If you go, pay cash. I went Only one time back in March. My card was charged $36. Today (June 26th) my card was charged again. I called Them to see why, and was told it was an error with their system. Now I have To go through the hassle of getting my money back through bank dispute. Smh…. PAY CASH IF YOU GO THERE.!

They only take appointments 1 day prior then you have to answer when they randomly call during the work day to confirm your already made appointment or they remove your appointment. We showed up at our appointment time and they gave our spots away even though we made an appointment the day prior. So what’s the point of making an appointment?! It’s not even a great foot massage, really surprised they are still even a business with their practices. Would not recommend, plenty of other places in the area with better service.

Very nice and relaxing experience, love the massage but I would advise them to focus more on the feet and less on legs (and more gentle-). Will be back for sure

I love this place! I’ve been twice now, once for a foot massage and again for a full body ( with clothes) massage. Abraham provided a deep tissue massage that helped relieve some tension I had from my job as a nurse and working out. I hadn’t had a neck massage in awhile and I’m grateful to have went here! Affordable, relaxing, consistent, friendly & reliable. Scheduled the same day with no problems. Can’t wait to come back, thank you 😊Wanted to update my review. I’ve been going here for about a 2 years now and i STILL LOVE IT! I can go with my friends and get massages together, i can go with my husband and get a double room or i can go by myself! One thing i truly love it the ability to make same day appointments. Sometimes i get off work and i iust need a massage in that moment not tomorrow today and theres always availability. They are also open until 10 so its perfect to get a massage before bed. They are all very receptive if you want them to apply more pressure or less they adjust. Dont be afraid to speak up! I will definitely be back. I try to come once a month or twice if its in my budget. The hot stones are a life saver in the 1hr clothes off massage!Prioritize your self care! Today was my first time here. My husband booked me a 1hr foot massage- upon arrival the lady at the front desk told me I could do a combo for the same price so I opted for that. It was the best massage I had! Lou (I believe is his name) was amazing and will be a returning client for him =) I brought a cash tip so check out was easy since my service was prepaid. Thank you Lou! I feel great after a 3day work assignment of being on feet and so glad I was told about the combo pkg.

I came for the first time today because I was in desperate need of a foot massage. There was a sign on the door that said will be back in 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. I then left to get some coffee and drove by before going home, still closed. I decided to come back and try again and it was still closed. This was 2 hours later. Not a good first impression and very bad business. I even called and no answer and voice-mail was full. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

My 2nd time. Thought it may have improved since my last visit. But no. The service menu is confusing! I tipped $8 anyway but the lady at the front decided to charge me $9 and didn’t provide a receipt. Check my balance and it’s already been debited. Wonder if they do a $1 here or there to other customers? It’s also noisy with the gym next door. Front staff could be friendlier. Massage was ok.

Very good massage, I bought the $25 foot massage, which is 30 minutes . My only complaint is I should have got the 1 hour message. I would recommend wearing shorts because they do rub the legs. And I loved how they covered me up with a blanket to give me some privacy. Just fyi Anytime fitness is right next to the spa and the walls are not thick, so be prepared to hear some noise from next door. Even though I heard the noise from next door, the massage was so good I didn’t care about the noise. I will be going back!

The first time I went I basically had a walk-in prenatal massage and it was really nice, I didnt have to wait long and I felt properly cared for. The next time I scheduled an appt. I thought the massage was really strong and I usually like mine that way. I wasnt sore the next couple of days. Unfortunately you can hear the business next door (music/gym equipment movement).

I go to the Footy Rooty when I need a really deep tissue massage. I swear. If there is a knot anywhere on your body and you get a full body massage. They will find it. The massage will be so tense. After the massage. You are drunk. After you stop your nose from running because your sinuses have been cleared. Drink water. Drink plenty of water and rest. Hands up. This has to be the best massage I have ever gotten in my entire life.

Absolutely the greatest massage I have ever had in my LIFE! I feel like a new woman! You will be in good hands with any of the massage therapist at footy rooty- I have seen most of them. Abraham went above and beyond during my session, after giving birth my body needed this. Thank you so much!!!

It was an okay visit I do believe customers should be allowed to tip what they choose too. This visit was odd I asked for a full body massage and was only given a foot massage. It’s is normally $35 for members I was charged $45 but I slept peacefully so I didn’t complain. I just don’t want the same miscommunication in the future!

Only go here if you like loud noises. The gym next door will bang and bang. Couldnt even think about this massage. Overall my feet feel okay. Love the detox. FYI, there is a $1 processing fee PER PERSON that will be added to your tip line on the receipt. Didnt like that. 😕 I can understand 1 single credit card processing fee. But 2? Huh?

When I found this place, I was uncertain. However, I have not stopped going yet. The serves is amazing, and you get exactly what you need. Rather, its a food or full body you will be pleased. I never leave without being completely satisfied. Until I leave Killeen, this is indeed my spot.

Massage was nice. Not the best I’ve had but, for the price it was good. Can’t say the same for the lady at the front desk who checked me out. Was very rude and not friendly at all. I would’ve possibly came back but, because of my experience encountering her, I won’t. She needs lessons on dealing with the public. Especially when it comes to people spending their hard earned money to come there and feel unwelcome.

Absolutely terrible service – we booked an appointment on Thursday for today at 2 PM. We show up to our Massage and we are told they don’t have an appointment for us. We show them the phone call time stamp where we talk to them and make the appointment and they will not honor the appointment. The lady pulled it up on her phone and said oh yeah I see you called three times the last which was three minutes when we made the appointment. They said basically too bad. Lady just keeps arguing and basically saying you lied – absolutely no resolution was offered Thanks for ruining our Mother’s Day.

For the price, its not bad. Massages are good, depending on who you get. I felt the lady rushed through my last massage and it was not as enjoyable as previous ones. Also, it is right next to another business so you can hear them banging around at times which makes it more difficult to relax.

I had a great experience there. The foot massage is amazing! I was surprised by how much they do. The price is very reasonable too. Everything is clean and smells good. The workers are friendly. I will definitely be going back. I saw a comment about the gym being next door but honestly I was so relaxed I didnt notice.

Very clean and organized. I went in with my partner for a 1 hour deluxe full body message (with clothes on) for $35 each... it was AMAZING ! I highly recommend this place. I almost feel asleep, if you don’t like it so “hard” you can always tell me to go softer. Everybody had their mask on AT ALL TIMES, it was honestly a good experience!

1st experience was wonderful. Was greeted and explained of the different offers they had. The ambiance was extremely relaxing, nice calm music and aroma. The massage table/chair were comfortable, linens smelled and felt clean. The employees made sure to work quietly for best results of the clients. Things outside of their control that were heard was the juice joint and construction like work being done one the sides of the establishment but that didnt disrupt my relaxing time. I recommend, for sure will be back and bring my friends

Very affordable. I went with some friends and it was $35 for an hour session clothes on, fill body massage. From head to toe and I mean it literally. I never felt so relaxed. I totally recommend and I cant wait to go back there. The pricing may have changed from when I went there but would still be totally worth it.

The day I went it was pouring outside. Now I dont know if that added to the ambiance or what. But that was the most relaxing detox and foot massage I have ever had.

We had made an appointment for today (Mothers Day), and we called ahead on Thursday for our appointment today at 2pm. We arrived today and we were told we didnt make an appointment even though we had proof of our phone call on our phone and their phones (they looked it up). They didnt honor our appointment whatsoever, and kept implying we were lying. They didnt want to admit to any wrong doing on their part and they didnt want to attempt to set things right or even apologize. We spent 30 mins trying to explain to them we did call ahead and we did make an appointment only to be told repeatedly that we didnt. We spoke to the man on the phone and he left during our conversation about booking an appointment. They are very messy about making their appointments but more than anything implying we had lied upset my family, especially my mom because after all it was a surprise for her on Mothers Day to celebrate her. We were very disappointed considering we have been regular customers here.

Had an appointment for 2 foot massages. We were running late for the appointment and tried calling to explain but no one answered? When we got there they refused service to one of us. Then at the end of the service we were using a gift card and they asked how much are you leaving for a tip because the gift card only covered the appointment. People are very rude there I will never stop by their place again.

Made an appointment for a couples massage through Facebook and they were quick to respond. Walked in the next day, was greeted, got our temperatures down and made us hand sanitize. The place was very clean and the staff was very attentive to all our needs. Definitely coming back for more especially with their very low price yet very worth it massage.

Generally I like the place. I usually get the detox delux and have always enjoyed it. Recently I tried the more economical Ionic Foot Detox that is advertised in the window as $20 for members. Unfortunately this is false advertising. They charge everyone $30, even if you are member. I also found out that everyone gets member pricing for all of the services. So don’t bother buying the membership. The owner is also extremely difficult to deal with and regularly lies to clients - not my first time having to discuss issues with him.

Omg! I sent my Mom who was visiting from New Jersey. She has a weekly appointment in NJ. I heard good things about this place so I treated her. After her session she said she was moving to Killeen, TX just for this. My hubby had been working and working out really hard he loves his feet rub so I treated him to a session and he was so amazed he also purchased the detox foot on top of the footyluxe I gifted him. When he returned I asked him how it went. His eyes rolled to the back of his head and he said it was beyond amazing. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I took a 30 mile bike ride and had some soreness and aches and decided let me end the week relaxed. I took myself and baby this was absolutely worth every bit and more. This maybe a weekly standing appointment because my body deserves every bit of it! Thanks Footy Rooty. I think its an understatement to say I will be back!

Although they may be good, I’ll never go back again to even try. my husband took me in here and wanted to get me a foot massage the guy said they only have room for only one.. We said okay that’s fine it was just for one.Than here comes other people walking in , the man asked us to sit and wait and the people before us went with a higher price one and there was two of them. the guy told us now they didn’t have room for me after all if I can come back because I didn’t have a appointment although the people behind us didn’t either. Which was just RUDE! & they just lost a customer and if they continue to do that they will lose more...

Throughly enjoyed our couples massage. Very relaxing, calming and inviting atmosphere. From arrival we were greeted and treated with wonderful attention. Left feeling like an amazing new person. Will be going back often!!

They are the best place ever to get Massages done, well besides me. Lol. They also offer foot detox from the body and they have the best prices you cant find somewhere. I live in KS and we dont even offer what they offer as far as the prices go, with the packages they offer and the foot detox you cant find them anywhere. I let them know that as well and if I lived in that state and area Id be there about every other week.

I got the Deluxe & added foot detox. Nice and clean establishment. They just need to ask what pressure do you desire for massage, heavy, light, or medium? Im a lil sore but excited to see the color of my water from detox.

We got there at 9:03pm and went with the $25/hr foot rub. We waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes before they took us back.We soaked our feet for about 5-7 minutes before they got started on our feet/legs.They definitely focused more on the legs and my husband complained after that he felt like he was getting a Indian burn on his legs because his hairs were pulling and they could of rubbed harder when they got to the feet. Who ever thought it was a good idea to put a “massage” place right next door to a gym didn’t think it through enough cause there was CONSTANT slamming from the weights next door and it was so loud!When we got to the front desk we looked at our clock and it was 10:00 on the dot. They didn’t give us our whole hour and cut us short.We were a little disappointed because we would love to go back because the prices are great but we might stick to getting our feet rubbed on in the mall.

My go to place to relax. Massages are always great and most the staff is real friendly, hit or miss with front desk staff. Thats why I gave 4 stars not 5.If you havent been I suggest giving it a try!

I had Eddie for a full body! It was amazing. I went in tension with major back spas.s and knots! I never walked so straight. Very peaceful and serene.

A friend of mine recently got a massage from Abraham (later found out that he was the owner). He was very inappropriate, constantly exposing her private areas and badgering her to remove her bra after she declined. He did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation after she called and expressed her discomfort. They will never get my business.

Long week and just want to relax. Its best to end with one of their massages. Man its great! Its peaceful, relaxing and just overall wonderful.

I just finished a one hour foot massage. OMG!!! This is exactly what I needed! It was like heaven. Don’t bother bringing your phone. You won’t want it. Tomorrow I’m surprising my wife with this little treat.

Ive been to this location and the one in Edinburgh and they are very friendly and professional. The foot massage really helps with my feet due health issues I have with them, I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again soon
