Best Happy Hour prices I’ve seen!!! Solid deals all around including great food pricing and options as well. Staff and servers are friendly. Shocked with how well prices are. Geared more to locals.

Decided to try a small place just to get out and take a drive we live about 30 min from here but we searched for a pub and found Mulligans. Not gonna lie we were skeptical from the pictures and wasn’t sure what we would get in to. Upon arrival it’s in a nice location. We went in and was welcomed right away. We had a drink, ordered the pretzels, which were absolutely amazing. Then ordered a simple cheeseburger and wow! The service was great the place was clean and the food was amazing. Please if you are looking here support the local places, this one is worth it. They even had a couple of dartboard games.

Very disappointed with this Irish Pub. I ordered the Guinness Stew. What I got tasted like CANNED stew, it was terrible. Two people at the table had ordered it and neither could eat it. Im giving 2 star for food because the wings & fries were good. Very few fries in the large order. The waitress was by herself for the whole place and did an alright job servicing everyone.

I went in here by convince because I needed to go to Publix that was a part of this strip mall and now when I am in Orlando I come here often. They have a great happy hour with great beer prices and ice cold draft beers with great bar food. The atmosphere is very casual and the staff’s is quick to serve you and friendly. This is definitely a locals place; it would be mine if I lived here. This has to be my fourth time coming here and my experience has always been consistently good.

If you like foamy beer in a warm glass its ideal for you. New bartender is average at best. Sad, cuz my Goth friend was awesome and always poured a great mug of beer. All in all still a decent pub with good prices.

Nice little pub with great ambiance. Fair prices. We had the fish and chips, generous portions. I believe the young lady behind the bar was Laura, she is first class and an absolute delight.

We went while on disney vacation and we were trying to find a good local spot and we found just the place ! The food was amazing, the service was great, and there were dart boards. There was only 1 bartender and 1 cook so the service was slow but we just played darts to pass the time and they handled the crowd very well. Megan and Avery did a great job handling a busy Sunday lunch and everything was delicious!

Had an amazing time with friends at Jukebox Bingo. I even won the last game (and I never win anything)! Luck of the Irish🤷 I ordered a B52 without asking how they made it and it was not what I think of as a B52. Also, I was not impressed with the Reuben which is one of my favorite things. The meat was leathery and hard to get through. Would have been good otherwise. Still had a great time. Bathroom was very clean!

Happy Hour? Definitely not for me. One waitress/bartender for the entire place and although it was not crowded when I got there, that surely changed.Had to eat without utensils and thanks to a person waiting for takeout, I was able to get a bunch of napkins and ketchup for the fries. I had ordered from the specials, but I was served something else instead.If you’re looking for the most expensive Guinness on tap you can find at the local pub/dive look no further. Here it will cost you the same as a 6-pack from your local Publix store.One server/bartender for the entire room, what were they thinking! Terrible service. Took for ever to get the check and leave.

Taylor was great!! Tending bar and being the waitress at the same time. Made us feel very welcome, and took the time to chat. Food was reasonable prices and good portions.

Looks like a hole in the wall from the outside, but very warm and inviting inside. Bartenders are nice and it’s open late unlike a lot of other spots in the area. Great spot for a quick bite and some drinks. Highly recommended

Excellent Irish pub with good service and excellent food. Sometimes the kitchen gets backed up and it takes a little longer for the food to arrive but when it does it tastes really good. Highly recommend the Irish stew. Half price Yingling during happy hour is nice.

Wow, best happy hour beer prices in Celebration. Best bar tender with the best red beard. ZZtops in person! Chicken wings were expensive, but that is florida. You cant get a dozen for $10 anymore.

I really love this place . Delicious wings , onion rings and fries . You cannot beat the price of the happy hour . Love the cranberry vodka ! There’s darts and a jukebox. Plus a place outback to sit . They also do trivia and karaoke during the week!

Food was great and the drinks were even better. Great atmosphere and we didnt wait for anything.

I have been coming in here for the last 10 years and its wonderful. The bartenders are very sociable and very efficient. The crowd is usually very sociable also. And I will definitely be back here in the future the food is good too. I highly recommend the chicken wings

First off, the food was great! But, the service absolutely was awful! Soooooo slow !! Music in a bar is great, but at 120 decibels , its to loud to talk to anyone. Its a small place, but 2 bartenders/servers only came to the table after we went to the bar to order everything, to tell us her shift was over.

We ordered a Ruben which was great! The fries and onion rings were yummy too. The fish n chips was waay too big and not the best I’ve ever had but still good. And they only have one dessert and its not worth getting 😁 but the beer gooood and atmosphere is fun!

This is a hidden gem tucked just inside of Celebration, FL. Everything youd want from a dive, minus pool tables, but there are plenty of other places to go for that (there are dart boards, though). Very friendly staff, particularly Anthony, who is one of the most genuine human beings Ive met during my travels. Im a little biased because Ill be living in Celebration shortly, but yeah, you wont regret your time here.

Feels like an authentic Irish pub. Lots of locals frequent to grab a pint or two. Drinks were a full pour and food was delicious. Recommend the pretzel with beer cheese to go with your Guinness. Yum!

Absolute inconsiderate trash establishment. Shooting illegal fireworks until past 2AM in the morning directly next to a large residential neighborhood. Serving alcohol past 2AM in the morning. Patrons walking outside with open containers past 2AM in the parking lot. Poorly run and just trash behavior by the management. Where are the police? Places like this bring down the area for other reputable business trying to operate in the area. Letters going out to the commercial property managers.

Guy at the door kept asking us for 20.00 after we already had our food and drinks. Nice that he had everything paid in cash. What was he going to do with our cash. We refused to pay. Everyone else there was very nice, helpful and the food was good.

Wings and burgers are good and he beer is cold. And the Staff are nice and accommodating. Ill be beack when in the area again. Oh, the happy hour is a good deal too!

Amazing place. A little understaffed for when it gets crowded, though, I dont mind waiting in the fun and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly, kind, entertaining and knowledgeable bartenders. Clean area. Jalapeño poppers are amazing. I like the beer of the day thing they do. People put on niche music over the touchtunes jukebox, which is nice. It isnt loud like most sports bars either. Even when it gets crowded, people are generally respective of the environment. Drinks are a real bargain, too. Brianna helped return my card when I left it here and Tony makes an amazing old-fashioned.

Discovered Milligans on Holiday in Kissimmee. How amazing in every way.What a treat ……great atmosphere, food and wait staff! You can’t go wrong!

Disappointed in the food. One time i ordered the potato soup & it was “mashed potato” less than appetizing. Rude encounter with a bartender. Good karaoke & trivia night.

Easy going pub in the marketplace outside of Celebration. Typical food for a pub as well S a sports bar. A few televisions, some dart boards. Selection of beers and liquor. Friendly staff. Good place to watch some NFL and grab a bite.

Great local bar to hang out in. The dessert pretzels were really good. The drinks were tasty with good pours. Definitely going back!

Older curly haired female bartender is completely unprofessional. Taken back by her actions, our group of 20 could not believe how she treated us and the rest of her guests.

Went in for a beer, pretty slow day for them but for some reason the bartender wouldnt come back around to serve me a second one even though I stood at the bar for 15 minutes and even waited while he had cool conversations with his regulars and even served arriving guest after making eye contac w me n knowing I was waiting on him. Decided t leave after that, neve going back. Awful service.

The poor Bar Tender here was left hanging. One person to serve an entire bar. There was a cook in the back but he was obviously overwhelmed as well.We waited 45 min for 5 appetizers. Some at our table had to order their drinks twice before they got it.They didnt even have a drink menu so folks were left guessing on what to order from the bar.The bar tender was so kind and apologetic but she was put in a bad situation. I do not blame her at all.I do not say this lightly as I am a pretty optimistic person who like to give the benefit of the doubt. However I have been here three times now and it is the same everytime. So if you have a choice, pick a different pub.

They are always super kind and I always enjoy being there.

Shepherds pie was great.If I could make a suggestion, though. Add Scotch Eggs to the menu! You have sausage rolls already!

We left Treasure Island last month running from the hurricane! We stumbled onto Mulligan’s Pub. What a great local restaurant & pub! The first afternoon we had Taylor bartending. She was attentive and efficient! All the food was over the top delicious 💗 second day Jess was there! These two girls made our stay in Celebration feel like home! Thank you to Mulligans ! We’re looking forward to the next visit…❤️

Bartender gal was polite and responsive. Smithwicks on tap ! I did not eat there so cannot comment. Great Irish dive bar.

My 3rd 5 star since being in Kissimmee. Waitress, Brianna, was fast nice and professional. Perfect Guinness pour, even better potato soup. Go here for Irish food.

This place is very clean. The bartender was super friendly and we were super indecisive on our order. We got wings fish and chips and Shepards pie which she suggested.It was all Phenomenal!!!

Last minute decision for karaoke and beer. Wow what a great night we had 🍻The bartender was great and the kitchen was putting out great food and service. We will be back next year 🍻

It’s 7 pm. I ordered shepherds pie and Guinness stew. You cancelled both as you were out - and tried to send me just bread and mashed potatoes through DoorDash. Terrible service, ruined dinner. No courtesy offered. Don’t offer this on your menu if you can’t provide it. Period.

We sat at the bar and the bar tender ignored us for at least 5 minutes without even saying hello walked past us several times. We ordered a couple of drinks ordered some food. The food took 30 minutes to come out. Nobody in the whole bar or restaurant had plates in front of them. We asked the bar back to check on our food And the cook brought it out. 2 young ladies sat next to us they were immediately waited on and their food came out in about 5 minutes. The bartender totally ignored us the whole time never asked us how the food was never asked us if we wanted another drink then when I asked for the Check he basically threw it on the bar and walked past me. I recommend another Irish pub dont waste your time or money.

Had a chance to visit this afternoon after coming back from a Cruise. Always a great experience. Love the Pub!

Mixed review for us. If you love Ruben’s get it!!! First night we came here they completely ignored us and we sat at the bar. We ended up leaving after 15min. However, I’m all about giving places a second chance. We are happy we did, the Ruben is amazing. Staff is mediocre they could definitely step it up with the exception of Laura. she was great once we got her attention on our second visit.

Went in for a drink... Bartender was pleasant and knowledgeable. Space was clean and welcoming. Bathroom was also very clean. Our drinks were poured fresh and delicious. Thanks Mulligans!! 🥂 🍻

Here’s exactly our experience. My party of 3 walked in the door. No one greeted us. Some kind people suggested we just sit down. We saw a server but she ignored us. After waiting 15 min a went up and asked her if we could order. She directed me to a bartender. I waiting 5 more min and waved one down I gave her my order 3 plates of food and one Guinness. She immediately began to wash glasses. After waiting 5 more minutes we walked out. Please don’t waste your time here!

Been here every time I’m in Orlando and it gets better with every visit! Just look at this beautiful margarita made by JJ!!!

We havent been disappointed yet. The food is good, staff is friendly, prices are good. They have happy hour, daily drink specials, daily food specials, trivia night, karaoke Nighy. Small but lots of fun.

Showed up with a party of 3 at 115. We ordered sandwiches and were there with only 1 other table of 4. They ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. At 230 we still haven’t received my food. The food looked good we just never got ours.

I went here for my first public drink….drink was great…..would’ve gotten food but bartender said kitchen was closing early(it was 9pm and they are open til 2am)Also expected it to be busy and the atmosphere to be a little bit more crazy…. But whatever….not sure if I would return

My daughter and I found this place a few years ago and loved it. Every time we come to Celebration, we make it a point to go at least a couple times. My husband and I were on vacation last week and went in a couple times. JJ was so nice to us and helped us celebrate our 30th anniversary. We even made some new friends. We love the neighborhood bar feel and will always visit when we are in town.

A simple review cannot explain the magnitude of how excellent this bar is. Between the atmosphere, staff and prices, this is the bar. If youre looking for a friendly neighborhood bar, a lively night scene, weekly activities or fantastic food. This is the place.

We went to mulligans because we were near our condo and wanted a quick close to home dinner. We ordered drinks and had no problem. Asked for menus which the bar tender gave us and then she never came back back to take our our order. I was starving and wanted to just relax but she never even looked in our direction. Can’t blame bar business because there were 8 people at the bar. So we drank our drinks paid the bill and walked out. I had my dinner all picked out. Needless to say I was very disappointed, shocked they do business this way ,hungry and angry. No more of our business.

Really appreciated the Bartender! He was awesome and super friendly! Food was good too! I like this bar, the fact I can walk home is a plus! Unfortunately we had a really sketchy homeless man that smelled terribly walk in and kinda annoyed some of the guests. The bartender handled that really well, and that’s not the bar’s fault at all, unfortunately Osceola County is filled with homeless people and our current commissioner in office is definitely not doing a good job!

Been here in the past and it was fine, but the current level of service is shocking. The bartender has a terrible attitude. You can see how difficult it is to get decent staff in Florida at the moment.The owner needs to get a grip of his people before it goes completely off the rails.

Very bad service as they said we don’t tip. Go check on your cctv i gave like 40% cash tip. No more going there!!! You should know yourself why i didn’t give you any more tip!!!At first i ordered drinks for $13+ with using $20 cash, then bartender gave me a change, i decided to gave him all the change. I’d tried to call him like three times to get the tip but still he ignored so i pushed the money forward so that they can see the tip. I don’t think he saw that i was give him a tip. Second time my sister order one more drink, she signed him a tip. The third time i ordered the drink he served me and said order one time don’t let me go back and forth. He said like this to me so I decided not to gave him any more tip. My sister who just arrived she still didn’t know what she wants to have yet but like he was rushing her. We want to order more but seem like the bartender doesn’t care at all. Even talked to another bartender which i heard they said we didn’t give the tip don’t serve us no more. The last time my sister tried to order the lady bartender even said she doesn’t serve us because we didn’t give them tip. This is so insane. And those bartenders should know why we don’t give any more tip because you don’t deserve it!!! I’m also a bartender I know how hard the bartender work that’s why every time i give a lot of tip for them because they deserve it but yes you guys don’t!!!

Grumpy service for our table of six ( one bill) automatic 18% gratuity seemed a bit much . Food was average, too bad as the place has some small pub charm.

We had a great time. Only knock was they bartenders paid more attention to the regulars while are drinks were empty. Overall had a great time and we will be back.

I am now residing in Celebration Florida.My buddy and I wanted to stop for cold brewski or two before ending our reunion last night. It was Aug 13th Saturday. We decided to try out near by bar aside my residence in Celebration. We both sat at the bar for nearly 5 minutes. “No acknowledgment, no hi we will be right with you.”” Nothing!””It was like we were ghost and eye contact wasn’t a thing for the two behind the bar. They just went cleaning up, talking with current bar guest like there weren’t two new customers that just sat looking for a good cold brew.. Nothing, five minutes we sat spoke amongst each other till we decided to head out to Applebee’s nearby.I will not step foot in this establishment ever again; in addition I will pass on the word to my neighbors and community about the horrible experience I had last night. Sad to see a local bar that’s conveniently located near is ruined with absolutely no customer service. I will continue taking my business to Town Tavern in Downtown Celebration.So please be aware! I do not recommend this bar to anyone! Only reason I gave it 2 stars is the location..

Called and ordered take out.. asked for extra meat on the Reubens she said they don’t have that option which is fine, ordered 2 and .I ordered the mulligans burger no onion, no tomato. I get home the burger is covered in onions, no 1000 island dressing, VERY RARE and French fries in all 3 meals were soggy.

Mulligans is that perfect place where locals go. All the bartenders know us and work so hard to make us feel welcome. The drink specials are the cheapest around. I go to Mulligans no less than twice a week. Its got a homey feel and its a great place to socialize... with one exception, Trivia Night 🤦‍♂️ Its so obnoxiously loud for no reason.

Great drinks at affordable prices with a good atmosphere. If youre in the area it is worth stopping by for a late night drink.

Been a local at this place for years and just realized Ive never left a review. The people and bartenders here are phenomenal. They make great drinks and the atmosphere is super friendly. The food is DELICIOUS! My favorites are:- Cheeseburger- Reuben- Fried Chicken Quesadilla- Fish and Chips

This place is amazing! They have karaoke, bingo, live IRISH music and great food!!Staff is great and friendly and prices very reasonable... I would definitely recommend it!

Great local hangout. Friendly service, decent food and good prices. Surrounded by the excess and expensive Disney area it is a nice break from emptying you wallet out to eat and have a drink.

A nice local bar with great food and an awesome happy hour. Have enjoyed every food item I ordered off the menu so far and the bartenders are very nice. Definitely better than most bars in the area. Good place to frequent and cant wait to be back.

JJ was an excellent bartender. We were there on a Saturday night and it was very crowded and JJ handled all the tables professionally. He did a great job with the drinks and the food too. We went back on a Monday night which was Carlosfirst night bartending.

Good bar with friendly service, you need to know what drinks are on the happy hour though as you can get caught out. Didnt have any food.

We discovered this place by accident but we love it there! They have all Irish food that you could ask for and the potato soup is delicious! We have continued to go back here several times and recommended it to a tourist that walked by. If youre interested in really great food and they have a lot of beers on tap including Guinness I highly recommend this place its on the top of my list! Theyre happy hours from 3 to 7 and they have some really great deals on drinks!

Paul the bartender, was just a pleasure, outstanding service

Stopped in on St Patricks day with my wife. The only female server wearing green mistreated our party right from the beginning. We had just walked in to join our two friends who were already there. We sat for a few minutes and the server came to take someones order that had been waiting less than me. The customer she went to help, told the server we were first. The server told that customer, I am not going to serve them, they dont tip. I was shocked, I had not even ordered anything yet. At this point, we left. Im sorry for the owner of this business.After I left, I spoke to my friends and they told me they had one round of drinks and tipped the server $7. After their second round, they tipped $1. After this, they were ignored by the female server wearing green. She had painted flower on her face. If the owner would like to contact me, please feel free to do so.

Bartender couldnt be less interested in serving the customers. If you are lucky he will get your beer to the bar top and have you walk from your table to get it. If it was busy it might be acceptable but not with 8 people in the place. Glasses sit empty for an extended period before being asked if you would like another. Again, not busy so it shouldnt be that way. Too bad because it looks like a cool place and it is the kind of place I like.

When we were recently there on a Monday night it was Carlos first night bartenders and the group of regulars next to us was making racist comments about him. Very disturbing. Carlos did a great job. These people were nasty to him

NOT EVEN 1 star but I Couldnt leave a zeroOrdered a Ruben no bread no thousand island dressing and a side salad instead of fries No Problem she says30 mins later I get a big bowl of lettuce hearts 4 cucumbers and some cheese with very thin corn beef chopped up on top! Not happy asked for my original order. When I got it quicker than the first meal. The corn beef was burnt and had a strange taste. My beer tasted fine so I knew it wasn’t me. The waitresses attitude was horrible she wouldn’t let us finish a sentence and she was off. Total waste of my first night in Orlando

Went there three nights while I was in the area. Next time I am back I will go there again. Nice friendly place to have a beer, and the food is good as well.

Sat there for 15min and no one came to take our order or even acknowledged we entered the building. It was not busy and there were two people working. They clearly saw us but couldn’t be bothered so we left. Would not recommend this place! Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Stopped in from out of town, had one of the best quesadillas Ive ever had and everyone was so nice. Will definitely come back if Im around

I am not sure how there is a 4 star rating posted.. It is anything but fast. Went in at 1:15pm for a quick lunch and a beer. Half an hour later after a few failed attempts to get the bartender/waitresses attention I just paid for the beer and left. I had to get back to work and there were a grand total of three people myself included, could not understand the slowness. I ordered a turkey sandwich BTW, should have been one of the simplest things on the menu. The waitress was nice and the beer was reasonably priced, but I promise I will never return. If you want an expensive sandwich and have plenty of time then by all means come on down.

Didnt try the food, but the beer prices are nearly impossible to beat and the service ensured my glass was only empty when I asked for it to be.

Stopped in looking for a happy hour spot in the area that wasnt a chain and was pleasantly surprised! Drink prices are great and the food we tried was delicious for bar food! Service was great as well. Highly recommend happy hour 3-7!

Went here for dinner on a Friday night. I ordered the Bangers and Mash, my wife got Shepherds pie. Both were delicious and came with plenty of food. My wife got a side salad that was the size of an entree. The food did take a while to get (around 30 minutes), but we werent in a big hurry. We like Irish whiskey so I was disappointed that they did not carry my favorite which is Knappogue, but they did have Collins which is not easy to find these days. Overall it was pretty good. Would like to see corned beef and cabbage added as a full time menu item.

They have lots of good drink choices especially on cocktail side and for hard drinks but overall not impressed. Too dark and trying too hard to be Irish. Finger foods are just ok. Overall meh. They have good happy hour pricing but I would rather go to other places like town tavern.

The food is great and so are their happy hour specials! Cheap prices for high quality. The service on the other hand is not great. Bartenders can be slow and sometimes rude, paying more attention to their friends who come in. You need to be assertive in order to get service.

Didnt like the coated fries, though I ate them😊 wish they had regular fries, sausage rolls were really good.

Good, if fairly typical, local Irish pub. The waitress had intelligent guidance on the food and beer selections and made sure we had what we needed.One of the orders was mistakenly made slightly different than ordered. Rather than force the others at the table to wait, she brought our orders out, including the wrong one, told my colleague that his order had come out wrong and the kitchen was already working on the right one, but he could start with the one that was already made. A good, classy way to handle an otherwise embarrassing issue. Everybody will make a mistake now and then. How one recovers from the mistake is important, and these folks did well with that.

Great bar and happy hour prices are great! Discovered this place during the Christmas holidays and absolutely loved it. Bartenders are great and work hard to make sure you have a great time.

Nice atmosphere but would be a great place to open a bar, meaning eight people in the place and the bartenders spent more time talking to their friends than serving drinks. Couldnt comment in the food, never got asked if I wanted to see a menu.

Terrible service! Had to seat ourselves at a dirty table, and after 15 minutes had to go find a server only to be told “I’m getting off work, go to the bar”! Will not go back or recommend!

Great Irish pub. Food is fantastic and the staff very friendly. If you are in Celebration or in tge Kissimmee area drop on in and check it out.

Bartender JJ was on point with courteous, prompt service. Beer was plenty cold and the bangers & mash were delicious.

Well, if you want hot wings with an awesome blue cheese sauce…..come here. So. Good, great service. Nothing to fault!

Even though ot was lunch time and there werent many people in the place, the music was very loud. It was hard to talk even to those very close to you.

You have to have patience the place can get busy but it’s worth it. The food is great! Went here four times in the seven days we were here.

Ordered delivery for the hotel tonight. All orders accounted for and piping hot...most importantly they were delicious. I’d highly recommend. We ordered through grub hub.

I had the worst time from JJ at the bar- he was extremely rude- condescending- and impatient- the guest service is minimal! Food is overpriced

Wife and I Waited 10 minutes at bar for a cocktail, but the bartender payed no attention to us .He talked at a table and served another two people at other end of bar draft beers. Was not a busy time at bar.

This place is a very good place to go to after work! I like that the people here are always trying to have fun. They have some amazing drinks here as well.

Wish they would offer half price instead of 2 for 1 during happy hour. Keeps me away from the place although it is one of the best happy hours in the area.

If you like watered down scotch and hilarious trashy locals, this is the place for you. The foods good too. One of these things arent a lie.

Drinks are reasonably priced, service is quick, and they have a late night menu. Perfect for after work drinks with work buddies.
