Blissful Retreat with Exceptional Massage!My husband and I visited from out of town and treated ourselves to a couples massage at this gem. The experience was beyond incredible! My therapist, Taylor, created a truly relaxing and rejuvenating session, expertly working through every knot.The soothing atmosphere enhanced the overall experience, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk, who not only greeted us warmly but also shared fantastic recommendations for local dining spots. Best spa in downtown KC! The atmosphere is serene and the decor inside was gorgeously handmade by the owner, Brad. I have loved every service I have received here. Facials, massage, float pool, and the sauna are all wonderful. They also use and sell Rhonda Allison Skincare that is phenomenal if youre looking for great skincare products! If youre looking for a relaxing massage ask for Fabio, and if youre looking for a great deep tissue ask for Taylor! Also a great place for couples, you wont be disappointed!

My partner and I had a couples massage, 90 minutes. My masseuse was Taylor. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they got us scheduled. Once we got there, we were buzzed in and greeted quickly and warmly. Their louglnge had a delightful tea I tried but we didnt relax long there. Our therapists were ready very quickly. They escorted us to our room, explained their process, let us disrobe and get comfortable and then came back to do the massages. Taylor was probably the best masseuse Ive had. I tend to have a lot of knots and she had to put in some serious work on my shoulders and back. She also hit areas I hadnt had massaged before and apparently needed. All in all, this place was clean, professional, welcoming, calm, and really good at massage. Definitely recommend and will be back next time we visit KC!

We had a great experience with our spa party at Green Leaf. We had some operational issues that the front desk called about the day of our party, and Green Leaf went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate the issues and correct to make sure our experience was top notch. The services themselves were incredible - our group was so satisfied with the experience.

Lots to say about Green Leaf! The atmosphere, the front counter staff, the ease of access.. it was top-notch. I loved every second I spent in this business. ❤️Now for the massage....It was literally one of the best massages Ive ever experienced! I had an auto accident almost a year ago and pain management has been tough to come by holistically. My body is an aching mess, and I always present a challenge when I go for a massage.Taylor was my massage therapist, and she is AMAZING. with a mixture of pressure and heat, she was able to break up a few of my awful knots. Head to toe I felt relaxed and comfortable. Her personality was also very kind and warm! I will be shouting from the rooftops about this place.

My massage was the best Ive received, ever. Kimberly was amazing. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing and really beautiful. After a traumatic injury (a fall) last year Ive been nervous about going but she went above and beyond and even taught me technique to work on my scar tissue. The only thing I would change is, it would have been nice to have a changing room with a locker for belongings but thats just minor. I will be back🩷🩷

Upon arrival I was not offered a robe, or locker room access. My therapist was 5 minutes late, so we didn’t get started until about 10 minutes into my 60 minute session. I had opted a foot scrub add-on, which in my mind, would be additional time. But, was instead 10 minutes of my massage time, spent rubbing the scrub for a couple minutes, then cleaning it off for another 5. She then ended the massage promptly on the hour.I asked for a towel to wipe the oil off, since I wasn’t offered a robe and had to put my street clothes on. She said I could use the dry wash cloth that had been covering my eyes.I felt the staff was lazy, and flippant. I will not be back, nor would I recommend this “spa”.

While I enjoyed the experience here I was really upset with the products I purchased. The spa I had been going to and getting my skin care from closed so I started going here and purchased a new skin care regimen from them. A little over 1 week from using the products my skin is the worst it has ever been in my life. I have surface pimples and really deep pimples ALL over my face. Its painful and embarrassing. These products are the worst I have ever tried. When I called to see if I could get a refund or exchange they said there was nothing they could do. I spent over $120 on skin products only to put my skin in the worst condition its ever been in and they refused to do anything other than sell me more products. I will never be back and advise anyone with acne prone skin to stay far far away.

This place was absolutely everything I could have hoped for. Great massage catered to exactly what I needed help with and the sauna afterwards left me feeling refreshed and ready for anything. Definitely will be coming back!

I’ve been here a few times for facials before my wedding, and both times Christie was incredible!!! So much attention to detail, takes her time and my skin was the best it’s ever looks both times!

I got a facial from Tessa and lash lift, tint, and brows done. Hands down, the best facial I’ve had in a long long time! The lash lift and tint and a brow lamination were fun services I’ve always wanted to try. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my brows and lashes. I’ve already got my next appointments booked. Icing on the cake: the staff is very friendly and Tessa is super sweet

Justin might be the best massage therapist in the world. I had so much back pain yesterday, after a 90 minute session I feel good as new. He understands the body and it’s needs in ways no other massage therapist I’ve been to has. Highly recommend. I love how he stretches you. I feel like I have more range of motion after going to him.Besides Justin’s incredible work, the spa is beautiful and clean. Best in KC by far :)

The atmosphere at the spa is so calming and welcoming and whenever I walk in it smells so good! The staff is phenomenal! I started seeing Todd just for facials at first-and of course hes AMAZING! I love my visits with him! Ive also seen Suzanne for waxing several times and she is not only kind an personable, but her waxes are super quick and efficient. Brad is also a fantastic massage therapist and has helped me with so much when it comes to pain and soreness.This place is truly an oasis!

Tried float therapy for the first time and it was definitely worth it! My boyfriend and I went for a date and it was one of the most relaxing things we’ve done. Tony, the owner, was very knowledgeable and super nice. Every staff member was friendly especially the lady at the front desk! Definitely recommend

Brad and his team are fantastic. I’ve been a client for several years now and always receive the best service. I used to have chronic low back pain and can now say that I rarely have any issues at all. Brad customizes his approach based on your needs. He has provided me with a combination of traditional, deep tissue, and pressure point massages as well as stretching. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Brad and the Green Leaf Spa Salon team.

My wife and I scheduled a few services on a Saturday to celebrate our birthday. We received a Couple’s 90 min massage, and each received a separate facial. For the Couple’s massage, we were in adjoining rooms, but they had a common, retractable barrier so that it felt like we were still together. Our therapists were prompt, and tremendous at their craft with being able to address our specific needs. While we waited for each other for the facial services (they were staggered), we were able to relax in the lounge and even had a glass of wine. All of the staff were great. It looked like they were still settling into the space, but it did not take away from our experience and I suspect it will be even better once those aspects are completed. We will be back!

Green Leaf is a beautiful spa with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a facial with Tessa, and she did a wonderful job of tailoring the facial to my concerns. My skin has never looked and felt better! I would highly recommend both Tessa and Green Leaf Spa!! :)

Ive been twice for a 60 minute massage with Jennifer and it has been amazing both times! She always makes me feel so comfortable and listens to my concerns. The place is easy to find if you follow the signage inside and everything. Im going to make this part of my regular self care routine because Ive had such a good experience. Booking online is easy, do it!

I have been coming here for about a year getting facials regularly with Tessa. She is great and customizes the facials to my needs. I have also been purchasing the skincare she recommends and it has made a huge difference for me! I have gotten a massage here once for my birthday and it was really enjoyable as well!

Hands down this was the best spa day experience Ive ever had. Start to finish Todd guided us through our services making us feel comfortable, relaxed, and honestly like royalty. We started with a 90- minute hot stone massage followed by a float in the salt pool which was an incredible experience in sensory deprivation. Following that was 30- minutes in the sauna which join coming out of I felt like a million bucks. Cant wait to go back!

Wonderful place, we had there couples massage for our 10 years anniversary. We arrived a little earlier and spent some time in their lounge with a little wine. The massage was absolutely perfect and we decided to stay for a 30 min in sauna ( I highly recommend to do that, so you can gather yourself after relaxing massage experience). We felt absolutely relaxed and refreshed.

This place is incredible. A tad hard to find though. Had to call and ask. Kameron was my masseuse today and he was incredible. I feel great. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been going here for few years and Brad is so kind and compassionate. I always leave more refreshed and a bit more relaxed. My muscles feel more loose and elongated after my massages with Brad. I will not go anywhere else. I am excited to finally see the upgraded building as soon as I can. I can’t say enough good things about Brad and Todd. Love their sweetness, genuine thoughtfulness and caring for people.

My Fiancée and I got a couples massage with Green Leaf Spa. I got a few of the add ons while she got the expectant mother massage to help with carrying our child. She loved the massage, she was so relaxed that she actually fell asleep during the massage. The location was the only thing that I wasn’t the biggest fan of but it’s pretty nit picky honestly. It’s upstairs and forces your to wind through a building with a bunch of other shops. The signs are there but man they’re confusing. The massages and the people who work there made the adventure worth it. It was a great way to cut some of the stress we were both carrying. I’d recommend Green Leaf to anyone looking for a unique and stress relieving experience. Thank y’all again!

My sister and I each booked a massage. The receptionist told us they had just moved into this building, so it was a little confusing getting there without much signage. But the massages were great! And we were there a number of months ago, so Im sure theyre more settled and easier to find now. Very nice decor once inside even though the outside at the time we were there was less inviting.

Im not sure exactly what sorcery I just experienced, but Ill be doing it again. First of all, the front desk area and rooms are amazing. Low and modern lighting, natural and modern art, and comfortable seating make for the perfect atmosphere. Then the staff are so great! Kind and sincere, which is so important when youre about to be naked on a table and need to be relaxed. And the massage... Arthur is some unreal mix of technical and intuitive. Hes extremely knowledgeable and definitely uses it to your advantage. I actually didnt realize how tense certain muscles were until he relieved the tension there. If I ever go anywhere else, its only because this place isnt around anymore, which isnt likely because theyre relocating to a new facility with even more services in August 🙌🏻

One of the best massages I have gotten!My masseuse was Justin. I had a neck problem that I specifically wanted to target. He focused on that, and he had given me some stretches to do at home. You could tell her cared about the work he was doing.Customer service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning.Can’t say enough about this establishment! Thank you!!

I have had a couple massages with Brad and he is great. He is professional and an excellent masseuse. The Green Leaf space is comfortable, classy, and well-designed. I liked that there were printed instructions in the massage room for what to expect for a new person. This is something I would have liked to have my first massage. The location can be a bit tricky to find but Brad sends out detailed instructions. Just follow them and you will find it! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back myself.

This was my first visit to Green Leaf Spa, I am beyond satisfiedwith the relaxing environment, products and top notch service.I received a facial from Suzi, she asked the appropriate questions to accurately categorise my skin type and which products that would help with my mature skin. Susie went above and beyond in explaining the products that were best for my skin care needs. I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time, her hands are healing!

My wife and I received a couples massage. My massage was with Kylie and my wife’s was with Maurice. Both were excellent! Great, relaxing, firm, and gentle all mixed together! My only regret is that I don’t live closer so I can’t frequent the place. Everything was top notch from the gentleman at the front end to the masseuses and their feedback after the massage. A nice cold bottle of water and we were ready to walk around the plaza. Highly recommend this place and these massage therapists!

Ive been getting massages for years and I rarely visit the same place more than twice. I have been back to Green Leaf every month for past 7 months. I have seen 4 different therapists and each one has wonderful, skillful techniques that they bring to each session and they all have a professional disposition about them. I always feel comfortable there and I always feel as if they are listening to my concerns and work those areas in the massage. The front desk staff is always warm and friendly; on the phone and face to face. I have only been rescheduled once due to an emergency situation and they were quick to get me back on the schedule in a timely manner. I love the variety of services and therapists they offer, to keep my massages different and effective for the care that I am seeking for myself. Their fees are comparable to other places, but the level of service and the warm, welcoming, relaxing environment of their office and therapy rooms put them over the top! I recommend that anyone looking for a place to receive quality massage therapy that they visit Green Leaf!

Had an amazing massage here for my birthday yesterday. Brooke was terrific. Then had a facial by Todd, my skin hasn’t been this smooth in months. I love the product line. Oh and ice rocks 🙌🏼🙌🏼 The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. VERY clean and safe (all of your stuff is in the room with you or locked in a locker you lock yourself). I’ll be back.

Loved my massage with Brooke. Next time I’m in town I will definitely come back. She was very attentive to the needs I communicated. Frequently in prenatal massage therapists can lighten the pressure more than I’d prefer but she did not!! A day later and still feel the benefits of my one hour massage 😊 very clean, calm, relaxing environment!

First time at Greenleaf. Was looking for a centrally located place with fairly quick availability to do a more indepth therapeutic massage for an injury area. Got paired up with Brooke Taylor. She was fabulous. Good communication. Very well balanced between relaxing massage, some stretching and movement, and some deeper work to my problem areas. I felt well addressed but not overworked. I will definitely be back!

I love this spa so much that Ive become a regular customer. The people are very caring and take an interest in my personal well being. Im a senior citizen so skin care is important. Todd has done super beneficial treatments and the recommendation of Rhonda Allison skin care is great. I love the products and they have made a huge difference in the appearance of my skin. Ive had massages with Brad and its both relaxing and beneficial! I highly recommend everything about the spa and the personnel. Cant wait till my next appointment. Thanks guys!!

Ive been multiple times to Green Leaf to see Justin - he does great therapeutic massage work and is always willing to give me insights on stretches / positions / etc I can do in between sessions. Finding their location can seems daunting, but once you enter the building from Broadway there are easy to follow signs, dont worry about it. Theyre great about communications and updates - they needed to reschedule last minute one day and made sure to call me directly and get me on the books asap. Really appreciate that weve got a group like them in Kansas City!

Booked for a prenatal massage & they didnt believe my doctors note was real because it was generated via an online system and didnt include a signature. Maybe the massage would have been good, but I dont feel comfortable going somewhere that implied I lied about my (frankly unnecessary) medical note. I guess its a liability issue, but I have since learned of spas with more modern policies. I have a gift certificate but the whole experience was weird and I dont want to go back.Edit to clarify: I am a responsible and cautious pregnant person. I took an afternoon off of work and brought my doctors note that indicated that Im in my second trimester and okay to get a prenatal massage, and they deemed it insufficient. The note had a number to call for any concerns, but instead they made me leave my scheduled appointment. They indeed have a right to refuse service to anyone, but I have since found other places that only require a waiver or a verification that you are beyond the first trimester, and would rather get a prenatal massage there. I just wish I didnt have a gift card here because I really just want to get some prenatal care at a spa where I feel more comfortable. I am not a Karen, I am a big tipper, and have a long history of service industry work!

Recently had a couples massage here , and everything was more than we could ask, from the relaxing sauna to the massage, the receptionist was very nice and professional as well as helpful. The sauna was very clean and nice. Our massage therapist were just amazing as well as professional and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. It was definitely worth every penny we will definitely be coming back as soon as our schedules allow!

It was my first massage with green leaf. It was very professional and clean. They had appropriate precautions during COVID which made me feel safe& reassured. Will definitely come back. My girlfriend and I went to Green Leaf for Valentines day, and it was simply wonderful. The spa is in a theater building, so initially we werent sure we were in the right place, but it becomes obvious pretty quickly where you are supposed to go.We got there slightly early for our appointment and all of the required forms were already prepared, it was simple questionnaire about where you are feeling tense, what you want to focus on, and any previous injuries they should know about. The two masseuse were fantastic. My girlfriend was treated by Mayra and myself by Cameron. Cameron was good to the point where it felt as if there were four sets of hands on my back at any point. He started by gently feeling areas I had said I was tense and I could tell he took time to focus on those areas and really release the tension. It was obvious he was focused on my specific needs and not just a set routine. Mayra was similarly great for my girlfriend. She said she could tell Mayra really took pride in her work and focused on her specific needs.We finished our evening there with a half an hour in the Infrared Sauna. The Sauna room was big, clean, relaxed and had everything you could possibly needs. The sauna itself was set up for us, clean, and very cool. There was no rush into or out of the sauna. They made sure we knew to take our time and enjoy our treatment.I would recommend this place without a second thought. I have been to other places that force memberships on you after your treatment that require written notice of cancellation 90 days prior blah blah blah. Definitely nothing like that here. They focus on your needs and do such a great job you wont find anything better in Kansas City.

I have been a customer going to Green Leaf for a few years now, and would highly recommend it for anyone who wants an excellent spa treatment and experience too. The accommodations are very clean and welcoming with wonderful aromatic smells in the air enticing the clients. This company offers a variety of massages and other services for the clients to choose from.I love getting a 90 minute massage with Brad and then I take a 20 minute infra red sauna to complete my visit. My body feels so relax and my mind is so calm afterwards!

I had an awesome massage with Brad! He worked the knots in my back with perfect pressure and followed my muscle anatomy to make sure he go to all the problem areas. I have never been back to the same massage therapist twice in KC but I would definitely go back to Brad because it was like he knew exactly what I needed. He has one room in a building with other health/beauty service professionals, and it is cozy and beautifully decorated. You can tell he puts a lot of care into his work.

I have gone to Brad at Green Leaf on several occasions and he is wonderful. I have many problem areas with severely knotted muscles and he does wonders for me. He always asks what areas are bothering me and tailors the massage to my needs. The deep tissue massage is very well done. The new space at the Uptown theater building is beautifully decorated and sets a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I recommend him highly!

Just finished my 90 min hot stone massage with Jenny and couldn’t feel any better! I’ll never have a massage again without hot stones! She is so considerate of what I need and making sure I’m comfortable during my massage. She’s so in tune with every muscle and how it needs attention. She also gave me ideas I could do at home to help :) she’s very sweet and I’m already looking forward to seeing her at my next appointment!

I can truly say that I had the best massage I have ever had today! Myra did an amazing job on my all over hot stone massage and foot scrub. She was able to listen and take care of me in a way that I no longer have aches and pains. Myra was able to relax me and make me comfortable, as well as the tranquil music and soothing senses. I will definitely be back and will do my best to let everyone know that this place is amazing! I love the atmosphere and calming effect before you even reach the door as well as the feeling of being welcomed with hot tea/ water. Each of you should do yourself or someone you love a favor and call to schedule a massage. You are in great hands and will leave feeling calm and pain free!

Easily the best massage I’ve ever had. Initially they asked me to fill out paper work and give very specific info on my preferences and needs which Chaz was able to use to target all the rights spots. He mentioned that I might wake up the following day a little tender because of the pressure he applied but I woke up feelings great. Clean, professional and a very relaxing atmosphere. This spa has excellent communication and expectations for their Covid-19 safe policies. All things considered during a pandemic, I felt very comfortable coming in today and will definitely return. The massage service was most excellent, and massage therapist (Nick) was very skilled, professional and courteous. This place has supreme customer service, overall and is a very relaxing and serene ambiance.

A few times a year I buy a Groupon massage deal and Im usually pretty satisfied, however Ive never been impressed enough to go back; I always just look for the next cheap deal. This is the first time Ive given anyone my return business. Brad did a really nice job; best massage Ive ever had! Great pressure on the deep tissue portion, which worked out all the kinks in my back, then followed up with very soothing, relaxing strokes. This guy knows what hes doing. Id rather pay a little extra and know Im going to get a really good massage instead of rolling the dice with a random company again.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate just getting married before we left for our honeymoon and decided to get a couples massage. I had Kameron who was absolutely amazing. He paid particular attention to all my knots, especially the crazy ones in my back that felt like gravel. The massage was intense, but he had a way of working them out with special techniques that were life changing. He worked out knots I didnt know existed in the human body. I have had massages in the past where I could tell people just half way put their efforts into it. This was not the case with my experience at Green Leaf. I truly felt he was doing all he could to help work out my tension and stress. Absolutely amazing experience. I will definitely be going back soon!

The ambience is great. Very relaxing rooms. A lot of effort has been out into designing the rooms. The massage therapist Brooke Taylor was great. I loved the stone massage therapy. The music was relaxing. Absolutely loved the whole experience. I would totally recommend this!

Green Leaf is incredible. The staff is super professional and friendly. I had a massage with Justin. He was incredible; the perfect mix of relaxing and muscle work that I needed! In addition this, I was very impressed with how accommodating all staff was for my allergies!

My husband and I scheduled a couples massage to celebrate our 11-year anniversary. The day before, the spa called and canceled one of our appointments due to a sick therapist which was a huge bummer for us. My 90-minute massage with Ashlyn was great. I thought the spa was very nice and modern...once I found it. I had to call and ask where the building was, then wander around the entire third floor trying to figure out where the lobby was. The massage and employees were great, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing.

Came here on my birthday with loads of tension in my upper back and shoulder. Nick was my massage therapist and gave me such a relaxing experience, got all my tension out. Perfect pressure through the entire deration. Loved the decorations and atmosphere as well. A truly lovely experience for me.

Brad is excellent! I am pretty active and have tight and sore muscles. He does a fabulous deep tissue massage. Like the other reviewer, I have never gone to the same person twice however with Brad Im looking forward to my third!! I would highly recommend Brad. :-)

Loved my massage from here! The location is a little tricky to get to (lots of turning hallways), but this place is definitely worth it. I went in for a 90 min massage and the price was very reasonable. The masseuse was very professional and knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very convenient location and great atmosphere. I was an awful customer and had to reschedule early in the week (night shift problems) but they were very understanding and worked with my schedule. I have chronic headaches and back/neck pain that is LONG overdue for treatment since moving to KC. Today Kameron gave me an incredible deep tissue back massage. He asked pertinent questions and was very receptive to what I needed. I cant wait for my next appt!

This spa is officially my happy place. I love Green Leaf so much that I gave away a spa gift card I received for Christmas to visit another spa; I just cant go anywhere else after my experiences at Green Leaf. From the hospitality, to the aesthetics, to the infrared sauna, to the the skillful work of their therapists--youre not going to find another experience like this in Kansas City. While Im sure all of their therapists are equally talented and knowledgeable, I have become attached to Kameron. Youre in good hands no matter who your therapist is, as they have a small staff, and Ive been told they are very particular about whom they hire. The standards and expectations of their therapists are high.Helpful hints:-Plenty of parking across the street, in a huge parking lot thats always mostly empty.-You HAVE to take the elevator during the day, to reach their location on the third floor, and sometimes its a bit of a wait for the elevator. Hang tight--its on the way.-Arrive 15-20 mins early to get settled in, and to receive the tour if its your first time.-Have a cup of tea! They always have a nice fresh hot pot of tea ready near the front desk.-Dont forget to tip your therapist! 20% is standard, but you are welcome to leave more if you were exceptionally pleased with your service.-You can get a little discount for booking appointments in advance, at the front desk!You cant leave this place in a bad mood. Its not possible!

Just calling and making my appointment was so welcoming and I felt so comfortable talking to the young man I forgot his name but he is awesome and was nice cant wait for my appointment 😊 ☺️ 🤗 😌

Please get a facial here! Not only was Todd very knowledgable about facial care but he was, genuinely, a kind person! I have very dry and sensitive skin and Todd took the time to figure out exactly what products and techniques to use on my face that would be most effective! This was my second visit, and it was amazing. I booked a couple massage with the infrared sauna! And boy let me tell you it was hot! The massage therapist are professional, (Chad is my guy) they were ready and did the introductions. Had the room lite with candles and rose petals and music going. The sauna is pretty dope, red color lights and in the corner of the room. I had the hot stone last time and it was just as amazing I had some muscle pain, and shoulder issues with tightness that are all gone. Today a spot in my back and leg. I am glad I found this place. The chocolates and the champagne were great additions and even more relaxing.The sauna get hot, hot, hot and is total worth it. It fit a couple wonderfully.The building is the vintage uptown theatre building. Hey vintage is in. Get with it. On the 3rd floor, follow the signs for the spa! Use the elevator, the steps take u to the 2nd floor only.The decor is modern with a natural twist.The music is modern and a little new age. Good to sleep too, or just space out too.

Brought my husband here for a couole massage amd foot scrub for his birthday. It was his first time getting a massage and his first experince was wonderful. The tension in his shoulders feels much better. I have had several massages and this is one of the better ones. Sara and Kameron were accomdating and professional. We will definately be back!

I received an excellent facial from Suzy. I truly glowed for days afterwards and got many compliments from friends and family. All in all- a fantastic experience!

The manager here contacted me and we setup a interview for 11am the next day. He called me the next morning before the interview stating that he scheduled an interview with someone else at that time. He then told me to send over my resume which I already had done before he contacted me. He then called me the next day saying that the interview wasnt a priority to me so that wouldnt be the job for me. I was confused because this was his 3rd time calling me and my new interview time wasnt til the next day. The first time we spoke he sounded a little alarmed when he heard my voice. Im not going to pull the race card but it seemed a little off to me. I have friends and family that go here and they enjoy it but after this escapade we will not be using these services any longer. Be a bold but professional Manager. He should have just said in the first place. I dont want to interview you.

Do NOT book with this spa. They canceled our 90 minute couples massage 30 minutes prior to the appointment. They didnt even offer any discount on future services and were extremely rude.

Found Green Leaf on the MINDBODY app. Justin was exactly what I needed. Perfect pressure and amount of conversation. Only tip, and I believe I could have requested essential oil ~ a neutral light essential oil on towel and face cradle. A perfect end to my day. I have been returning due to the magical hands of Myra for massages (90 min massage) and now I have found Amy for Aesthetician services (Brazilian & standard waxing, plus Dermaplane Facial). What started out as Groupon introduction Green Leaf has turned into my monthly stop for rejuvenation with both practitioners catering to my every question and/or concern.The products used are high quality (I will have to transition from my previous Aesthetician suggestion of Sothys) and I usually leave with a Pickwick & Co candle (I am now sharing them as gifts) as they have a great selection for purchase available in the sign in area of the spa.My time at Green Leaf allows for whatever care or concern to melt away and allow for some me time and learn ways to enhance the treatment/service rendered. If I could add a suggestion for the robes to come in plus sizes, I could see myself trying other services such as the infrared sauna therapy.All in due time I am sure… Myra & Amy are impeccable so they keep me coming back regardless.

Had a date planned here. Had to call in because we had a last minute call from the vet that we needed to come pick up our dog.She had just been attacked by another dog twice her size and was almost killed.Anyway, i called to reschedule just prior to our appointment. I spoke with a man named Todd and explained the situation. He explained to me that there needed to be 24 hours notice or that i would pay full price.I told him i understood the policy and tried to explain that this was not planned. He was bold enough to suggest that I should have called immeadiatly after the dog was attacked. I asked him if he had pets and if he could understand that it simply wasnt a priority, and he retorted with a wildly unempathetic comment telling me that i had all day to notify them and he was unwilling to persue any sort of solution to the problem.I get that policy is policy, but come on.. Have a heart.. Have a little discretion. It was a rough day and Todd made it worse.Be leary. There may be good people that work there, but the first one failed to change our reservation time when i attempted to push the time back earlier in the week, but told me she could do it anyway, and the second was rude, inconsiderate, and made it a point that seizing the full amount for our time slot and giving his shop a bad name was more important than at least attempting to be decent and offer some sort of solution.I tried my best to make the best of an unfortunate situation, but the people from this establishment clearly couldnt give a damn less.Bravo guys..

It was kinda creepy going through the building since it was dark and there was nobody there because we took the elevator up the 3rd floor. Other than that they cured my shoulder pain and it was very relaxing.But you would think the people rubbing you down would be more...attractive right? right.

Ive had a few massages at Green Leaf. The atmosphere is so relaxing, all 3 different massage therapists have been outstanding and the sauna is excellent.

I have been several times, and I have had great experiences each time. I find it easy to communicate with each masseuse to gain the experience I need, even relief from a severe pain I was experiencing in my hip. Thank you.
