I love that this place has the products I like that are becoming hard to come by (especially the guava chill vapes) and the employees have always been very nice and helpful. I wasn’t going to put in the effort to make a review until a couple days ago when I called asking for a product and the lady that answered informed me they had one left. I told her I was on my way and would be there in a few, but I hadn’t asked or expected her to save it for me, because first come first serve! But when I arrived she had set the product aside at the register so no one else would purchase it before me and I just felt so appreciative towards her! They also gave me a free pack of sunflower seeds one time because they ordered too many and that was really cool too 😎

I had no problems here. I read some of the reviews and some of the fragile opinions of being wronged . My experience I came in I got what I needed. They were polite. They said, thank you and said have a nice day. What more can you ask for?

Great tobacco shop. I enjoy the occasional maduro cigar. They have a good selection of all types of cigars and cigarettes. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. Walk in humidor and a drive up window. What else could you want? Give em a try!!!

I have been buying vapes here for a while now. I have never been told to try it out before leaving the parking lot. When I went back after I had opened my purchase I made the day before and found the vape defective, I returned to exchange my purchase. The manager was very rude and told me, we ask that you try it before you leave because once it leaves my parking lot, we are not responsible for it. I have always had friendly service there. But that really irked me. Just letting everyone know, that even though you never get told that when purchasing a vape, you cannot return a defective product.

Great place to just go and hang out at all day and they have the most incredible French vanilla lattes around kalispell!!! Truly an amazing place!!!

Honestly just pathetic that they won’t accept a state issued Medical marijuana card as valid photo ID.Just bad vibes all around, I agree with the “big man acts like he’s doing you a favor” review, and I recently learned they turned away a friend for having an “underage” 18+ passenger.They didn’t even have the papers I wanted, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.🤙

I love this place. The ladies at the drive through are very kind and they LOVE my dog. I buy juul pods here exclusively. However the managers underage daughter is constantly in the store, but when I barely step in the doors I’m told to show ID before I can even close the door. Maybe give us a chance to open our wallets 😂 great service otherwise!! Thanks SF!

I stopped by to pick up a vape for my cousin. I knew what it looked like, the flavor, and the price my cuz had paid. The man that helped me didnt say hello and looked at me with a skeptical look on his face. The attitude continued from there. When I told him what I was looking for he asked me if I wanted 1500 or 3000 puffs and I said I didnt know. He said, Well, thats gonna be something you want to know. Ooook. He sounded annoyed at everything I said, including when I asked if I could see a certain one, which I indicated by mentioning the brand name and pointing. He sighed and said, I have all these different ones by them...I would have bought a different one at a higher price point but I was so put off by this person that I left.Smoker Friendly? Not so much.

They have a fair selection of tobacco products. However, if your looking for golden harvest pipe tobacco youre out of luck. I asked if they could special order it for me and they said no. I reached out to their distributor, nothing. Unfortunately since the humidor smoke shop closed I havent been able to find a place to buy golden harvest tobacco in the flathead Valley.

Worst customer service possible!We called them 12 days ago for a specific brand of cigarettes. They answered the phone and said that had two cartons, so we made a 67 mile round trip to buy them. They were a very old and my experience with cigarettes that old are they are not smokable. I asked if they would order 4 cartons of my brand, and they said they would, And they would be in on August 16th. We started calling on August 16th and nobody answered the phone all day. Then we called again on August 17th, again up to 5:30 pm, no one answered the phone. We tried over 30 times in two days, gave up, and assumed they did what they said they would do-- order the 4 cartons. So we took another 67 mile round trip to this shop. The woman at the shop said she knew that none of my brand had arrived in the past month. I told her I had driven here twice, 134 miles based on things they misrepresented and because they will not answer their phone. She shrugged and said nothing. Worst service possible.

Absolutely amazing selection and customer service. I was in there to pick up pipe accessories and as a pipe smoking newbie the lady working was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will frequent this business because of the high level of commitment to the customer!

I will bump my rating up to a 3 because Ive gone there since I moved to town. Its a great store for any of your smoking needs, I really appreciate the drive through. But the last time I was there, none of the staff were wearing masks and none of the customers inside were required to wear them either. There was a woman in there who sounded like she was dying hacking up a lung and wasnt even covering her mouth. 🤢 They obviously arent taking Covid seriously and I feel unsafe going there even through the drive through. Im sorry for the low review but I cannot give it more with seeing how they do not care about their workers or the public with their safety measures.

Small store but open later than the other local shops. Had what we needed in and out. No frills no surprise

I like the products, but every time Ive gone in there within the past six months or so, the ladies are incredibly rude. I understand I need to show my ID, give me a few seconds to grab it maybe? I know for a fact Im not the only person whose experienced this recently.

The employees are rude with absolutely no personalities. The big dude that works there makes you feel like he’s doing you a favor.

The ladies who work there did an amazing job especially (erin) she is the most amazing person u could ever imagine she helped me n gave me advice when i needed it the most way to go girls keep up the good work

Went to this place while on vacation from Minnesota. Older dude with a beard was super chill and helped me with pipe tobacco. Definetly coming back if I find myself in the valley again!

My wife and I are both in our 20s and I was rudely told that I needed to also show her ID and to not just try to bring it in for her that she had to accompany me. So we went to Evapor instead, cant reccomend evapor enough!

Great variety of tobacco products behind the counter alone. They also carry cigars and many brands of accessories such as butanes, papers, rolling machines, incenses, and from what I can remember some general vape juices.Excellent customer service and help.Would definitely recommend this as the best smoke shop in Kalispell proper.

Not that many places carry the cigarettes I smoke but these folks still do. Wish they still carried NBT, Skunk, or Colorado herbal incense but that was years ago. :(
