This is a really nice place to get vape and other needs! David the manager is really nice along with Sidney and there was one other guy I didnt catch his name my first time in. Theyre all so kind and helpful so if you need anything definitely stop by!

Literally the best vape shop in all of East Tennessee. I dont know why I havent shopped here sooner. Helpful, professional, and knowledgeable are the words I would use to describe this place. The staff is always awesome and the manager David has always been super attentive to my needs and answers all my questions. 5 stars only because there is not an option for 6!!!

I love this place. They have everything you need at prices lower than most others around. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about all his products and was happy to educate us and point us in the right direction. Absolutely our goto vape store from here on out.

Its been awhile since ive been to The Vape Shop and things have only gotten better! Store was clean and well stocked, Staff was friendly and Knowledgeable and plenty of E-Liquid.

I came in about a week ago. I bought some RAZ strawberry shortcake in which I am super pleased with. The store is supremely clean, the staff was super friendly, and helpful, and the prices were awesome. You even get a 15% discount coupon for your next purchase! I will be buying all of my vapes here from now on!

I absolutely LOVE this shop! The workers are so very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! This is the only vape shop I go to anymore due to the friendly, high vibrational environment. I would refer everybody to come shop here, as they not only have an amazing environment, but they also have AMAZING prices. Met and helped Phil at the post office a few months back. Really nice guy so I wanted to come in and support. Finally made it in yesterday and it didn’t disappoint! Huge selection of vapes and a good selection of Delta 8/9’s.As far as the customer service, I had a great experience. Everyone there was knowledgeable and answered and questions I had. I’ll definitely become a recurring customer!

So overall LOVE this vape shop, they’re decently priced, I LOVE their buy 2 get one half off for their disposable vapes, the only issue is i bought a vape that taste absolutely horrid. It tastes burnt and/or empty. They hit it and said it tastes like the flavor In other words pretty much oh well you bought it, so nothing was done. I now have a vape that doesn’t taste anything like it’s supposed to (in my opinion) , that makes me gag when i hit it, it’s so bad. this is a vape flavor I buy frequently from other vape stores and it’s never tasted like this. It is absolutely disgusting how this thing tastes and I’m now out 23 bucks. I get it and I usually understand but when someone comes back in seconds after buying a product obviously there’s some issue even if to the “employees” it tastes or seems fine. (SN: This interaction alone is why it’s 3 starts other than that it would have been 5)edit to reply; I understand that, but I also had several people try it just to make sure I wasn’t crazy and they all agreed and said I was lied to about that. No issue, just won’t be purchasing this brand from here to avoid issues like this in the future. Be Blessed

I have gone here for a few months ever since I bought my first vape here back around July of 2022 and I would just like to say how knowledgeable and great the people who work here are. I have recently upgraded my vape from a Vaporesso XROS 2 to a Geekvape T200 and I have found myself struggling with it ever since I’ve bought it. And each time I come back to their store when I have an issue, I leave their store with my problems resolved. No wonder why they were chosen as the best vape shop in the area! Highly recommend 10/10! Also I would like to thank the one female worker (don’t know her name) who recommended me the NOMS Cactus Jackfruit flavor as it has become one of my all time favorites!

I started vaping 2 weeks ago to try to quit smoking and they guided me through the first steps when I was weary. The prices are also the cheapest around and Ive looked at like 5 different places and they were all at least 2 dollars more, I probably wont get vapes anywhere else

There were several customers inside and from what I could tell they were very satisfied with the experience they were receiving. A very nice gentleman assisted me with what I needed, and made me feel like I had known him for years. I am very happy with my purchase and WILL be a returning customer. GREAT store!!!!

Good prices, extensive variety, and a clean and organized shop. Customer service is awful. Every time Ive shopped here, everyone has been in a terrible mood, with the exception of a nice lady I purchased a cartridge device from. They are extremely condescending. If you do something they disagree with, they are quick to let you and everyone else in the store be aware of that, in a very loud and rude manner. Ive been vaping for nearly 10 years, and they made feel not only inferior, but like I have no idea what Im doing. This place would be incredible if the people were just nice.

1st time I visited... wasnt a awesome experience. As we felt we were a bother because our questions. We just started our vape journey so we had a few silly questions but I returned a 2nd time for a coil and a really tall heavy set gentlemen helped me...he was super nice..very helpful and friendly . He even told me about a reward program they have and entered me in to start my points with them. Unsure of his name.... but he was super cool . So hope next time I return he is there . I enjoyed his service and expert advice

I have been going to this place for over 2yrs. On Dec 6 around 2p.m. I finally had a chance to meet the owner Phillip. I had asked a few simple questions on the products and about my account. In the discussion Phillip would not let me or my wife speak as he had asked another employee in a condescending manner when she would not reply to his snide remarks he then continues to speak that we were not even considered family though that was his words not me or my wifes choice of words and had made known in front of customers as well. On another note Philip has responded to my wifes review that he has her and my account with our personal information. That is beyond threatening! We have already taking screenshots. Philip suggested there being illegal activity being mentioned when there had been none on my wifes review. Even so why assume this and press a customer in this manner with their personal and private information? Funny how that seems but, its true if you look at his response or retaliation for that matter ?. Being a professional in the business is to just claim a policy be respectful and stand ground in which is backed from the business policy. Which in this case was not handled correctly or kindly but by ridicule to two loyal customers. Customer appreciation will be much appreciated elsewhere.

My first and only visit here resulted in getting a vape juice that was just horrid tasting. I returned to see if they could exchange or help me out on the price to purchase a different juice but was met with no desire to help me out. I’ve been vaping for years and have come across a handful of juices that tasted absolutely terrible and this is the first shop that just simply did nothing to help me outI understand that opened tobacco products cannot be returned and that’s fine, but other vape shops I have had similar issues with juice helped me out on getting a different juice instead of being out the $25 I am for a juice that simply tastes like vomit.The staff was polite but obviously disinterested in making this right until asked. It took me asking for help to be offered a discount. Other good things about the shop appears to be a very large assortment of flavors. Unfortunately due to this experience I’ll never return.The juice in question is the Mr Salt - Mint 3mg, I would highly advise avoiding this flavor. I’ve had many Mint and Menthol flavors in the past and this is not anything like what I’ve had. It has the cooling feel of mint, but tastes very off and not mint.Edit:The discount was only offered after I specifically asked for it, before I asked no compromise was attempted. Given the situation, I again stand by my review due to the 15% discount offered I specifically asked after discussing the situation. I’ll correct my review to reflect something was offered but again, I would have expected a more proactive approach to help out a customer. The comment on my girlfriend purchasing my juice is not considering the possibility that we share juice and it’s based on her preference since she’s the one who purchased it. I understand that you all did not make the juice, I am reflecting on the customer experience. Best of luck to you guys.

Just awesome. Ive got my first two cbd vapes there and the never disappoint. The manager is helpful and always recommended the perfect products. My favorites are my hive 2.0 and my lokey. If youre looking for anything you need to go there.

The men that work there are pushy and less than friendly. They acted inconvenienced that I walked in the store and they had to stop their conversation and get up. They assume that everyone is familiar with vapes, and vape liquid, and acted shocked that I didnt know what I wanted. I felt like they were rushing me to choose a flavor in order to get me out of the store so they could all(3 men) return back to their conversation and slouching on the furniture together. Do not go there as their conversations are more important than selling vape juice.

I cant believe I found a place that has the patience to deal with me. I was a smoker for 15 years and had a hard time quitting. I came in and had NO clue what was what and what I needed to get started. Mark and Phil helped me with the entire thing. I must have asked 100 questions and they answered them without getting frustrated. I even broke my pen and called thrm and they walked me through fixing it. Ive been to so many vape shops and never had service like this. These guys are down to earth and super friendly. They know how to answer any question and guide you to a smoke free life. Thanks guys.

This was a wondrous shopping experience. I recently quit a long and lusty love affair with tobacco and want to remain a nonsmoker. I have tried all the stop smoking aids many times over and decided to go with a vaporizer. I went into The Vape Shop as a total novice with many questions. The store owners are super knowledgeable, affable, and really cool guys. I left with a great product that I learned how to use and maintain. Outstanding customer service! Always take good care of me and a huge variety of quality vapes, mark has always been super helpful and friendly , and the other skinny fella, sorry cant remember your name at the moment.. but Ive bought many tanks mods and coils and a ton of juice and Ive never had a problem, I ONLY go to this shop because I feel like mark and the other gentlemen I mentioned go above and beyond. Im new to this whole vaping experience. The Vape Shop staff has been extremely helpful and informative in introducing me to the world of vaping. I literally knew nothing about how to vape, and consequently asked some pretty stupid questions. Nonetheless, they answered my questions without berating me, and pretty much held my hand throughout the whole process. I highly recommend The Vape Shop to anyone, whether they are a novice, or an old pro.

Went in today and for the first time dealt with the owner, Phil. My fiancé and I were treated very disrespectfully. Phil made believe he took off our discount and never did. This was the worst experience spending our hard earned money. I quote Phil, You dont look like family, why would I give you a discount! Said it loud enough for other customers to also feel uncomfortable. Ive been purchasing from them for 2 years.... Time to order the exact same products online for much cheaper. Btw dont bring your kids in, vape juice is not the only thing being smoked in that place!

This is by far one of the best in East Tennessee. Go in and see anyone of their staff and get great service. They dont just sell you anything they find out what works best for you and make sure you have a great experience.

Always like coming here until I finally had a problem. Bought a pack of 2 q4 smok coils.on 3/09/18 First one worked great. Second coil had threads clearly messed up. As it would not seat properly I took the unused coil back on 3/15/18 to the vape shop. when I found the problem . I approached them with the problem. They then tried to forcibly get it to thread. When this was accomplished it was handed back to me . I gently pulled on it and it came back out . Clearly a manufactor defect. With the threads. What would happen at the slightest jarand I was driving down the road, it would possibly pop loose leaking out all my juice.So I bought another coil from them to show it would seat just fine, as it did. In the end they will not stand behind there product and replace the factory defective coil . I was a 80 - 120 a month customer . They just lost me on a $4.50 coil. Id clearly understand if this was a mod or something that needed to be sent back to the factory covered by the factory warranty. But a coil . Really!!

When i came in the store the attendant was laying on the couch out front.. was looking at juice asked him what hes been vaping responds with ive been vaping the same juice for 2 years.... still doesnt tell me the name of it lol... attempt to purchase a tank, i realize i forgot my ID and despite mutiple purchases before there was told it couldnt happen without an ID... went down the street n bought a pack of cigs instead.

E juice selection is not all that great. Had to go through several, what tasted like burnt coils which ruined flavors.Prices were slightly higher than the shop I attend on a regular basis.I dont see myself returning any way soon.

The biggest issue I had with the vape shop was customer service. They were rude to me and I feel like they were too good to be waiting on me like I wasn’t good enough to Be their customer.

This is the worst vape shopping experience Ive ever had. If I wanted to be ignored and treated like an idiot, I would had just went back to Mountain Oak Vapors.

This place is absolutely terrible. Drove 45 mins one way and they refused to serve me for not having an ID when my DAD did, and it wasn’t even for me. 0/10, and the manager is a tool. 0/5

Everything is priced at MSRP. Almost every other vapor store has equally good products for half the price.
