Just the right amount of pressure with a variety of techniques to get every kink and stiff muscle out of your body. As aLocal he even made suggestions for us for snorkeling and dining. I have been a resident of key west for the past year and was in search of a great masseuse. I have been getting massages for the past 20+ years mostly for health reasons as I have had back pain for years. Fortunately, thanks to a google search I found Michael. I now see him as often as I can. He comes to my house, sometimes we do massages outside, sometimes inside. He is fantastic. He not only massages but he also understands the anatomy and can really relieve the knots and knows where to lightly push to relieve the stress. He’s truly amazing. For New Years this year, I had a bunch of friends over and he spent half the day with us giving 3 of us massages. Both of my friends said he was amazing and that I’m lucky I can have more massages with him. He does get busy, so if you want a massage, then reach out to him asap and plan ahead if possible. thank you michael for the amazing massages, pain and stress relief.

As a Chiropractor I really can’t say enough good things about the quality of body work Michael provides. Every time I see him I know my body is so much better for it. Whether it be deep tissue work to release my fascia and large muscle groups or intrinsic muscle work to release my occipitals and IT bands he always does a great job. As if that wasn’t good enough he also has added stretch therapy to his skill set and does sessions where he provides certified stretching. This for me has given me more flexibility and better range of motion with movement. I would certainly recommend both services!!!

Very skilled, professional therapist with invaluable experience that is so difficult to find now! The only thing I needed to was explain the area I had trouble with (long-standing discomforts and muscle spasms) and answer Mickeys questions. After only a few short minutes talking with him I knew that he knew how to alleviate my neck, low back, and hip pain! After so many massage therapists Ive been disappointed by over the years Mickey is a great find.
