Pros: Great selectionCons: Horrible customer service. The employees lack knowledge & understanding of the product they sell. They arent even aware of things they are selling. To be honest, they appear to be high and cant even answer any general questions.They prefer if you point then paid.

This place sucks. Wife went to go get some gummies on 7/13. She asked specifically for D8, but got home just to find out she was given Armani. She proceeded to go back to the store and the assistant manager decided to not give her a refund or let her pay the difference for the D8. Not only did she not do her job correctly, she had an attitude and this was not the first instance. Vape City you really need to check your managers and tell them to tone down their attitude. Even the employee told her she should do a refund or pay the difference. I will not be back here and I hope the assistant manager is fired. Rude AF.

If you’re indecisive & trying to make a quick transaction, whatever you do DON’T say, “Anyone is fine!” Because they’ll then proceed to try & ask which one & when you respond again with, “Anyone is okay!” They’ll just look at you like they don’t understand what “anyone” means & as if you’re the most frustrating customer they’ve dealt with that day. Then they’ll refuse to hand you your card like a human being & purposefully place it down with such an attitude because well I guess that’s all they could do to show how disgusted they were by me asking if they knew what “anyone” meant. Sorry?If the woman who hates her job so much happens to be reading this, in the future, “anyone” means no one in particular! Thanks for making me feel like a horrible person because you can’t comprehend the word, “anyone.” In the future i’ll refrain from using such complex terminology at this specific establishment. 😃

Hi, I am seeking a vape shop that does custom blends. Do you all custom blend in one of your stores? My vape shop caught on fire and is now permanently closed, and they did a massive amount of custom blending. I want to thank you in advance for you time and assistance.

Bought a tank here . Guy behind the counter said they would have coils for the tank in a day or so. Three weeks later still no coils.

Been here about a handful of times to buy coils and vape juice, employees extremely rude and tried on two different visits to sell me the wrong coil without telling me because that was easier then telling me they didn’t have the one I was looking for I guess! Go to other locations and avoid this one! Horrible customer service.

Just went to this location and after I purchased my product , I pointed at the item showing a friend and the cashier snapped at me telling me not to reach over the counter, very rude , wont be back .

The staff at this location are very helpful. They treat you more like a friend versus just a customer which I find great.

I regularly visit this location since moving here from Seattle in July as they almost always have what I need in stock. I recently had an uncomfortable interaction with an employee and I decided to contact the corporate office about it. My complaint was not only immediately acknowledged but it was also rectified the same day i submitted my complaint. I see other reviewers complaining about their prices being too high but I can vouch, from personal experience, that this company truly values their customers and I will gladly pay a little extra for that guarantee any day.

Prices are STUPID high. The mark up on an Urb vape is $17 with tax. Their staff seems miserable, they dont listen half the time. I wont ever use them again.

Awesome people really good customer service, pretty cool it’s 24/7, really convenient, considering it’s Texas and you can’t get 24/7 anywhere if your life depended on it. I would give it 5 stars but I gave it 4 because their vape liquid is ridiculous for the price, honestly. $35-$40 a bottle for 60ml just doesn’t seem reasonable when you can get it for a hell of a lot cheaper elsewhere.

Customer service was less than ideal. The employee seemed annoyed by my question about if a product was available in a different color. The employee also didnt seem familiar with the product, offering me replacement coils that werent compatible.

Second review! Coby is an awesome manager at this store! Had a small problem with a purchase, he was able to make it right! This is my regular go to vape shop!! Keep up the awesome job!!Awesome!! Open 24 hours!! Coby was awesome help at 3:30 am. My first time in the store!! I will be back! Perfect for people that work late night, early morning!! 24/7 is awesome!! Stay like that.

Any store that is open 24 hours a day post covid gets respect in my book. Plus they have an extensive selection of products. Perfect spot to shop a little when you get off nightshifts or maybe just bored at 2am!

Definitely will never be going here again! Pricing is absolutely out of this world! Buy one bottle of juice get the second half off. Yet still $75. Absolutely insane. Go down the street and get 2 bottles of the same juice for less than $50.

Went from selling good quality vape additive to ripping off ppl with some fake water liquid that is not close to what they use to have. I guess management dont care about the s they sell to ppl having that junk in the shelf. Dont buy sonic+ or redfish they are fake stuff. They just lost a regular.
