I am always visiting different shops around fort Worth, and the Artisan locations are among the best, easily. Great quality, great prices, great staff! If I walk in and hear Rings of Saturn again, I just might make this my main shop 😁

Today I was helped by Grant. I appreciated his sincere service and knowledge. I buy my Kratom from Artisan. They sell great top brand names at an incredible price. I like going here because I have had a friendly person each time and the business is very clean inside and not overwhelming. Thank you. Keep up the good work .

I lovvvve artisan vapor, ever since I started gaping a few years back theyve always been the vape shop I go to. Ive been to several different locations & there always great, staff is super cool & chill. Prices are a little high but really good quality! Deff try them out if you havent!

My brother recently went in here like he has done multiple times without issue and during the most recent visit he got a dud disposable which he tested at the time of purchase at the store. This has happened before and they would replace it and it wasn’t an issue but this last visit they refused to swap it out, stating they do not have a policy for this. Just be warned when purchasing disposables.

I’ve been coming to the store in the Plano area, but I got to say this location specifically has one of the best customer service. Savannah was amazing this evening! She knew what she was talking about when it came to having questions about each product. 10/10 definitely would recommend!

Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. The inventory is limited, but they always find something comparable to what we are looking for. They do have all the latest devices. One of our faves!

We had a really great experience here. First off, the sales man was so knowledgeable. He asked questions, gave suggestions, and answered a ton of our questions.They have a large variety of products. They had several options for flavor, types, and strengths. There were one time use pens, cartridges, batteries, and edibles. Im sure there was more, but we came specifically for a vape.The prices were good. They have an account system. I like the fact that they can track what I have previously purchased. It makes buying again a bit easier.This shop is in a strip mall. Parking lot is clean and well lit. There were a couple of customers in store, but it seemed to move quickly.Overall, this is best experience in a vape store we have had. We will most certainly return. Highly recommend.

I thought I would update my review. They have a great selection, but not great prices. I bought 3 bottes... Killer Custard, Monster Jam and Country Clouds... I bought the third because the guy said there is a deal if you buy 3. My total was $86. Not sure if that is a great deal.. but I am pretty sure I usually pay less at other shops. Although, they do have a great selection. Times are tough anyways with inflation, maybe I am just old.

Artisan Vapor hooked me up with a small pod vape. Everyone here is extremely friendly and even helped me pick an amazing juice! Love this place so much.

Katelyn was very helpful with the way she explained everything since I was relatively new to Artisan Vapor. She had quite a few recommendations to try out with Juice flavors which I enjoyed very much so. Also helped me fix a problem with my device that I had been having problems with. I will not be doing business with this establishment anymore. As a loyal client for years and referred friends, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service from the employee and female manager today. I went to swap out the incorrect coils they sold me today to be told they cant and wont help. Their website says GTX3 coils are compatible with GTX2 Vaporesso coils. They are NOT. I made the employee try it and low and behold it did NOT work. He tried a new tank too and still a no go. So their website is wrong, their employee and the owner is wrong, yet they wont give a refund or exchange. I dont care if FDA wont allow you to resell an open package. It ls opened bc your staff and website said it would work. It doesnt and that is not my fault! You lost me as a customer and I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere because your customer service is awful. As a business owner myself, I wish I could tell a customer my mistake, but your paying for it! Ridiculous.

I was visiting Texas a week ago for a funeral and stopped in to get a delta cart and elf bar and was charged $80 for both of them. After the fact, I felt that was a lot. When I went to another vape shop down the street I could have gotten the same two things for around $40 or $50. I feel scammed.

All I can say is WOW! Austin is phenomenal! He helped me out with all my questions and knew his stuff through and through. He made my trip to the vape shop an enjoyable experience rather than a trek to the store. Truly an awesome dude that keeps a clean and well organized store. Props all day!

This place has a great variety of goods, however it’s a great disappointment when 2 of the 5 disposables I have bought from here end up not charging when they run out of battery. The one time I do call and complain the best they can offer me is a 10% discount from my next purchase. Haha yeah right. I’ll be a dumb consumer if I fall for that scheme. I suggest finding a shop that cares about customer satisfaction and retaining their customers. My disposal isn’t even 4 days old but going into the trash because Artisan Vapor can’t own up to their faulty products.

Tyler Driggars is the best employee I’ve seen at any smoke shop. Very insightful and knowledgeable. Clean shop and I would highly recommend to anyone I know.

I always come to this store the trophy club location is closer but I prefer Keller because the employees Zech and Marcus are always willing to help me with new setups and any questions I have. Compared to other shops they always have what I need and anticipate my needs. Customer service is always 10/10.

I happened upon this place when I first moved here as it is near work. A few weeks ago I was sold an incorrect pod for my vape. I visited the store today and Natalie took excellent care of me and did what was within her power to make it right! Besides the incorrect pods, I have always received great service and recommendations for products! I recommend this establishment and highly recommend working with Natalie!

Best shop I have been to in Keller! The added benefit of this not being just a one off shop means I can go to a different location and expect the same or similar products to be offered at each artisan vapor. The staff has always stopped and helped the second I walk through the door. Customer service and product support is what continues to make this my go to shop.

As soon as I walked in, the display they have caught my eye. They actually have a pretty good sized selection compared to most stores Ive been to recently. And come to my surprise, they had exactly what I have been searching for, which was a 22mm tank that would fit onto my new Vaperesso Swag kit. I have literally been to 3 different stores and none of them had as big of a selection as this one. Not only did they have my perfect buy here, the staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. I really feel like part of the family here at this store when conversating with the staff. I ended up leaving the store with 6 new accessories all for less than $150. I would have to say I was extremely satisfied overall.

Great place to go. This isnt your average hole in the wall vape shop. I was having trouble with my tank, the flavor was terrible even with new coils. I told them about the trouble i was having with the treads of the O.E. coils they recommend trying a different brand of coils for my tank, instead of trying to sale me a new tank. Needless to say the coils I bought change everything. The selection is great, prices are very reasonable and staff very friendly.

People there are so kind and helpful and knowledgeable! So thankful to have found a shop that values customer service to such a ridiculous extent. I will officially be loyal to them as long as possible. Thanks for all y’all do!

New to vapeing for almost a month now and have been a 2 pack a day smoker for almost 20 years and was just about to break due to not being able to find the right flavor and set up, amazing staff very knowledgeable about the different rigs and set ups and just as knowledgeable on the juices! They spent time with me to get my indecisive ass set up and i never felt rushed or pressured. Amazing service, i will definitely be going back.

Great place. I travel from Saginaw to Keller to get my juice. They are clean, they have their own lab in Irving Texas. I just know my juice is safe. I trust that I am just getting my vape juice and nothing extra like bacteria. I don’t trust the shops who make it in their back room. I moved to Iowa a few months ago. I order online!! Great place!!! First time coming, walked in was immediately walked and made comfortable! The staff was super nice and chill. Super wide range of flavors, a lot of mods i’d never seen at any other shop. And I’ve been to serval and Artisan has the uniquest selection out of any of them. I did feel a little pressure to buy a juice(wasn’t planning on it) but I’m extremely happy with the juice I got! Prices are really good, some mods are well built two battery and go up to 200watts for under 50bucks which is almost unheard of! They have their own rewards system so Five stars won’t work but it seems like earning points should be faster here with better rewards! Overall a great shop will for sure come back! Maybe not to chill and vape but if I’m looking for juices or mods then totally!

Came and was having a hard time finding a certain flavor I wanted, asked the manager Tyler and he found it for me immediately and was the chilliest dude.

The staff here is positively wonderful and knowledgeable. I orginally was referred to this location from the Lewisville location due to my new Crown tank that wouldnt stop leaking even after 6 other people tried to fix it. Came in and told Jonathan, the Vap Doc, and he was able to fixed it! I was so excited that it finally worked!!! This is the only place that I come to now for juice and supplies.

Purchased a mod through them, not long after it stopped charging and they seemed really put out to even help me. They said I would have to get a new mod. Vapor Plus on Hullen is far but worth the drive! Will be purchasing everything from them from now on!

Artisan was great, I went in looking for something to help with my back pain. Id heard about CBD but didnt know much about it. By the end of it I felt like a CBD professional. I ended up getting an Orion Plus and some vape CBD. Aside from the great help they are just fun to talk too. Love you guys, keep it up!!

Went in for a disposable vape and was impressed with their selection, as well as their prices

Ive been a regular customer at this store and the Trophy Club location for about 3 years. The Fire Hots juice has been my favorite since I tried it. I wont use another flavor I like it so much. Never had an issue until recently I purchased a bad bottle. I wasnt aware it was bad until after I moved the juice from the new dropper glass style bottle into a plastic bottle (dont like the new bottles so I transfer the juice to another, no big deal). Problem was I already threw the glass one away and couldnt attempt to take it back. The juice was separated and shaking it up causes the juice to burn your throat/lungs badly. It ruined an entire pack of atomizers and when the juice would separate again in my tank the darker part on top wasnt smokeable. I figured maybe I just got a random bad bottle and probably the next one would be good. I sent my husband yesterday to pick me up a new one. I could tell right off it had been shaken up before it was given to him so I had a feeling this one was probably bad too. Put some in my tank and sure enough it is. Burned my throat and started separating. I told my husband to exchange it while he was out and they refused to take it back. No refunds, no exchanges. Even though they could clearly see and acknowledged there was a problem. My husband said they pulled out the other bottles they had and nearly all of them had separated. Its a slap in the face as a customer to sell me a bad product and then basically say well I see we sold you a bad product but we dont care to make this right for you. That is bad business and I will not be shopping here for juice again. Way to go, just lost a regular customer because you care more about being greedy than customer satisfaction.

Worst vape store i have ever been to. Prices are ridiculous. I have now been charged 3 different prices 3 different times. Basically they make up the price for you depending on how much they like you or dont like you. Dont waste your time here go somewhere like PPV where you can get 2 bottles for what they charge for 1 at arfalaming vapor.

Got into vaping 2 months ago not knowing anything, Marcus and Zech set me up with what I needed answering ALL my questions with no problem. Since then this has been my go to vape shop with an enjoyable experience every time I come in. Believe me when I say I ask a thousand questions and they are more than happy to answer them. Also anything you buy they set up for you and get you enjoying your vape right away so you dont have to wait!

Came in looking for just some coils, left with a bottle of juice, after letting me try a bunch of different kinds, and an old tank I could never find anywhere else. Helpful and friendly staff and prices are very competitive. Definitely stopping back by when Im in the area
