I had a combo where it was a facial, body massage and foot treatment. My favorite was the massage, they did the right kind of pressure I wanted and it was very relaxing. The facial left my skin nice and glowy and the foot treatment was an added treat.Overall it was a great experience, super relaxing and im a highly anxious tense person but felt really good. My husband booked all the things for a birthday gift and this is a place Id definitely like to go to again

Best massage and facial ever!!! Israel is so respectful and amazing in helping you stay covered during your massage, and he got all my knots out and stress out. Splurge on the hydrafacial! Nelsa was so amazing and my skin looked like glass after my facial with her. This will definitely be my go to spot! Loved it.

A complete joy to receive my facial. Israel is efficient and not heavy handed when it came to the extractions on my face. My face is clear and helped me enjoy my birthday that much better. Will be coming back for sure.

I have had both waxing treatments and massage at Aluna. These services have been rendered by highly efficient and professional people.Waxing services are priced perfectly, and Nelsa is considerate and takes the time to explain everything as she goes. She was very personable and easy to talk with.Ive had one massage done by Israel, and he really worked with me to find a position that didnt make me crazy anxious. His massage had me able to begin to relax, I regret not booking a longer one! I had the CBD infused massage, and was given the remainder of the cbd oil container to take with me. I am hoping to to return for another(longer!) Massage soon.I believe a full array of skin care services are available as well. Though I have yet to try them.The atmosphere in this business is calming and soothing. The lighting, scent used, and decor looks curated to help the customers be at ease from the moment they walk in the door. This really adds to the experience ten fold. Every area I have seen is meticulously clean.I will say it can be a bit tricky getting into their parking lot at times, due to their location, but it is a nuisance, rather than a danger.This business all around is a pleasure to go to, and it is locally owned by a veteran.

The first time I went the lady did an amazing job. Gave me advice on what length and which wax to use when getting waxed. She did perfect.The second time however, I had a different lady. She did not do as good as the one I had before. She left so many hairs behind I had to clean it up myself. Had I noticed this before I left I would’ve asked her get them all. I just feel as thought I’d I’m paying $75 for you to wax me, you should get every hair! The lady at the nail salon did better than that and she had wax strips.The next time I go back hopefully j get the lady I had the very first time.

Nelsa did an excellent job! She is very knowledgeable and great at explaining everything. The salon was neat and clean and all measures are in place to ensure safety of both client and staff. I will definitely be back!

Ive had waxing services before and they havent been that great. Ive read the reviews about this salon and decided to give it a try. Im so glad I did. I had a Brazilian wax and Nelsa was so professional. She made me feel comfortable and was quick, but not quick as in rushing. She does a very good job, pays attention to detail and makes sure you are happy with your service. I would recommend this salon to others ( I was willing to drive to Austin to get this type of great service.) Repeat customer.

This was my first time getting anything waxed other than my eyebrows. I was a little nervous going in, but immediately upon meeting Ms Nelsa she was so kind and just had a very calming presence, to where I wasn’t so nervous or embarrassed about any of the positions I was in. She explained everything to me, and even helped me pick the right wax. We also just had a great conversation throughout the whole process, which helped me feel more comfortable to talk through the pain (lol). I initially went in for a sugar wax, but quickly realized it was not for me. She told me the benefits of both, but knew what would work better for me. I initially chose a Brazilian wax, but was unsure about waxing everything, so she talked me through what I actually wanted before starting. Overall it was a great experience, I will be going back for sure! I also left with some after care products she recommended, and product to use next time before my wax!

Went to this particular spa for a pregnancy massage. Israel was the massage therapist that handled me. Hes such a professional, very kind, and he informed me everything that he would be doing. The facility was quiet and clean and my appointment was conducted on time. I wish there was green tea and other refreshments offered like the upscale spas, but other than that everything was great.

Ok so It was my first time getting a bikini wax done, and I was very nervous but Nelsa made it not awkward and talked me through it and answered all of my questions. And the environment was very clean and calming. It was a GREAT first experience and I will definitely be returning!

LOVE this place. Nelsa is a sweetheart and I received THE best sugaring/wax experience ever. She tailored the session to my needs and explained what she was doing, how, and why. I havery already booked my second appointment and wish to continue going back as long as I can. ❤ the prices are reasonable and if I could, I would get my entire body waxed there, and only there.Not a 5/5 because I personally dont like the way the rooms are set up, but its still very private and I would recommend this place to anyone amd everyone. Kihana did my facial. She has am awesome down to earth personality. I had a European facial done. She skillfully did my extractions. My skin feels so good like it can breathe. The space is decorated pretty. I would come back. She does good work.

Originally, I was convinced to go here when this spa was called Bedazzled. It had great reviews with extremely happy customers. Ive been since it changed to Aluna and I completely agree with the original reviews. Its a cute place and a very calming environment. My wax was fast and results were great. Nelsa, the owner, made me comfortable and was very professional. I will certainly be returning to Aluna in the future!

I’ve been going here to get a Brazilian since being stationed here at Ft.Hood . I started off with Mrs. Nelsa who did a great , GREATTTT job , then I moved over to khiana and let me just say Khiana is AMAZING from personality to her work . She holds a great conversation , always positive, and we just click each time ! I always feel comfortable at each appointment . We have such a great conversation, I can’t even tell I’ve been there 30 mins lol I’m going to miss you when I leave for Alabama 🥺 Keep up the AWESOME job and stay sweet !

Failed to communicate with me over if they would accept a gift certificate I found.. After them not responding I called in again and they told me they would not honor it. (It was not even a month past the expiration date.. I had moved, and it unfortunately got lost.) Unhappy that they didnt offer another resolution.

Aluna is a very rare bright spot in the city of Killeen. Everything about this facility is professional. I have never in all my years of visiting had a bad experience. From waxing, massages to eye lash extensions. The staff is so humble and sweet. You can tell they have passion for their work. Alina continues to set the bar higher and higher. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I went for a bikini wax. The customer service was fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable and even brought my friend and me to the mall so that we wouldnt have to take a taxi. And she gave me her extra fries. But the quality of the bikini wax was horrible. She took a lot of the skin and didnt get all of the hair. She also gave me second degree burns. I would suggest going there for any service except the waxings.

I arrived at 4:30 pm for a European facial and it ended at 5:20 pm. It took about 10 minutes to get back to my room to begin the facial after completing paperwork. I paid $75 plus $10 tip for a 40 minute facial. The facial should have been 60 minutes. Extractions are a part of the service and I noticed several werent done. Im an avid spa goer and I know exactly what its like to receive high quality service. I could have done the same facial at home for free. If youre expecting high quality service this isnt the place for you. You will not receive your monies worth.

Very clean space. Also from what I could tell it seemed like it was just one chair open per room meaning its nice and quiet. There is a tv in each room if you wanted something to watch while youre getting your hair cut.

It all started off with me trying to get my girlfriend a day at a spa, where she could just de-stress and not worry about anything. Meanwhile it was already 10am. I called around to most of the spas in the area with none of them even giving me the time of day since I was trying to book a full spa day for the same day and it was getting closer and closer to noon with every place that I called. That is until I called Aluna Skincare And Massage and I spoke to Israel. He said, I will call you back in five minutes, but I will make this work. It was around 1130am by this point and they close at 6pm. I was thinking no way is this gonna happen. He called me back and told me that he could make it work she just had to be there by 1215. Needless to say she did make it there and she totally loved it. From the massage therapist, to the woman who did her mani/pedi, to the hair stylist. Her hair looks amazing by the way, and she said she would never let another person give her a message!!!! I even called Israel to find what was the best restaurant in the area would be and he was more than accommodating. I just want to say thank you to Israel and all the ladies of Aluna, all of you were amazing!!! You guys gave the love of my life a pretty amazing day, so thank you!!! We will be seeing you again soon.

It was last minute and my first time going there she was patient with me, not rude one bit and on top of that still was able to wax me clean off even I was a little too short 🤞🏽

Israel was very sweet and I can tell he is passionate about his job and puts in effort to meet his clients needs. However, I had a very disappointing experience during my last visit and will never be using this business again. I have never experienced anything like it before and would never wish it on anyone. Their appointment booking app gave me points after I reviewed them on a service that I previously have gotten. Instantly, when I asked if I could use my points on a new service. I got a, “How did you get that many points?” As if it were my fault. I showed them the points on my phone and it also pulled up on their computer on their end. Evidently, they didn’t know that their customers may receive points for leaving a review after a service in which I did. Still, they were trying to hide the truth, instead of just telling me that their point system gave me “too” many points. Had they just been upfront. I would of said okay and not worried about it and got a different service. Before I even received the service, I asked was it okay to use my 500 points for a 120 point service, thus making everything free basically. (In the end, I understood that it was kind of sketchy to receive a free service like that. But I was just going off what I read and what the points say. If you have enough, you get the service free. Everywhere I’ve been, that’s how the points system works.) I was just upset that they couldn’t be honest enough with me in the beginning, left out details when I was asking and waited to tell me in the end what I needed to pay (After it was made clear that the service was covered. I suppose they thought about it in-between sessions of my service.) I wanted to make sure that it was clear and that everyone was getting paid. And I was advised that the points take care of that. But instead, in the end I was hit with a large bill when I asked in the beginning if I needed to change the service because my goal that day wasn’t to walk in there and spend over $150, especially knowing that I had points to cover it because it is what I saw on my end. So I paid what I thought was reasonable and agreed on, including a tip because I’m not the type of person to excuse someone’s good work even if I felt a certain way about the business. Everyone makes mistakes. Unfortunately, I refuse to be put in this kind of position ever again.Update to your reply: So it’s my fault that your system gave me those points? How did you guys notify me if you claimed you had no clue about the points I was given. If anything, I notified you guys the day I came in to receive the service and let you aware of your own “glitch” that you had no idea about. So your welcome. I scheduled the service due to having enough points. As I stated before. My intention wasn’t to come there and spend over $150. I made that very clear because that was my mindset when I walked in. So No, I never agreed on that. I agreed on using my points which I had. And points only. And as you stated in your reply, you decided to tell me at the end that I couldn’t use my points? How is that beneficial. Don’t you think that is something I should of been told BEFORE the service? You keep backtracking yourself. You need to fix that. But I still walked out paying regardless. Anyway, I never received anything free. If I PAID what I was told to pay, which I did. Then what did I get free? Let’s not forget the nice tip I left as well. You expected me to pay for services that I had enough points for. But as soon as I tried to use them. Oh, it’s a “glitch”. How does something like that happen? So before you run people’s names through mud. Get your facts straight. My first comment noted everything that happened that day. Accept your faults and move on. You have a nice day :)

I had a Brazilian wax done by Khiana and she did a great job. I expected it to be way more painful, but it wasnt. The atmosphere is really nice, too.

Everything about this place is amazing! Never had a bad experience. From waxing and facials every service is excellent. The customer service is outstanding. A very welcoming place to be. True definition of a Spa!
