Very friendly staff, delicious hot food made to order, and great welcoming atmosphere! Every time we come here were always greeted with very nice service and everything we get is very delicious. They serve pizza by the slice which is very convenient, and their wings are always crispy and juicy, not soggy in the middle like fake wings. I definitely recommend this place!

My rating is due to the management and not the therapists. The therapists are great! However, I have showed up twice for appointments, and there is no one to let the customers or even the therapists in. The first time, I was contacted quickly and offered a free enhancement. It happened again yesterday, and 30 hours later, I still did not hear from them. I called to see how I would be taken care of and was told I was marked as a No Show! I also wish they would eliminate the Covid questionnaire and just ask if you are sick or have a fever. My doctor’s office does not even ask.

Do not go here. They don’t mind taking your money but then you can’t book a massage because someone screwed up your account and no one can tell you why except for the manager that is not in the office. It is conveniently their day off. Even tried to call corporate and they can’t even help. Ridiculous Go to massage heights. Better customer service.

Raileigh is my massage therapist and he is amazing! I’ve been going to him for over a year now. The ladies at the front desk are also very pleasant and helpful.

Not the best experience. It was my second massage in more than 10 years, and this was given as a Christmas present. I was quoted 130.00 online, and felt fairly confident I was ordering what I wanted. Come appointment time however, my massage therapist was 15 minutes late, and basically just said what do you want today? She didnt ask me about my lifestyle or anything to get a sense of how hard I work my body, nor did she ask about injuries or scars I had listed in the pre appt paperwork. Since I didnt know what I was talking about, I didnt know what to answer. I answered Im pretty sure I ordered an hour deep tissue full body massage and an exfoliating foot massage. She essentially just moisturized my entire body, I didnt feel worked on at all. I left feeling just as achy and sore as when I came in. The foot massage was essentially the same, but with a sugar scrub. Both took her 40 minutes, I left by 6 when my appt was at 5, which she was also 15 minutes late for. Seems a little unfair to charge someone for a full hour when it was only 40 minutes at best, plus the foot massage was supposed to be an extra 15 minutes, not included in the hour long full body massage.All in all, if you go here I recommend knowing and asking for exactly what you want, watch the time, and making sure they charge the right price. If youre a first timer like me, this place probably wont provide a great experience.

I received a gift card for a facial massage. I’ve never had one in my life and would not have chosen one myself. I have to say it was the ABSOLUTE best thing! I was booked with Sarah ( I highly recommend her)! This was a very refreshing and relaxing experience! I have had massages before over the years and they were good. However, I enjoyed this so much I signed up for a membership! Now I can have a facial or a massage once a month and save $$$ with the membership. Stop by or better yet, schedule yourself an appointment you will be so glad you did. I know I am. Looking forward to next months treat!!

I had a 90 minute massage with the therapist name Michelle. She’s been there for several years and she’s great! Perfect amount of pressure very nice and friendly and gets the job done. I also had a facial with Sarah who was also very friendly and gave a great facial explained a lot of the benefits. Now I’m returning back for a chemical peel and another massage the girls at the front desk are very friendly and so willing to accommodate and very polite. Overall my experience was a five Thank you very much for the great experience and look forward to coming back.

I’ve been going to this Massage Envy for about 3 years after switching from another one. The staff at the Kemah location are always kind, helpful and professional. I have consistently used Jeremy and Curtis - both excellent therapists. Occasionally I will go someone else and they are always great massages. The membership is a really great deal.

Would have given zero stars, but then my message wouldnt be heard. The manager is horrible, and the staff is not trained well. Theyve overcharged day card twice now. The manager will not return my call, and she is conveniently out of the office every time I call.

Horrible customer service. I have sent countless emails and made countless calls. I cannot get anyone from the national or local level to return a call or email. Massages are generally below expectation, but the inability to get someone in management to acknowledge me is the worst part of it all.

Massage Envy in Kemah has excellent customer service. I booked 3 appointments for mothers day at the last minute and HENRY was the most pleasant person to speak with. He resolved an previous issue at had at a different location and overall made my time at Kemah the best Ive ever experienced. I thank you Henry.

Truly love the customized experience Massage Envy gives and the quality of this location in particular. Very customer oriented compared to other locations Ive been to. John is my favorite! His technique is perfect to lull into relaxation. I am moving to California and will genuinely miss this location!

I finally got to use my gift that the hubby bought me for Christmas, I just wish I wouldnt have waited this long to use it. I feel amazing after my massage!! My masseuse worked on the exact spots I asked for and massaged out all the tension in my neck..

I have had a membership twice with them and I have always have been happy. Super friendly staff that always make you feel welcome. Marie and Summer are great massage therapists.

We have hundreds of dollars worth of massages that accrued, partly because I had back surgery. They wont let us use them unless we give them a credit card number so they can charge more massages. Also, the therapists are hit or miss. You may get a good one, but you are as likely to get a not so good one. And once you find one you like, he/she is likely to leave.

I like Massage Envy. This is the first time Ive had a membership at a massage parlor. I can usually schedule a massage when I want even if its last minute. My main issue is that the massages are pretty pricey if youre not a member. Also, when I ask my massage therapist to focus mainly on a particular area they never do for long.

My husband and I have been members for more than 5 years. During COVID, we decided to continue our membership despite not visiting because we felt it was important to continue to support local businesses. My husband had cancer surgery a couple months ago which came along with significant complications. We were told that to transfer his 11 credits to his me it would be $10 a credit. WOW! We supported this business during shutdowns, etc and now they want $110 when we are experiencing hard times? SHAME!!!!!

Someone needs better spray bottles and a new chair because the customer service is tense

They can never keep people here. I went here for years and it was hard finding a good therapist. When i did it seemed like they left. Dont even get me started when you go to cancel membership or postpone one! They are unorganized and almost never are ready for you. Do not get a membership here!

Looked very much forward to coming here due to getting a massage for Christmas present for low back pain. Specially stated on my profile there that I have the low back pain.. the lady I got just pressed on my back with MAYBE one minute of actual rubbing when I asked her before hand to focus on my back (10 min total that she spent on the back out of the hour) the part I told her I do not like rubbed she spent the most time on. On the rest of the body my little sister age 11 could’ve done a better job. It was just lazy. I was basically left laying there waiting for my massage to end left feeling very wet and greasyThe reception was no help either all they said was “oh I’m sorry I’ll note it “. Then took forever to run the voucher for my gift card.Extremely disappointed

Love It! Always leave feeling fresh and relaxed. My personal preference is facial care. Their services include facials, microderm and chemical peels. Products are great, staff and technicians are courteous and professional and prices are reasonable. Treat yourself to greatness!

I go to Ms. Michelle and she’s great! Her pressure is firm but tolerable, and she gives great advice after massages on aftercare and pain relief.

Pasadena location and this location have poor front desk service. I decided to cancel my appt. while trying to book it. Very rushed on the phone and no type of accommodations. I felt like if this is how the front desk service answering the phone is, then this is what I have to look forward to as far as the technician. Going to try other location in LC.

AWFULL !!! Watch out , spend your money somewhere else, this place is a scam !cheap products for a very expensive price, they dont have serious equipment to be call SPA, what they call FACIAL is 5 coats of cream ( cheap one by the way ) for a promo price of 59.00 dls gimme a break ! you guys get real on this business other wise you will be gone sooner than you expect !When I argue with the manager they act like they didnt knew what i was talking about , my experience BAD ! Am i going back ? NEVER , Recommend it ? NOOOOOO WAY !

I love this location. All the staff truly care about their customers. They recognize you by name when you come in. Always friendly and help me relax and feel better. I definitely recommend this location.
