I was able to call and get a same-day appointment which was wonderful, and the massage itself was pretty good. I got the 105 min foot and body massage. However when it came time to pay, I gave her the hundred dollars that was owed for the massage and also gave a decent tip, she then asked me to tip her more because she claimed that she actually worked on me for 2 hours, which I know for a fact she did not because I was watching the clock before she started and when she ended. It was a very awkward moment and I dont think I will be returning. I debated on posting a review or not, but from some of the other reviews that I read it sounded like I wasnt the first one that she has also asked for more money for a tip.

My husband went in on a Sunday late morning, just a quick call, no previous appointment needed. He was concerned that this would be like all the other massages hes had- disappointing and a waste of money. When I picked him up after his hour, Ive never seen such relief on his face. He said she was awesome. He actually felt like she got his muscles to relax and she used GREAT pressure. She got very deep in all of his problem points (neck, lower back, hip and thigh.) As of today (Monday) he woke up with no pain. We will be back. Worth the money !

I’ve called and gotten in for same-day appointments multiple times now and I’ve never been disappointed by the massage! It’s a great place with wonderful masseuses.

This has been my go to place since I moved to Kalispell two years ago. Monday, I went to get a massage and everything was as usual until it came time to pay. I was told that she had to work harder on my back and that she was going to charge me an additional amount for that harder work.I paid it, and tipped her very well for the massage. The massage was great, but if youre going to add additional charges, those need to be discussed BEFORE the massage and agreed to by the customers.It will be quite a while before I go back, because its a principled matter now. I think Ill give other therapists a try.

They got me in right away and worked on my neck that was giving me trouble. I told the gal to not worry about hurting me and it might have been the best deep massage Ive ever had.

I went in for a massage and planned on only staying for 1 hour. I ended up staying for an hour and a half. When it came time to pay I gave her 100 dollars for the 90 min massage that costs 90 dollars. Right when I handed her the money she started saying I need to give her a tip. My tip wasnt 20% but it was all I had on me. She continued to expect a tip and kept telling me to get my wallet back out.1. Tips are a courtesy not a requirement.2. I gave her a tip still even after all of this nonsense. It wasnt 20% but as far as Im concerned she didnt deserve the 10% I gave her when acting like this.3. I will not be returning here for a massage in the future. She was very unprofessional in regards to this situation.

Extremely unprofessional First they never asked what type of massage I wanted when I first called to make the appointment I called two other times to confirm my appointment and both times she acting as if she did not care Good morning of the appointment I tried to call to tell her that the company shuttle that I which is my only means for transportation was going to be a little late I assumed I was going to have an hour and massage so it would be all right I would just have to pay for a couple minutes that I lost however they never answered the phone when I called when I arrived no one was at the front desk so I sat down approximately 5 minutes later she comes in and tells me that my appointment was canceled because I am 20 minutes late I told her I tried to call and she said she saw that I tried to call but nobody was there to answer the phone and she did not have time for me I stated that she never even asked what kind of massage I wanted or how long and she said that shes said I wanted the 30 minute massage I said you never asked

Extremely rude and unprofessional people. Definitely do not recommend. Asked for prices and availability they answered, ya come anytime. 5 minutes later im getting calls from there calling asking where im at on multiple different numbers.
