I visited yesterday while I was in town and absolutely LOVED this shop! They have the cutest heart pipes at the moment and I loved the girl working who suggested great products and had a good conversation with me.After visiting several businesses and smoke shops in Killeen this one is my favorite :) the atmosphere is great and theres even a handwritten paper explaining how much flower each size of prerolled cone will fit.

What i bought was expired for 2 years (2022). When i went back to complain they said oh this things don’t expired they just decided to put an expiration date. EXCUSE ME?? Terrible services. When to another smokeshop (next to Walmart in harker height), same product, literally MORE THAT 50% less money and THE EXPIRATION DATE WAS (2026). DONT GO! Terrible costumer services!

Who ever the awesome person that worked 11/19 @3:15 was cool. Very cool. Vey nice and helpful. I’d also give another 5 stars for the music. Metal \m/ \m/

Overpriced, whatever you see in their store literally any shop around will have it for about 30% to 50% less. Don’t waste your time going there.

This place has terrible customer service. There was a hispanic lady who sold me a vape that was burnt and the wrong size I wanted and when I asked to exchange the vape shortly after buying it and tasting how burnt it was, she told me it was not possible. Wasted 23$ on a burnt vape. I will not be going back to this vape shop. If i could rate it 0 stars I would. She even admitted their escobars were burnt, so why are you selling them?

Customer service was extremely terrible. I received a burnt out vape in the wrong size, immediately after realizing it was burnt I tried to exchange it and lady serving me said no. Had to throw the vape in the trash with an absolute waste of my money. I will never waste my money at this so called “vape” store.

This place is a huge ripoff with a terrible selection and a staff that is not knowledgeable of what little inventory they do have. I bought a faulty coil from them today and was told that it happens a lot and that they wouldnt replace it for a good one. After that the employee told me that he didnt know what else to tell me. Im never going back. From now on Ill just drive the extra few miles to a decent place. I called them and gave them a chance to make things right. Starting a reply to a complaint with first of all is a little aggressive. I wasnt given a choice of what to do about this situation other than write a review. Your employee literally said I dont know what else to tell you repeatedly. I went to another vape shop to buy another coil. I explained the situation and how I was treated on the phone. They GAVE me a working coil for free and apologized on your behalf. Theyre not even affiliated with you and they did that for me. I understand that you have no control over something being defective or what the manufacturer tells you to do but you do have control over how you treat your customers. Its a $6.00 coil. I couldnt care less about the money but I do care about how Im treated by the place where I spend it.

Happy Daze is one of the best looking stores I have ever walked into. The employee Mike was amazing we went in for cones and walked out with the cones and a brand new water pipe. Mike laughed with us, helped us out very quickly as well. 10/10 will see us again. Mike deserves a promotion.

The owner is great so nothing against him. But his employees are another story. The last time I came in there, I asked the person behind the counter (heavy set blond white girl) if they carry delta 8, 9, and 10. She said we only have 8 and 10 because 9 is illegal. I told her that it’s not illegal and she got angry and told me “I just work here”. I told her maybe she should look it up (it’s common knowledge that all hemp products with a level of THC 0.3% or lower is legal on the federal level in 48 states and DC, PR) then she blamed the owner. I feel like as an employee of a vape shop, you should have knowledge of the products you sell. But it’s honestly her bad attitude that bothered me the most. Very ratchet and defensive for no reason. And don’t blame the owner for your lack of knowledge because I’m doubtful he told her that.

I just Started vaping so I am Completely lost but the workers here at this shop were great especially Jessica. She gave me facts that I needed To know about my Mod & she seemed well trained on what she was doing, great customer service! definitely reassured me that I was Making a good decision on the products she picked for me! I definitely recommend Jessica!

HUGE ripoff, delta 8 gummies marked up near $20 over retail, plenty of other shops within a 5 mile area would recommend checking those out or ordering online. ive been going here for 2 years now and will not be returning. price gouging is crazy

The employees are very welcoming and very helpful. If you have any questions about any of the product they are able to answer. This would have to be my favorite smoke shop to go into because they are so friendly & cool. I just feel that its safe to say this is the best smoke shop in the Killeen area.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have gone to this shop several times and had the same issue.. the store house says opened until 11pm… that’s obviously lies… a few weeks back it was locked up and lights off before 9pm and now tonight. It’s 10:18.. and all of the lights are still on, open sign is still on.. but doors are locked.. the workers are literallY standing behind the counter playing around… I have called like 5 time no answer… I think I am officially done with happy daze… you need a vape shop to go to go to create a cig!! Awesome people and they are opened when they say they are!!!

I’ve been here a few times for the disposable vapes and was thinking about becoming a permanent customer until today. I bought a vape that was making weird noises and working on and off within an hour that I purchased it. When I was done running errands I went back by and told the guy working the issues and he called the owner while I was there and basically said there was nothing they can do. In certain circumstances good customer service would be to do an exchange especially if a customer brings it back the same day. I won’t be doing business here any longer and neither will my family. I hate when businesses sell faulty products and then say there’s nothing they can do about it. You can you just choose not to smh.

I had got a lucid air on the 8th of November and it die on the 10th when I was told by the employee that it would last for 2 weeks. It cost 30 dollars plus and when I ask what can be done I was informed by a employee that once I leave the store there is nothing they can do. Just saying there should be a better policy for faithful customers.

Lousy Customer Service since they fired Katherine, Her knowledge and expertise made my choices easy and always suggested new product, taking my business elsewhere and advising my coworkers to do the same. The shop only cares about Money and do not train their employees making them watch reviews instead of teaching their own product. Worst Service Ever

Ehhh. Guy was really nice but I had no idea what I was looking at when I went in there and told him that. I got a nice vape and oil but wasn’t super impressed with this firefly 2 I got. I spent a ton of money there and I was told I could have found better products half of the price I spent. Dunno but maybe he thought I was easy target being I had no idea what these things cost or how they work. Overall ok. They had a really good selection of oils it seemed. Kinda lame on the no exchange policy tho.

They have a very calming and welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in, then you are greeted with the upmost respectful and understanding customer service. They have a wonderful selection of water pipes, vapes, and more. I really enjoyed my time there, it was really awesome!

Good atmosphere here. Come here every two weeks or so for supplies! Guys and gals here are down to earth. They have pretty much anything your looking for. Go check it out! Great prices too.

Customer service wasn’t great.The two guys who sold me my Smok Morph 2 were pretty cool. However, they never asked me if I wanted a receipt at the end of the transaction. Though I never asked for one, they still could have done their part first. Another issue is, my button got stuck after due to my clumsiness of reaching for, hitting the vape, and it dropping on the button. I brought the vape back to the shop because they said it has a warranty. Nope. Two different associates behind the counter told me their boss could try to fix it but he’s rarely ever there and I would have to go through SMOK to check on the warranty. Prior to that I took the vape to WALL2WALL in Belton, they were willing to fix it right then and there. But they wanted me to come to Happy Vape first and get it fixed/exchanged there. WALL2WALL is highly suggested for all your vaping needs. They at least tried their best to fix my vape but couldn’t. It’s the fact that they are knowledgeable and know their business more than Happy Vape. GO TO WALL2WALL BEFORE GOING TO HAPPY VAPE, or any other vape shop around. You will NOT be satisfied with lame ole Happy vape.

While never having been at Happy Daze, I worked for the Owners at another of their outlets and several people are right, The owners only care about Money and Training is substandard at best. While some of the employees do know what they are talking about, we are pushed to make exorbitant sales and not give the customers the help and information they want. Obviously people are literal and irate and it does Management no good to berate others assuming thigs about reviewers they dont know. The management staff need to grow up themselves and take a step back to look at what they post and try to deny.

I came in today to purchase a new tip and coil for my vape mod. Came in with vape working perfectly fine and came out with a broken tank due to damage to the atomizer. When I called to resolve the issue, didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and after speaking to the owner, got no resolution besides trying to get more money out of me to buy a whole new tank and didn’t take any responsibility besides blaming it on a damaged tank that has worked perfectly fine and recently been replaced. No apology either! I won’t be returning here with my business, nor my friends, which is a shame because it’s right around the corner from my job and we all vape. Good job losing customers today over a tank you refused to apologize for or replace!

Great service from Anthony, suggested a few juices and helped find a perfect one. Will definitely come back next time Im in central Texas! Nice vibe, incredible selection, and vibrant decor as well.

I spend a lot of money here and I today bought 2 coils. 1 of which I put in my vape and it wouldnt read on my atomizer. The 2nd coil however worked. I immediately called and told them that they sold me a faulty coil and they literally told me Im out of luck. Yes its just 7 bucks for a coil but they sold me one that didnt work and refused to replace it. I feel like thats a total sham.

Lied to me about the quality of Kratom they carry, the quality was stale at best and made me sick off of a teaspoon dose of maeng da, I usually get mines from CreateACig and it never has had me feeling like this. Would not reccomend this store for kratom at all.

I would give no stars if at all possible. Please read before you go here. THIS PLACE IS ALL FANCY AND ATTRACTIVE, BUT MONEY IS THEIR SOLE MOTIVATION, NOT THE CUSTOMERS. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!My son tried to get me a gift for Mother’s Day by going to this fancy, but sorry place called HAPPY DAZE SMOKE & VAPE located at the Center Point Plaza on West Stan Schlueter Loop in Killeen. My son wanted to purchase me a type of vape kit I have because he doesn’t like me smoking tobacco cigarettes, but semi agrees with the low nic vape machines. He doesn’t know much about vape machines, so he went in seeking education on them and spent over $200 for “a top of the line device kit” (so he thought). He wanted to get me a nice, reliable kit, seeing how he thought I would be using it, daily, all the time.Right after he purchased everything suggested by the employee there, he came to visit me and found out vape machines were no longer allowed in the smoking area of the nursing home I reside in.My son decided to return the kit thinking he had just purchased it 30 minutes prior, unopened and in the same brand-new condition he received it, with all the same items he purchased with it (two expensive batteries & juice).He returned and told me he went back to the exact same employee who just sold him the expensive kit and explained the situation, telling her he would bring me in (in person) later to get a cheaper device, since I would only be using it when I visited my son’s family outside of the home now, which is only once every two weeks for a couple nights or so, if that. My son told me this employee said she understood but instead of processing a return for the purchase like a decent store, she instead got on the phone to the store owner, who quickly told the employee to refuse the return of their vape kit they just sold him. She even explained to the owner his/my situation at the nursing home and how everything was still packaged & unopened, but the owner still ordered the employee to refuse returning it. Their excuse was “we dont have a return policy”, he said.My son said he went home and looked up the prices for the items in the kit, in an attempt to try reselling them, brand-new, to recoup some of the money back himself, but then realized he was totally ripped off by this store (HAPPY DAZE SMOKE & VAPE) to the point that there was no point to try and resell. He told me he found the same device (SMOK X-Priv Rainbow) being sold brand new at retail in numerous places for between $50 and $65 - this store charged him $119... Also, the same exact 2 batteries my son was charged for $40, really only cost only 9.99 for a 4-pack of them! So my son was overcharged $35 for just the batteries...I’m sure all of their devices are marked up this way and if you have a problem, they will not take any of their products back if they already got your money - they just want your sale! Staff was great but had mostly THC using stuff in it. Also couldnt smell or taste any vape juice before buying.

Call the lady ask what time for certain item they close. She said 10. I got there at 9:45 to a note saying leaving 10 minutes early.

We got the humble juices, started off good. But sold wrong coil and couldnt refund me. Then referred me to another vape store and said it was opened until 10. Come to finding it they were closed. Denfinly wont be back to this vape store.

Needed a torch lighter and couldnt find one at a big box store so we searched for a smoke shop and Happy Daze popped up. The guy working named Anthony was so helpful and even gave us some suggestions on local places to check out while in Killeen. Great selection and I got to make smores on the road with my torch lighter.. lol

The atmosphere is awesome and the people in here is friendly and phenomenal. Everyone needs to come over to Happy Daze and you can ask for anyone of the persons that would hook it up for you and ask for Kat!

This is basically more of a head shop with a lot of interesting stuff. They also had a whole wall of vape juice. So if your a smoker or a vapor they have what you need.

420 cleaner cost 17 bucks on Amazon for 3 12oz. They sell one 12 oz for 25 dollars each .. thats expensive..Youre paying 5 dollars more and getting less.. Spend money at Amazon and wait extra 2 days for delivery unless you like over priced stuff
