Beware of this shop and customer service policy. I bought an expensive unit and it started to leak. They said I only had 24 hours to do something about it. It didnt start to leak till about 3 days after purchase. Im stuck with a defective product.

Update...First of all do not be fooled, most of these 5 star reviews were collected as a promotion for an in store discount. Not happy with this vape shop and the employee that dropped my pod as he was Getting a better look at it to see if they had any. I was on the fence of should I get more juice or wait. I looked at my pod and was like eh that should last me till tomorrow well yea he dropped my pod and all the rest of my juice spilled out. I then had no choice to buy a bottle to get me through the day. Oh and mind u it was a brand new device so I hadnt even dropped my vape yet. Because of all that Id rather go to any other Vape Shop even though Hard Rock is closer to me.

I went in and asked the nice lady where the CBD area was, she took me to a big variety of CBD gummies, vapes, etc., when I asked her what she would recommend for anxiety she gave me a few options and helped me narrow it down for my needs. Purchase was very fast, I wasn’t even in there longer than I needed to be. She was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. Love this place!! Will be going back to make future purchases!

I cant say I had a great experience the clerk I had on this past Sunday or Monday the newly hired pierced woman kept scoffing and sending minor body language that my presence disturbed her in the store she didnt even greet or anything. not to mention when I asked about the products she had no knowledge whatsoever and kept looking at me like I was a disturbance I went in there to buy smoking stuff not to be glared at hatefully like in highschool the staff could use better body language and more training in sales

Spent $25 on an esco bar only for it to burn within 30 minutes of getting it. they wouldn’t give me my money back or let me exchange it. now i’m stuck with a wasted burnt vape and can’t even get a refund for this piece of garbage.

Favorite spot for smokables and edibles. They have a huge collection of wraps, pre-rolled cones and what not. Must visit if you are new in town!

Vape selection is ok. What makes me mad is the last 2 times I’ve showed up they’ve had a sign saying “be back in 10-15min” on the door. I stop on the way to work. I can’t sit for 15min waiting on them to get back. Makes it very inconvenient.
