn itself out slowly as I spend more on these disposables than I do on my car payment every month. I don’t gamble , ever. It’s unfortunate that one bad experience can sour an otherwise awesome experience with a business but I thought it appropriate to share this experience here so those in charge can have the feedback. I appreciate the business and all of the quality good products I have received there but this $27 hit hard today. I love going into Vapor Maven🥰 especially the one by Southwest Drive. The staff are super helpful, very professional and the service is amazing. You dont feel like they are rushing you when someone else comes into the store. They also have great products and are very knowledgeable about their products ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent Selection of products. Probably the best stock of all 3 locations in town with easy access and plenty of parking. Comparable prices to other shops and knowledgeable staff to help with your questions.

Started going to the new one in front of Walmart when it opened recently.Even switched from my vape store.All was well until right before Christmas I bought my wife a vape and me a replacement coil for my seahorse, The vapor I bought for the wife never worked except for once in the store when I was telling her it wont work.. and had to return the replacement coil because the threads were jacked! Lady insisted I cross threaded it..however Im a machinist, &mechanic..js I know for a fact I didnt cross thread oh well Ill go back to my original vape place and I wish them well🤞 they should offer 20% discount like emerald triangle jazz

Great selection! Excellent customer service. However, only at this location within Jonesboro. I dont care for the other locations personally.

These shops for Vapor Maven are awesome. The staff is educated and if they dont know the answer they will call someone who does have an answer! Both Paragould and Jonesboro locations! Lauren is THE BEST!!!!! She is so knowledgeable about the products they have. I had an issue with my vape and she fixed it! It was a simple fix and I was frustrated with the vape. Lauren is calm, cool and collected. I wanted to hug her! This store has all your vape needs covered! I will be a returning customer without a doubt! Thank you again Lauren!

EXPENSIVE! The counter guy was weird, was quick to correct me when calling it a BONG. Just not a good experience, acted as if hed rather play on his phone than help a potential paying customer. Seemed it killed him to have to show me product I asked about.

Always love going to the Vapor Maven Alexander location! They are the best shop in town with the best prices! Great staff very knowledgeable about all of their products! Highly recommend this place! 😊

Its a decent vape shop. The guy that works there, at least the last two times Ive been, was very pleasant and helpful. Good customer service goes a long way with me. The selection is pretty good but the prices could be a little cheaper.

I really like to play but they need a better selection of grinders, service was with a smile very friendly. And they were very knowledgeable of the products

If I could give 0 I would. If the wrong product is sold to you by the mistake of an employee they should refund (if it is in an unopened package). The girl behind the counter was a unknowledgeable, rude and very unprofessional. A lot of shops available out there please BEWARE of this one. Will not ever shop at another Vapor Maven anywhere do to the treatment from this one. Also will spread the word to friends and family.

Very expensive. Great selection but you’re going to pay top price. I usually get my “straw nom enon” vape juice at another vape shop for 18.99 plus tax. Ends up being 21 dollars and some change. My vape shop was out for the first time so I went to vapor maven and the guy rang me up and said “ok it’s going to be 32.67”. I thought for sure it had rang up wrong. A little difference would be okay but an 11 dollar difference in price? That’s just robbing people.

Guy working was very helpful and knowledgeable unfortunately did not have what I needed. But he was able to tell me where to look. Looked like they had a huge selection of juice

Very helpful and very patient while I decided what I wantedHad to take it back because it was leaking and the guy never looked at it just said it was a bad coil so I changed to coil and it still leaks you can set down go back and pick it up and there will be juice all over it where it leaked everywhere I am very dissatisfied with it and with the service I got

Helpful staff, greay selection. Prices are a bit higher than others in the area but all in all worth the trip.
