You get what you pay for. Cheap hotel featuring musty rooms, filthy floors and walls, dirty sheets and bathroom. Bugs. Weird hotel guests that seem to live there. I would not want to be here alone as a woman. Does not feel safe at all. The front desk said to ‘smoke with the door open’ which was not good as we wanted a non smoking room. She told me she would kick us out if we messed with the smoke detectors and charge us $40 if we smoked with the door closed (again a non smoking room). Kind of a weird smoking policy; just leave the door open! You can tell by how the room smells that people do this often. Our keys (2) barely worked. We also left water for some of the stray cats in the parking lot and it was gone when we came back; assuming this was the staff. Overall very cheap, didn’t look like the photos, rough area, bugs, and no pool. Also there is currently lots of construction in the area so a little hard to get to depending on what direction you are driving from. Id only stay here if I absolutely had to. The staff were nicer at checkout. Maybe because we hadn’t dismantled the smoke detector (front desk said she had sensors and would know which was a little creepy).
Employees were great, great people service. room was ok for sleeping, pillows sucked. price was good for what i call a 3 star hotel .
Older motel with nice people taking care of it. The towels were just a little old and stained but they were more than happy to get us a set of nicer ones. They were very friendly with us having two dogs. The bed was very comfortable, felt like sleeping on a cloud. Me and my fiance will be coming here again. Thank you!
Room smelled like cigarettes and had way too many flies. Bed sheets had cigarette burns in them.
This place is a good place to stay as well as the actual staff are wonderful people but if you need actual help as far as booking or anything you will be truly screwed over I booked a room for myself for a week and paid 209.00 for the week and when I got there my reservation was screwed up so I paid and extra 48.95 on my day of arrival and then also found out that my card was charged 17.00 for another reservation which I had hell canceling and am still trying to get refunded back to my card on top of what I paid on the day of my reservation the lady at the front desk did help get part of my one payment back which was the one for 48.95 which I only got 24 00 back and I am still owed 24.95 and still fighting to get the 17.00 back so unless you pay cash DO NOT USE YOUR CARD FOR THIS PLACE
Rooms are decent. Pool is out of commission. Price is very affordable.

This hotel is a good place to sleep when you in need. The air conditioning went out in my house and I needed a place to stay. I was grateful this hotel had room available. The only problem is the bugs. There was cockroaches in the room but being that was in was in a room that wasnt 95F I was glad to be there. I would suggest maybe having a pest control visit but over all if you want a decent place to stay for a night the OYO is decently priced and nice sleep.
A hard to get to hotel that had a dirty exterior, dirty stairwells, dirty walkways, and stained/dirty towels. They kept bothering for me a review so I gave one.
I enjoyed my stay there for several reasons. I the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and bug free. The people were friendly and professional. Also I forgot two cups that meant a lot to me. I contacted the about it and two days later they called me and said they found them and were holding them for me. I will definitely stay there again Im needed again.
The hotel was dirty. The towels, sheets, toilet, and shower were disgusting. Additionally, the staff were beyond rude. Starting at 10:20 am we received loud knocks every 5 minutes at the door “reminding” us that check out was at 11.
Its was very exciting because it was very nice. And friendly and the environment was great. There was this one particular house keeper name Maria Santana she was very nice& friendly. She did a wonderful job cleaning my room and asked if I needed anything. Just to let her know. And I would most definitely tell my friends about it Sincerely Angie Chapa.
The room didn’t have a comforter, infested with roaches, bed pillow has black stains on it, towels are dingy, front office has mold that made my face react, restroom was infested with roaches and AC didn’t work good at all. Too late to take pictures but will in the morning. Scared to sleep on the bed in case there are bed bugs. 🤦🏼♀️

Wow is how I would like to start this review. The price I paid for this stay was less than some of the worst hotels and motels Ive ever stayed at. This hotel specifically, I dont know about other locations because I havent stayed in any other, but this place is the best place Ive ever stayed at for $60 or less. I mean I would have paid $100 or more for the room I had because it was totally worth it. Nice soft clean beds. The room was well taken care of and you could tell decent people are renting out the rooms because theyre clean and not stained or burns everywhere no stench.
Guess its true, you get what you pay for. Cheap rates.. The only thing accurate about the photos on the website is the exterior. Small, old rooms, and old springy mattress. The bathroom was disgusting. The whole room smelled like a public restroom. By the way, also NO pool
While the front desk agent was super helpful, welcoming and friendly, the property itself could use some updates and repairs. Our bed was super loud due to the old springs and every time we moved the whole bed made noise. Our mirror was so old that it looked like there was blood spatter all over it. There were old dead bugs around the room but didnt see any live. The pool and breakfast area were closed off as well which was disappointing since there was no prior notice. Overall, not terrible but not great.
Everything was dirty, including the towels. The beds were just two box springs-no mattress. The door didnt lock. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. When we asked to switch rooms, the second room they showed us was somehow even worse. No wifi. No pool.. No breakfast. Youre better off sleeping in your car.
Its a little run down but, its clean! The people are nice, you should give it a chance. No pool at the moment, thanks to covid. However if they had more business, maybe they could fix it up more. They have some good prices too! I recommend it to those on a low budget and those who can live without the pool. The rooms are roomy and comfortable and they have internet and cable.
Even though I havent been here yet, first its very reasonable for a old lady on a budget. I am going to enjoy every minute Im there. Sounds a bit out dated , just what I like~ home. Great customer service. The room was just fine. The floors were a bit dirty and the shower smelled, I think it was the shower curtain. Overall, it is good enough to stay. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights.
Its gross. Dirty and roaches coming from the drains. Had the heebeegeebees throughout the night and could have sworn I felt things crawling on me. TV didnt work properly either. Not a good stay and decided to leave and if necessary sleep in our cargo filled van.
Stay isn’t bad comfortable beds staff is extremely friendly and would recommend for out of town workers. Right on the price also. And they clean the rooms everyday I’ve been here.

The OYO Hotel has an awesome staff and they have been a big help to me. Ive enjoyed my stay here for the past month now. They also have the best nightly/weekly rate prices. You wont find a better deal anywhere else!

They have remodeled, very good service, clean, great pricing. Just need to fix back parking lot, but I havent seen any cars parked back there. So idk if its even theirs, great access on and off the highway.

You get what you pay for. If you are calling ahead to reserve a room...... don’t. I don’t know how it’s passed building inspection.... railings rusted out, tub had evidence of being backed up, the refrigerator was moldy, it was nearly abandoned ( wonder why? *snark*) and standing alone in a desolate area. It reminds me of tha Bates Hotel. Norman where are you? On the bright side: the air conditioner was pretty new and pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable. The tv worked.
I really liked how friendly and the attentiveness the staff was to whatever needs we had...very clean rooms and furniture....also manager and owner are very nice people...easy to talk to and are very helpful to...weekly rates are a great deal...i would recommend a night or week if you need a quiet peaceful environment
The only two things I didnt like was the beds they are small not comfortable. The breakfast can be more better and stay open longer. Other than that the staff there are great. They listen to your needs.
Super dirty, we decided not to stay it only took us less than five minutes to change our minds. Mud foot prints, food crumbs under the couch and some other things on the floor. Im not a picky person but this was DIRTY. 3/6/21

Stayed a couple of weeks back last minute booking , hotel was right off the highway so that was a plus , and room was cheap and clean, and very quiet. Will stay in the future when passing by.
The rooms are comfortable beds are soft but could be cleaner and the lady at front desk was very rude when we asked for some extra items for the room the pool is unable to use due to no water the owners of building live on site and they are great people along with other staff except for the lady that works 3-11 shift they honestly need to replace her and they also need to advertise better so that guest know all amenities are not available

The female african American staff seemed to want to physically hurt me banging on my door demanding i speak with her she called my boyfriend while he was at work to threaten him with the cops all because of a text msg i sent to my bf that got sent to someone else the staff seem to completely ignore the do not disturb signs and seem to have more loyalty to themselves then there customers after denying room service they will still come in anyway take your towels and not replace them instead you will have to go to the front to get towels everytime you want new ones I’ve never felt more mistreated they care more about your money then well-being

Called to see availability of rooms, check to see if dogs are indeed allowed as described on website, receptionist answered phone, my wife politely asked about the dog allowance just to make sure, receptionist yelled at her and hung up.... Very unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable treatment of a possible customer.. needless to say we did not choose this as our overnight accommodation.... also if management reads this, i would highly recommend hiring staff with better people and customer service skills as you have lost a customer and any recommendations of this location by myself or my family to anyone ever... i give this place 2 thumbs down and a no stars
I had a horrific experience at this hotel. My phone was stolen, and I had the device pinged for recovery with the local police department. The hotel manager was very uncooperative. The local authorities also informed me I was no longer allowed on the property.
