From the first day I walked into the store I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I had started vaping to quit smoking. The staff at the northland store were very knowledgeable and informative as to my needs. in short they didnt just try to sell me high priced equipment and send me on my way. They insured that I knew how my equipment worked before i left the store. also, they always remembered me when I returned for liquid. they are an awesome team there.

Staff is amazing here. So nice, and helpful. They tend to know what i want before i even say anything. This is also the only store that sells red hot lava; once youve had that, you cant go with any other juice! I can never say enough good things about this store!

6 STARS isnt an option unfortunately...This place is fantastic. I bought my first e-cig starter kit online, and realized when I visited this location that it was a mistake not buying it here. These guys have everything, and they really know their stuff. No pressure, no BS, just what I need to know.Also, the flavors are great. Almost all of them are available to sample, and they let me try a bunch until I found a few I liked. If you are still smoking, VISIT THIS PLACE. There is a vaping device and flavor for everyone it seems. Dozens of flavors from various tobacco blends, to coffee to fruits. I picked up a peach cobbler flavor that is wild but delicious. Theyll show you everything and the atmosphere is very laid back.

Fantastic, welcoming guy, and really cares about the product and delivering the best. E-Liquid is some of the very best Ive had and is made here in the USA. Ive been vaping for years and its been fantastic having a good store nearby. 5 stars for sure.

Good smaller high end vape shop. Always have your every shop items such as Smok, Sigelli, and the normal stuff but they have a great selection of mods and tanks you wont find at most places. Reasonable prices and the guys up there are very easy to work with. Very helpful

Went in today to get some new atomizers. 5 employees standing around with no enthusiasm for helping. After making my purchase my friend and I were checking out some tanks and an employee told us to have a nice day several times in what seemed an attempt to get us to leave so they could go back to hanging out. Go to vapor wyse on Antioch or vapor lab just down n oak if you prefer friendly service.

Ive never left a review for a business but I loved this place so much, I felt I needed to. I just started vaping and wasnt sure if Id stick with it. that is, until I came here. they have an incredible selection of hardware and e-liquids (all of which you can try in-store) and were great about listening to my concerns and making suggestions. they hooked me up with a kanger EVOD vv, mini Protank3, and an amazing bomb pop flavored e-liquid. now I cant stop vaping and I will definitely be coming back.

Very nice staff! Went into the store to find an alternative to smoking cigarettes. The staff member I worked with got me into the right set up and oils. I have not had a cigarette in a week and feeling better physically and mentally. I recommend to everyone, especially family members and friends trying to break the habit.Other notes would be do not buy cheap hardware! I bought an e-cig from a gas station and it had no pull, lasted 3 hours, and did nothing for my craving. Keep an open mind and listen to their suggestions. For instance, I smoked Newport 100s. I needed something that felt like I was smoking a REAL cigarette to fight the cravings. I listened and took all the sales associates advice. They did not steer me in the wrong direction. Took my girlfriend in there a couple days after me and she as well has put down the cigarettes due to the staff members suggestions and advice.Thank you for having a passion in the industry and keep up the good work yall!Best!!

Pretty awesome place. Good selection of everything from Juice choices to anything you need mod wise, but not an overwhelming amount like some stores. They even have a drink machine in the back. Staff is always really cool & friendly, never pushy & always willing to help.

I called in asking for a certain product, the Vision Spinner with doubts that they would have it. To my surprise, Aaron picked up and said Yes! We do have it. I hurried over and he was able to help me find exactly what I needed. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Aaron was very knowledgeable and was very patient with my over-abundant questions. They are conveniently close to where I live as well so thats a bonus! My experience here was superb and I will definitely be returning. I definitely recommend this place to beginners who have lots of questions because I learned a lot of things that I didnt know about (they have very useful tips and pointers on how to take care of your product), and Ive been vaping for the past 2 months.

I brought a friend with me who is a vape virgin. She was skeptical about the vape process. They took time to explain the process. They showed her different vapes and helped her find the one she needed. She loves her vape. Great place to go

I start off by saying that Im not posting this to give this shop a bad name or to ruin their business. A friend and I was going on break to get a bite to eat, but he wanted to stop by this place and get some more vape juice. I dont smoke vapes or nothing in the sort but he wanted me to come in to look at how much vapes they sold in case if I ever wanted to buy one. Now as we approached the door theres no signs but just a vape sign. Im a graphic designer so I look alot of details. Anyways we walk in and the place is pretty nice and full of vapes. So as my friend gets ready to pay for his juice, the guy said do you guys have IDs so Im thinking hes joking around and theres a chick with a baby in her arms standing over next to this other random guy who says if you dont have IDs you cant come in the store so I respectfully walked out just thinking theres a girl with a baby but they kicked me out. Now Im 25 years old and have friends who are younger than me and they smoke them. Im not one to bring up race but Im black and everyone there was white. There was no sign outside stating you have to have ID to enter. Im not being a person to write a mean post but they should really rethink telling people that and not having a sign out.

These people are the best people to deal with and the most knowledgeable in the KC & Oklahoma Area! Weve been to several Shops between KCMO and Tulsa! And it doesnt get any better than the First Vapur Shop in KC!! We drive about 15 miles to get here, pass many shops and its well worth the drive!!

Ok first of all I had tried many cheap e-cigs from gas stations and thought that they just werent for me. Well I had a friend mention Volcano e-cigs on North Oak. I stopped by the guy behind the counter was very cool down to earth. He didnt try and push me on anything, but just let me try multiple flavors. I mean wow there is a flavor for anyone I believe, they had everything from pure tobacco to banana runts flavor. The thing about these volcano e cigs is that they give you that feeling like your smoking without all the tar and horrible additives. If you have a family member or friend who is a smoker you really need to take them in and get them a quality e cig. You might just be responsible for changing there life in an amazing way. Well done Volcano thanks to you guys I have no more cigarette cravings.

Best shop around! Largest juice selection Ive seen out of all the shops in the area. Cant say enough of how much better this place is than all the rest.

Nothing special and their flavors are a little too exquisite. Whatever happened to just plain cherry strawberry peach excetera. Prices are a little steep as well.

Wonderful staff, and a usually well stocked discount bin. Places like this are hard to find nowadays, and I recommend giving this place a shot for the selection and customer service above all else.

Overpriced everything only a few decent juices and the short guy pushes crappy products just to get sales there are way better vap stores and Ill be going to them

On Saturday I called in asking about a particular product, and when they said they had it I informed them i was on my way. When i arrived at 7:45 the doors were locked even though it clearly says they close at 8pm. They decided to close early. I live over 45 minutes away.

These guys have always been good people to talk to. They are very knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch.

I am not from the areaiend took me here they fixed my vape at no cost and found a tip that fit my costume made vape.
