Great service here. The young lady working helped my dad, and she was very informative and nice and answered every question my dad had. He bought his vape, and she showed him how to fill it and take care of it. I went the day before, and the Gentleman working helped me. Im trying to quit smoking, and they have a decent selection of zero nicotine. I have not had any cigarettes or nicotine in over 3 weeks and feeling good.Been 3 months and they got my flavor in I asked for

Best smoke shop experience I’ve had at a smoke shop in the DALLAS/Fort Worth area. This shop stays up to date on product and on top of that they know what they are talking about when you need help. The recommendations have never missed, Paulina and Kyle were in the shop the other night when I came by and welcomed me, the shop was clean and it looks like they’ve added shelves and made it a more open atmosphere. Best smoke/vape shop workers I’ve ever encountered. Super sweet!

The gentleman working at the shop was very nice. He knew his product well. The place was clean and well lit.There was a good selection. He had various batteries and cartridges. He had many flavors. The quality standards are very high.It is in a strip mall. The parking lot could be better. But the shop wasnt overly busy, so parking wasnt a big deal.Overall, it was a good experience and a great place if you want to shop a locally owned business.

First time there was looking for a coli for an old mod tank. Dudes in there are super nice and they have a huge selection. They don’t honor their prices. Every time I come in to this store their prices are different. Seems like every store has different prices and they don’t care to check.Thanks for the response, but no one was asking for anything to be given away. The “manager” did not offer a discount sorry for the confusion but I will take my business to a store near here with better prices.

This smoke shop is probably the best out of all the smoke shops that I’ve visited in the area and trust me, I’ve frequented several and none of them even come close to the superior quality and service as Karma! First impressions, the space is really open, very clean and sanitary and a great looking space. They do an excellent job of keeping surfaces, areas and equipment extremely sanitary which is so important especially during these times. Their selection is truly top notch, there’s something for everyone and I guarantee you’ll find something you like. The staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in any shop. This place is the best of its kind and I’ll definitely be a regular! I came in asking for a product that had been on my mind for a bit, a novelty product, a kind of coffee cup actually! I was SURE it wouldnt be sold here, as it was so random, however, when I asked, the person working behind the counter found one, like within a couple of seconds. Actually it was being used in the shop for holding a succulent, so I felt super bad buying it, BUT, was also so appreciative that they were even willing to sell it to me.That is pretty amazing customer service, super good prices. Just a warm environment. Happy to shop here again.

I told the nice folks at Karma today that they had the best selection of delta 8 between Keller and Frisco (that I knew of) Also these Cake d8s may be the first real ones Ive ever bought. So yea, highly recommended by me at least.

Fourth Edit: Price on butane went down to something appreciable! Had a really good interaction with a newer employee and dig the new design. Hopefully yall are getting back to what we loved! Will be dropping in more often to keep up.Third Edit: Cans of butane still $14.99. If you arent aware, you can purchase the case averaging $2-4 a can and pay $40 maximum online. There is no reason to be upcharging your customers to this degree. The inflation going on does not justify these kind of price/profit margins. Selection is okay for Delta 8 and more but the price points are easy to beat elsewhere. Sucks cause we used to be really loyal to here.Second Edit: not sure what the owner has been thinking but prices are no longer competitive which I was willing to take with good management, but employees have been changing frequently and now what was a $4 can of butane is now $14.99. Completely unjustifiable price increase, and I can only imagine what other products they have been price gouging as of late. Hope O figures his stuff out and gets back to what made me loyal to his shop in the first place.Wonderful shop. Clean, orderly, friendly and informative staff. Their selection is top notch and they have delightful hand-made items from Nepal. I love the atmosphere.Edit: This is the best vape shop in Keller. I have been going exclusively for six months at least now, and I can’t see myself going to another shop. Their prices are competitive (like real deal competitive) and they are honorable in their sales. I almost never have issues with products (perhaps once or twice), and if I do they are more than amiable to come to a solution. They have a rewards program that gives you increments of $10 off which adds up! Their selection of Delta 8 and Kratom is amazing and their staff is so welcoming and personable. They have their own in-house brands that are of peak quality and they genuinely care about the quality of what they sell and the people they sell it to.

What blew me away was how accommodating Jay and O were to helping me get what I was looking for. The selections were great and Up to date on what’s trending, but that’s not what makes this place a GEM. What I like is that I didn’t feel that they were trying to sell or up sell me something but more so just helping me find what I was looking for. On the simple fact they prioritized my satisfaction and getting what I want over taking my money and how helpful they were has me coming back for sure. Stopped in there for the first time. Right when I walked in the door, the guy working there was welcoming and super helpful with showing everything. Customer service was awesome. Prices are awesome. Selection & variety in products were awesome. Ill be stopping back in here again.

Been waiting to find a good place like this around here and finally I found it. Paulina was so friendly when I came in yesterday and helped me with what I needed, got me out of the shop fast even with multiple other customers in the store before I came in.

Excellent selection and great customer service. All the employees here are extremely helpful and courteous. They have a huge selection of all kinds of great products and if they dont have something you like or you need, just ask and they will get it for you. Everything that I have requested has been obtained for me. Highly recommend this establishment if this sort of thing is your cup of tea

Good selection, fair prices, late hours. Just 5 months in, they are building up stock but still exceeded my expectations. Kratom product/pricing is par for the course for DFW. Great customer service separates them from local competitors.

I used to shop for product at another store, (24hr vape). I had visited other stores and they were not only very expensive, they wanted to sell items I certainly didnt need. Visiting Karma was a great experience! Not only are they very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, they are fair and reasonable!! They DO NOT make their juices. Because they dont, the juices they do carry are fantastic and MUCH LESS $$ than other VAPE stores. This along with amazing specials, is only one reason they have gained me as a loyal customer. With the other VAPE store,(24 hr vape) they would send texts with specials however, they were almost impossible to redeem. Employees would say, oh, yeah, thats wrong and its this price. Usually a significant $$ difference. It was always a battle. With karma, they make everything affordable. For example, today, I left with THREE bottles of juice which totaled LESS $$ then ONE bottle at 24hr. This is customer service.Thanks to all at KRMA and especially Aiden!!!Flavors yall suggested today are GREAT and I am ALWAYS 200% satisfied.

I wouldnt have even given her a 1 star.Girl wants to sit on her perch (stool) playing with her long weave behind the counter.I was coming to buy a few things.I was also the ONLY customer in the store.But her phone call was MORE IMPORTANT.If you have a customer in the store, plase ask your phone customer to hold for just a moment and then you will explain to the caller about how CBD works when she is done finishing the customer who is physically IN THE STORE and spent my gas to get there.If im not important for your business, you obviously dont need my hard earned money.

Karma is a great smoke shop with many options and friendly employees. When I came in recently Kourtney helped me with info and recommendations that made the experience much smoother. Couldn’t recommend this shop enough!
