Been here multiple times, despite what the reviews say the prices aren’t really good at all compared to nearby shops. Been charged wildly different prices for simple items like a glass bowl for any water pipe.Better off buying any chinese glass pieces online and waiting a day or two than go here. Walk around and notice how many things aren’t priced. It’s the kind of place where the employee decides on the spot how much they want to try to milk out of you rather than just having a displayed price.

Great product selections! Needs more staffing at times the place can get pretty busy. Parking isnt great, only street or alley choices. Easy to see from normal traffic. Exotic KC is my favorite smoke shop in downtown KC. Their workers are well informed about today’s smoking climate and are really about the culture. Their product stays up to date, and their prices are fair. I’m glad I live by such a good smoke shop with homies like Rocky running it!

This smoke shop is the best one I have found in KC. The employees really helped me find the vaporizer that I needed and were willing to work with my price range. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease and no pressure to buy something. Honestly I shouldnt of given them a star but I just wanted to let people know that the associates working at this store are unprofessional at their job and shouldnt be allowed to represent the name exotic. I was just in their a few days ago bought myself a sourin ishare for a good deal but it wasnt what I thought since the device its self was faulty. So I called them after I gotten off work asked if I could come in to exchange the device or trade it in. I was given the answer yes itll be possible to do so but once I got their they told me I couldnt so I told the manager what the problem was as Im telling you and so I said I was told over the phone I could but I was walking out and the manager had to make a petty comment by saying be upset its on your receipt. I wasnt upset i couldnt exchange it but that the manger had to be unprofessional with his job.

Without a doubt these guys always hook it up, they are so friendly and welcoming to us in the store that its become our only stop for pipes and smoking accessories (being from Colorado its crazy nice to have a go-to smoke shop). If you need a really cool piece, no doubt youll find countless pieces, every shelf theres something completely different or some other local artists pieces. Rocky always hooks it up for us, so without a doubt well be back!!

This smoke shop is by far the best one that I have been to in Kc. I have bought multiple vape pens and if I have any questions about them I can go in and get quick reliable answers. I get really good discounts since I am a regular customer. They have a raffle going on so If I buy over $100 worth of items than I can enter my receipt to win a water pipe, water pipe bag, grinder, Newport torch, and assorted attachments. Its the biggest shop that I have found in Kc. Even though I had walked throughout the store multiple times I still miss something that I didnt see the time before. Great Shop! Highly Recommended!

Large selection is all they’ve got going for them. I have received the wrong coils here more than once(should’ve checked but I expect knowledgeable employees). Prices are really high. I don’t look like a stoner or a juggalo or a drug dealer so they’re automatically rude to me as soon as I walk in, even though I’ve been there at least 20 times. Some have come around eventually but I’ve found a better vape shop with lower prices where the staff is friendly and helpful. My money is going elsewhere.

So I went in first of all huge selection of vape , water pipes I was like damn this kind of stuff in kc & this store has it all , so I needed a rig, I was non educated the dude helped me out with a rig & a titanium nail & a torch then the owner came out & helped me out & gave me a sweet deal for the whole package & gave me some free stuff, I mean they take care of you with everything. Overall Im happy with my visit so 5 stars for a reason.

I buy a ton of vape juice and have been going here for a while. Great customers service and great people working. I came in this afternoon to get some juice but I purchased a few last week and they gave me one that was menthol and I didnt want menthol juice. havent even used it and came in to exchange for the one I asked for and they wouldnt do anything to help, on top of that the cashier that was working was extremely rude and unprofessional, all I was asking was to make things right and he told me if I am going to take my business somewhere else I should do that. I buy a lot of vape products and am at this store all the time. This one employee made sure that I no longer shop here. Never have I seen such horrible customer service.

WARNING - THIS COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW COVID-19 PROTOCOLSI went into this shop to purchase some wraps and was taken back by the fact that none of the employees or customers were wearing face masks. I asked an employee about if they knew if the mask mandate was still in effect and their response was that theyre not sure but have given up enforcing the covid guidelines. I know this is a challenging time for all business but this is absolutely lazy behavior on the managers for not caring about the welfare if their customers and employees. Ive been a patron before this incident and actually enjoyed shopping here before but now I will be going somewhere else.

Very odd first impression. I called to ask about the price of some coils and I was told they dont discuss prices over the phone? I live 20 miles away and wanted to know how much the coils cost before driving all that way and past 10 shops closer to go to this store. I wont be doing that since I have no idea if they are more than they would be at a store 1 mile away. Overall I felt like I was calling to order drugs or something, very sketchy feeling.

Came through a week or two ago with my sister short notice to get a vape and some CBD for the first time. Mercedes made a great recommendation on both fronts and got us out of there in less than ten minutes! She showed me good options and wasnt pushy about upselling me, but gave her honest opinion when I told her I wanted the best option which I really appreciated.
