Lily did amazing I love my set so much she was so sweet she made sure I liked them every step of the way, came with my two besties and we will be coming back for sure. Not bad pricing at all.

First time trying this Salon. And it was amazing friendly staff the service was great and the lady (CINDY)who took care of my nails simply, the best!!! If you’re looking for nail technician for acrylic dip or gel SHE IS THE ONE! Honestly I’m very picky when it comes to my mani and pedi. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional place and salon!!!

I went today because a good friend recommended it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. She was very friendly! Cindy helped me pick my pedi service and also performed my service. Her skills are amazing but the only thing that took away from it was I felt rushed and I wasn’t offered a water or anything.I do plan to visit again maybe just try another technician.

I’ve had mine done brows and lips and a good experience and totally didn’t hurt very serious!! I’ve had mine done and I love it. Julie does such a great job and the needle and the drills that she uses is really great. I had mine done a long long time ago and then like 15 years ago and it is so much better now they really come far so it really helps because it doesn’t hurt and she numbs you she really has great touch and Avery fine artist she has the touch also does amazing nails and my lashes which I love them!!!!A lot of the girls in there do a great job also Angel does an awesome job with my pedicure love it and Tina and her husband are the best owners and gosh I love them. It’s just such a great feeling when you go in there!!! So I highly recommend this salon for everything you wanna do nails pedicure get a little massage permanent make up now , there’s so much that you can get done and one place and it’s so much better than going to 10 different places so please go to Nail Bar One and see what I’m talking about. I am a nail biter and went in with short damaged nails. I could not be more happy with how beautiful my nails turned out here, especially considering what horrible nails they had to work with.Cindy did an amazing job! Will absolutely be coming back

New to the area, been on the search for a new nail place. Googled nail places near me & found Nail Bar One. Decided to stop in today to get my Valentine’s Day set and gel pedicure. OMG, they took such good care of me! I was kindly greeted right away by the lady in the front desk and seated. The women who did my pedicure was so friendly & did so much detail work to my feet! (I have rough looking feet! Steal toe shoes can mess a girl up! lol) but after, my feet looked like baby skin! My set was done by Lily. She is an AMAZING nail artist! Took her time and explained every step, making sure everything was to my liking! The establishment is beautifully calming, clean and staff is very attentive. Brought me a sprite to enjoy (they also have a full bar). Will be returning for sure. If you’re in the area give this place a try! They will leave you feeling like a princess👸

I have been coming here going on 2 years now and I love it!Julie always does my nails and no matter what design and shape I show her, she does it perfect and even adds her own flair.I have had many different people do my pedicure and everyone always does a great job, no complaints. I have NEVER had a bad experience here and will continue to come here for services.

Good service, good atmosphere and good quality work. Not the cheapest, and charges are complex and confusing but in the end you walk out with nails you are satisfied with.

I want to start getting my nails done regularly as part of a self-care routine (more like a “make myself look and feel nice and more feminine” routine lol). I found this spot on Google. The 5 star reviews and the less than 2 mile distance from my home made this place a winner when it came to choosing where to go (there were so many places to choose from!). When I arrived, Tina at the front desk greeted me immediately and had a warm and welcoming smile and vibe. I originally went in for a manicure only because I wanted to get some errands done afterwards, but when Tina showed me the pedicure menu and said it could be done at the same time, I decided to go for it since I wanted one in the very near future anyway. Lily and Angel were my nail techs. They were both so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I also loved and appreciated their lighthearted vibe and of course, they did an amazing job with my nails and toenails! They were both very considerate, making sure I felt physically comfortable and satisfied with the progress of my nails. Tina would come by to check on me, too and offered me something to drink. They have a lot of beverage options and a little bar in the middle of the studio/space where they keep and make the drinks. I’ve never seen that before and thought that was cool! Overall, I’m completely satisfied with my experience and my nails! I’m definitely coming back here and I hope to see these lovely ladies again 😊

Nail tech seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. He got up from the service 5-6 times and was gone for several minutes. I got a gel manicure and he was rushing. He did not allow my nails to dry between coats and got mad at me for them still being wet. Had to get several redone. Left with paint on the top of my hands and under. Will not be going back.

EDIT: 3 just fell off completely. No acetone needed. Did you even prep my nail bed?I picked this salon because it had high ratings, and im not from the area. The pedicure was OK. It was at least an actual pedicure, massage. Lotion, scrub. However, the manicure didnt actually do a manicure at ALL. They didnt take care of my cuticles, they didnt use lotion, and they didnt do ANYTHING. I got dip powder on my natural nail, and it left behind residue everywhere . Here, i am 5 days later, and its already lifting from my nail! I ALWAYS get dip powder, and this NEVER happens, nor look this bad. This was my first manicure since getting pregnant with my baby, and THIS is what i get. Im going back to my old salon.

I absolutely LOVE my nails. Julie did such an amazing job. She did them exactly how I wanted. The color and shape were spot on. I am picky with my nails too and I was so so pleased leaving this place. They also offer complimentary drinks. Customer service exceeded expectations! Tina at the front desk was extremely helpful and made us feel so welcome. Julie, my nail tech, was so funny and friendly. I was really nervous coming in but they made it feel like home. The nail salon was very clean as well. I would recommend this place to everyone!l

I highly recommend getting the Volcano Spa pedicure. It includes all the good stuff that you need to pamper yourself. A hot neck roll, paraffin wax and a 25 minute hot stone massage. It was so relaxing. I finished up my self care day with a complimentary mimosa and eye brow wax. Whether you want your nails done, a pedicure, waxing, massages or your eye lashes done, you won’t be disappointed. Best experience I’ve had in a salon in a long time.

Definitely don’t recommend wasting your time going here! Not professional… wrong dip color and they tried to tell me it was same… didn’t look even near color I wanted! Then proceeded to put gel color over dip to make it look closer to color I chose. These are my natural nails and there is so much product on them … they look fake they are so thick! Will not be going back… and definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone!

I just moved to this area and have tried many different shops and nail bar one is my absolute favorite!!! They always make my nail dreams come to life as well as being very nice and clean! I always schedule with Lily, she is amazing and takes her time and pays attention to detail and makes sure I get exactly what I want. Highly recommend this nail shop!!

Angel did such a nice job with my gel nails. I like that she paid a lot of attention to getting a good base (really diligent with the nail filing and cuticle care) and she didnt buff the heck out of my natural nail. I cant wait to go back :)

The salon is clean and everyone is kind, helpful and friendly.Julie does a beautiful job and she has a great eye for detail. She gives me exactly what I ask for and offers helpful suggestions when I’m indecisive. Mine and my daughter’s nails last weeks with no breaks or lifting. She is also very friendly, easy to talk to and fun to visit with.

My friend and I paid 57.00 each for pedicures. At first I thought it was a good job. Havent had a pedicure in awhile. I wore sandals the next day and really looked at the job that was done, My right foot looks decent. My left foot looked EXACTLY like it did before I paid 57 bucks! Plus the flipping tip so 67 bucks. I was not even offered a water I HAD TO ASK. Meanwhile everyone else had wine, water ect. The lady that did my friends toes FLAT out LIED and said she put the clear coat on her nails. NO SHE DID NOT! We tried to get the lady to finish the job and the lady argued with us. They were getting busy and I guess they wanted to push out out of the door!. I could go on and on. Needless to say you lost two customers feom POOR service!

I love Julie!!! She takes care of not only my nails but takes the time to really to get to know you personally. The shop is so clean and everyone always makes sure you feel at home! Tina does my daughter nails who is 5 and makes her feel like she the most important person in the room!!! Make sure if you don’t know what you want, just tell Julie to do whatever she wants…. You will not be disappointed!! This salon really works hard and always early and stays late!!

I had Lily and Hannah I don’t really do pedicure because I’m just so ticklish and Lily did an amazing job I will def be back and Hannah outdid herself with my nails I love them so Much thank u 10/10 recommend!

Julie has been doing my nails since 2021. She’s never afraid to try crazy designs I choose or make suggestions. Angel does my pedicure and it’s always a good. 10/10 the best and most creative salon I’ve been to since moving to TX.

Nail tech Julie called me crazy and threatened bodily harm on me when I called her out for comments she was making about me, directly to my face.Comment was about me taking 2 sips of a drink your establishment provided.Julie assumed I was drunk.You only allow one drink! Fact!Obviously, you choose to continue employment for a dangerous person and a threat to your customers rather than take care of your customers.Because you witnessed this and let your customer leave, instead of repremanding your employee.You all know that I am handicapped and I am unable to sit or stand without assistance while in your establishment.It is my opinion that Julie is a healthy, abled bodied person threatening to beat up your customers, especially disabled people who can not defend themselves.I paid for the one service already rendered, canceled my other 2 services, and left your establishment meanwhile, Julie continued to scream terroristic threats and bodily harm on me in front of you, your staff and other customers as I was paying for services renderered.Though the owner followed me out and talked to me, trying to calm my nerves as she knew it was very upsetting to me, she never did anything to repremand Julie.She only begged me to forgive Julies behavior and continue coming back.She continued to tell me Julie was not there on Mondays as if I would come back to be abused again. Um, no, thank you.Julie is a ticking time bomb waiting for her next victim.Julie seriously needs to take her medicine and quit calling others crazy as she looks at her own reflection.You allowed a nail tech to verbablly abuse and threaten a customer, let alone a disabled customer.You do not deserve to remain in business, in my opinion, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for condoning Julies behavior and rewarding her by keeping her employed.You never told her to stop the verbal abuse.You allowed it to continue.That speaks volumes to me.It says Julie is allowed to continue to make these threats to future customers, and her job is secure.You dont need customers or their business.You just need Julie.Good luck with that.

Ms. Julie did an amazing job with my nails and my eyelash extensions! It was a last minute decision getting my eyelashes done due to my time schedule, but she reassured me that it will be done in less than 2 hours for Volume. She was very impressive especially with how light her touch was and how my eyelashes looked for my best friend’s wedding the next day. I highly recommend her!

I have been going there over a year & Lilly does my nails & Angel does my toes. They both speak good English as do most people i have encountered. The best LONG ISLAND ICED TEAS! Definitely recommend the salon!

The employees are super friendly. The place is extremely clean. However, the work and effort shows in the imagines I have posted. I just has my nails done on Wednesday. It is now Friday. My nails were ruined with simple things like showering and driving... I dont understand. I am very disappointed for the amount spent. Now, I have go pay a different business to see if they can be fixed.

We moved to Keller back in December and this was the first nail place we went to. I have never had good luck at finding a nail place that I have enjoyed as much as here. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. They even know my voice when I call and make an appointment. Lilly did a great job doing my nails for my Alaskan Cruise!!

Well i read fantastic reviews and decided to try it out. My first time there, and sadly won’t be returning. I’m just a simple Mani/ pedi girl. No fancy la de da, so wasn’t expecting the hoo la, but the only ho laa was the cocktail they offered. That’s probably why i chose 2 stars… Great influence ya know? So i filled out the paperwork after being a menu of wonderful sounding options… Thought it was a little crazy to pay an extemporaneous amount of my husband’s hard earned money to paint my nails, but heck I work hard to. So i splurged on the “Green Tea” pedicure and also checked the paper for an exclusive manicure . Never got it. It was dead in the salon. The other 2 people were getting mani’s and pedicures simotaniously, but not me. Just watching the other workers take a nap while I’m waiting for a simple manicure as my lack luster polish dry on my way unevenly cut toe nails looking like i attempted to polish them after my happy juice… so anyway, after an hour and half i said thank you, tipped fat and split. Couldn’t bring myself to justify sticking around to see how my finger nails might also dissatisfy me. So i decided i will just go home and paint them myself. There ya go! My review.

My nails did not end up even. One hand does not match the other, she seemed very rushed and I had to ask her several times to fix areas.. even then it barely came out decent. I was never offered a drink, got cut while she was filing, and at the end was told a price $10 more than on the paper because my French tip was more “curved” than regular. Would not recommend this place for “complicated” designs.

Michael did an amazing job! He even stayed late - 30 minutes after closing - to make sure my nails were on point. I am in town visiting my daughter and we did a spa day. He did such a good job. I am tempted to fly to Dallas for my fills just so I can come to Nail Bar One to have Michael hook my nails up. My uneven, small nail beds say “Thank you.” 🙌 💜

My husband and I went on Wednesday. We were treated like royalty and very well taken care of.Ill be back for more pedis and to get my nails done with designs!

I moved to the area in July and tried multiple salons before I found this amazing place. They have always been really nice and friendly towards me and also everyone else who has came in during my services. For me it is a weekly routine to go in because of the amazing service and environment they provide.

I love this place so much. I’ve gone to all the local nail salons in Keller but they are so nice here. Clean. Friendly. Simon is wonderful and so sweet. The owners are interactive and kind!!! I was offered a drink right away multiple refills too lol. Micheal is super cute to look at too!!!! :) I will be back to this wonderful place. I’ve been laughing and chit chatting the whole time. They literally made my whole day. I’m so happy I found this GEM.

First time there amazing service. 2nd time was the absolute worst experience I have had in a nail salon. Explained I just wanted a fill and the man cut my nails down so short I cant use them. Filed them but not even - I had to cut pieces off when I got home that were ragged. The dip gel has obvious bubbles in it. When I said anything was told it would be fixed. They made me pay despite my complaints and said I would have to come back to fix it because they were busy! BTW I had an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DONT CARE! I have to go to another salon to get my nails fixed and have tips put on. Unbelievably bad.EDIT: yes I am reviewing the correct salon. Please dont try to gaslight me. Horrible, horrible service. No one cared. DO NOT GO HERE

I had a wonderful first time experience! I was looking for a new place and a new nail tech! Cindy was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job. My nails are all shaped the way I like and even. In the past I tried a few different places but my nails were different on each hand and I didnt like them. I also love designs and extravagant nails, and Nail Bar One has some of the most talented nail techs Ive seen in years. Im a licensed cosmetologist and instructor of beauty(22 yrs) so I know what to look for. Thank you Tina and Cindy for the amazing service!〰️ Sunshine 〰️

I had a very good experience today at Nail Bar with Tina and Lily. I would recommend this Nail salon for beautiful nails and nail art. I can’t wait to see them again for more appointments.

They were in a huge rush to do my nails. I came in at 5:15pm, they close at 7pm, but they were done in 30 mins and didnt have me to wash my hands during the dip process. The lady was so distracted, either on the phone or talking the whole time. They didnt even give me a manicure even though i asked for one. Only option to tip is min 18%+. There was no option for no tip.

First time here, I had my nails done by Cindy and after a week the powder dip started chipping. I went back after that a week later and the lady was hesitant in repairing the 3 that chipped, but she did after all. After another week a whole nail came completely off after that one chipped. I would not recommend this nail salon. I dont know why they have good ratings. Considering there was hardly any customers, should have been a clear sign on a Friday.

Nail Bar One Is an amazing place to go to. I’m so satisfied and I have been doing my nails and lashes for a long time as a matter fact I used to be a nail tech. Julie who does my nails and Lashes is awesome and amazing. and for my pedicure I use Angel and she did a great job. she did it nice and deep just like I wanted her to. I was so satisfied I would highly recommend Nail Bar One. And by all means I cannot leave out the most amazing manager who manages salon and she’s so helpful. she’s help me so many times in so many ways information getting my drinks just anything I need it and her name is Tina. so I highly recommend Nail Bar One especially the way the salon is managed. She does an amazing job and so relaxing.

I get my nail, eyelashes, and toes/pedicures here 2x a month. Not only do they always come out looking amazing Julie and Tina have always been soo good to me. Checking in after a tough storm or my fathers passing. They are like an extended family. They all do an amazing job and are very friendly. I tell EVERYONE to come here. Your money is VERY well spent.

Tina was so welcoming to me. It was my first time there. I bought the 60min massage and mani/pedi. She was the best masseuse I have ever had. I come from NY and have had many massages. I get a massage 1x a month to calm my anxiety and she was the best I have encountered as of yet. Can’t wait to go back. 🤩🤗🤩

Angel did a wonderful job on my Tropical Pedicure today! She is very kind, personable and meticulous. I really enjoyed the hot stone massage, paraffin and callous remover. Highly recommend! Complimentary drinks are also included.

This was my 3rd time coming here, I normally just get a pedicure but I decided to get a gel manicure. I had it done on Thursday 7/20 and it’s already coming off 😢

I was regularly going to another local nail salon, but ventured out to Nail Bar One because they’re open on Sundays! The Manager greeted me, offered me a beverage and made sure to acknowledge me throughout my wait time. Another customer and I were half-jokingly chatting about the music (and how it was a little depressing - since it was all break-up songs) and the manager changed it to something a bit more up-beat and inviting! It may not mean much to many, but as a DJ, I know the music makes the room and they listened to feedback to proactively change the ambiance! Great customer service, TONS of services offered, gentle on the nails, and accommodating to even a minor suggestion! Will be making this my nail salon for all future pampering!!

Tommy gives fantastic pedicures. Been coming for over a year, and just get pedicures due to my job. Never request just who ever is available, and everyone has been awesome

I stopped at this salon as I was in the area and I needed my dip nails redone. The experience was nice and I left with beautiful nails, however, within a week the top coat had bubbled and started flaking off, then the dip cracked and flaked off. I removed them myself at the end of week 2. I’ve never had dip nails do this. I will not be back.

Nail tech was very nice, everyone was friendly. Place was clean. Lots of space and options.Got a massive bruise on my arm from the massage, but that could just be me brushing like a peach.Would still go back.

Sure wish I could give less stars. My daughter made us an appointment Monday for Saturday and we came in 10 minutes early. They proceeded to take a customer that came in after us and started doing her nails instead of ours, then says she had an appointment . Yeah, so did we and came in earlier than her. Then the lady tried to manhandle me and I had to physically remove her hand off my shoulder.Treating a customer like a child is unacceptable . Then I stepped outside and she started talking about me to my daughter! My daughter then got really mad and wanted to stop services and offered to pay for the nail removal and she said dont worry about it. What a real s+!t show it was! Will never be back!!

I got a pedicure done by Doan and it was so amazing! He was very thorough and polite. I do cheer and dance which causes my feet to get a little busted and he treated me with the upmost care and respect. He always asked if everything was ok and if something was too hot or too cold. Everything was sterilized and cleaned, the front desk offered me complimentary drinks and helped me look through the different pedicures. A very great place and I will definitely be back to see doan again!

Nail Bar One has an incredible staff who takes a personal approach to taking care of their customers. They are attentive to your needs and always provide outstanding service. I have been a customer of another Keller nail salon and now Nail Bar One has a nrw loyal customer. My husband told me about the grand opening banner and I thought it would be worth checking out. First off Simon, the shop is clean and quiet. Secondly, I think this Nail salon has better color choices for dipping. Simon took his time and gives attention to detail. He finished my nails off with lotion to soften my rough skin caused by my job at work. I recommend Nail Bar One. Everyone is friendly and the customer service is exceptional. You wont be disappointed!

I absolutely LOVE this place!! It was my first time going today, which is a Friday and I was in & out 🙏🏽 I showed her wanted I wanted off IG and my nails came out ever better than the pic! The staff was so sweet and professional. It is a beautiful place, very clean and comfortable inside not to mention they are very affordable and I like all the length, glitter and diamonds. I would highly recommend Nail Bar One. Best place in Keller hands down.

I came here several times and this time ONLY I asked my for her to square my tips. She started yelling and I was confused and ask her to stop yelling because its uncalled for. she told me no and hushed me, interrupted as I was trying to deescalate her. She states that you dont know what you want, she does everyone good and Im the only one who has problem with shape. I dont want you or your kind coming back. She said I made her uncomfortable since day one, like wow! The sand woman hugging me and complimenting me every time! She started yelling because I asked for her to round my almond nails, I was so lost and hurt by her words. She said I have a problem every time. I asked her could I speak and she said no but still proceeded to yell. Im satisfied hence me showing my nails off, tipping and coming back but last time she didnt do my designs to cater to her white clientele, I said nothing and was like ok because my nails were cute. She couldnt even respond to my questions about her yelling like I was garbage, while I was calm initially. She kept yelled, I asked her to calm down and talked to me like I was garbage before I snapped back. I was scared and felt attacked. Im very hurt because Im always kind. Im not garbage and I can make one simple request, thats not a crime. ~~>>>>Stay away black people!!!

My grandfather & I came in for a manicure and the experience was amazing. We both got the aromatherapy manicure with regular polish. The massage was excellent and the ladies were so sweet. We will definitely be returning!!

On the hunt for a new salon after relocating to the area. Made an appointment, had to wait 25 minutes before being serviced. While the staff was friendly and I enjoyed my time, they appear to be shuffling as many people theough the salon as possible. My tech was sweet, but she was ushered on to the next client by the manager who painted my toes. First a spot with polish was touched leaving a mark, then the top coat on big toe only covered half my toe. She touched it up, but was irritated. And after losing my paper with the services I was scheduled for, no design. The hunt continues.

Great experience today as a first time customer.Julie did an excellent job on my nails, i love them. Also June for pedicure was an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.

Cindy was great! One of my nails was starting to lift because of the glue, and she was more than happy to get it all fixed up and how I wanted! They did start to lift a bit after a week

My first time going to xoxo, it was my sissy Cake Day. There were sooooo many other birthdays going on. Different areas of seating, many photo spots. The salmon was so good and the truffle sauce for the salmon was soooooooooo good, it set the salmon off just right. The drinks I had were weak, but thats probably bcuz I make my own all the time. I dont figure out to be a place for most men, its a girls night out type of place. My hubby felt it off place, but enjoyed himself for the most part..

I left a salon I’d been using where I felt I was unwelcome and an inconvenience and waited an hour while some younger women were seated before me but came in after me. No, they didn’t have appointments either. The reviews for this salon were glowing so I called and was seen as soon as I arrived. Exceptional results, wonderful service, and warm, welcoming staff will bring me here from now on!

This was my first time here and I liked how friendly, quick, and professional they were. I showed them the design I was wanting to do for my nails and Julie did them perfectly! The shape, color and design turned out better than what I was hoping for and I highly recommend them

Need to take more time on pedicures to better remove dry skin for the price they charge! If you feel scaly dry skin on your feet the next day tells you that they didnt do a good job!!

So I stopped going to this location a few years ago. Service got inconsistent or quality was bad. Noticed they changed the name and running a special. Maybe new ownership? Giving 4 stars because of clean facility, great options, sweet front desk staff, and the owner was amazingly kind and friendly.BUT I have now had two fairly unprofessional experiences the past month with two different nail techs> suggestions to managment:1) dont allow your techs to have personal cell phones out when working with customers (I had one with it propped on her light and distracted the whole time, appt took twice as long)2) check on their work and hold them to higher standards. (I have nails inconsistent in color because not sanded evenly and had to correct the tech twice on what I had asked for.)3) dont allow co-worker personal conversations/arguments to happen in front of customers.You may have cheaper services right now, but most ladies like myself will pay higher elsewhere for consistent and professional service.

I had an excellent experience at this salon. Everything was wonderful and perfect start to finish! I will most definitely be returning.

Best nail salon we have been to. My daughter and I went for a pedicure and dip nails. The staff was professional and polite. Little to no wait and the salon is so clean! We will definitely return again and again!

My nail tech started doing dip when i had already said i wanted acrylic with gel, he just used the color as acrylic and never used a gel color i selected. They also did not size all my nails the same so they are all different lengths, and crooked as well.

Sydney literally SLAYED my nails im obsessed

I got a nail infection in my big toe!!!I called them, came back to have them look my toe. She said it was an engrown toe nail. The lady was really sweet. Then went back because my toe was bleeding and the lady said it wasnt Theyre fault. She did give me a cream to put on my toe.

I received a very nice pedicure. The staff was very friendly. It was a little bit more expensive than other places but not much. I will be back

I came for a pedi..the guy wouldn’t make my water hot,EVERYTIME I asked him he put cool water in..he didn’t get my ingrown nails after askin multiple times..he didn’t give me a 5 min massage that was paid for..just an overall not so good experience.. wish I had someone else help me.. only thing I enjoyed were the drinks

I purchased a signature mani pedi and didnt get a mani at all. Instead it was a dip that looked terrible! Front desk girl was not friendly at all charged me full price even though I didnt get the service I paid for. Will not come back.
