I booked a 75min session + basic facial w Aisha O for my fiancés birthday. He absolutely loved it! She relieved him of his back pain and he said his facial was so relaxing that he fell asleep! The room was decorated for him & they had chocolates set up, such a meaningful and memorable experience!

First time here was impressive. It had a very calming and professional atmosphere. The massage was great and prices reasonable. No one was on their phone while we were being massaged. Awesome pressure and very relaxing.

Megan was amazing! I had a some issues with my shoulders and neck and she got all the kinks out! To say I feel fabulous is an understatement. If you are wanting a massage to just fell better or are having muscle aches don’t look any further than Express Massage! Also ask for Megan she wonderful!

Had a great massage from Jennie. She provided a very customized experience, switching between different massage styles in different areas as requested. She took the time to understand where I had pain and came up with a way to effectively alleviate my muscle soreness. Very relaxing 90 minutes!

Amarlene was amazing, good pressure deep tissue massage. The office got me in right away. The environment was neat, clean, quiet, and the table was very comfortable. I will definitely be back

I just had the BEST deep tissue massage with cupping to upper back. Yun always does such an amazing job and I leave feeling so much better. She is so kind and always listens to where I’m having pain and knows just how to make it better. I had a great experience at Massage Express with Louis. I have been having back issues for quite some time and had traveled the day before so I was hurting by the time I got into town. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find an appointment for same day, especially since it was a Saturday, but when I looked they had multiple appointment offerings. I was able to book that morning for an afternoon appointment and Louis was great. The pressure was perfect and he was calm, attentive, and checked in with me throughout to see how I was doing and what I needed. I would absolutely recommend Massage Express Keller if you haven’t tried them already.

Went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing. All the staff were very personable and friendly. They even went out of there way to hang up a happy birthday sign in our room with candy and confetti. The massages were great, they really work on what your specific body needs rather than just a generalized massage. Definitely recommend :)

Luis is absolutely amazing! His technique is exceptional, and he has a knack for finding and releasing tension in the body. The pressure he applies is just right, and he really knows how to customize the massage to address specific concerns. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I stopped by the Keller location after work yesterday hoping to get a walk in, but having worked at a spa, I figured my chances were slim. Unfortunately, my suspicions were correct because there was no one at the front desk, BUT it got better!The other location wasn’t too far, so I thought I’d check it out and book an appointment IRL for the next day. I’m glad I did! While the other location was also booked for the day, I was able to meet the director, Billy, and the front desk coordinator, Daniel. They booked me with Anna and raved about her! Now that I’ve had a deep tissue massage from her, I can confirm everything they said was true. Anna was amazing start to finish. I went in for my second massage ever in my 46 years of my life and it was AMAZING!! Of course my oldest daughter did mine but I not just saying it because she’s my child because I was a little scared at first!! I will definitely be scheduling a longer session for my next session. All the staff is friendly and welcoming & the atmosphere was so relaxing. So when you get a chance stop by and give my beautiful daughter Aaliyah a chance to relax you as well. I go every year for a massage and I always request the owner, Yun. This year, Yun was unavailable so I had Aaliyah as my masseuse. Aaliyah was amazing! My massage and facial were perfect! This is the most relaxed my body has felt after going through a pregnancy and giving birth last month. I will now be booking with Aaliyah for future appointments. I still highly recommended Yun as well!

I went back for a second massage yesterday because the first one was so great, however my experience today was very disappointing. I again wanted a Swedish massage because they are so relaxing. I never want a deep tissue because it hurts me. Today I’m so sore across my shoulder where the therapist pinched and poked. It was not pleasant. I kept asking her to stop and she did but I guess the bruising was done. The oil was not as warm as the first massage and when I first got in the room the lights were too bright & music was too loud. All that being said, I will go back but only to my favorite therapist. This was not a good visit for me.

Yun is amazing! This was my first time at Massage Express, but I will now be a regular. If you have fascia pain issues, Yun is the person to see. She knows what she is doing and I felt instant relief.

Luis provided an exceptional experience and was more therapeutic that I can ever imagine which has releived my siatica pain. This has given me the courage to walk without my cane from time to time now which is a step -pardon the pun- in the right direction.

I am really grateful that I was able to book a massage so quickly and conveniently. My massage was just okay, not the worst experience ever but not even close to the best. I think the masseuse I had lacked experienced and extra training. I wonder if this business is more of a stepping stone for those getting out of massage school? He was a nice guy and all and did some things really well, however, he didnt do the same thing on both sides (especially legs) and totally missed my right arm/hand. Im the kind of person that notices little things like that and I understand that not everyone is like that and maybe Im too particular. I am disappointed, but totally understand that he just didnt have a lot of experience. I plan to go again and try with a different person next time. If its a trend, however, then I wont be spending my money there anymore. I hope this helps and I hope that he gets more training so that he can be great!

It was freezing cold in your office. You have walls that are paper thin. The owner was there and he was there loudly talking to someone and after he left the restaurant or whatever next door took over with being loud.it was impossible to relax with the music in the room and all the distractions. Also the door was opened while we had our massage making the room even more freezing. The massage itself felt like it was being given by someone who had never massaged anyone. Very disappointed to spend $220 and feel more stressed out leaving than we did before our massage. Very disappointed. We don’t plan on going back.

I have been going to the Massage Express location, in Keller, for a few years now. I prefer that location since they have the bars on the ceiling that allow for back walking. I have always had a good experience and have always received one of the best deep tissue massages there that I have ever had. But, yesterday was the first time that Yun was my massage therapist. She is one of the owners. And gave me one of the best two hour massages that I ever had. Im still feeling very relaxed today, and a little sore since I asked her to work deep into my muscles.I highly recommend Massage Express and will continue to drive almost an hour to use their services. And from now on I will ask for Yun, whenever she is available.

Massage Express is always the go-to for massage. Always a top notch experience compared to anyone in the area.However, today was the best ever so far. My husband and I had a 90 minute couple’s massage. My masseuse was Daniel, my husband’s was Sunny. Absolutely magnificent.I’ve been active and healthy through my life, but these last 10 years have kicked my butt. I have scoliosis, developed degenerative disc disease, hurts when standing too long, and for years now when I make a right or left turn while driving, I have to turn my entire body to look which way instead of turning my head. Sometimes it’s okay, sometimes it just wears me out and depresses me.Daniel, my masseuse, studies physiology (his parents are both doctors) and he changed me in 90 minutes. It was like coming out of restorative surgery and feeling better the best ever! I danced off the curb coming out and told hubby, “I feel 10 years younger!!” It was a nice medium pressure massage, but totally different than anything I’ve had before.Don’t know all of what he did, but when he worked on my hips, my lower back pain melted away. Also, I. Can. Turn. My. Head. Now!! I’m getting teary writing this - if you’ve been in constant pain for years, then find some relief, it’s very emotional. My numb, sore hands are better too. What really got me was standing up after riding in the car and I stood straight up immediately. Magic? No, but this is so good. I go to the chiropractor and do physical therapy, then stretch, all of that helps a some, but this added to the basket was amazing. I’m so happy and relieved.My husband’s masseuse, Sonny, massaged and stretched him so well, then explained everything she was doing, then how to follow up. Very kind lady and according to hubby, was really great.I share this great experience for those that need relief and hope - your health and well-being truly is everything.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. My therapist was Aisha, and she did an excellent job. I have fibromyalgia and she was very receptive to adjusting the level of pressure as needed. This was my first time at the Keller location. I have always had a great experience at the Fort Worth location. I had the privilege of having Daniel as my massage therapist. I was a little hesitant at first because he looked like he had just graduated high school, but decided to give him a shot. I did ask how long he had been a massage therapist and had recently graduated massage school.That being said, I am a licensed professional in the industry and had I not asked I would have never known hes just getting started. I stopped in with chronic neck/shoulder pain and had planned to stop by the chiropractor afterwards.Daniel has the muscle manipulation of someone with years of experience. Massages are typically, just relaxing for me. I have never experienced a massage so fantastic that it reduced my pain 100%. Needless to say, I didnt need to see my chiropractor afterwards. Here I am days later, pain free and feeling better than I have in over a year.I cant speak highly enough of him and hes my new go to guy. I strongly encourage all of you to give him a shot. Im pretty sure in the future youll have to book with him weeks out. Hes clearly passionate about his new career and has a great attention to detail.

Very easy to schedule an appointment by phone, staff is extremely helpful and kind. The cleanliness and ambiance here is top notch . By far the BEST massage I have ever had! Christina asked me when I arrived what areas were hurting me and I explained. She took care of these areas first, took her time on these areas and was very patient and kind to me. I was in such pain upon arrival she helped me to breathe, take deep breaths, and not tense up so much. I will definitely be returning!

My girlfriend and I have been here twice and we love it! After talking to Eric and learning more about the facility, we realized how intentional the staff is- with who they hire, how they train their therapists, and even the oil they use, which is high quality, with lots of vitamins. We found out its actually better to not wash it off your skin/hair right away, so we left it on all night! The therapists are very sweet and wonderful at what they do. We will definitely be coming back and are excited to try the Ayurvedic head massage next!

I pulled a muscle in my back and had developed a big knot. Found this place based on reviews and don’t regret it. Lauren was my therapist and she was fantastic. She was able to alleviate a lot of the pain I was having.Because of playing sports throughout my life and lifting weights, I’ve always had deep tissue/sports massages. Lauren is very strong and is able to reach the belly of the muscles and help them get relaxed again.I will definitely be going back very soon.

Wow. My massage was really good. Three of us got massages and we were all impressed. I offered the therapist a little direction on what I wanted and needed and she followed the instructions and really spent time on the areas I pointed out. My massage was 24 hours ago and my body feels great.

I was hesitant to try a new place because after 9 years in the area, receiving massages from various locations, I’ve only had a great massage at one location.I showed up and was immediately pleased with the warm atmosphere and kind service from both Erik and his wife. The entire place was beautiful.I was in absolute knots all over and Erik took his time to provide the best massage I’ve had. I asked for a more therapeutic massage and he mentioned that is 90% of what they do. He took extra time to work on some of my problem areas and I walked out a new person.This morning I’m finally pain free and feel great to return to the active lifestyle I enjoy.From now on, Massage Express is the only place I will go for my massage needs.Thanks for being the best!

NEW EDIT - Gigi is amazing at this location. However, they have steadily raised their prices over the last few months. I used to love that you could go in and get an amazing massage at an affordable price, but that is no longer the case. My first massage ever here was with the owner, Erik, and he talked about what the company was all about was helping people get relief at an affordable price. I feel the company must have new ownership as this does not seem like the vibe of this place anymore.Their prices are now similar to higher-end spas and I do not feel like space warrants those price points. There are only two massage therapists that would maybe be worth it but the others I have had were lacking.I have tried just about every massage place in this area. I have had horrible back issues for most of my life. This is the best place I have ever gone to and will go no where else. I usually go to Gigi and she is amazing but I have also had Eric and he is fabulous as well. I went in yesterday and had Yun for the first time, I had the worst tension headache for 3 solid days after the massage my headache was essentially gone. Thank you Yun!!

I came to Massage Express in desperate need of a good lymphatic massage. I had lipo360 and lipo on my arms so the massages are not optional and time sensitive.. After calling and trying 12 different clinics to get an appointment, not only did they have the availability, they called back when they had cancellations to better fit my schedule. No one does that anymore! Their pricing is extremely reasonable and everyone there has been very good to me. I am on my 7th massage out of 13 and I will continue to go to Massage Express even after the mandatory post op massages are done.

Hands down the best bang for your buck!! I’ve been to 5-8 places in keller/Fort Worth worth and this is my favorite!! 95% of the time you can get it in same day (which is what you need when it comes to massages)… some days I have a super stressful day at work and I can usually call them and go in at 6:30 same day, it’s truly amazing!I’ve personally gone to Massage Express about 8-10 times this year and I will keep going every month!! This place is the best in Fort Worth! It’s a true deep tissue massage, not the ‘deep tissue’ that ends up being Swedish. Went here for the 1st time. I get massages on and off and was looking for a couples massage with my wife on short notice. We got Gigi and Yun. I was completely impressed. They were available on a Saturday for us with only a couple days notice. They were completely professional and everything went as expected. Most importantly the massage was great. Excellent experience! From the minute I walked in I knew I was in a clean and professional environment. The massage bed and headrest were comfortable and not rock hard. The therapist, Ivone worked our knots and tense areas I didn’t even realize were tense and stiff. I really needed to come here and I’m still glad I did! I just recently got liposuction and needed to find somewhere experienced in lymphatic drainage massage. I am so thankful I found Eric at Massage Express. He was extremely professional and informative! I left feeling less swollen and stiff which is exactly what I needed. Unlike some other massage places we actually did the entire hour and he even went over a bit to ensure every area was worked through equally. I was very impressed and will be back especially for a deep tissue. You can tell this place actually cares about your issues and wants to fix them! If I could give 100 stars I would!

They are professional, curteous and amazing at what they do. I have yet to have a therapist that didn’t give me a great massage experience- and that is hard to do. I have an extensive history of massages from multiple places so i’d like to think I know. Their facility is clean, quiet and the tables are comfortable with optional heated feature if needed. They have always gotten me in same day, but even that is a bonus not something I expect. They also accept flex spending. I highly recommend them

What a great find. My daughter and I went here in November and had such a great experience! I really felt like my massage therapist wanted to make sure I felt cared for, relaxed and every area of concern addressed. I chose the 50 minute massage and immediately wished I would have gone for 60 minutes or more. Do yourself a favor and pamper yourself this way. You deserve it! Thanks Erik and Yun.

My boyfriend and I made a last minute appointment about two hours before going in and they were so accommodating and polite. We used to drive to a place all the way in The Colony before the owner sold the place and haven’t been able to find a decent massage place since until now. Erik and GiGi were amazing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. We are unfortunately moving to Colorado in a few months, I wish we’d found this place sooner!

Ambiance is good, the pressure applied was too much for my liking. I mentioned it to the masseuse but she kept applying more and the whole experience was very painful. The guy that was massaging my friend on the next bed wouldn’t stop talking and the conversation was loud and centered around how he was the only white guy in the whole neighborhood when he was touring asia, so cringe. Wouldn’t recommend the place unfortunately.

This place, hands down, is the best. I have had many many massages and Massage Express in Keller has all of them beat, even the fancy upscale salons. Natalia made sure to focus on all my problem spots and knew exactly what needed to be done because I suffer from neck and shoulder pains due to working on a computer 8 hours a day. The massage was therapeutic, relaxing and healing. The staff provided outstanding customer service and I can’t wait to visit again. Wish I lived closer but definitely worth the drive and I will visit again, hopefully often.

This place is truly heaven. I am a high risk pregnancy with numerous issues. I have been here on several occasions with my husband for couples massages and every time without fail the place is always clean. I appreciate the kindness that every person bestows upon us when we arrive and leave. Eric is the kindest massieus I ever had he has such empathy for me in my situation and he shows genuine concern about the pain and does everything to relieve it. My husband is usually sound asleep before we are even halfway done with our massage. The staff treats you like family and it is worth every penny.

My therapist, Nataliya, was absolutely amazing! After a great massage she applied the moisturized hot packs that made me feel relaxed and my pain was gone. I had my first professional massage at a TX resort last summer, and because of that wonderful experience I tried out a couple of chain massage facilities here in the Southlake/Colleyville area a few months later. Because the bar was so high with the resort services, both of those local facilities were very underwhelming. In both instances, I did not feel that the facility environment was up to par. For example, they had carpet floors in the massage rooms, the fragrance oils they were using in the air was overpowering, and most importantly, the massages were nothing special.. in my opinion, maybe a 4 or 5 out of 10. Probably the worst aspect of all, was being accosted immediately following the massage with an extended sales pitch, trying to get me to agree to a membership. My wife and I both felt that was extremely negative, because they try to take advantage of you right after the massage, and you cannot leave until you pay and close out the transaction. However they delay that process by a sales pitch that only ends after repeatedly telling them you are not interested.I was about to give up, but I wanted to give my wife a gift certificate as a present- so after some online searching, I found the Massage Express. What a pleasant surprise! My wife has now been twice and I have been twice. The facility is great, very clean, tile floors- and both massage therapists I have booked were absolutely amazing. They also do not bother you with any sales pitch afterwards. I dont have years of experience to compare with, but with my small sample size, both times a Massage Express has easily been a 9 or a 10 (out of 10). I cant recommend them enough- give them a try if you are looking for massage services!

Yun and Antonia are absolutely amazing! They listen to your problem areas and really focus on them, unlike many people who just go through the motions. I’ve been here many times and always have the best massage. If you want deep tissue, both of these ladies have the strongest hands, I’ve ever had work on my back.

Yun Huang is very good at what she does. I always get a deep tissue massage. She takes her time and she makes sure I am comfortable.

The quality of their work is extreme over other places. Healing and cathartic best describes the experience you will have at Massage Express. The massages are quality, atmosphere simple but comfortable, owned and operated by massage therapists who really care about their people. only thing I’d change is thinker sheets or a blanket added, I was cold, and i like a little weight added to my bedding for comfort. Granted, I didn’t mention that i needed it. I didn’t at first but body temp does seem to go down in a massage

He teaches Anatomy, Physiology & a Masters in Kinesiology which is the scientific study of human or non-human body movement. So I thought, who better to ask for a referral from than someone who knows the body so well.From the moment I stepped foot in his office , I was treated with a lot of respect.He truly goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable, cared for & safe on his table. He listens! He takes his cue from you. You get to decide if you need quite during the session or if you are up to comfortable conversation. He can accommodate either.I have visited several Chiropractors through all my years of Dentistry & he is the only one who has made any headway with my knotted back & burning neck. He got right to the root of the problem & worked wonders with deep massage. I walked away from the treatment room relaxed for the first time in years.Eric is clearly very passionate about his work & I can’t recommend him highly enough. Try it & see for yourself.
