This is one of the best vape stores in town. They always consistently have what I need and the quality of the juice is amazing! They always get me in and out quickly which is appreciated. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful too. I have always been very happy with my purchases and if something isn’t right they always make it right! I highly recommend!!

I can tell you this is one of the best vape shops in town. Wayne and his staff are very knowledgeable and ready to drop a recommendation. He always has my go to geek bar in stock when I visit him during the week. If you are ever in the area make sure you stop by to pay Wayne a visit and see the huge selection!

If I could give this place more stars I would! I went in for my usual geek bar plus from the vapor lab and they had new geek bars! They had the geek bar pulse x and geek bar skyview!!!! I had to try them both so I got both!! They had so many great options, customer service is great too!!!!

Best vape shop by far. The staff knows their stuff. It’s so well kept with a chill atmosphere. They will take the time to help you find what you’re looking for and can actually answer any questions on all their products. Seriously check it out!

Excellent vape store with excellent and knowledgeable service. Ive been going since 2019. I really like how theyre not another head shop with a vape section, but a store that specializes in Vape juice and vaping equipment. Its hard to be looking for a vapor related item that they dont have, but if you are they can of course order it for you.

The vapors lab has the best selection in the KC area. Wayne and Jordan are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every item they have. I personally love their geek bar and raz bar selection. Would highly recommend going in and talking with the guys to see exactly what vape fits your needs.

This is the first time I visited The Vapor Lab. And i have to say I am impressed. They have many options as far as mods and juices. Their list of juices is the largest Ive seen. They have some premixed juices but majority of them are mixable and customizable. I was helped by Jordan. And he was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out why my rigs were burning up. He helped me with the whole experience. They also have a taster for each flavor. Which is something most shops cant say they have. Also they have a pretty decent rewards program. I think I might be switching to a new vape shop, This vape shop is my new one.

Honestly the best vape shop in the northland. Ive tried diffrent local chains, but these guys consistently deliver what Im looking for. Juice that is flavorful, coils that I need and they go the extra mile to make sure my mod is getting the parts it needs. I go out of my way to go to this shop because they have never wronged me.

I was excited to find beard 32 vape juice until they told me a small 60 mil bottle wss 30$ with tax. I pay 10 to 20 everywhere else. Dissatisfied.

Im a regular, so we know each other around this joint. They usually know exactly what I want, before I even tell them, and they do it with aplomb. I cant think of a better vape shop in the area. Thats because there isnt one. Keep up the great work guys and/or gals!

Was really impressed by the cleanliness, service, and selection. Everything is very organized. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and cool to chat with. The house juices were good quality. You can try out the flavors before you buy. I got a pumpkin spice flavor and was happy with it. Open till 10 on most days.

Great shop set up. Coming from the Southwest and being a recently retired trucker, Ive been in a lot of amazing vape stores. This is honestly one of the best Ive been to and its local. The staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Prices are decent to fair and they have a good variety of mods and tanks. And the juice? The juice is great and reasonably priced for the area. I will definitely be coming back.

I love this place! My husband and I never go anywhere else! They have a big selection of juice and gear. The people are always friendly and I have come to know them as friends. I was not a starter with vaping when I came here for the first time but I have seen how they help people who are starters. They are amazing with helping. I always spend an hour or more there just talking and hanging out. But if you need it to be a quick visit they always are fast and friendly. I have never had an issue and thats why I will always be going there.

Update 4/10/2022: Stopped in today to grab some juice. Love that they still have my flavor and MG I’m used to. Seems like everywhere you go is out of 12mg anymore or they have discontinued the flavor you liked, but Vapor Lab had quite the selection and the staples I’m used to like Wyatt Earp. I will say that their prices are higher than elsewhere since I have been elsewhere now, but I personally don’t mind the extra couple dollars when the customer service is consistently top notch.I love this store because they are just so darn willing to help. I bought a whole set up several months ago and have needed help with changing the coils, leaks, etc several times over the course of having it. Any time I go in here, they are ALWAYS willing to help out and it doesn’t even matter if I buy anything. People that are relatively new to vaping that might not understand exactly how everything works or what to do with it all are welcome here. My complete ignorance has always been met with nothing but patience and kindness and I always leave with my problem solved. They still care about your happiness, even after they’ve made the sale, and it definitely shows. Great vape shop.

Been coming here since the first week they opened and Ive been to many many vape shops around KC and in Iowa and I can confidently say this shop is the best Ive been to. The employees are fantastic and know anything you could possibly want to know. Good selection of devices and juices are amazing.

Great shop with amazing house made juices! You can pick from their premade recipes or build your own flavor from scratch! Angie is amazing to work with, extremely friendly and knowledgeable about anything you want to know! This store is run well, all of their products are priced extremely reasonably and they have excellent customer service!

Jordan was great. I used to go here the first few months they were opened, they were ahead of the game then and they still are now. I was hoping Wayne would be there because of the relationship I built with him, however Jordan definitely filled that gap. They still have a unique way of selling the juice and it’s all so delicious. Their menu has grown so much and they still have some of their original flavors on there. I love this place so much. It’s a good hearted company with good products. They also have penguin capes/coils there which is something I thought I could only buy online. Convenient and AMAZING customer service alwaaays.

The Vapor Lab is hands down the best shop in town. I cant say enough about them. Best custom flavor selection any way you want it. Great selection of mods, tanks, and coils. Super classy joint and well thought out. The place is always ship shape. I love the option to buy concentrates and mix my own. I love this place! Staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable. Great prices, even better flavors! Unicorn Dream is my favorite. Plus, they usually have Sublime or Nirvana pandora playing.

This place is an excellent spot to pick up supplies for making your own e-juice! The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They also seemed eager to hear about my experiences with their product.

These guys are great!!! Jordan and Wayne have helped me to fix vape pens they dont even carry. They are always nice and give superb customer service. The choices and variety on pens, juices and other products are phenomenal. I have decided I wont go ANYWHERE else for my vape products. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE.... a new vaper or experienced vaper will appreciate the prices, selection and service. If I could give TEN stars, I would!

The best vapor store I have seen in Kansas City. Wayne was very friendly and had the answers I was looking for about my mod. The juice bar is cool too, they have good prices and you can mix whatever you want. New, clean and inviting. I will definitely return.

Amazing customer care, the best hospitality. Very knowledgeable and informed on what they sell and what they have to offer. Other than them not having any premium liquid lines they still have amazing juices that are spot on and made perfectly to taste. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Stopped by 12/13/18 to look into getting a vape to help me quit smoking. Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me get hooked up with a starter kit and some juices. They also have a check in/rewards deal that help if you buy the juice bottles often. Overall very happy with my experience

Went to another vapor shop up the street (about 2 blocks) and they close at 8PM on a Friday! Turned left and saw this places sign. A young guy and a young gal was running the place and both are VERY friendly. They have a very wide assortment of flavors and make it there right in front of you. Keep in mind, they make it fresh, so its going to have to steep for several days before you get the best flavor. But thats OK! It was good enough for me as soon as I got to my truck. About half the price of the pre-bottled stuff up the street and the other place by Zona Rosa. And these juices taste great! No longer interested in the other places in the northland. This is place is worth the extra few miles. Keep up the great business you two. I will definitely pass word.

This place is amazing!!! Ive tried multiple other vapor stores and none of them compare to the Vapor Lab. They have more flavors than anyone else, and the nicest lobby/bar area I have seen. I highly recommend everyone to come and shop here. They have the best customer service ever!!!

The best vape shop in the Kansas City area! Theyre not just there to sell you something then say Sorry, dont know what to tell you. if you have an issue. They stand behind their products and definitely make it right when the equipment is defective. With them being a vapor lab the quantity and quality of the juices is amazing as well. Theyre now my vape shop of choice and Ill keep going back. Keep up the great customer service guys, you dont find that too often anymore and its whats going to keep me coming back!

Been there once. But this place has its vape knowledge on lock down. They are so helpful and they have a very good store that has everything you could want from creating your e-juice right there for you to take out of the store that day. They also have the most knowledgable staff. I will for sure put this place on my top 5 places in KC!

I ordered some vaping supplies before the ban went into effect . (And its obvious that the ban is the result a big tobacco). This online store has great service and prices, I wish them much success.

Everytime I come here I feel like a bro to the people working, so thats pretty cool. They make their own juice and salt nics so thats a huge plus for me. Always able to try new flavors is a cool addition to being so close!

I would not recommend going to this vape shop. I went there a few weeks ago to try a new place and I waited for about five minutes before anyone even said anything to me, and when they did finally acknowledge me, they werent very friendly. All I needed was a bottle of menthol since thats all I vape, and their prices were a little on the pricey side, plus it tastes awful. Not what Im used to at all. So overall, I wasnt very pleased with my experience and definitely wont go back again.

The Vapor lab is my e-cigarette shop of choice. Angie is the best. She has been vaping since 2005. She has probably forgotten more about vaping then the FDA will even take the time to learn. She knows the ins and outs to vaping that most people would not even think to ask questions of. If you want to know text stats if you want to know how to build the fancy new coil for your dripper Evan your man to go to. If you want to know of anything to do in Kansas City talk to Wayne the boss the owner.
