I walked in not really having a specific brand or product in mind. I was greeted and helped right away! Both staffers were nice but Sean is the one who helped me and he was fantastic. I just described what I was looking for, he gave me some options, and had knowledge on every recommendation he gave. For today, I didn’t want to spend too much yet and Sean didn’t pressure or hint to get the more expensive product at all. I ended up getting one of his suggestions in my price range and the product is great! Sean was awesome through the whole process. Also, I was in and out quickly! I’ll absolutely be coming back here.

I have to say that the service that I have received today at Inovapor has been absolutely amazing.I called and was greeted by Matt, looking to get a disposable pod. Sadly, they didn’t have what I wanted available, but he was very quick to offer to order it just for me. I didn’t have the time to wait but.Matt gave me recommendations and alternatives and I have to say his recommendations were amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Edit: I been going here for awhile, and while they dont have the best prices, they have lots of knowledge and often see other patrons get great advice. They also hooked me up with some samples in my last visit which I really appreciate. Lots of Delta products and good juice selection so if you are around the area, try them out.Edit: Jesse helped my out big time and came in clutch. Been going to this store for awhile and for a vape shop experience is constantly solid.Hooked it up with some free e-juice they had when buying new cartridges. Doesnt matter if it was discontinued, free 60ml bottle still saves me money. Lots of juice and devices and clean store. They focus on vaping e-juice and you can tell.

Beware of the edible cookies. Box of Individually wrapped ones were molded. I could not find an expiration date and when I called he said there is no expiration date that they could find.I changed my review from 1star to 5stars….. I was not happy with the way this was handled at first but the Owner stepped in and texted me right away and made it right!! I do feel like he will address the problem. Good customer service and being prompt addressing the problem the very next day changed my mind of this place. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sean.

I have been a customer for years and never ever had bad experience! That is rare these days and really do appreciate that! Great Store. Ive been here twice in two days and have enjoyed my experience both times. I brought a friend here to buy his very first mod because my experience the day before was so enjoyable. The staff is great, and I really enjoyed talking with the guys. Great selection and they really go the extra mile to help you out. Ill be back for sure!

(Friday, 12/6) I completely forgot who all helped me, but I went in 2 times in the same day to buy my nord then ask some questions. Both the morning and evening people were very helpful. The place is very laid back, the associates knew exactly what they were talking about, gave pointers on maintenance and answered each of my questions fully.

Hands down, the best shop Ive been to.Ive been vaping on and off for 3 years. I ended up stopping multiple times due to the fact that I hated going into shops because of how the other ones have treated me. This shop is different though.I never go in knowing exactly what I need, but they are always very helpful and informative, and friendly. Ive never walked out of here with a product that I didnt like. They never rush me, but Im always in and out within 10 minutes. And I those 10 minutes, they spend more time with me than when I spend 30 at other places.Unlike the stores that are 5 miles closer to me, they actually listen to the novice information I give and dont just try to sell me the starter stuff or the things that are more than I need. And they explain to me why they think the product is good for what Im asking for. I dont think Ill ever go to another place again.

Had a few bad experiences here at first. But we gave it one more try and Jordan really helped us out! He made us feel appreciated and recommended some great juices! I will definitely be back, they have some excellent prices on juice! (Just dont buy the house juice)

Have great selection with friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is only place on the North side of Houston that carries the Bad Drip brand I love. They even offered to order any other brand/flavor I loved on my very first visit. Definitely worth a look and will continue to get my repeat business.

I bought a tank from them. It was ridiculously overpriced, but whatever. I’m angry bc when I opened the box it was missing a piece. Not the end of the world. I drive back there got the piece from them and 2 days later I noticed the tank was prebought and broken and they stuck it in a box and sold it at full price. Also the employees are not friendly and need classes on customer service.

I love this place! Very clean inside and they have very helpful friendly employees. I will definitely keep coming back for all my vaping needs. 5 stars all the way!I have to say that I went in to buy some more of my favorite juice and they were out. They were so nice they gave me a bunch of sample bottles for free!! Plus they hold the door for you on the way out! so freaking awesome! I will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend this place, the staff is super nice and they have plenty of juices and vaping stuff to choose from.

***UPDATE***Much better this time around! It seems that the person I dealt with is no longer working there. They were fantastic and exchanged what I needed and were very friendly , knowledgeable and willing to help.Rude staff and not willing to help. With the amount of competition for these type of shops I will never go back even though it’s the closet one to me.

Love this shop, the only one my husband and i go to. Sean the owner is so nice he goes over and beyond your typical customer service, and all of his employees are extremely knowledgeable and ready to help you find what your looking for. I love this store the staff has always been friendly and great with me and are very well educated on the products their selling, and I have never had a question they couldnt answer. I only gave 4 stars because of the website I like being able to look at whats in stock without having to make the drive since its the best location near me. If the website could list all products and have some kind of search engine this would be perfect. Keep up the good work!

This is the best vap store ever! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me and my husband pick mods and tanks that were perfect for us. They have answered everyone of my stupid questions with a smile. Everyone is just absolutely lovely. Wonderful store, wonderful people!

Honestly the greatest customer experience I’ve ever felt one time hi pulled up to the store and the owner was just walking out I told him I desperately needed to get something to cure my nicotine fix “because They are the only store that carries the juice that I like”. He Unlock the doors in allowed me to come inside I felt a little rushed but not by him, I rushed myself because I didn’t want to inconvenience him further although he assured me everything was fine and to take my time. He even spent an additional 15 minutes talking to me discussing business and how it has been affected by the pandemic. I never made A review that day although I probably should’ve however that is nothing in comparison to what happen today. I had a crazy day and in the mist of the chaos I lost my mod “vape device” however I’m not constantly puffing on it so sometimes I don’t realize if I have it on me until it’s urgent. The store has been closing down at 8o’clock because of the pandemic, I don’t know why but I decided to call the store and it was 10:15 two hours and 15 minutes after they had already closed!! I asked if this was his cell after he explained to me they were closed, “ Apparently the owner has the calls forwarded To his cell phone after hours” I could hear the tiredness in his voice So I apologize repeatedly For Disturbing him after work hours. Being the polite man he is, he assured me that it was no problem at all and that He had just close down the store moments ago “a white lie in an attempt to make me feel better”I told him I had lost my device and that’s why I was calling in hopes that someone might still be there.He explains to me how they are closed but because it’s an emergency he will meet me at the store, I was in complete and total shock 😦 ...never has a store Shown such amazing customer service. The best part was that it wasn’t just any store clerk it was the owner himself that decided to get up drive to the store unlock it so I can buy a device and not have to go a night without the thing I so desperately craved. He didn’t call a store associate asking to please go in and open the doors, he came himself!! as I’m writing this review I am still at utter loss of words. Trying to choose the best words to describe such an amazing triumph in saving humanity’s caring nature. the amazing service this man has shown me will set the bar for How I view store owners when treating a customer. I know that when I called him he was already home comfortable resting, “although he denies it” I don’t know what I’m feeling more, guilt for making him come in, or amazement for the fact that he actually offered and insisted even after I kept telling him it was OK. This is honestly the best vape Store in Kingwood, in Houston, hell in all of Texas for that matter. I vowed from this day forward no other Vape store will ever receive my business. Bought a single elfbar 5000 and was rung up at 37.80 or something. Ridiculously overpriced. These are usually $15-20, I paid because I didnt feel like driving but I would avoid this vape shop if your looking for good prices.

Looked everywhere for a fishbowl fiberglass tank for my smoke beast came up empty. Went here in a recommendation from another shop and ran smack into Martin. Not only did he find one for me, the price was great. $14 for tank and matching tip. He spent time talking mods with my boyfriend. We left knowing we would be back.

2 weeks ago I came into the store looking to quit cigarettes. The knowledgeable staff guided me to vaping options based on my needs and finances. Im proud to say that I havent touched a cigarette in almost two weeks.The staff member that assisted me was very knowledgeable in both the products and the struggle to quit smoking.

Probably the best vape store in the Houston area. Price is great. Service is great. Selection is unmatched. This is the big thing, the juice selection is worth driving 30 miles for. If youve never owned a vape these guys will get you setup with the right device for your needs. Other shops upsell like crazy and only have a few over priced devices to pick from.They ID. ☑ ☑

Terrible customer service. Bought a $70 vape that failed within 60 days. Went in to see about getting a credit for vape or see if they could switch it out. Was told that I got almost a dollar a day use out of it and that seemed pretty good to him (very condescending tone). Told me they have a 10 day return policy share there is nothing they will do for me. Are you kidding me?? Thats the way you handle customers? What a joke..Ive spent a lot of money at this store. Will never be back.

Very poor service, before i pay, they told that i can return for any problem in 7 day but after i open it, the tank doesnt work ,they told me i cant return it 、cant change it 、cant fix it ……just mail to SMOK !

This place is sneaky, they get there good reviews by having customers write a review to get a percentage off, but the customer has to write the review right there in the store..so considering they do not care if you get a bad vape mod, they will not let you exchange it or anything. They just tell you that. There sorry but there’s nothing we can do.. all there products come from China. What they charge you $50 for you can buy it yourself for $12 to $16. With a mark up that high you would think they would take better care of the customers that keep them in business...STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE.. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST VAPE SHOP IN KINGWOOD TEXAS.

A wide myriad of vapor shops are scattered throughout the various counties in Houston. Very few are capable of the tier of knowledge and service that Inovapor provides. Wide selection of juices and devices are available and a friendly and warm staff are at the ready to assist. If there is a specific juice you are looking for that they don’t stock they can look for it and have it ordered. Great shop for all of your vaping needs.

As a person who has a fairly high level of knowledge regarding electronic vaporizers, most of my shopping is done online, this store is the best in our area... Par none. The staff, especially Mr. Tyler, provides excellent customer service regardless of the customer- without the usual upcharge- provides honest feedback on questions from the basic to the higher end products. I normally dont leave reviews, but if you want to quit smoking- the secret key is this store. Prices are competitive and fair, the experience is very pleasant (offered a complementary beverage while the employee helped set up my purchase and explained everything to the tee.) No need to go to down town Houston, Inovapes has everything one would need. My experience was very pleasant and hope this business remains here in Kingwood. THANKS LADIES / GENTLEMEN! So many different juices and mods it is wonderful. Suorin Air is the size of a credit card which is perfect. All the staff are helpful and their is a good vibe in the store. Very helpful.. I now know more about vaping...

They were nice to me when I boughy my product but not nice when i had an issue with it. I purchased a posh disposable vape and it lasted about 3 hours and then died so I didnt even het to vape all the juice out of it. I have used the disposables several times and they all lasted about 24 hours aka a day and this didnt even last 5hours.

Its just rare even amoung the nicest to not feel burdensome when youre as needy as I am but he doesnt even show a simple sign to stop me from going back everytime im unsure or damaging stuff lol and im always doing just what they say not or something. I bought a smok nord from here and had problems with the prongs sticking and not making connection with the coils. I brought it in and had the owner check it out and it looks like it was a manufacturer defect and he gave me a credit for anything in the store And also gave me a loaner vape because I decided to wait for my original vape to get restocked in the store. While I was there the owner and myself also found out that the 5 pack of coils I bought at another store not affiliated with innovape was counterfeit smok coils. I’m highly recommending this store because of the customer service and their products they stock.

Weve been to a lot of vape stores since we started five years ago. inoVapor is hands down the BEST place to go. Professional knowledgeable staff helps smokers figure out exactly what the addiction is. Maybe its nicotine, maybe its mouth to lung hit, maybe its hand to mouth? My go to shop for everything vapor related. I visit the shop multiple times a week and am never disappointed. They carry a huge selection of e-liquid, mods, tanks, rda, etc. Regardless of your experience level, you can find it here, and if they dont have it, they will usually order it! I went from novice tanks mod t ok building my own coils for rdas in 6 weeks thanks to this shop.

Called to find out the cost of a Nord tank and the employee(Shawn) said “I believe they are $12”. I asked if he could check he said he could but he just believed they were $12. I then asked what they did if I got there to buy it just assume it was $12 and he (Shawn) said they would just sell it to me for what it goes for.. terrible terrible customer service

Went in for cbd products asked mutipule times if there products they carry are pure they said they where I bought a product called liquid gold cbd well with a little further research I found out that there are synthetic cannabinoids in it (k2/kush/spice) so now Im stuck with an 80 product I cant even use because I refuse to use synthetic cannabinoids

This was only my second time going to a vape shop and I really wished I had gone there first. I ended up buying a new vaporizer because they have a much better selection and staff... and the old vaporizer was not user friendly and weak... Definitely recommend over the Vapor Reserve...

Recently bought two disposable cake delta 8 devices. One worked for a day the other worked for less than a week. Now I have a hundred dollars of disposable devices that dont work and no way to retrieve the juice. Probably will not be going back to this store.
