WOW!! Been a few years since I have gotten a massage. Lisa is personable and very professional. Her space was clean and very relaxing. I felt wonderful when I left and slept really well that night. If you havent have a massage with Lisa- what are you waiting for???

She was friendly and also listened to other issues I had and even provided some workouts I could do to help prevent hurting in the future. She went above and beyond.

Lisa provided me with a great massage and much needed relaxation! She was very professional and applied just the right amount of pressure while still managing to get in deep enough. She really helped relieve the back pain I had and also showed me some stretching exercises to try. I will definitely be going back!

Excellent deep tissue massage! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️. It takes skill, knowledge, and practice to achieve satisfactory results with a deep tissue massage and believe me, this was nothing short of amazing. I have an injury from the past that flares up when aggravated and the more it flares the tighter the muscles get which brings me to an agonizing pain level. Lisa worked it out of me and less than 24 hours later my pain has been reduced from a level 9 to about a 2.5!! With stretching and Ibuprofen I know that it will continue to alleviate and eventually I will hit zero again. I plan on some follow up visits just to make sure that I am keeping on track and that my back will not tighten up on me again. Thanks Lisa!!!
