The guy was so cool , helped me decide what was the best flavor they sell. I liked the water lemon, highly recommended to try new flavors from their store

Well, I did really enjoy going here, but then the owner fired their best worker over a very simple misunderstanding. I came to this store for Kyle and the people he hired because he learned his customers, what they liked, and always tried to get them exactly what they wanted - and he made sure the people they hired did the same.I actually felt like my business was appreciated there, and heck, even my company there felt appreciated, and Kyle made sure everyone felt that way.You cannot find that in just any average, everyday worker anymore.And they fired him. For a misunderstanding he could have easily fixed, had they let him.Now, instead of that, theyve replaced him with someone who doesnt know the customers, the store, or its systems. The store owners can say whatever they want, and Im sure if they care theyll reply to this with some kind of sanitisized PR response, but Ive cashed out my rewards with this chain and will be taking my business elsewhere. Ill be sure to let my friends know too.P.s. they still sell good products here btw. If you dont care about anything else but the products, then i recommend this place. Otherwise, id recommend going somewhere else that actually still has its soul

Absolutely outstanding service! They really know how to make it feel like home. I was a little nervous upon first walking in because the setup is so different than what Im used to seeing in other vape shops Ive worked at across Texas, but those feelings quickly faded when I was treated not like just another customer spending money but like an old friend. Great prices too! Definitely my go to store for this area, would recommend it to all my friends

You have one of the BEST managers here. Her name is Amber and she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met on this planet! She helped me feel so much better as I was having another one of my horrendous days of sadness. My father just passed away about a month ago to the same type of cancer that her dad has, and she gave me resources to help find a support group and everything. Overall wonderful wonderful service from her and absolutely amazing products from this store!! Best prices, best atmosphere of all the shops!! Keep it up and I will absolutely be back!! P.S. I think amber deserves a raise after giving me such awesome customer service + EMOTIONAL SUPPORT!!

Had a few unpleasant experiences recently but the owner put in the time to find my contact information to discuss everything and was very apologetic about everything and addressed the issue.We look forward to continuing to use Krazy ape as our home shop

Employees feel the need to upsell everything even for a simple purchase. Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Nicole!The customer service I get when I go to this store is beyond. I’ve been four times, and she’s the only one I’ve seen there. It’s like, ARE there other employees or is she just running the show? Nicole asks me questions, determines my needs, and directs me to the product that is going to help me most. She is friendly, open, professional, and a great salesperson. She’s talked me into brands I’ve never tried, and I just keep coming back to see her. The store is clean, and it’s easy to browse the cases.Thank you, Krazy Ape and Nicole!

To the gentleman that was working 4/16/2023 around 7PM.Not sure if that was an individual working at the time is invested with this business or just a committed employee. Because he killed it with customer service. I went in as a rookie and felt like I walked out a winner. Its easy to tell when someone cares and knows their product. This dude went above and beyond for me. I will never go to a different Vape store unless I cannot make it here. thank you again. Cheers!

Hit about 12 vape shops today looking for my particular vape juice and finally came here. Kyle was awesome and had exactly what I was looking for. Super cool guy and was very helpful. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Disappointed. I went in yesterday for just the second or third time. I was looking to try a few new things, so I asked the guy there about 3 completely different items: shroom gummies, new delta 8 products & edibles. He couldnt answer a single question because I personally havent tried it. Its kinda hard to sell something when you cant give the customer any feedback whatsoever. I told him I had a high tolerance and he did finally recommend one vape (Tre House Liquid Diamonds) that has been selling well and I guess people like but its no different than what I already have & use. Ill stick to Blazin Bad (which is also cheaper)

Really good store, I went last Friday and it was awesome the dude who was working there was awesome very knowledgeable about devices and juices, he did everything possible to find the perfect juice I would like, he was super nice and had a great personality I dont know if he was a manager or what but he clearly did his homework.

Went in 30 minutes before close a few weeks ago, salesperson(forget her name) was very helpful, didnt seem to be rushing me, and gave me good recommendations on flavors. Ended up buying a mod that works awesome and batteries to go with it at an excellent price point. They also set me up with a rewards card, so Ill definitely be back in soon!

The employees are great. But ownership treats them like disposable vapes. Use em up and toss em out. Especially women. This joint needs a change in management. And a realization that women deserve to be treated with respect. Until that happens, I wont be back.

Just moved to the area from Dallas, and in the market for a new regular spot for my juice and delta 8. Been in twice so far and both times was treated like id been going there the whole time. Staff has been super welcoming and conversational without making me feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy.I think I found a spot Id be happy to call my vape shop here.

This is a great store the girl who worked here on 03/26/22 is sweet but when I came back she closed down the shop early, if that other wonderful employee named Andrew would have been here, I dont think that would have happened. A awesome place though.

I went in and bought coils to find out that they were $15 a pack there and only 12$ a pack at inovapor when I went to return them he continued to tell me that there was nothing I could do because there was nothing wrong with them and that I can’t return them. Way over priced and rude employees. He said he was a manager but managers are supposed to have good customer service so he is really just an employee with a manager title to boost his ego.

I went in not knowing what I wanted. Christian was a huge help. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to ask me questions to help me find the right products for me. Some stores just suggest the most expensive things. Not the case here! Great experience!

So Ive gone to several vape shops from kingwood to Conroe, Ive used mods from nebox, to penguin, they worked great but it never quite felt right and in searching for the best type of vape I always felt in other places that they were pushing specific vapes without really trying to help me find the one I would like. This started me doing my own research online, I eventually decided the Smok T-priv was the right one for me. My wife went here about two weeks ago, they had exactly what I wanted, in the color I wanted, and they made sure to explain any questions and give information that wasnt even asked about. She gave it to me as an early Christmas present along with some of their house brand juices. Hearing about how well they treated her, how nice they were to her(which was a huge thing especially to people who are new to vaping, Ive been in several shops where it feels like a bother asking beginner questions, attitudes to the extent of seeming snobbish like its something you should already know) here they even offered to set the device up if she wanted them to prep it for me. I had to go back after hearing this which I did this evening, to get more juice and they showed her a mod she like the Smok AL85. With that mod I picked up two TFV12 prince tanks some extra batteries. The gentleman there tonight was a different one than who helped her originally on the 12th. His service tonight was equally amazing to the first visit. Great suggestions on house brand flavors, informative knowledge and even though we didnt ask he also offered to put everything together, we didnt need him to do that but it was amazing customer service that was equally amazing from two visits from two different workers. That shows integrity, pride in business and forward customer thinking, every business vape shop or not should take a page from this businesses approach and care its employees give, which speaks volumes for their brand. My wife Jessica and I will be coming back for all of our needs, they made a lifetime customer out of me and Ill be sending anyone I know their way. Thank you guys so much for an amazing visit and I wish you all a blessed holiday. We will be seeing you again.

Only place I go for my coils and juice. The manager is awesome and actually knows what hes talking about compared to some stores. Makes some great recommendations and makes sure you have everything you need before you leave.
