Love this place! Sarah is always super helpful, informative, kind and cheery! It’s nice to walk in and feel like you’re speaking to someone who knows their products and which ones will fit your particular purpose. She’s helped my father in law, my mom and even a few friends.

These guys actually care about their customers and you can absolutely tell. Been going to them religiously. If you are new to vaping, they will set you up without talking down to you or being pretentious. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. They even work with a budget for mods, and you cant beat $5 Fridays. Love the store, I refuse to go anywhere else.

The staff is very helpful! They dont have a cooler than you attitude like other shops. Always friendly and efficient. The juice prices are reasonable and the flavors are great! (Nicks brew and Huntington Black are the bomb)Stephen and I will miss you guys! Will be hard to find a store in California to compete with you in our hearts!

Great place, staff super knowledgeable. Ethan and Angel are very personable and answered the many questions I had; and I was in and out very quickly!I left there with pods that most places don’t stock and the best juice that I’ve ever had - with the perfect nicotine level. Wow, what is there to say other than perfect! The staff is SUPER friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. The employee Ethan Means was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. Best employee I’ve ever seen at one of the very few good vapor and electronic cigarette stores around the League City and Bay Area. 100/10 would go again!!!

The best Vape Store I have ever done business with. I use Boardwalk Elixir exclusively for e-liquid. Their flavors are excellent as is their quality. They ship quickly with good packaging. If you ever do have a problem with a shipment, just let them know. Their customer service is out of this world good.

This shop is the best! The customer service is beyond professional, and it’s even better is that they work with you on what you want to help customize the juices to your pallet! This place has the best juice. Seriously I don’t even order online anymore, I will brave Kemah traffic. They have the best employees ever at this shop, they will go out of their way to help you and make recommendations. Angel is awesome and Ethan is absolutely the best EVER. Haven’t found anywhere even close to comparable as far as quality of their house stuff. You guys rock.

Honestly this is one if the best vape shops ever too. Aside from letting you try all the flavors you want (at your own pace) they also have a very chill and welcoming environment where you can actually hang out. Every vape shop I been to has been (my opinion) a very get in now get out kind of vibe. I wont go anywhere else and they have my business thats for sure! Mr. Ethan is very knowledgeable and has some of the best customer service Ive ever seen!

Not only do they treat their customers like gold, but their products are AMAZING! My absolute favorite is A. Jacks. Its a cereal flavor with a hint of cinnamon. Calm, friendly atmosphere, excellent and friendly employees, and a great selection of superb flavors. Even though home is over 1,000 miles away, the shop made the experience feel like I was right there. Worth the journey, especially for the perfect cheesecake flavor they offer - pick up a bottle of Chibi Cheesecake, you will not regret it.

Ive been to vape shops all over the country and typically theyre filled with the kind of goobers I wouldnt nod my head at. Boardwalk elixir is by far the best shop Ive ever been to. The employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful and their selection is great. The juices are the best Ive gotten anywhere and with their shipping Im able to get juice anywhere Im at in the country!!! I started going in there back in February and just stopped in again for the 1st time the 2nd week of November and the owner actually remembered me and asked about my brother. I send everyone I know to their shop anytime I find out theyre down in South texas

This place is awesome. From the moment you walk in to when you walk out, the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The employee selling and mixing e-juice, Ethan, was really well informed and answered all of my questions. This is my go-to vape shop from now on!

Im going to keep it 100% on this postI met this vapeshop a little over a year ago. The staff is cool and they know about vaping. I have talked to diffrent staff about ejuice mods and batteries.So they can help with questionsThe juice boardwalk sells is good quality. Some flavors i like but some flavors i love. Coolest thing is 5 dollar Fridays they pick a diffrent flavor and sell it for 5 bucks. Thats how i been trying out the flavors. I have got some really good flavors from them. Check the website on a Friday and try it. Bet you will like it.

Boardwalk Vapor is THE vapor shop for this area.My recommendation: go check out the other local vapor shops (without making a purchase) before you visit Boardwalk Vapor and it will become immediately evident the superior standard of quality that Boardwalk Vapor represents (literally in every aspect).The staff are like walking encyclopedias for vapor accessories and technology. More often than not, I end up staying 30 minutes longer than I originally intended just to hang out and learn (occasionally they offer free beer for customers!!!!). The staff are cool as hell and they arent trying to sell you anything that you dont need or want - they help you decide what fits best for your needs. The owner is a passionate vape connoisseur and does not sell anything in his shop that he hasnt personally used for an extended period of time and approved its quality. In other words, you dont have to worry about going home with something of poor build quality or something that wont last.I have purchased many different vape liquids/flavors from many different manufacturers and shops. After buying a few of the made-in-house liquids at Boardwalk, I havent touched other liquids since. My personal favorites are Kentucky Blackberry and Melon Dew. It is a challenging quest to find other liquids that match the overall quality and taste of Boardwalks liquids. Kudos to them.They dont have tons of flavors to pick from, but the couple dozen or so that they do make are all masterpieces - not like some other shops *cough-cough* that have 200 flavors that have been seemingly thrown together by a squad of preschoolers (quality vs quantity).Lastly, keep an eye out for when the staff will be performing magic shows at the shop. The owner and one of his employees are personal friends, and have worked with, David Blaine and Chris Angel. I was able to get a preview of some magic in the shop and I look forward to checking out their next show.Accordingly, they also sell quality decks of cards and such

Extremely friendly staff from start to finish. Answered all our questions. Ethan helped me out and was more than accomodating. Im new to vaping so it was nice to have employees that were patient and took their time to explain things thoroughly.

Original review as follows.Im afraid this will be my last visit to Boardwalk Elixir. When I bought my most recent mod a few years back, the employees were solicitous, informative and kind. Today, though, I was less of a priority than one gentlemans phone and the other folks viewing of a product selection online. I dont mind the somewhat ambiguous $10 Friday message, but I am a little disappointed in the quality of some of the product. Im not the biggest spender here, so I doubt my business will be missed overmuch, but I will miss the experience I used to have here.

Knowledgeable staff that is passionate about their products. Thats a killer combination. Although you can get mods anywhere, these guys will make sure that you are safely and effectively using your gear and they have, by far, the best tasting juices I have ever tried.

Great selection, service, staff, juice. All amazing. Always made me feel at home. I miss it dearly. If you are in the area stop by and join up for some sampling or pick up a bottle of one of their many juice line. You can taste the care put into crafting them.

Reasonable prices yes. But lacked variety of mod . They had like 5 rda s and 3 tanks. Virtually nothing reputable besides smoke. Great juice bar though.

Great staff with great homemade juice at a fair price, highly recommend the Mr. Hyde for an ever changing experience and Hunnington Black if you want a solid tobacco flavored vape.
