Kings Smoke Shop

This is the smoke shop near my residence that I have been frequenting due to its close proximity and usually friendly staff. However, over the past three months, I have purchased faulty Esco Bars - Black Dragon Ice vape pens. Yesterday, 07/15/2024, I bought one and took a puff in the store, which seemed fine. Unfortunately, I ended up in the ER later that evening and did not have a chance to notice any issues with the vape pen since I couldnt smoke.When I returned to the store on 07/16/2024 around 9pm to address the problem, the staff member, an Indian guy, was unhelpful. These vape pens cost $16.23 each, and while the price is not the main concern, the lack of concern or resolution from the store is unacceptable. I informed the staff member that I would be taking my business elsewhere since he was of no help, to which he responded sarcastically with thank you. I disposed of the faulty pen at the store and went to my previous store, where I purchased the same vape pens for 2 for $25 and they tasted fine, I even tripled puffed them both to make sure. Also, if I have an issue I know this store will resolve it with no issues or hassle.In conclusion, it is important to take care of customers who are loyal and frequent your store. I will no longer be shopping at this smoke shop and am willing to drive elsewhere for better service and resolutions. Thank you! *** I see your response as well and I will not be returning. Adil always treats me respect and kindness! He is super helpful in finding exactly what Im looking for and the prices of the shop are reasonable! I drive 15 minutes from my home even though theres a different vape shop down the road from me because I enjoy the interactions with him, he always is joking and making people laugh!!

They have great deals and customer service. A great selection of vapes and every time I visit the shop they take their time helping me venture out into other flavors or what I may like. Rico is patient and never makes me feel rushed. My fave smoke shop and conveniently located by my neighborhood!

The store is really nice and enjoyable has very unique items and while also has everything you need, Great prices , and Adi gives the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Doesn’t really like Black people just tolerates them and take their money! especially when you spend $50 to $200 every time you go like we do and it’s crazy because they have Black people working there; that’s really the only good time to go in because you’re treated as if you’re human instead of a color.

I love coming to this smoke shop, everyone is so sweet and friendly and they show me new things to buy and I’m always pleased with the quality of everything, Adi is an amazing worker as well, he’s always so nice and welcoming when I arrive and he always has a smile on his face. He’s the best

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now, but i refuse to come any longer so long as that black man is working here. He is incredibly rude, refusing to sell to me sometimes, which makes absolutely no sense. Everyone else is amazing, the selection is amazing, he is just the worst employee the owner or Shammy could have hired.

I bought a cartridge and it didnt work so I took back and the guy said its your battery so I had to buy a new battery and it still didnt work even with the new battery so I took it back and then they said they cant trade it out or whatever to get a working cartridge that I could have another cartridge but Id have to pay half price. So I would be buying 2 and only be able to use 1. Yell me how that makes sense?

Me and my husband have been experiencing bad anxiety/depression and PTSD. So we thought we would try CBD to see how it could help us. The blonde lady at this smoke shop was extremely helpful in finding us EXACTLY what we need to help our mental state of mind. She was friendly and provided great attentive customer service. Because of this I will be coming to this smoke shop for ALL my smoke and CBD needs! Customer service like this is what keeps business and brings new business in!!

Just lost a customer over $6. Bought a Fronto leaf from here, got home to use, leaf was completely stale. Went in for an exchange, was told they cant exchange once I left the store due to a tobacco policy. So I had to buy another, told I can contact the manufacturer for refund. I always loved this store, why I at least gave 2 stars, but this experience has me upset. So they can sell a bunch of stale tobacco products and people will be forced to buy another. Not a good way to treat customers, they just lost a customer for it, ill go back to ordering online.
