I am horrible at taking proper care of my body especially being a full time caregiver to my adult son, however I am always treated with such kindness and care and my son is always welcome with me so I can finally do some self care. Kelley(hope that’s the right spelling) is extremely attentive, kind, patient and so very good at her job. Continually checking in to make sure the pressures right or I am still comfortable. I really do appreciate this place.

Beth is the Best massage therapist there. My recommendation would be any type but my preference is deep tissue. She took care of the areas that hurt the most by giving the right amount of strength 💪🏼. See her soon !

The amount of pressure she used was perfect and she took some time at the end to go over additional options that could be added to the next session or bought for the times in between. She has a great knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy. Her finger tips are like homing devices for the knots and kinks in your muscles. She awesome, kind,and attentive. I’ve had a massage from the Thalgo Spa in the Maldives, and their massage was great but it was not as great as the massage I received from Ms. Tish.Purchasing the 12 month membership is literally one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health (mental and physical) this year.Ladies and Gentlemen, if you are looking for a way to increase mental wellness and to feel years younger, get this membership from this location (Kingwood). WATCH BANK ACCOUNT! I had charges on bank statement that I shouldn’t have been charged. There was a note in the computer at the front desk that said that I was not interested in add ons, yet I still got charged. I called and talked to Jenn ( the manager ) and she wasn’t willing to work with me ( offered to take one charge out of 3 off possibly after she looked into something). Valerie is a great masseuse! It’s a shame that the manager has to much pride. I will not be back

Daniel is an amazing massage therapist. I have gone to him for years. I drive a lot for my job and suffer from stiff upper shoulders and headaches. Daniel at Massage Heights in Kingwood totally eliminates my need for pain medications and irradiates my headaches! A definite life saver!

This was my first time seeing Brian. While I absolutely love getting massages, I also had a physical need given that I had shoulder surgery in July and my recovery has been very slow. Brian knew exactly the places to focus on in order to create circulation hopefully resulting in better healing. He had just the right touch, was very professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely see him again!

The price is ridiculous but if you can afford it is “nice” I guess. I had the year membership but it’s not that much of a bargain so I canceled after it expired. Most of the therapists massage really well but if you want a more “experienced” massage they up charge you…you get the deal. But I mean it’s Kingwood so I guess this can be expected. The employees can be a little snobby and at the same time pushy. Snobby as in you won’t get a “thank you” before they hang up if you have to cancel the appointment. And pushy as in they will push the membership down your throat. I guess I’m just not their intended costumer. I’m not white and I’m not rich. Won’t be going back.

I had a 90 minute massage and hot stone therapy with Emily today. We discussed my areas of concern and she really listened and focused on those areas. The perfect amount of pressure was applied. I highly recommend Emily. I felt like a new person when I left. This was my first visit to this facility. Everyone was very friendly and they have created a very relaxing environment. I will definitely be scheduling another visit.

Imanis expertise in providing a relaxing massage is truly exceptional. Her technique was both nurturing and therapeutic, instantly putting me at ease. My massage therapist was Carlos today. He gave a great massage! He was very careful to let me know that I should let him know if he’s using too much pressure or if he needs to use more! I really appreciated that. He used a lot of different techniques to loosen everything up!

Lety R. gave me what was likely the best massage of my life. She’s an amazing mix of relaxation and calm with some harsh mistress thrown in. Next level deep tissue massage while still making sure it was a recuperative experience. She also explains things she’s doing which I personally really liked as well! Supremely recommend!!

I dont like it here. First of all my name Yen they keep calling me Lyn even I already corrected them. Second thing is they run late for my appointment. Then I stepped inside 10:10 and they finished at 10:58. It’s 60’ massage not 48’ massage. I still tip as they required us $25 but I am not satisfied with the service. Yen Metts

I LOVE my therapist Lettie and continue to go for her but the management of office needs help. One appointment got changed by them but then when showed up therapist wasnt there and said i missed my appointment. Next appointment changed rime by 10 minutes i got there on time but had to wait 20 minutes so had to cut my massage by 30 minutes as i had commitments after. Will definitely end contract if Lettie leaves. Lettie gets 5 Stars

Loved the receptionist here. Shes a character. The staff was all very friendly. I got a nice relaxing massage but I dont remember the name of the lady. Facial was nice too although felt it couldve lasted a little longer. My only complaint is they dont bring you into your appt until RIGHT at the starting time however my therapist didnt bring me back until 8 mins after my appt start time . So all in all I lost the 8 mins + 5 mins to get undressed of my appt time. They said I would get my full time but I looked at my watch when I left the room and it said 11:30. My appt was supposed to be 10-11:30 but I didnt get my lost time made up. Not a huge deal but I am taking off a star for it.

Before this I have never got a massage before. I am not the self care kind of person but people kept telling me I should get one and so I came here. The therapist I was assigned was amazing. Miss Lauryn is amazing. She gave the perfect pressure and was able to deal out more when asked for it. She was very attentive and cared for my experience. She really went the extra mile to make sure I received the best possible care. I cannot recommend her enough.

Ive visited a few Massage Heights and this location is my favorite. I drive to this one, even though there is one less than 5 minutes from my house. Ive never had a bad experience. All therapist are professional and personable. When I enter, Im always greeted immediately. You wont go wrong with any therapist you choose, but Nicole does great facials and Lauren is great for facials and massages.

She was awesome! Kingwood location would not honor my membership that I bought from the woodlands location.

Monica does a great job tailoring your massage to what you need. Sometimes, you need just your back or shoulder worked on and she delivers. Great massage and great service.

Very kind, good pressure and very thorough, really does a good job of getting all aspects of the body.

She was very professional and created a great experience for me, especially since this was my first time getting a facial ever. The staff there was incredibly friendly and all were great to interact with before, during, and after my facial. I cannot recommend Massage Heights, and Alex, highly enough and am excited to book my next appointment with her.

Reggie was amazing. When I first entered the room he asked what type of message I was looking for. I told him a very light relaxing message. He said, oh no they don’t usually put people with me who want light. I said oh no. He did such a good job. Better than anyone else I’ve ever told that I want a light message. I really appreciate that he listened and gave me what I asked for. Thank you Reggie for going out of your comfort zone for me. I really enjoyed my message.

I have the worst tension knots constantly. I keep regular appointments with Marcus to keep my range of motion. He is excellent at deep tissue massage.

I would not event give this place 1 star but, I do not get that option. I purchased gift cards for family members. I purchased a gift card for my daughter with a massage and facial. She got the facial and went back to get the message and this place would not honor the gift card. Told her that she would have to buy a membership of pay double. I was told that this is their policy however, they did not tell me this when I purchased the gift card nor did they tell my daughter when she got her facial. We just got scammed by this place. Buyer beware when purchasing gift cards!!!

Daniel was exceptional. Recommended if you want a deep massage for sore muscles.

First time here I needed a relaxing massage it was horrible massage therapist started at 2:06 pm finished at 2:53 I paid for 60 minutes the whole time she hurt me I kept saying it hurts she wouldn’t massage she would like poke me squeeze and she used some kind cold cream all the time that didn’t smell good and when she asked me to turn she splashed taut spray in my mouth didn’t even bother to clean my area her name is Andrea I came out worst then what I felt coming in . The front desk did not know anything I told her how come I’m paying for 60 mins if it was less . Will not come back nor do I recommend anyone here

I had Nicole today and she was just amazing! I had a 90minute maternity massage and it’s one of the best massages I’ve had. I strongly recommend her, she focused on all my areas of concern. The front desk staff was also very nice.

Sara was wonderful! She asked about my concerns and then thoroughly explained how she would address them. It was hands down the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! And my skin looked great afterwards!

Over the past couple of weeks I have received a plethora of messages here from various therapists. I gotta say, I love every single one of them. Today I received a massage from Jeanell, she was great. She listened to where I needed work done, and had no issues. The ambiance of the facility was great. Lauren was a miracle worker to get rid of my headache and stiff neck! Afterwards chose to go ahead with my facial by Sarah… so soothing and relaxing! Feel like a new person!

I absolutely love Massage Heights in Kingwood. I signed up after Christmas and their staff is SUPER friendly. They gave me offers/massage rewards. I can’t wait to try their facial service.My absolutely favorite person is Dusty. My back and shoulder were hurting from working out. I made an appointment with Dusty and walked out feeling great and much better.I am going to see him again for sure.

Nicole is amazing she has been doing my facials for about 3 years now. She knows exactly what I need and is very kind and courteous.The front desk are very nice y the ok it’s like going to visit with friends each month.I highly recommend you make massage heights part of your weekly or monthly routine.

I drive 40 mins to see Anthony. He is the most professional massage therapist I’ve had to date. He addresses my areas of concern on each visit and allows me to relax. He is always able to work out knots throughout my back without the discomfort. I am a nurse so I appreciate that more than anything. I usually go for a Swedish massage at least once a month and would highly recommend this location.

Daniel exceeded expectations! He was able to work out months of debilitating back and hamstring pain.

Dusty is hands down the best massage therapist in life.He’s so kind, professional and has a gift. Dusty for sure has made my career less stressful and has been a blessing to lowering stress through relaxation.The staff here are all amazing. You feel genuine service and care. I would just love to say what an amazing experience I have with them everyone there is really nice and helpful especially the therapist Marcus, he’s the best I’ve been going to him for a while now and I highly recommend him. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable.

I had an appointment scheduled and when I show up they told they didn’t have my appointment in the system, and that the person that “probably scheduled” my appointment did not work with them anymore. How is it my fault that they hire incompetent people? They told me they could get me scheduled for a massage but not till like 5 hours later, they had already wasted my time, and my gas as I drove 20mins. Also, days before the appointment they sent me a text saying that my massage lady was back from maternity leave, to which I replied that I already had an appointment scheduled with her (or so I thought), do you think they even check the message or replied to me? They didn’t, they could of caught the mistake days ago, but they didn’t. So unprofessional! Won’t be renewing my contract with them.

My husband got a facial and a microdermabrasion…supposedly. For starters we will never return here. I my self am a former aesthetician, so I know what bare minimum results are expected. If they did a micro and extractions I am unsure if they aren’t qualified or just lazy because his face was covered in black heads. He stated his main concern was his CONGESTION. It was not even some what better. I called once I saw him at home and was upset after learning he paid $139 or something for this “job.” They informed me the aesthetician was in another appointment at the moment and would call back after she was out. I never received a return call and it’s is now a day later. Not to mention the business lost power the day before for over an hour and never even blinked an eye to compensate for the lost time and inconveniences caused.

I had an appointment at massage heights today and what a beautiful time I had my favorite esthetician Nicole is back.She did a wonderful job and I felt great very satisfied.

I went with Lauren for a 90 minute body massage and a 30 minute facial. She was spectacular. I had to wait weeks from the time i originally wanted the massage. She was booked up. Also included was a lavender aroma therapy and a hot stone elevation. Very much worth it

If you are looking to book at this location Lauryn gives the BEST facials! She really takes her time and always gives the best massage as well. My skin always feels amazing after receiving treatments from her! Highly recommend.

Massage Heights body and face have an amazing staff and wonderful services in Kingwood. Sarah/Sara is able to pin point areas and bring life back into the body. The massages are restorative and relaxing. 10 stars SARAH!
