Ecig Vapor Juice Store

Bought a vape from them, and it stopped working within an hour of me having it. I went back to see what can be done, and apparently nothing can be done even after the “manager” said that the brand was having malfunctions and said that his vape also did the same. That’s ridiculous, and honestly really bad business. And yes, I tried the vape before leaving.

I used to love coming to this place. I have been buying from this place once a week for the last two years at $15.00 a week. That equates to $1,590 I have spent in this business in the last 2 years. My personal card recently got hacked and I recently got married the guy who helped me wouldnt sell me juice under my wifes card without her permission. I had to call my wife to verify that it was her card. You think for one second I would come in with a stolen card ? Our cards have veen more than verified and ran in your system. You need to train your employees better on how to treat valuable customers. I will be taking my business else where and I will no longer suggest to anyone to go here.policy or not you dont basically accuse someone who has spent that much money in your store of coming in trying to use a stolen card. Get a clue about customer service !!!!!Sorry you feel that way again you all are clueless on customer service!!!!

Best vape store Ive been to in a longtime. 15,000 puff bars for less then any other store in town. Ryan is the one who helped me out and he was awesome. He gave me all the info I asked for and he was really polite. If you go here ask for Ryan

All of the people complaining are the ones who can’t read the policy clearly stated .-No cards without matching ID-We reccomend everyone open and try their vape before they leave in case it doesn’t workOnly wish is that they would have a continual supply of the good flavors of ultra bars. White gummy and blueberry lemonade, they tend to sell out weekly and for days at a time,Other than that, best vape store around

Bought a disposable vape pen for a long plane flight overseas, got it home and it didn’t work at all so I went and bought a usb-c cord for it but that wasn’t the issue. I called the store ( less than an hour from when I purchased it. Employees told me that I should’ve tried it before I left the store because they get alot of “duds” and that they can’t exchange or refund it, even with receipt!This is actually fraudulent, I will tell as many potential customers as I can to just go somewhere else.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices on some items are a tad higher than others, but the customer service and support is worth the extra few bucks.They also have hard to find coils for Geekvape products.

That vapor juice is no good for you. It has heavy metals in the coils. Your body does not agree with heavy battles inside of you. If you absolutely have to have nicotine get the zen, It is only nicotine. At town pump. Then wean yourself off of it,

I love both of these stores. I usually go to the one closer to Albertsons because its closer to where I live, but the handful of times Ive been to the north store, theyve always been so wonderful. The staff is always super nice and incredibly helpful, I have never had a bad experience. Plus they have a massive selection of products! Definitely recommend!

Very rude service. Staff should be willing to help customers, not criticize and belittle them. Other stores dont even have the product I want. But Ill be switching to them now.

This place is a joke!!!!! We bought a Cali bar 2 days ago and the battery died. We still had the receipt and tried to take it back. The kid working was a joke too! Had my husband puff on it in front of him and said yep the battery is dead and then said sorry we don’t take returns. We didn’t want a refund we wanted a replacement as the liquid was almost full. The kid rambled on about some guy scamming them and ruining it for everyone else. That is very poor business to treat everyone like scammers. We will never step foot in this place again. Do yourself a favor and stay out!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!! Horrible!!

I’ve been buying my vapes here for around 4 or 5 years, I actually quit smoking cigarettes after I purchased my first vape from them, they have great prices and a great selection including a pretty decent variety of disposable vapes as well, very friendly and knowledgeable as well, just don’t try to pick up any quarters on the front steps they might be glued and I don’t speak from experience or anything but it might be a little embarrassing for you lol

Great prices and selection I was thinking of purchasing my vape online but I made the decision to go local and Im glad I did. Very nice atmosphere and the new crew seems to know their stuff.

Would give them a negative 5 if it was an option... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. say they will back their products and that you can return one of their products within 30 days... had my receipt, had the leaking vape for one day and would not replace it and basically told me I was vaping on it wrong. Go somewhere else!!!!!

Great shop and Great employees. Just bought a new Rda (Profile) tank and (Wismec) mod and the guys in there were able to help set it up for me since Im pretty new to the drip tanks and making your own coils. 💯💯💯

This place is incredible! They got a ginormous selection of juice and product with the lowest prices in town!! Very friendly staff with great product knowledge. Safe to say I’ll definitely be coming back😊

The employees have changed quite a bit over the past couple years. They actually help you and are knowledgeable. And they have the biggest selection ive seen in montana.

House juice is low quality and over priced ,staff is not very knowledgeable. Since you can buy everything online I would think theyd be more helpful.
