They don’t carry my flavor in disposable vapes! I love the Flum pebbles luscious watermelon! Idk why tho bc everywhere I’ve gotten them they get sold out ASAP! So not sure why they don’t carry them? Making money is what a business does

Why cant I select 0 stars? The place was locked, said open, during business hours. Had to drive up to the other store to find out they did not carry what I needed and I had to then go to Evergreen, big loop.

Literally the worst vape shop in the valley. Their policy states that they can’t exchange products after you leave. I had an issue with 2 disposables I bought, tested them right there, they were leaking and the flavors were rancid tasting (probably why they put them on sale instead of sending them back) and refused to exchange. The guy also took a puff off one of my vapes to “test” it and still didn’t let me exchange it for one without his mouth on it! Take your money elsewhere.

Was looking to get an upgraded mod was suggested a geekvape. Only used for 3 weeks when it shorted out for unknown reasons. After the guy looked at it for 5 min and looked on his phone for 15 min, stated there was nothing could do even though it was discovered it was a defective item. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Another shining example of transplants taking advantage of montanans with their shady business practices where profits always come before the customer! They offer 30 day policy on products but dont honor it!!! This has been multiple times and they gladly take your money but dont back anything!!! Barbara, Keith, Kelly, do better or get out!

This place is absolutely a shade tree of a business. Went in yesterday, spent $149.00 of brand new equipment as a gift for a friend. When I was choosing the equipment I had asked about returning the flavor juice stuff, as I had no clue what he wanted. They said yes that would be fine. Well, after a day my friend decided to quit vaping. All contents are in original packaging. I have the receipt. My friend needed wanted the money for his kid any ways so that worked out fine. But when my friend went there today, they claimed their policy was to only give in store credit. This is not stated, posted or public knowledge. They do have some room, but they failed a few key areas. We will be pursuing this with better business bureau and with Department of Consumer Protection for Montana. I will spend an extraordinary amount of resources to right this. I am tired of businesss just thinking they can treat the customers like dirt and create their own rules. I will work daily to find as many people that have had complaints with this company. you guys just really have a poor business model.

Same story as the rest!! They have great prices for the valley but customer service is awful. I almost feel bad for the employees, life has to be so hard when you are that STUPID. My vape Broke after a week. To the rest of you, contact the manufacturer smok has a 6 month warranty. I’m sure the other companies have the same

(Resolved) I left my initial review but u was able to return the items so Id say thats worth at least 4 stars.(1 star until I get this resolved. I got batteries that came defective. They said they have other ones that are better and the same price. Im curious why they didnt offer those in the first place. Bought a separate charger and went home, those ones ended up being defective as well. Now they arent even exchanging them and Ive had them for 1 day! Waiting on a call from the owner.)

Theres a lot of negative on here about these guys but honestly, i dont see why.I dont know anything about vaping outside of Hyde products and I made that clear. The 2 guys working spent almost an hour helping me find just the right thing. Even set it all up and made sure it was working before I left. All while handling other customers throughout with the utmost respect and care. Ill be back when its time for a refill.Oh, if youre a fan of whiskey, ask about the kentucky bourbon cream pie. 11 out of 10

We bought a mod from Mark B, the unit will not charge. They will not back the product they sell. Im not going back to this store ever again. Absolutely the worst costumer service ever, highly recommend going elsewhere. We didnt use a fast changer, we used a iPhone charger like we were instructed to do. It broke with in the manufacturer warranty time frame and still would not make this right.

The employees there are VERY kind and helpful. If you don’t know what you want they are very patient and quite exceptional at finding something to meet your desires. Their juice is very good quality, they have a nice selection, and wide variety. I live about 30 min from Kalispell and I have to go all the way across town, I know I pass like 2 or 3 other vape shops, but these guys are definitely worth the extra mile! I highly recommend this vape shop!

Being a transplant from out of state, I have dealt with and been a patron to many sketchy and down right dirty headshops and vapor establishments. This store is ahead of the class, it is clean, orderly and well lit. The staff, Zane and Cruz are great guys, they are both exceedingly knowledgeable. The in-house vapor line is both fairly priced and delicious. The selection of tanks and other equipment is more than current and impressive. The only down side is that they do not rebuild coils, but really, you should know how to manage your own equipment.

So I bought a mod from these guys on 01/26/2022 and today I went to put new fully charged battery into it and it just quit working. I have only had this mod for 3 days! They have a post on their door saying if anything happens to their products internally to return within 30 days with receipt anf they would replace the malfunctioning product, so I bring in my receipt and the mod and they refuse to help they wouldnt exchange the product or refund my money so DONT SHOP THERE!!

Ive been coming here for years service is always great,prices are very good, the flavor variety is the largest in the valley! Both stores have great employees very knowledgeable! There hours are awesome too!

Cruz is the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to the vapor experience. Products are excellent. Many choices of flavors. We moved away and still have their products shipped to us. Wont go anywhere else!

I had some issues with my tanks over the weekend and stopped in the location near Sears this morning. Mr. Cruiz had me working and out the door in no time with expert care. They know what theyre talking about, and they are willing to work within your budget to find whatever works for you. They are amazing when it comes to recommendations, though, obviously, they know more about their own products, than they might about something youd find onlune, but thats to be expected. Tell them what you use, what you like about it, and what youd like different, and theyll find something to work for you.

The guy was very helpful and professional. He knew more about vapes than anyone I’ve ever talked to. He’s literally the vape King. I’m definitely gonna be bringing them business in the future. Highly recommended. Great prices as well.

Always take care of me and my vaping needs. Prices are average which is high considering the price of equivalent product online. Product quality is top notch as far as their self-made juices. As for the devices, Im on my 4th one, and I only began vaping 1.5 years ago. Cant rave enough about the service though. Makes up for any other negative aspect.

Good store! The state banned vape because they want your ciggerette money. Now ima drive elsewhere to get vape. This store and its employees worked hard to build a honest business, and a false flag crisis tried to ruin it. Good Job to the store, bad job to the do-gooders in the big cheeze offices.

I pulled in with 15 mins till closing. I was not rushed through anything and they fixed my vape pen. Bought a new one as well. Set that one up as well and showed me the ropes about it. I recommend them to anyone that vapes.

I wish this was still a family run business. The customer service has slid and they dont stand behind their products. I get my juice online now for about half as much with twice the quality.

Love this place. Especially the people. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable, and happy to help. I am very picky about vape juice. But some of the time I dont know specifically what I am looking for, and come here with just have an idea of the flavor I want. Everybody I have dealt with at this store has been just incredible...They listen when I explain what flavors I like, and give helpful suggestions to which vape juice would be a good choice. (Most imporantly, they have been very patient while I make up my mind. I live 200 miles away, so when I choose a new flavor of vape juice, I am stuck with it. Its important that I get the the right one.) This is definitely the best vape shop in western Montana.

I have been a customer for a few years now, and every salesperson has always been passionate and willing to answer my many questions every time I go in. I have bought 3 different ecig kits and many bottles of juice. Many other ecig stores in town act pretentious and upitty when you dont know much about the equipment but at this store they are so friendly. I wont go anywhere else for my ecig needs!

My mom bought a new vape here and she loves it. The dudes who work there are super awesome and helpful to. No bs and I like that.

I learned more about my mod than the companies instruction manual. I did not know how to change my wick. The dude behind the counter showed me that my current coil was replaceable not rebuildanle. Then he took the time to teach me which coils are rebuildable and showed me how to rebuild. The Vapor Depot said they would not help me because the law doesn’t allow them too help. She said, “it is illegal for her to show me how to rebuild my coil. I new it was a lie. The E-cig Vapor Juice store is professional, go there for all your Vapor needs.

They do amazing work, and they know their stuff well. Great place for beginners and for people who have been doing it a long time.

Way overpriced juice, 5 dollars for 10 ml, the hardware is usually marked up around 400%, horrible customer service, they do not stand behind the products they sell, and the owner acts like he loves the smell of his own farts.

Just remember folks, When someone tries to tell you you cant smoke around them or where ever you are at...... That you correct them with I am not smoking, I quit that bad habit and say I Vape!!! And tell them smoke is not involved in any way! Spread the word!!!
