I have been coming here for a while now with my in-law. We followed our favorite manicurist and pedicureist. Peter and Laura do a fantastic job every time. We travel from Waxahachie. We both have ingrown toenails and they dont bother us anymore. Weve gone on different days and everyone has been nice. Clean but limited parking. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I came here for Mother’s Day, but sadly I will not be returning. Were told it would be 20-30 minute wait. I understand that it was Mother’s Day and are probably short handed. I get it . Anyway the receptionist left my nails soaking for an hour and no one ever came to do my nails. She never offered a drink and never apologized for the long wait. I finally had enough and said I no longer wanted to wait and to just buff my nails. They did and had the audacity to charge me 5 dollars! The receptionist ended up calling the owner to see if it was okay that I not pay. Oh by the way, they also tended to other customers even though I was waiting longer than them .I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to go to .This from a LONG time customer .

I lived in this area since 2005, the decline in this nail salon is beyond words. The customer service, the product and service is HORRIBLE! If you can’t do the job, acknowledge it can’t be done. It’s not worth wasting a paying customer’s time. TRAINING! TRAINING! TRAINING! It’s so needed! Stop pushing your opinions on what you know what is best. If DIPPING is not your skill, don’t attempt it. I had service with acetone on my real nails! I tried to keep my patience! I wanted to scream! Filed so much of my nail, ruined my natural length, burned the heck out of every bed of nails and cut the skin on my thumb. The service was so BAD, it was re-done three days later at no charge. I will not state names, but please get the nail technician training. I observed again with another customer with same tech, who was frustrated. The staff is not friendly, too pushy and they do not listen. You said you will talk with boss, please keep talking! I missed my event after this terrible experience and the tech for the reschedule, did not show up. Maybe she quit! DO BETTER!!!!!

The service was fast and not a relaxing experience. The nail polish on the pedicure was lumpy and not smooth. The pricing Is inaccurate. The listed prices online are similar to an illegal business practice called bait and switch. We felt baited in by the pricing. But once we arrived, the price of the service more than doubled. For example they tried to charge $95 for acrylic fills! The price is listed online stated acrylic fills were $35. We felt hustled, unwelcome and unwanted during the rush service. We tipped well, because we believe in karma, but will never ever come to this spa again, nor do we recommend it.

I brought my girls and their best friends in for my daughter’s birthday. Everything was great. We came in at a good time because we were seated right away, offered drinks, and the girls nails were perfect! I regret not remembering the names of the ladies who took care of us because we will definitely be back.

Ive been coming here for years and Ive always had a wonderful experience, but this time did it for me. Laura was his/her name. This person was very intimidating and extremely rough! He/she knicked me SEVERAL times cutting around my cuticles and burning the tops of my nails because he/she was pressing down to hard with the drill. When my skin would stick to the glue, he used his own nail to jab into me so hard that it ripped my skin! (TIP- when that happens, gently and slowly pull the skin away from the glue, if you do that, your skin wont rip and bleed and take days to heal!) He/she also used a different nail tip than I was used to. They looked like talons and they all came out to thick. I didnt want to make a big deal out of it so I paid the 60.00 bucks and left. When I went to show my husband, I was in tears! He took me to a different salon and got them all re-done. Yes it hurt like hell because of all the cuts and knicks Laura gave me but we were going on our first family vacation in 15yrs and I was determined to have beautiful nails! I dont know if Ill be back unless that person is GONE! Oh, he/she also had the nerve to insult me by saying I need my eyebrows done! He/she didnt ASK me, he/she TOLD me! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I went there with my mom this past Saturday. I had Laura, she did a good job, but I kind of found her intimidating. Plus, she coughed into her hands three times, then kept working on my hands without washing hers. I just found that kind of gross and unsanitary. Again she did a good job.But, I already have hangnails on my right hand.Yes, I work, but I dont think I should have hang nails already. I do like this Salon, but I will probably ask for someone else next time.

Went after work on a Friday, was helped right away. The gentleman that helped me seemed new. I wanted a French dip manicure. Right away I could tell he did not know what he was doing. After TWO hours of sitting there and after he argued that it was my nails that were crooked. I finally got up and left! I understand that people are new but please, customers cannot waste their time and money! We cannot be the Guinea pigs! I went to another experienced salon the next morning and was in and out in 30 minutes. RUN from this place!

I’ve been here a few times having Nancy do my nails my last three visits. It was acrylic with gel. It took me until the third time to realize she was making the acrylic too thin, causing my nails to break more often, thus making me come in more frequently for a fill. My last set I had the same nail break twice! And because I got the cat eye design, it was around $75-80. Just a little disappointing and sloppy work... Not the most professional place in my opinion either

This is my go-to place for nail care. The staff is skilled and always creates beautiful nail designs. The salon is clean and has a great atmosphere.

I have been to many nail salons, but Resort Nail Spa is by far the best. The staff is talented and always goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.

Worst nail salon I’ve been too, it was $75 just to get white tips on my nails, my middle finger is shorter then my index and ring finger, the woman who was doing my nails was taking to other team members and not doing my nails while she was talking, which made me be there for about 2.5 hours, I also asked to get my toes done, and no one ended up doing them because they forgot, even though it was on the paper they had me fill out. I was the only one in the store and it took me 15 minutes for someone to actually come up and do my nails, once she did come up, she didn’t say anything to me!! Do not come here! Also got cut.

Despite numerous closer alternatives, I consistently traveled a long distance to visit this salon. They manage appointments, accommodating both my friends and other clients.

They always make me feel like a valued customer. The salon is clean and has a great selection of nail polish colors.

I was in town visiting and came here for a pedicure. I always have bad luck with my tech and the massage portion. I had Peter and he was amazing. Pressure was awesome and he hit all the sore spots in my legs and feet. I will be back when in town again!!

Went here 2 Sundays ago for the first time. There was a specific design I asked for that I didn’t feel like the technician(s) spent time to make look precise... plus my acrylic is already starting to recede and other places have lasted me longer. I do like the silver flakes and I kinda like the shape of my nails. Looking at some of their designs on their photos, I was expecting better results for myself.

I am a regular customer and I am always satisfied. Recently, I got my nails done and the technician did an excellent job.

The technician was exceptional. I recently had my first pedicure with her and she provided outstanding service.

I had the best mani-pedi. The technicians were very skilled and took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect.

Above all, I was thrilled with the final result of my nails. It was definitely worth the money. I strongly suggest visiting this place.

I dont get my nails done often. However, when I do, I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere it feels just like a resort. I get a manicure and a pedicure. The service and the staff are great.

I used to go here quite often, I just moved back from Montana and didn’t see the usual owner who has been so sweet. The music inside began to skip like crazy for at least 10 minutes which was not exactly relaxing, and too make things worse my nail tech nicked and cut at least 9/10 nail beds. 2 of my nails have broken off within 3 days of getting them done.. unfortunately I don’t even want to go back to get them fixed. I don’t know the woman techs name but she was older and incredibly rough on my hands.

The gel did not cure and they scraped it off and redid it 4 times. I have scrapes around all of my toes and they are currently hurting. The person doing my pedicure kept running the file and course sponge across my skin every time she was trying to file my nails causing the abrasions. I was here for over 2 hours and paid $80 I hope my open cuts I have do not get infected. I will not be returning ever again.

I’ve went to this nail salon three months ago and Lan had done by last 3 sets. She is very detailed oriented and careful with my nails. Lan is both an amazing and sweet nail tech and she impresses me on every nail designs she does! I’ve been wearing acrylic for the past five years and Lan is BY FAR the best artist i’ve ever had.

I enjoy going to this salon. They have very good techs, good customer service, and Happy Hour Specials that allows me to get more done for my money. I also enjoy the complimentary wine (drink of your choice).My most recent tech Kelly did a awesome job on my nails and was able to put my team on my nails. Thanks Kelly.I highly recommend

Gel pedi peeled off after 2 hours. Went back in for repair and tech used dremel drill that almost took off all of my toenail surface.

My daughter and I stopped by Resort Nail Spa at 5:00 on a Tuesday, and we did not have an appointment. I wanted a pedicure, and my daughter wanted a dip manicure. Megan did the dip manicure, and Danny did my orange pedicure/massage. They were both phenomenal. It was the best pedicure and foot massage Ive ever had! And my daughter is very picky about the shape of her dipped nails, and Megan rose to the occasion (as you can see in the photo). I highly recommend Resort Nail Spa. It is lovely and very clean, and everyone was very welcoming and kind. Thank you for squeezing us in and for doing such a superb job! :)

Have been going to this nail salon for well over 5 months. i went today (tuesday january 11th) and had nancy as my nail technician. she overcharged me for long nails which i did not get, and when i left my nails were cut up and bloody from the drill. sad to say i will not be going back

Went there on Sunday of this week to do basic white toes and the guy did such a horrible job at it.. it’s currently Friday of the same week and toes are uglier than before and looks like it was chipped. 0/10 would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND

Today was my first and last time at this salon. I recognize the changes with the current pandemic, However, communication was quite limited. I was a walk in with no apt. I told the woman that I had many other things on my schedule and could come back but she said they could do my pedi now. I tried to tell the woman at the front my concerns that Im picky and like a tech that is skilled in polish. She ignored me as if it didnt matter. I specifically said I am more than willing to come back later if she felt like Id be a better fit for someone who was not currently availabile. She placed me with the sweetest guy, Tom. But communication was an issue. I told him I cannot have my nail cut on the side. Not talking about the cuticle but the nail. The first thing he did was get under my nail on the sides and thank GOD, I pulled back and said no no no. Unfortunately, the massage felt more like a caress. There was zero pressure and I felt no joy from my fave part of a pedi. As he began to paint my nails, I knew immediately there was gonna be a prob. Polish and cuticles are still very present all around my nail bed. You can see the bottom of the nail has two very different layers. It was clumpy. Overall what should be relaxing left me in anxiety. I didnt even get my nails painted. I will say they lady that came over and painted my big toes to correct the error was amazing. Just a terrible experience and wont be back and do not recommend.

This is the 2nd time I went here, the first time the lady did a good job on my nails, they were all even and edge to edge and thicker like you would expect from dip nails. This time around I feel like it was a fail even though I pointed the problem out to the lady. My left hand is “good” my right hand not so much. She did not go to the cuticle and there is a lot of naked nail showing, this is going to send my ocd brain bonkers. She insisted it was fine and how it was supposed to be. When I showed my friends who are experts at dip nails they said I should go in and have them redone. I think I will find a different salon.

There is a sham going on here. The last 3 times I have been there, they added $5 to the price for crazy things like an oval nail, fake nail, and no answer. The menu has one price but they always add $5! I will not be going back. On the plus side, Sandy is fantastic with pedis. I will miss her.

I went in to have my brows and face waxed, manicure and pedicure gel on my toes and dipped nails. I loved everything but my wax. My sideburns did not come off like they should have and neither did my upper lip. So I went back in and she redid it but I still had a lot of hair left behind probably because my hair is super thick. I decided to try another shop for my nails since I was out towards Lancaster.. needless to say my nails were CHEWED! I ran back to Resort nails and they got me right. Now I will saw my brows came out perfectly the second time and so did my toes. (Here’s where it gets good) I prepaid for my services but needed to leave for work before they got to my nails. I was told to come back the next day with my receipt and they’d take care of me but my children had graduation so I was told it was okay to go the next day. Although I prepaid I still tipped because they didn’t have to accommodate me and my nails came out perfectly!! This will always be my go to for my manicures and pedicures 😊 if you haven’t tried resort I suggest you try them!

Everything was fine until...I went in for a pedi only. The water and stones were not hot enough and the massage was weak but everything was fine until my tech brought out a dingy white towel to wipe my legs down. The towel smelled strongly of mildew. This seemed like a towel to wipe floors and counters. It all happened so quickly. I was certain that it was the towel when she took it away. I took the opportunity to smell my legs. They smelled of mildew. I was so grossed out. Never going back.

I have been here several times in the past few months. All the staff members are professional and have a great sense of aesthetics. Moreover, they always accommodate appointments, which is convenient for my busy schedule. This nail salon is truly the best in the area. Their manicure and pedicure services are fantastic. I love this place.

Tom did an excellent job with the Relaxing Pedicure package I chose today. He was very thorough & took his time. There wasnt any rude rushing or corners cut. Hes super friendly & listens intently to your requests. I highly recommend Tom for your next pedicure. Make sure you tip him good, hes worth it!

I’ve been looking for a nail place closer to me since I usually drive to southlake. I’ve tried several and had so so experiences, wanted to try this one because of the good reviews. Walked in and was told to pick a color, after a couple minutes I was sat down and the lady they put me with seemed annoyed that I was still looking. She started to drill down my existing manicure without any soaking first, then I soaked in acetone and she continued to drill aggressively. She was very heavy with the drill and used it on my actual nail bed also which I thought was a no no. She burned my cuticles with the buffer drill several times as well. At the end she told me to let the last coat dry for a few minutes. She came back over and said you’re done and walked away. I didn’t get any lotion, didn’t get directions to wash my hands and I had red dip powder on my fingers, no cuticle oil and my fingers were very dry from the acetone. I asked her for oil and she rushed over acting annoyed and brushed a tiny bit of oil on my fingers, didn’t rub it in and walked off again. In under two weeks one nail cracked down the middle. Won’t be back.

Ive been coming to this location for a year now and ever since my nail tech left a few months ago Ive tried 3 separate nail techs and the work is not the same. Nails are lifting and cracking. Was just there a week ago and had to go back again to fix nails. Nails are still cracking and lifting and I called to get a refund and they refused. Instead they would rather I go to a 4th person to see if they can fix it. Will never go back here again.

I stumbled upon this nail salon on Instagram and decided to give it a try. Based on past experiences, I had never found a place that met all my requirements. However, when I came here without an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent results. My manicure truly made me happy! As a result, this address has become my official nail salon.

Please avoid going going here. They are a bunch of rip offs and they ask you if you wont certain things and not tell you that theyre gonna charge youI went in today to get a fill and gel... The lady took very little of my nail down and charged me a extra $5. Then she was supposed to give me square rounds She decided to give me a coffin shape and charged another $5 without telling me. I go to the register to find out that I was being charged additional and they did nothing to rectify the situation this is the 2nd time that they have charged me for some nonsense and not taking responsibility they are complete rip offs.I will NOT be back.

This is one of my favorite nail salons that Ive ever visited. The atmosphere is relaxing and upscale. Tammy is the best nail tech, and I love the pedicure menu. Everything is worth the prices, I promise you.

I had an amazing experience! The spa was relaxing and it was the best pedicure I have ever received. The staff was very friendly and I was charged exactly as quoted. I highly recommend.

Went in for a pedicure. Was told I had an ingrown toenail and they cut it really deep. I bleed for a majority of the appointment. I paid extra for more than your basic pedicure the massage was half hearted barley done. Was not left satisfied and I now have an infection in my toe that is extremely painful. Not sure that their equipment is very sanitary. Nice people but wouldnt recommend.

Before I state the many problems I had with this nail salon I want to point out that I have given this salon various chances and every time I am more and more disappointed in the service. I arrived at the salon around 4:30/4:45 yesterday afternoon and ended up leaving at 7:30 for SIMPLE nails. my topcoat was left sticky and made the nails look dirty. I corrected the man doing them various times about them looking crooked and too round and he fixed them by filing then which lead them to be different lengths. another woman took over and did my marble design which looked like white lines painted on my nails, and I made sure to ask if they could do the design before I had it done. I nicely brought it up to her and she semi-fixed it and put a different topcoat on them. They charged me $60 for short coffin nails with the design but like I stated they all have different shapes and lengths. I also got my eyebrows done and I understand the feeling of wanting to go home at the end of she shift but this woman completely rushed on them and left them uneven and thinner than what I asked. I also didnt see her sanitize her hands after going outside to smoke a cigarette and she had a strong smell from it as well. I really hope this problem can be resolved!!!!

I went to this nail salon to get my nails done. I did not make an appointment. Nails were Dip. I was greeted right away shown where to sign in and was seated promptly. I waited about 15min for a tech as they were busy but the Manager (guessing) had me pick out my color and offered me a drink. They had water, wine and mixed drinks from what I could see. My tech was Lynn. She did a fantastic job on my nails. She had great technique and was very professional. We spoke but not the entire time. Which I loved bc I was able to engage and get my me time. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this location. Great location, prices are fair and amazing experience. They also have a happy Hour during the week.

I just moved to the area about six months ago so had to find a new nail place. I had been going here until yesterday. As I was getting my pedicure the salon manager comes up to me and tells me that I wasn’t charged properly the last time I was there with my daughter and I owed them around $100! I started looking at my transaction history and found the transactions on my statement. As I’m checking out with the lady that did my pedicure she begins to say that the additional charge was going to be on my bill. I asked her what it was for because I found the charges on my account. The salon manager sees us talking and comes to the counter and says I already told you!! First of all I’ve had two strokes with the last in 2015 being a massive ruptured aneurysm so even if you had told me I probably already forgot what you told me an hour ago!! Secondly my phone number was on the checkin slip so why hadn’t you called me if that was the case??I found the charge on my card and showed it to her which was a partial payment because I paid cash for mine and used my Child support card for my daughters!! It didn’t matter she still charged me what was supposedly not paid!I WILL NOT be back and will gladly drive back to North Richland Hills to my old salon where at least they have a loyalty program to where you get a dollar amount off after so many visits.

They were very nice and welcoming, very professional and clean establishment. I received a pedicure with a lovely shoulder massage before work and they took their time and made sure I received everything I asked for. I’m definitely recommending to my family and friends!!!! I’ll be back time after time for this kind of service.

My 9 year old daughter and I went into the nail salon for manicures with regular polish. The girl at the front seemed annoyed after she tried to get me to change to gel polish. She even had the nerve to ask my daughter how old she was before I could, as if myself the parent couldn’t give that information. The way she did it was so shady! I kept my cool cause we were in a rush, mostly cause my baby girl was there. My daughter then told her, twice her ring was pretty and she ignored her! Until I made her aware that her ignoring my child was not cool. She tried to laugh it off as if she didn’t hear my baby. But she could hear exactly what the nail tech was saying UNDERNEATH HER BREATH BASICALLY WHISPERING. I had to ask for something to drink. But when the white women come in, they were greeted, sat down, and ask if they were thirsty. Even called out names of drinks they had. This is my 2nd time coming into this salon, the 1st time I was alone but the same thing happened with the drinks! Racism is real even from minorities. DO BETTER!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾

I used to go here all the time and was super disappointed with my experience last time. They were rushing and I paid $65 for medium nails with black tips and the gel was chipping the next day, there were air bubbles, there was random glitter in the clear dip probably because the brush was dirty. They break super easily and I’m really upset I paid that much for these. UPDATE: I’m NEVER coming back here. I called and they told me they could fix them and I called again to tell them I’m coming in and the woman was rude and did not want to help me. I didn’t ask for a refund I wanted my nails to be fixed after they did a poor job on them. I’m so upset, I’ve always had great customer service until now so this is very disappointing. My nails were horrible quality and I wanted to give them another chance but I guess not. I’ve never had this bad of an experience at a nail salon.

People in this place are very nice and service it’s pretty good. But, prices are crazy, $45 for a set, $10 for length, $5 for shape, $20 for design, $80 total. The $45 just includes the color.Art nail salon in Saginaw will do anything you want for $55.

2 month update: I had to change my rating after visiting a few times and give it 3 stars because of quality. I went here a few times. The service is great but the quality of the nail polish is questionable. I always get french tips and after a week or so they start to become discolored on my feet. This doesnt happen anywhere else I get my pedicure done. Also I had my nails done and the polish started to peel in 2 days. The technician trimmed my cuticles by pulling them instead of cutting them with the cuticle trimmer. This caused my hand nail cuticles to grow back choppy and look unkept. I have never experienced this before. I did not like it and I trimmed the new growth myself at home. No more choppy cuticle growth.

Im a 30 year old and after years of sports never had my feet and hands tended to until I came here.They did a great job! Very clean, very nice and very relaxing.

These folks are conventionally located and are great. They are friendly, efficient and have reasonable prices. My wife and mom were really happy and that’s what counts. Would greatly recommend.

First things first, this establishment does not know the first thing about customer service.They lure the customers in by claiming they are deducting percentages off of their services, which is most definitely a scheme.My last visit, I asked for a pedicure & gel polish on both my hands & toes. The work was rushed & my nails & toes both had smudged polished near the cuticle areas. I asked them to fix the smudges & I was met with confusion & resistance.They did not want to fix them at all or issue a refund. I was charged $85 for their services & get this—that was a discount. Their work is not professional or competitive enough to request such prices.I was not the only customer complaining or requesting a refund. Several of us were very upset & they did not issue any money back or deduct any more off of the final prices.I understand that we received services but if multiple customers are not satisfied with services, there is definitely a training & technique issue that needs to be addressed within this establishment. It was my birthday celebration & my nails & toes were a travesty. They should be ashamed that they don’t care about their paying clientele.Simply put, I would not recommend anyone to go here—as you can see from my experience, customer service & good work are not their concern! What an amazing experience! The wife and I just left feeling like royalty! Jaquelin was amazing and remained on top of our comfort! Lynn provided the best foot massage, pedicure, and back massage I have ever had! She was absolutely fantastic! We were utterly in heaven!!! We have finally found our own little slice of heaven. Amazing staff and quality service. I will be back next week!!! Highly recommend!!!

I walked in with no appointment and they got me right in which I appreciated, however, my nails are extremely uneven and polish is all round my cuticle area. It looks very unprofessional and I regret spending the money on them. I asked him several times to straighten (re-file,) my nails, and then ended up more crooked and shorter! I regret coming here. The staff was friendly and the place was clean on a positive note however.update: my gel nails came off in less than 24 hours. they started peeling from the edges.

This is my all-time favorite nail salon. They are always friendly with their greetings and Tammy is the bomb with my dipped hombre coffin nails! Ms. Vanna is awesome too! The nude nails she did for me while Tammy has been out are Fabulous!

This place is my favorite for getting my nails done, with beautiful nail designs, youthful colors, and attractive accessories. I decided to come back every month to experience unique nail designs.

I got my nails did last Sunday. My experience was more than unsatisfactory. The young lady that did my gel nails continued to stop to converse with someone on her phone. Needless to say, my gel nails didn’t last. The nail polish on one of my nails have already started chipping days later. To add to my experience, the nail tech was pretty rough when completing my fill in. Last Sunday was my first time at this facility and my last.

Andy was awesome! This is my second time visiting, service is really great. I am not one to get my nails done often, but when I do, I like when it is good service and timely but not rushed... that is exactly what this was. Twin the girl at the front desk is so cool and totally ok, with my wavering and indecisiveness. Thank you guys. Oh and by the way, the other customers rock!

Love getting my nails done here. They do a great French dip manicure. Tina Tom & Simon all have done great nails for me. Simon stayed an hour late to finish my nails! I really appreciate the good service and nice atmosphere.

I’ve been going here for months now and I’m always impressed. I go here for dip nails and they have such an amazing color selection -and they’re actually organized by color so I can find precisely the color I want without going through a bunch of unorganized books or swatches. Today I had Kelly and she was great and super sweet! Highly recommend!

I appreciate the hospitality and quick help as soon as i walked in & it continued during my whole service.However 1. I paid for gel, not sure if the color is the problem but it seems to be very dull. 2. The man the preformed my pedicure service cut my toe nails all the way down to my skin and my toe nails are very uneven. 3. My nails are far different then what was discussed as I walked in, in my opinion if you couldn’t furfill my request, that should have been discussed before starting my nails and i would have simply left. Nonetheless, I will not be returning 👎🏾

The service here is professional, friendly and fast. The pedicures are the best. My feet stay soft for weeks. I have not tried any of the other services but if the pedicures are any indication, the facials have to be great too. Plus they have really good step in place to protect clients and staff against COVID 19.

First when i came in they took 3 hours and even after that i had to come again and get all my fingers done. After I came again and got it done, its not even been full 2 weeks that one of my nails got broke. And, then other 2 came off as well. I called them and asked if they would charge to fix it and they said no but when i visited them they said they would charge for the 3rd nail. They also talked very rudely and said you should have called when the nail broke. They make me wait for 45 mins to fix it. They also tell me that they only could do the french and not the design and do this last time. They does not even charge less. I paid $60 for getting my nails done and even after giving a guarantee that nails will last 3 weeks, they do not take charge of it when they provide poor quality. I am not going to go here again.

Megan is the best. Always takes time to show and tell you about color and find out what you want. Very explanatory and polite. The best nail person I have ever had in 30 years of having my nails done.

I went here for the first time today got dip nails. Jennifer was the woman that did them and she did a fantastic job! She took her time and I could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to make sure they looked good. I’ll be coming back and requesting Jennifer again!

Loved this Salon, Ann did my Nails & did a FANtastic job! I had been looking for a new Salon as my previous one the Teck who did my Nails was no longer there. This was my 3 place to try. Ann was very gentle, did a great job & did it in a timely manner. The Salon has beautiful decor, as well as refreshments & a fabulous assortment of colors for the Nails & the Toes are not left out, the Pedicures they offer are as luxurious as the Manicures. My Husband had a Pedicure and Nicole is his new best friend. We both enjoyed our our Salon Date, which we look forward to every month💋🍀

I had a wonderful experience here the last 2 times Ive gone. They are kind, do a great job on my nails, and have fun beverages at no extra charge. I feel so pampered each time!

Although they have an ENTIRE list of services, the hostess tried to convince me to get the dipped powder. Weve had this conversation many times before, so I dont understand why I have to spend 7-10 minutes building a case for what I want (when a simple overlay is part of their normal services). After talking to each other, the nail tech that was on standby reluctantly agreed to fulfill my request (while still trying to convince me to get a different service). At that point, I decided it was best not to take the chance on a botched service (which has happened before). So I simply had her soak off my gel and give me a regular manicure (with no polish). Going to the nail salon should be a relaxing experience, but Resort Nail Spa is not customer service oriented. They may be less expensive than some of the surrounding nail salons, but you get what you pay for. I will not be returning.

Experience is always positive. Ann is the best!! She does great freehand work on my nails. The place is clean, sanitary and ALL staff is super friendly. Only place I go to get my mani and pedis and even my husband gets pampered Diamond is his gal. Highly recommend u experience it!

I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon before. My friend and I want to try this place because it was new and close to our work. When we walked in the place, it looked nice and clean. The manager was nice and greeted us at we walked in.We had waited about 30-40 minutes before we got seated for our nails, and there were only about 7 other people in there place. We had sat down, and the technician who did my nails, his name is Tom. Overall, he did a very horrible job on my nails. I got the dipping powder, as I always do, and he seemed very confused and dumbfounded.He had put the base layers of the dip on and he put too many, and it was making my nails very thick. Next, as he was filing my nails, he had cut open my skin in multiple places, because he was being very rough and careless. Then he told me to go wash my hands, and when I came back, my nails were not the right color. I had selected a nude pink, and the color had changed to pink with white swirls in it.When he realized his mistake, instead of removing the dipping powder, he added more layers. And one specific finger nail apparently wasn’t cooperating, and he had added I think about 3 more layers before he had finished. Then he put the final nail polish coat on; he didn’t bother to reshape the nails, file them down, or clean up the residue from the dipping powder. My nails have never looked so bad.When speaking to the manager, she did offer to fix them for me, but at this point I had been in the facility for over 2 hours. I told her I did not have the time because I had to take my friend home. She did not make me pay (as I shouldn’t have had to) and I left. I do not recommend this place, and if you do dare to try it, do not get Tom as your nail technician. He didn’t treat my nails with respect and I had to go out of my way to get a separate nail salon to fix it.

5 of us went in together. We had to wait for about an hour before they started. The lady that did one pedicure could not under stand what was wanted, so we gave up let her do what she wanted. 3 of the girls had nails pop off the next day. We went back to get it fixed correctly and they wanted 10.00 per nail to fix their own work. Never going back.

My nail tech was abrasive and rough with me as I was getting a powder dip. Jammed my finger in the powder cannister, nicked me twice with her roller pen. I have high pain tolerance, however my 11 year old daughter doesnt, but she is respectful and wont say anything unless the nail tech cuts a chunk of her pink finger while cutting down her nail. She was rough and cutting my daughters nails short. I was about to say something when she went cut a chunk of the tip of my daughters pinkie with nailcutters. We left immediately.I was comped for my powder dip. That is the only reason they are getting a 1 star.

Nice clean spa atmosphere. David did a fabulous job on my nails, and my pedicure by Anna was very relaxing.

This place is not good. I got my nails done for homecoming and the lady was very rude to me. Also got told it was $50 at the beginning for what i wanted and it ended up being $65 just for nails plus my toes so it was $100 in total. and the nails were done poorly, 2 came off within the first week already.

This place is terrible they rushed on doing my sister nails I brought my niece to do their nail I had already paid for them to get done and the lady wasn’t being patient she kept saying she doesn’t want to do her nails bc she’ll move so I told her just to do them because I had already paid her and it would make my niece happy then she said we are really busy but I kept reminding her I had already paid and we waited patiently. She just kept shaking her head and smacking her teeth extremely rude not to mention my niece has a disability but was patient with the nail tech the lady was still rude.

Terrible service the lady who attended me cut my finger and they were rough af. I told her i didn’t like one of my nail because the shape was so different compared to the other ones and she told me that it was too late and that i should’ve said something even though i told her the whole time it was a different shape and she kept on telling me it’s “not gonna look like that at the end” the polish is already chipping off, i’m NEVER coming here again.

I have gone to Resort Nail Spa for a few years, minus pandemic time. Everyone was always nice to me and my granddaughter. Now we are both back and happy so far. Thanks to Nick, Amy, and now Sue.

Took an hour to get seated with no one in there. I only wanted to get my nails off... a quick 10-20 minutes and they couldn’t help. The lady that was helping me was pushing so hard for me to get a color when I only wanted to get my nails off. So unprofessional. Do not waste your money going here.

Such a friendly, clean and welcoming atmosphere at Resort Nail Spa. I got a manicure today and this was the first time I have gotten my nails dipped. My nail technician was Lynn and she did an exceptional job on my nails. I will recommend Resort Nail Spa to all my family and friends. I will continue to get my nails dipped and be a regular at Resort Nail Spa. I will be asking for Lynn as my regular nail technician. Thank you Lynn.

My nails look horrible. The nail tech cut me several times and by the time she was done, I had cuts all over my fingers that were dripping blood. She argued with me about the length that I wanted and I finally just let her do what she wanted because she wouldn’t do what I wanted. My nails are bumpy and all different shapes/sizes. Very disappointed and my fingers are extremely sore from all the cuts. Will not be coming back.

I walk into resort nail spa and the young ladies in the front ignored me until I had no choice but to interrupt the conversations. I told them what I wanted and they treated me like I had no money or education. My guy friend asks to use the bathroom and they followed him like he was about to steal. Honestly, what would he steal? Fake nails!!! So she kept reassuring me about the price. I told her the price is not a problem. Well, she seats me, and the technician started ripping my previous nails off causing me to bleed. I repeatedly told her, she was hurting me. I told her just to remove the nails because my fingers hurt. After the painful removal, I paid and left promising to never come back. I also made family, friends, and co-workers aware of this awful nail salon. The service was horrible and the judgmental host customer service was bad. NEVER AGAIN!!!

First time here and was warmly created right from the start. Had my nails done with Tammy and absolutely loved it. Have been looking for someone who gets it right and she nailed it. Loved it. Very recommended.

Absolutely loved my experience. I went for just a basic mani/pedi and they sat me right away. The overall atmosphere was upbeat and the decor tasteful. Once I am ready to start getting dipped nails and gel pedis again, I will definitely be coming here.

This is the best nail salon that I have ever been to!! Where do I begin with my compliments...well the salon is extremely sanitized and clean, the hostess Jacqueline in the front always greets you with a welcoming smile. The nail technicians are all so patient and gentle, I myself are very rough on my nail and after I get them done within the week of doing them I always crack, break do to my own negligence..always something and they will fix it as a courtesy no questions. I dont know how many countless times I run in and need to get my nails done without an appointment and Jacqueline would say No PROBLEM, sit down, who would you like She is always quite clear on prices, just so there isnt any misunderstandings. Tricked. Buyer Beware.I saw the banner over this new business saying 20% off M-Th. So took my 8 yr old daughter in and we both got our nails done today (Wed). I asked at the front desk if it was 20% off. They said yes. The lady who did my nails also sold me additional services citing the 20% deal. When I went to pay, they refused to give me 20% off for my full bill. The young lady behind the check out counter was very rude and biting. I explained that they told me it was 20% off. She said per person, and only if you spend $30 dollars...Per Person! My total bill was $60 ($40 for me and $20 for my daughter). They refused to give me 20% off the entire bill. Buyer Beware. Also nails were just ok.

Super friendly staff. We got there 30 min before closing rushing after work. Not once did I feel they were rushing. Took their time and made us feel relaxed for our 11 year anniversary.

Disappointed that they offer styles that they then say are no good. Why add it as a choice if its not good?? I was excited to try this new (to me) foil option which happened to be perfect for my sons graduation but evidently the products arent good ( which he also said about chrome which is what they put on my nails 3.5 weeks ago)Honestly seems more like some techs dont want to do it & others do.** Edited to respond to the owner.The chrome wasnt the issue it was the FOIL design he said was no good, then I picked a chrome and he said it doesnt last long & I told him the chrome I walked in with was 3.5 weeks old so I was confident it would be fine.Service was ok otherwise I was just bummed I couldnt get the Foil design & didnt understand why it was offered if it is no good.

Ok ladies! I have been to many nail spas all over the world because my 20 year military career took me there. Let me tell ya there are some very posh nail salons abroad but I’m gonna focus on stateside nail salons. Since being back stateside in 2004 and my retirement in 2015 I moved stateside between California, South Dakota, Florida and now Texas and hopefully for a long while :). Between California to Texas..... I never found a affordable posh nail salon like Resort Nail Spa in Hertitage Trace Parkway! It was the best and I mean the best experience of a pedicure and manicure. Simon and Angel gave the best experience and made you feel important and a valued customer. Never was service rushed and nothing in the service was missed. This place is a complete full service salon from nails to lashes to every wax need. Get this..... this place you can endulge in a complimentary adult beverage if you would like. I will definitely be back and request Simon and Angel. I have paid good money for past services at different locations and always felt I got cheated. Resort Nail Spa I walked out feeling like money definitely well spent and worth every penny! Check em out because their worth it :). Ask for Simon if you want the best foot massage and ask for Angel if you want the best mani and shoulder and neck massage!

After getting gel done on my nails, the very next day they are chipping! I go back to get the one fixed and ask the lady if she can fix some others and she says no because they dont need to be fixed. Now nails on both hands are chipping quite a bit and the nails that were supposed to last through spring break are gonna have to get redone- somewhere else! I keep giving the place a chance but I am never coming back they are awful, unprofessional, and sloppy.

Tried to duplicate my nail colors from this time last year at a previous salon. Rachel did so good on the shape I requested too, they are perfect. I love them!

Been here couple of times everytime I asked them to fix something I don’t like they ignore me, every time i get a new set they break within a week. I either have my nails too thick or they are not the same length. Always feel like I am rushed thru. I am not coming here again. Once I went in cause part of my nail broke i told the nail technician that it was cracked and he ignored and “fixed it” my nail broke the next day. save your money.

The people at this place are really nice me and my daughter went for Mothers Day. We have Anna and Su Su. And they did a great job. Will be making appointments with these two ladies when we go again.

Decor is beautiful and customer service great but price is a little on the high side. Been here for a pedicure and be ready to puzzle over what options to choose. Why do you have to have so many options ? but having so many options also is a benefit for some.

Horrible service! Went back to get few of my nails fixed and the manager/owner was rude. I did not appreciate the way I was talked to. He had promised to fix any problems if I was not happy or satisfied yet that was not the case. As customers were coming in and getting seated they were asked if they wanted a drink. Not once did I get asked if I wanted something to drink. Since I was probably there to get something fixed there were not friendly as when you are there to get a service done. Never going back!

My first time in, no wait. Nice staff. Andy did great on my dip nails. They are even, shaped nice, and beautiful. Will be coming back next time!!

Nicole gave me a wonderful pedicure last week. Staff was very courteous. I came back this week and brought my daughter for a manicure and had another great experience.

The woman who did left powder on my skin around my fingertips,none of my nails were even and the dip chip within 5 days..she had no interest in doing my nails. They took every person ahead of me, and told me that the woman after me didnt want a man to do her pedi. Very sad...
