Headrush Smoke Shop Kingsville

Shop was great. Selection was phenomenal especially for a small town. But the customer service was downright awful.I went in to buy a vape for myself and my friend. There was a discount if you bought 2, which I was going to buy in the first place. My friend picked out the one she wanted and I asked to try hers before I picked one out for myself. To see if I wanted the same flavor.The clerk (John Z I think the receipt said) immediately took it over to the cash register to ring it up for me to pay for it before I selected mine. So I followed him and asked again if I could try since there was a discount for buying 2. He said something along the lines of “yeah but you can’t just buy one at a time.”Perplexed, I again asked if I could try that one before picking out the one I wanted.He tossed it down on the counter and stood there staring at me. So I unwrapped it and as soon as I set the box down on the counter, he snatched the empty box up. Why he did that…No clue.I tried it and didn’t particularly care for it so I walked back over to the front of the store to pick out the one I wanted.I picked the one I wanted and then picked out another $35 vape.He rang them all up, didn’t say a single word the entire time.I suppose I put him out of sorts by asking a question. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a vape shop. Won’t ever go back there when there’s other places to buy…which is unfortunate because the shop itself was actually pretty great.
