Horrible customer service and horrible products…. I stopped in yesterday got a funky republic vape that does not work. Went back today to request a new product and he told me it’s store policy he can only give 20% off. I just paid 27$ for a vape yesterday that did not work, no policy signs posted stating this. Will not be returning or referring them to future customers. I hope for nothing more than failure for them.

I have went to this vape shop since they opened and I always get the same RAZ spearmint vape and they have always lasted me 2 weeks. Well I went there July 27th got a new vape well Sunday 3 days later my juice light was red. I go back in and tell him that the vape has to be faulty I get that brand all the time and they last alot longer. Well the guy started laughing and said Im not the manager I can sell you another one for half price. Well Im sorry but I already paid full price for a faulty one why should I have to spend more money. Moral of the story I will not be going back to this vape shop.

Went at 1pm to check out the place. Sign on door said be back in 15. Waited. Nobody. Called the number. Nothing. Another guy came up. Said he was here half hour ago and same sign was up. Third guy came up and waited as well. We were in a hurry so couldn’t afford to wait any longer. Other guys left too. I get it, people need lunch. But not a good look when you’re just starting your business in an area and people can’t even get in.
