Doesn’t have to be fancy to be good. Solid price, very clean and right next to so much to do in kingsville. 👍👍👍

Milan was super nice at front desk. Polite very helpful and community is quiet and peaceful. They even helped me with getting my sister in law a room for herself and kids. Love service.. totally recommend this motel. Cheap priced but good place to get rest.

If you need a “room by the hour” this might be the place for you… first time I’ve ever wanted to shower with my shoes on!

Great service and price for the rooms! It was a nice stay that was not expensive and it was located in a very accessible place. The employees were very nice and helpful!

Edit. I did not leave this review.. the worker took my phone to try to help me get the WiFi working .. and then he left this without me knowing on my phone.I would of gave 2 or maybe 3 stars. Place was dirty. The worker was not there several times I went to the office. When I checked out he did give me 2 sodas to leave a review. Here you go bud.

The room I rented was very roomy. It had 3 beds, a full stove and a microwave. It is a little outdated on the looks but it is under new management and is a work in progress. Management was very friendly. This is one place I would come back to.

Room was clean & service was very friendly & professional. It felt right at home. Definitely will be back.

Couldnt give a zero rating. girl at front desk is rude wont give price, she said to pass by. when i did it looks dirty from inside and out. walked into lobby and walked out!!! the smell is unpleasant! girl at front desk looks unhappy and not put together.

This place is a dump!!! The bathroom window in my room is busted out and replaced with some plastic that doesn’t seal the window so the heat gets right in. When they come in your room they turn off the a/c so when you get back after a hard days work in the heat your room is 95f. Some of the lights don’t work. The room is just dirty and dingy. It’s cheap but not the cheapest. SHOP around town you’ll get a better deal

Front desk is very helpful , very accommodating , budget friendly and location is perfect for my needs , love the stay very quiet and comfy , I totally recommend economy inn for others and for future stays , 😁😁

I had a miscommunication when first onsite and the manager Milan sorted it out and I made some comment that were not true good place to stay and very professional Manager

I stayed at this place in July 2007 and it was in poor condition and never stayed here since. I happened to be passing by last week and noticed that they renovated this motel. They have new management so I decided to spend the night. The room I stayed in was very improved since 2008.

Dont expect much. Its a basic room with a desk, bed, and old tv. Great if you need a place to stay overnight. I wish the sheets and towels werent stained.

Should have known. Not fit for us to stay the cold night. Got out as soon as I opened the door and saw the inside of this place turned key back to them and said thanks but no thanks. Without asking what was the problem first thing he said no refunds. No problem got out and left. What a dump.

All kinds of miscommunication going on there. I would make a payment to one of them then later on in the day Im getting harrassing phone calls from the office asking for payment. I witnessed someone get kicked out of there and I was told they had made no payment yet I witnessed him make payments all the time. And the owner gets drunk and tries to be a bully, but only after hes been drinking.

They dont seem to have a email address.....If a business owner wanted to email them something
