Julie was amazing! I felt very comfortable. I talked to her about some past injuries & my problem areas. She came right back with options to help these problems. I felt very satisfied/relaxed & educated after my massage. Thank you so much Julie!

I have my payment taken out automatically each month. I got sick and called to cancel it and the manager helped me and said I had to go in physically. I told her I can’t physically because I have cancer. She said I can get someone else to sign. Not even 3 days later they ran my payment. I disputed it with my bank, they reversed it and gave me the money back but a week later they gave it back to massage envy..I was a faithful customer but for them to be greedy like that. I guess they need the money more than a laid off cancer stage 4 person. 🥹

Alma is awesome. I recommend her, she doesnt leave you feeling sore or tender. I feel relaxed and the Himalayan stones are a huge plus.

Omg Dana literally changed my life with her handy work and knowledge yesterday during my massage. She is truly an expert in her field and if you can request her you really should!!! I will be returning to see her.

Shakira has been my massage therapist for the last several massages, and she is AMAZING. I have really bad mid to lower back pain, and she takes her time to find the right muscles to massage and relax. She is very knowledgeable and will tell you what to do to stretch correctly. She will always be my favorite massage therapist.

I had my first massage in a long time today by Dana, it was incredible. I rejoined Massage Envy after a hiatus for a few years. I am so glad I did. This was a really great first session, helping me with hamstring and piriformis muscle pain from playing baseball. Dana is trained in trigger point massages and she was able to help me out with one 60 minute session. I learned a lot as well. I highly recommend!

I went to get a massage for my birthday and a facial. The massage was excellent and I ended up getting a microderm infusion. Kathy was super friendly and nice and talked me into becoming a member. The lady who did my massage was also great at her job I left there feeling rejuvenated. I also got some coupons for becoming a member. I like there point system and will definitely take advantage of my membership…Thanks massage envy for the wonderful experience.

THIS REVIEW AND THE FIVE STARS IS FOR ROSAISELA.Although I have never been an extreme fan of Massage Envy as a company (its prices, practices, customer service, etc), I highly respect most of the massage therapists who work there. I have been going to Massage Envy for probably 10 years at this point occasionally, and even had a membership at one point about 5 years ago (I didnt renew after the 6 months ended), and I only keep coming back because I keep finding great massage therapists there.Yesterday I saw Rosaisela. I told her my problem areas (feet and neck/shoulders), and she spent a lot of time in those areas. But when she started massaging my midback, she hit a spot that severely bothered me during the last 4 months of my pregnancy, and has periodically bothered me during the last 20 months after my son was born. I didnt consider it a problem area, simply because it doesnt bother me constantly, but also because Ive also been seeing a chiropractor and kind of just have given up hope of it ever feeling better. But she recognized it as an important spot and she spent a lot of time and tried some different things and as she was working it, we both felt the release, and it was heaven. Suddenly no pain when she massaged that area. I actually teared up! It seemed clear to me that she truly cares about her clients well-being, not just getting through another work day. I would highly recommend Rosaisela to anybody who said they go or want to go to Massage Envy-Kingwood.

I went there because my husband took me there before our date. I was oiled for 45 minutes for hundred some dollars 😂😂😂. It was NOT relaxing or helpful. I have some gift cards someone gave me for Christmas, Ill be giving that away. If youre yearning for a good massage it is NOT the place for you! Go get yourself a good massage somewhere else. And if anyone finds a good place in Houston please let me know. Im in need of a good deep tissue massage.

Johnny at Kingwood location is so impressive. It was my 1st time with him Sunday and I Definitely will be back this week. Hes so professional and know exactly what he is doing and the spots to hit to relax your whole body. Book with him for your next massage. You will not be disappointed. Trust me 😉

Ruslan is new in at this location but he is AMAZING!!! The first visit was ok with another person but with Ruslan I left feeling like melted butter! He really knows what he’s doing, can pin point the areas you need targeted, but also leaves you feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated!!

Front Desk Staff are very kind, professional, friendly and helpful. They are a pleasure to be around. My Massage Therapist, Jackie, is excellant. The company should update the Massage Envy app as it is faulty, not allowing one to log in.A scheduled masseuse left the building and came back to Massage Envy late, making me, the client wait even though advance notice had been given informing them of my delay. The masseuse’s work ethic needs to be improved as the eventual 40 minute would have resulted in a very rushed remaining time massage as masseuse had to rush off to pick up her child. Never having had such an unpleasant experience with a masseuse leaving the building when there is a scheduled massage session which gave the client a feeling that the masseuse didn’t care about her client or her work ethic and that represented a bad image of Massage Envy.I appreciate that Massage Envy rescheduled the next closest massage that afternoon and did not charge me for the session.

Worse possible service on the planet. They dont honor their cancellation policy, staff or manager didnt know their own policy handbook. People reccomended to go a different location and I should have listened.

Joann provided a fantastic, relaxing facial. I was not expecting a neck, arm, and upper back massage as part of the procedure. I understood the purpose of each product that she used during the facial. Joann was friendly and offered under eye products that I was happy purchase. Honestly, I saw a difference under my eyes and my cheekbones after ny facial. With consistency using the under eye cream, I should see less pigmentation, was Joanns suggestion. Looking forward to my next session.

I was THAT guy and I was late to my appointment 🙈. The staff was so kind on the phone and even kinder in person. My massage therapist, Robert, was so gracious about the entire thing and I got the absolute best massage. Already booked my third appointment with him. Highly recommend Robert and the Kingwood location!

Krishinda was amazing!! It was my first time to visit massage envy and I was amazed at how fast she found all the spots that hurt. She worked out so many knots it was unbelievable. Very very impressed. Most people say deep tissue and it’s medium but she really got in there and worked it all out. I will definitely be back. It was also nice that she didn’t talk to whole time so I was really able to relax and I think I even fell asleep at one point!

Loved my facial with Joann. She has met my expectations and more. She was very informative and answering my questions without hesitation. She made me feel great. I will definitely keep returning to her for my skin care needs.

I’ve been seeing Kayla for regular prenatal massages and have had the best experience! She is awesome, the front desk is friendly and helpful, and I love the ease of scheduling online. Memberships are worth getting if you need/want to go more than once a month! Highly recommend.

Robert is by far the best masseuse Ive ever had, and Ive had great experiences. I hardly ever make appointments in advance as Im a spur of the moment let me see if there are any openings today customer. Seems Robert is in high demand so Im making appointments now two weeks in advance just to make sure I get him. He is an awesome listener and and very thorough. I left both times feeling relaxed and refreshed that the areas of concerned were worked on. #lifetimecustomer 😊

I had an appointment today, I pay for the monthly membership which is fine, not sure why I can’t cancel at any location but that’s not even what this issue is about.I generally go with a different therapist but since it’s Mother’s Day and I wanted in I chose to go with a different one, Frank. I would not recommend him at all. It’s a very awkward experience because while I don’t like to talk much, there was just little communication.Also, he dozed off while giving me a massage. At first I thought I was imagining something but once it happens several times I’m like wow. He would start massaging a spot and then slowly just stop, I questioned like what is he doing…. Then I heard the deep breathing, borderline snore. I had to cough and make noise to keep him awake. I thought maybe after the first time he wouldn’t do it again but nope.It was very uncomfortable and instead of relaxing, my therapist apparently was. So disappointed.

I have had an account for a few years here. The staff is always hit or miss as far as customer service goes. I moved about 1 hour away from any location and made them aware, then my card was compromised so I felt it was just time to cancel since I have been 1 time in over a 6 months. That was over 3 weeks ago. I called again today because they are still trying to charge my card and I have yet to receive my cancellation form that was supposed to be emailed to me at least twice now. If I could do zero stars for customer service, I would. It is sad too because the therapists here are actually very good. CapitalOne is aware and will mark any additional charges as fraud, especially since my account is $55 per month and they are trying to charge $65. I wish I still lived by a Massage Heights, there were phenomenal across the board.

Wonderful experience! The hot stone massage is a must and Beth is amazing!The Massage I received was one of the best I have ever had! Beth always is prompt, curtíos and apt to my massage needs. I come here at least once a month, the membership is sooo worth it. I think everyone should take the time to do even a little self care. Robert was my most recent massage therapist and he was great! I feel like he took extra steps to make sure my visit was pleasant and I left feeling very relaxed and happy.

I have a monthly massage membership and have tried a different person every time to find the “perfect” one but so far I can’t complain. They have all been good. Ila is great, applies the correct pressure and technique, also very pleasant.

This was my 3rd time to get a massage. I brought my wife and we both got a 1 hour massage each. Upon booking and at time of arrival, I expressed the area I needed the most attention on. This area was almost untouched, (Upper back area) I paid a total of $170.00 for 2, 1 hour massages. I felt very disappointed and still had the same discomfort in my upper back. There are a few knots there I was hoping to get rubbed out, or at least a little more time focused on. Again, for the money, I was hoping to leave with a little relief. The only relief I have now is that I didnt get into a contract with them. I could have given myself a better massage for free.

Robert is amazing! I came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and his technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I have seen Robert several times and plan to continue going back. Very clean establishment and great service. Everyone is professional and friendly!

The front staff is nice, the price is good, the therapists are good. My experiences are always fine. I dont understand tho that you get in the room at say 215 and you have your hour massage, get dressed, check out, get in the car and its 315. This is every time I go. If its supposed to be an hour from in the door to out the door you should say that.

I got a massage from AndreaB. today and I just can’t express the words on how wonderful it felt. I would highly recommend her. The shop was clean and the temperature was just right. I felt comfortable the whole time. You will see me again! Thank you.

I came in for 90 facial with Kathy....amazing experience, actually, my best ever facial with aMassage Envy.Followed by 90 massage with Marcus...also, terrific. I would highly recommend both. I believe the Kingwood location has the best staff, including front desk, I have experienced with any Massage Envy.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. Robert is wonderful and knowledgeable. He provides a great experience and creates an environment that helps you relax so that you get the most out of your sessions. Robert has helped my shoulder muscles tremendously since starting!

I love the ambiance whenever I walk in it tranquil and always smells great. Crystal is always well communicated and knows exactly what I need when I come. I havent been back to a Massage Envy in almost 7 years because I was treated so horribly by one of their spas, but I received a treatment gift from a friend and I decided I would give them another chance. Ubaldo was wonderful! Magical hands he has😊 The staff in the front were great also. The place was cleaned and professional looking. I appreciate the reminders for more my upcoming massage, b/c I forget things. I would recommend getting a relaxing massage from Ubaldo.

My first massage since 2013, oh my goodness did I ever need it. Ms. Jackie worked on my shoulders and back to release the tightness if the muscles. This was a birthday gift from my cousin. My cousin knew just what I needed to relax. They are very professional and clean at Massage Envy.

The front desk lady, Jenny, was very nice and greeted my husband and I the minute we walked in the door. She got us checked in promptly and escorted us to the tranquility. My husband and I came in for a couples massage and we were NOT disappointed! Gale and Gabby were are massage therapists and they were professional, friendly and listen to all our needs! Gale addressed my problem areas as requested and didn’t miss a thing! She kneaded my knots in my shoulders and back like I was dough and she was the rolling pin! The pressure was amazing and she checked on me periodically throughout her amazing massage! Gabby did so well on my husband she literally put him to sleep! Very relaxing and can’t wait to go here again!

Massage Envy staff is always friendly and professional. The massage therapist are always excellent. Ubaldo was my masseuse yesterday and he did a great job working out all the knots in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend!

Robert was Great! Although some spots were super sensitive he adjusted pressure accordingly and worked out a lot of knots from tension and stress. Looking forward to coming back again for follow up.

My Saturday morning appointment was cancelled and I was told the therapist schedule had changed. He had no other appointments and no one was available to accommodate me. I was offered a 9pm Tuesday appointment to replace the 1.5 hour weekend appointment I was cancelled (less than 24 hours before my time) I asked for a manager to call me back. I spoke to Alicia on three occasions to see why no manager had called and she assured me I would receive a call the next day. That was last week and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I had mainly positive experiences in the past. One bad one before this where the therapist tangled my hair so bad I literally left in tears and had to get a hair cut. I always believed this place valued clients. I now see that is not true. I am so frustrated at the lack of response and concern. I will take my monthly dues elsewhere and see if I get better service.

Ubaldo is gentle yet firm with my massages. He is careful with areas I tell him hurt (such as my fingers and wrists). He lets me make accommodations when needed (I cannot lay face down as using the table; I need a pillow).He is great!

Robert is an excellent therapist and is very knowledgeable in massage. I look forward to my massages because I feel so relaxed when I leave and all the knots in my muscles disappear. I reccomend him as a therapist especiallyif you have chronic tension.

Went in for a massage and ended up purchasing the monthly plan for my wife and I. After four calls trying to get in for another massage, finally just cancelled. They were always booked out 4-5 days. The monthly may be ok if you live by a strict schedule. If you live a busy lifestyle and can’t commit to an appointment over a week in advance, it’s not a wise decision.

The atmosphere was perfect The waiting area is a treat all its own. Candy was friendly and helpful in suggesting Mel for my needs. And Mel, well she is amazing. I will return to experience Mels amazing, healing hands.

Ubaldo was exceptional. I told him that I had had some sciatic nerve pain and issues and he worked on those areas. I felt very relaxed and he even lighten up his pressure for me since I can’t really take too much firmness. I would definitely recommend him. I’m going back again to see him in two weeks. He helped alot. I felt better and not as tight the rest of the day.

I love this place!! Everytime I go get a 60 minute I walk out feeling great and with every muscle knot undone! I find great relief when I leave here ! I always look forward to my Massage Envy massages! UBALDO my favorite massage therapist from the Kingwood location does a fantastic job ! I recommend him ! And this Spa !

This place is so great, far superior to the other Massage Envys Ive been to and in a good shopping center too. If you can schedule a massage with Kevin, do so. Hes amazing and he made my back feel so much better. You can tell by his massage he really understands the body and how to help you. I gave him my problem areas and I walked out feeling brand new.

The Therapist are great but it would be nice for them to be on time especially when youre expected to be on time. Im a timely person. When I arrive 10mins before my appointment then they get me at 6 mins after then they leave for 5mins while you get undressed. That takes away from your hour massage. Thats the only concern I have.

Mel, my massage therapist is great. She listens to what your particular issues are and coordinates her massage to address them.Cathy gave me a facial. She loves what she doeasand it shows. She knows her products.

When I went the lady had no pressure after being told she had great pressure. Thats was overwhelmingly disappointing. Also I found out thats your paying for an hour massage but they only give you 50 minutes of actual massage time. They give u five minutes to undress and 5 minutes to redress. Never been a massage place that does that to their customers. That time should be on them I feel. Its like buying a 6 piece nuggets but only receiving 5, you know that disappointment lol! And last thing is that the lady told me if I didnt become a monthly member than my next visit would be $95 for an hour. Are you kidding?? Never will go back.

Joann is always amazing on my chemical peel. she is very sweet and fun and super detailed .. she does an amazing job everytime ! she knows her stuff and helps you feel super comfortable… i use her for every time! my skin looks amazing

The front desk ladies are very nice and cheery. Crystal did a great job of working out some unknown knots in my upper back and neck....finally have that full range of motion again. Overall great experience and amazing people.

IIa (Beth) is the best! She is very detailed oriented. She engages her clients just enough. Not too talkative nor too cold. Most importantly she knows the right pressure, strokes, and pace. I fall asleep every time Im on her table.

Don’t EVER sign a contract with Massage Envy in Kingwood!!!! I moved to a remote location and needed to terminate my contract. After contacting them to terminate they still deducted my monthly payment the next month without my permission. I called again, they promised to fix the mistake. Next month they deducted, called again, they promised to fix it. This continued for four months!! The last time I spoke to the manager I let her know I was very upset. She was rude and hostile towards me for THEIR mistake! I thought this would solve the issue but sure enough two months pass and they started charging me again! This is the contract that you can never, ever terminate for your entire life it seems!

I booked a massage for a friend and had my card on file. The person who made the appointment specifically asked if my friend had been there before and I said no (and they couldnt find an account for her). She said she would notate that this was her first time. At ANY other massage envy location Ive been to, if its your first time, you get the introductory rate. Turns out this is a location that doesnt offer it. The lady never mentioned a price and because we had discussed her being a first time guest, I assumed it would be $59/$69 massage. It was actually $115!.I will never use this location again.

Treated both my mom and aunt for massages and they were extremely pleased with their session and also with the results. The ladies at the front truly were courteous and friendly to help with the registering process.

Marcus is ammmmmazing.... he is very friendly and observant. He listens to what is bothering me and develops a plan. Marcus is very good at breaking things down without leaving me sore. He can even track down what is not painful but is sore. I always get the best nights sleep after visiting... and love love love that I am not hurting from the massage the next day. Best advice I can give... clone Marcus lol.

Robert was great! I had a headache for two days before coming in and by the time I left it was gone. I cannot express my gratitude enough, that was a killer. I’ll definitely be back to see him again!

The masseuse and esthetician were absolutely fantastic. Managements policies, not so much. I woke up feeling ill the morning of my scheduled appointment. In this age of COVID, I decided to call and reschedule. They were going to charge me a 50% rescheduling fee for calling in less than a 24hr period. This steep fee therefore compelled me to go to my appointment feeling sick and caused a potential contamination of the entire facility, staff, and customers. I understand the need to keep appointments. After testing, it was determined to not be COVID...but it could easily have been. Management needs to reevaluate their policies. I will be using The Relax Station down the road for future needs.

Mariah is always professional, friendly, and helpful. She recommends additional add-on items in a supplementary, non pushy way. It is very much appreciated. As a person who worked years of sales, I understand this process. I respect the game and respect her way of playing it. Shes a a high value employee Massage Envy should be proud of. I always see Marie (Kathy) for a custom facial! She is always professional, very knowledgeable and such a kind person. She always customizes and provides the best facial for your skin type. I only trust my facials to Marie!

Its quite impossible to book an appointment at this location even a WEEK or more in advanced and the few times that I have been successful in booking one they have been cancelled! Once because the power went out, I know this is out of their control but nothing was offered to make up for it! They could have at least offered an aromatherapy upgrade or anything. The second time, their prenatal masseuse literally cancelled on me THE SAME DAY! Once again just a simple sorry was given and nothing else. Its quite frustrating when youre paying for a membership and the location closest to your house makes it so damn difficult to use your massages, especially while pregnant when theyre essential! I will be forced to find a different location even if I have to drive further.

My massage therapist listens to my issues and goes to work on bringing me back to a peaceful place. There is nothing worse than painful knots in my muscles. It’s great to leave the knots behind at the spa!

The message was great. The front seat girl was rude. We were to get a 50 dollar gift card after we bought the 200 dollar gift card but never received it. Got double billed for the gift card and that to a lot of phone calls to get that corrected. We were told to come pick up the 50 dollar gift card and when we did they said we were passed the sale date. Never going there again

Andrea provides Great customer service! She listens to my needs. If I need to vent she listens. If I want a quiet session, then quiet it is. Great experience everytime.

In early 2020 I purchased a massage package but then COVID hit us. I emailed corporate office to hold my account. They only held it 1 month then started charging me again $65/month. They completely charged the entire package but the Kingwood location was closed for some time and COVID prevented me from using my package. I was finally able to go back to get them so I called about a week ago to see if I can still use the package they took my money for. Eliana spoke with me and then started texting me that I needed to forward my email from corporate to the manager, Kandy Riley. I did this. Then Eliana text me and stated the only way I could use my COMPLETELY PAID FOR PACKAGE was to purchase ANOTHER PACKAGE and sign up for another 6 months. She tried to make it sound good like I was getting a 2 for 1. Laughable! Of course I told her no to this and that due to COVID they should be more lenient with these accounts, as is everyone else!There was absolutely no other reply to my text asking why I needed to do this. No apology, nothing. They literally STOLE my money and will not be professional enough to work with me due to COVID. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous! I will never EVER come back nor recommend this awful lying place to ANYONE ever! I run 15 dermatology offices in Kingwood and surrounding areas. We have done so much for our patients and I have referred people to them. NEVER AGAIN!Do not go to this place if you want to get any help or professionalism. COVID did not matter to them. Only stealing from people did. Disgusting!

If you have those tight stiff knots in your shoulders and lower back, Robert is perfect for you. He knows how to get deep inside the muscle to loosen them up without the pain. He is a MUST!

I would not give any star ..she did nothing for facial which was like for 125 dollars ..this much money is some thing and you expect atleast an hour but she gave me hardly half an hour and put on like 3 or 4 creams just few strokes on my face ,quick steam few blackheads and a mask thats it .. for massage she touched me like a feather ..no scrub no deep cleaning .. so so disappointing .

Have been here a few times before with my girlfriend and both times have been awesome!! I usually get Gail who does amazing and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! Definitely due for another one ASAP!

Always friendly, very accommodating when I have to change my appointment. I also get microdermabrasions there with Miriah and she is very sweet and helpful with my skin care. If you want a good deep tissue, Ubaldo is the BOMB.

High turnover. Every time I got someone I liked, they left. When I tried to cancel membership, it took going in person, a dozen emails, and half a dozen phone calls. My husbands membership still isnt cancelled and its been 3 months since I turned in the forms. The management seems to never actually be on-site and they do not return calls or emails unless I pester constantly and waste my time. They really make you feel like all their respect for you goes out the door once you arent buying something.

I received a gift card as a Christmas Gift from my boss. When I called the salon, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. They quickly turned into aggressive sales people after the massage. They talked so fast and wanted me to join the club and be a member. If I knew that was what I was info. I would have given my gift to someone I hated. The therapists were kind, but talked the entire time about everything from their cows to their gay relatives.It is the day after, and I have severe soreness and have noticed bruising .I would not recommend this to anyone.

I had never been massaged by a male so I was very unsure about it but I thought I would try it out. Jesse was amazing!! Never once did I feel uncomfortable and will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Jesse!

The front desk to the management are always very friendly and professional. The therapist I saw was Marcus, and he seemed very knowledgeable in identifying my worst trouble spots and using the exact pressure to address them.

Came in for the first time and scheduled an hour massage, the introductory rate in their store and online said $55 and when I checked out the girl told me $95, she said the price had gone up but they don’t have their new signs. Total rip off, they didn’t even honor the price I thought I was paying since that’s what’s posted on their counter top and online!

I have been going through some stress related depression. Sometimes you have to put away basic self care to take care of everything and everybody and that builds up. I had the oportunity to leave my kids for a few hours and I took the chance at Massage Envy because they were able to schedule me on such short notice (2 hours), I really needed something to help with all the aching and lack of energy, all the soreness and tension. REGGIE gave me a LIFE CHANGING Deep Tissue Massage, I am NOT exaggerating, he is a MIRACLE worker. I thought I would be dragging my exhausted body through what’s left of this week but I think I’ll be able to get my life on track! That’s how good it was. I couldn’t say enough good things. I’ll definitely be back to this location! Thank you!

I went in to get information and the receptionist was very kind & helpful. I enquired about prenatal massages and asked if a drs note was needed and informed no. She shared the pricing & membership options. Defitnetly will be going soon to get me a massage.

My wife received a free hour massage here from a good friend and I have to say she will never go back. The masseuse never stopped talking the entire time and hardly worked on the areas that she told them were needed the most.

On the 6th of December 2022, I have $2500 US drawn from my credit card from this establishment. I dont live in the USA, I live internationally. Beware when using your credit card at this establishment.

Marcus always does an amazing job and listens to me when I need problem areas massaged or need more orbless pressure. I have seen other people and he is the best!

Joanna does my facials and Robert does my massages they are the BEST! The bald massage guy breathes heavy and I was not impressed.

Mariah is very personable and lets me know actually whats she is doing , she is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed and i trust what she tells me about my skin so I would give her a 5 plus and she is definitely an asset to your company wish I could say the same about the massages havent really had a good one there so I gave up and just get facials and peels from Mariah

Really loved this Massage Envy location. The staff has great energy from the time you walk in the door up until after your appointment is over.

Marcus has helped me with the areas of muscle soreness and tension. He has good communication on working with my problem areas to help reduce and even eliminate the painful problems.

Had a great experience at the location… Unfortunately last minute I had to change my reservation time and they were very accommodating to that change- even though it was last minute. Ubaldo is highly recommended.

This is the worst place ecer. I xancellca my membership shift AFTER I fulfilled my obligation for. 6 month membership. I emailed my candellcance, called to cancel and for the last 2 months they have continued to take money out of my back account UNAUTHORIZED! Absolutely awful!

Crystal is my favorite. She works out all my knots. Everyone else is super nice and I genuinely enjoy getting my massage here.

BEWARE of the monthly plan! Admittedly it is my fault 100% for not using monthly credits however, it is hard to when scheduling options or, more appropriately put, the LACK of are the root cause. Based on personal experience at this specific location there is a shortage of therapists and as consumers we must ask WHY are therapists not wanting to contract work at this location????

They canceled my massage several times on a row with nothing but a “sorry”, but when I had to cancel they charged me for the massage. No thanks.
