She asked what specifically was bothering and made sure to understand what I wanted out of my massage and explain her strategy before beginning and she checked in to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied often. It felt great and I feel better than before I came in! The spa was very clean and beautiful!

I had hip inner thigh and knee pain. I received a Deep tissue massage from Josh. Most of mypain was gone I received more flexibility in my knees after 1 session. We did a couples massage. There seemed to be a lot of confusion for what people ordered. We were suppose to get deep tissue and the female barely applied any pressure and didnt ask me about the pressure. I feel like it was a waste of money and we could have gotten a better experience somewhere else.

I’ve seen both Sharon and Jennifer for massages at this location, and both are great. Jennifer is extremely intuitive and skilled, and I plan on using her as my go-to therapist from now on. I saw her during a crisis where I could barely move my neck and shoulder, and she helped me tremendously with just one session. Very glad I found her!! Prices at Healing Hands are higher than some other places in Knoxville like Longevity, but the quality of massage is much higher, in my opinion.

Wraquel was amazing! I had a deep tissue massage. She was professional and friendly and explained everything to me. I was in an accident in 2016 and it causes my neck and left side of back as well as my left arm to be very tight and inflamed. I feel so much better. I feel looser and there were times during the massage that I could actually feel certain areas release pressure. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

Jennifer is the greatest. Their prices have gone up 20 some odd percent in the last bit. Maybe they need to learn to slowly adjust the prices so that you don’t get that sticker shock. I will continue to go because their that good

We had a 90-minute massage, as well as aromatherapy and a hot towel foot massage (which we highly recommend). My partner also had the deep tissue massage, and he really enjoyed it; it really helped to relieve some pain that he had in his back (he is an avid runner). I recently had a deep tissue massage and it was excellent. I was finally able to get some relief from the worst “crick in my neck” of my entire life! The therapist was very easy to work with and so sweet. She even added in hot stone therapy because I’m a nurse! It was easy to schedule my appointment and easy to check in/out.The reason for my 4 star review is because about 3 weeks after my massage, I receive the following text message while I’m at work “Hello Lisa, Its Healing Hands . We have you at 2:15 for a 90 min massage? Its not nice to book an appointment and not show up.” To which I replied, “ My name is Allie. I had a massage last month with you guys but have not scheduled another one. I have no idea who Lisa is.” I never received an apology or even an acknowledgment on their part after this exchange. I felt that this was completely unprofessional and totally threw me off guard while I was at work. Even if I was the Lisa they were referring to, I would not appreciate being talked to like that.

My husband and I went for a couples massage. When you first walk in, the aroma is so peaceful, the zen music is so relaxing. It’s quiet and very professional, just as you would want a spa to be. The massage therapists we had were magnificent, they make you feel comfortable. I have scoliosis and once I walked out and even went to work hours later and for the first time after a 12 hour shift, my back did not hurt. My husband has tension in his neck and hasn’t been able to turn his neck side to side in months, now he’s able to. We have now made a decision we will go treat ourselves with these couple massages monthly! They are MUCH needed! Don’t hesitate!!!! Go!

My husband and I went for a couples massage for our ten year wedding anniversary. We both have jobs where we sit at a computer all day and our muscles and spines are so tense. The staff was extremely professional and let us choose which therapist was going to be taking care of which client. Samuel was amazing. He didn’t even have to ask me what kind of pressure I needed , he is so intuitive and very detail oriented. He watched my cues and could tell what was uncomfortable for me and I enjoyed every minute of it. I had very little pain at all and I had a deep tissue massage. My husband really liked Jennifer. She was very professional and accommodating to my husband. They provided us complimentary eye masks and aroma therapy because it was our anniversary. They have very friendly and efficient front office staff. The service was prompt and timely. The music and atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. I will definitely be back. My husband and I felt amazing afterward ! This place impressed me !

I had concerns about a recent surgery but she made the experience comfortable and I never felt any pain. She was very trustworthy and courteous. When we came in for a couples massage all the staff was very kind and made for a very relaxing experience. The methods used at this salon were not the conventional that you find at every salon, the massage was relaxing, healing, stress relieving and the use of the hot towels was a nice touch. Sonya was amazing! I had not had a massage in years and basically treated myself to one for my birthday because I feel like a walking ball of stress. She confirmed that my entire body was tight as a drum, but she took extra time to explain things that would help that I could do on my own. I will definitely be back soon. First appointment and wont be my last. Ive been to several massage therapy businesses and this one takes the cake. Atmosphere was relaxing, staff were professional, massage was on point. I like soft, gentle massages. This is always hard to find as most therapists want to dig into your muscles...it makes me feel like they are trying to separate them from my bones! My therapist started out a little hard but asked as she progressed if the pressure was good. I told her I like light massage and she adjusted and from that point on it was perfect. The hot towels were a pleasant surprise, the facial massage at the end was icing on the cake. The price paid was on par with other places, but the added perks of the fragrance and hot towels tipped them over to being the best value.

I visited, my first time having a massage.. ever. My therapist Danny was very skillful when I pointed to my problem area. He was amazing, and Ive never felt so relaxed in my life. Zeroing in on my shoulders (I work on computers everyday) he really erased and help ease my pain and fatigue. I left feeling refreshed and light as a feather. The facility itself was very relaxing with the decor and lighting. Liana was absolutely wonderful!! Ive had massages before but she was able to reach and relax some knots others werent able to touch. She uses knowledgeable and intentional pressure, hot stones, and cupping. I think I drifted off a couple of times. The spa is welcoming, friendly, clean and feels very safe. My wife and I tried this out last week, each getting a massage, and we both had a great experience! My wife said the massage she received from Sharon was the best shes ever had. We both plan to make this our go to place for massage therapy. Today, I took my mom there for her birthday and she got a foot bath/steam with reflexology and a chair massage. She was jelly by the time we left saying it was one of her best birthday gifts. Great place and staff, I highly recommend it!

WOW! Amazing Service. The staff was really friendly. They clean the rooms with UV lighting in between massages as well as wear mask during the massage. My masseuse took her time to really work out some tense pockets througout my body. I appreciate the dedication and art she put into making sure I relaxed and felt better than when I came in. 15/10 recommend going here. This was also one of the only places that was open on Sunday after the holiday and had spots which I also greatly appreciated as well.

I chose this place because it was easy to book online and they weren’t booked for and at a time. On their door it says walk ins welcome which is nice for Knoxville. It turned out to be one of the best massages I have ever had. The prices were extremely reasonable and the massage rooms were very nice and warm. My masseuse was so much stronger then she looked. It was a very laid back environment. She didn’t try to sale me a membership or anything pushy like that. Jessica L is awesome and can apply deep pressure.

I paid for an hour Massage was only 50 min. Massage therapist could not maintain deep tissue pressure consistently and kept Stopping She must have stopped 20 times Even if it was for 5 to 10 seconds that time ads up. Massage was probably only 45 minutes of actual massage. She did recognize and address problem areas but kept going away from them to work on something else. Maybe I had the wrong person but even if the massage was good the fact that they cut the time short I will not be coming back. You pay for an hour you should get an hour, not 50 minutes

I had booked an appointment at massage envy on my birthday April fifth and was still waiting for my appointment on May 1st. I was so annoyed but my back needed some care. I happened by Healing Hands yesterday going to Knoxville. I was happy to learn I COULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THAT DAY!!! I jumped to cancel my other appointment and came straight here. Danny worked on me and he was fantastic!! Im a big girl with scoliosis and he managed to get through the fat and find my sore spot within five minutes.lol I highly recommend Healing Hands. I was able to get a last minute appointment for pain in shoulders and neck. In Knoxville, that in itself is amazing and then I got an awesome massage from Ryan! He listened to what I needed and used the exact right amount of pressure to get rid of the neck and shoulder pain. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and friendly and I left feeling more peaceful and relaxed then I have in a long time. I will be recommending Healing Hands Spa to my friends and going back for future visits!

I love this Spa! Everyone is professional, but in a personalized manner. Kelly has been amazing from the start. She went out of her way to fully understand my situation. She immediately recommended Sam and she was not wrong. Sam tailored my massage around a 3 week migraine. His firm but gentle touch, released built up tension that I was not aware if. I went to Healing Hands a couple months ago (Cedar Bluff) and had a great experience. Everyone was sweet and helpful. I just tried to make an appointment today and the rudest girl answered the phone like it was her house. Rude , and made a racial comment and was all laughing about it like she’s so funny and cute. Management needs to get that little girl out of their front office.

I went in for a deep tissue massage with a lot of tension in my neck, back and shoulders. I was sked if I wanted to have a cupping massage as it would really help with the tension. It was a small extra and always wanted to try and I am glad I did.By the time the 90 mins was over I felt like a new person, all the tension was gone. Takes a 5-10 days for the marks to go down but best treatment i have ever had and Sharon was amazing. Will definitely be going back,.

This was a great experience! My job requires me to be on my feet most of the time, and my ankle has been bothering me. It feels so much better after just one visit. I have chronic GI issues as well, and I definitely notice a difference after my treatment. Sharon is talented, knowledgeable, and kind. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who has chronic pain or other issues, but its also great for anyone who simply wants to relax and treat themselves!

This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. My husband and I got the couple’s deep tissue massage and I also had hot stone. My therapist’s techniques were so skillful and targeted all the right tense areas. The hot towels were such another nice bonus. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! I only wish we were local so I could become a regular! I may have to come visit Knoxville again soon just for another massage!

My daughter and I went to HHS today for the first time. LOVED IT! Karen and Rebekah were our staff. The facility was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. My first time at Healing Hands and it was great. The spa is beautiful and Ross was extremely professional. I loved my hour long massage and Ross did great working out the tightness in my neck and working on the plantar fasciitis in my heals and ankles. He was very knowledgeable and caring. I had a classic massage with Katie. It was my first time ever having a massage. Ive had issues with my back muscles for years and do accupuncture weekly to help. But Katie did such a great job on getting out all the knots and loosening up my muscles. I typically can always feel a knot in my right shoulder but here it is 2 hrs after my appointment and my shoulder feels normal. I definitely plan on booking again and bringing my husband with me to get his back rubbed as well. The only recommendation I would have is if you all had warming beds to lay in. It has been quiet cold out and that would feel very relaxing as well.

After work this past week my day was finished and I thought oh I need relief. I could barely move my left arm without major pain. I stopped by to see Sharon and she recommended DDS therapy. My left wrist was swollen all the way up my arm to my neck. After the treatment she applied hot mud therapy and after one hour it was feeling amazing. I slept so sound that night. When I awoke I didn’t feel pain and had a fantastic day. The inflammation was no longer. I really enjoyed my service with Sharon. I had a terrible head cold that day and was feeling really yucky. The foot massage with the steam bath that I got from her was just what I needed. I could tell that Sharon really wanted to make me feel better through her services and that she is passionate about what she does. She had me drink a delicious tea and she made sure I drank plenty of it because it helped me sweat. The footbath and the tea together really got me sweating and you would be surprised how much better that really makes you feel if you have a stuffy cold. This is a great little place in a convenient location. Highly recommend.

Electro-Therapy massage was well worth it and something completely new! I love trying out new massage styles and was in Knoxville for a quick trip. Since this was my first travel in awhile I was really feeling the effect of sitting on the plane, and as I was a day early decided to get my back and shoulders worked on.Healing Hands has online booking where I was quickly able to verify availability and confirm an appointment without having to call around. There were a lot of options involving electric treatments so I decided to take a chance and try one out. I pre-completed a health form online and arrived without problem, and their location has plenty of parking.I filled in another quick form and had a pleasant chat with the receptionist while waiting for my session. The interior is very nice and relaxing. I really wasnt sure what to expect but met my masseuse Sharon and heard her setting up some equipment after I had got prepped.So, the electro-therapy is outstanding! If youve ever seen or used the muscle stimulation systems for therapy, its like that. There is a very mild current of electricity that at its lightest feels like a little tingle and when Sharon presses causes the muscles to kind of twitch. Somewhere in-between it feels like the pins-and-needles sensation you get after one of your limbs goes to sleep.The crazy thing is that shes got one part of the system attached to herself so the current is flowing through her hands whenever she is working on you! Science!!Ive never seen anything like it and it adds a new level to the massage. It really feels great on your muscles and gets at those deep muscles and tension. Sharons regular technique is fantastic anyway but I really recommend trying out this option. She also has some natural ointments you can try that are kind of like tiger balm or icy-hot on steroids. Not for the highly sensitive!I wish we had something like this in Denver and if Im ever in the area again Ill definitely be returning. Highly recommended!!!

I just had my first DDS massage yesterday! And let me just say that it was the best I HAVE EVER HAD!I had a lot of pain on right side of my body and previously massage facilities had not been able to help with my muscle tension..I have to say that Sharon is very knowledgeable and after explaining my pain; she recommended DDS because it is better for body and would release/relax those muscles by getting into deeper muscles. I am so glad I listened to her amazing advice. I am finally out of pain and my muscles are relaxed. I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A MASSAGE

I just had my 2nd appt with Sharon today for the bio-electric massage. It is a tremendous help to my low back pain. It is definitely almost like acupuncture but without the needles. The mud wrap is a unique heating pad and works great to soften stiff muscles. Sharon is great and very nice. Thank you so much Sharon!

I had a terrible headache and Sharon was recommended. I had not ever seen the bio electrode or had this treatment. It was absolutely amazing. So much so, I went back the next day. I had a wonderful experience here. First trip I had a 30 minute bio electric massage and knew immediately after I would be returning for the hour long session. After my second treatment I feel better than I did going elsewhere and getting 5 deep tissue treatments. This will be my new go to spa!

Never going anywhere else for a massage!! I saw this place had electro magnetic massages online and even though I had never had one before I have had stem from physical therapy I thought it would be a good idea. This specific massage has helped heal my body more than ANY deep tissue or other massage I’ve ever had. Sharon took care of me and used the electro magnetic waves to really focus on areas that were tight to release them. I walked in there not even being able to turn my neck, I walked out of there a new woman. I highly recommend this place and the electro magnetic massage!

Wow! I received a great bio electric massage. It improved my mobility 90 percent and most of the pain was gone. Best of all I felt the treatment still working on me after I left.

Had an appointment for a couples massage tomorrow but my wife is ill so I called to cancel. Got their voice-mail and the music was so loud it hurt my ear and made the outgoing message unintelligible. So after the beep I said, Jesus Christ that music is so loud you cant hear the message! Then I said I was canceling my appointment. A little while later Kelly called to give me attitude because I cussed her out. Really?? Simply saying Jesus Christ is not cussing and Kelly needs to check her attitude. Highly unprofessional. I wouldve rescheduled with them for a later date but not after that little psycho stunt. Bad form, Kelly.

I saw Sharon last week to help with a huge knot on my back that has bothered me for years. Sharon was so helpful! I had a limited budget, but she worked with me to make sure I got the best therapy for my issue. We went with the DDS bioelectric massage with the heating mud. After the session, the knot had already gone down significantly. After three bartending shifts, the pain still hasn’t come back! I’m so thankful for Sharon’s help and the service she provided and will definitely be back!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Do NOT book online. Split my couples into two apts, at two different times. Called and told me I didnt have the second apt. Then charged me cancellation fees for both. To top it off, they sent me another persons receipt with their name and credit card number and claim its all out of their control. If you value your time, your money and protecting your credit card information, DO book here.

Great experience, had really bad neck/shoulder pain and decided to try healing hands. I like the fact that this place is more clinic based then just a feel good massage. I had great success with the mud treatment and cupping, going back for one more cupping session and pain is almost gone. Staff is very friendly and they take great care of you!

Profession: front line medical worker. Under certain environment the job could be intense/ stressful. Been suffering with acute towards chronic muscle tension/ache in the back, neck, and shoulder area for some time. Have looked into other forms of relief especially traditional; but not able to obtain positive results. But, now I can personally recommend the cupping therapy. Those who suffered symptoms like me should give this a try. I was nervous at first; but now I wished Ive tried it sooner due to the positive results I felt right after. I just had the best massage in knoxville. Only took 5 years to find her (sharon) I like it deep and firm pressure and love extra add ons. I did cupping in china but her technique was fabulous! I loved the stretching and it has improved my hip pain with just one session.

Im a bit of a massage junky and have visited many places throughout Knoxville & Maryville over the last 3 years. This is the one of the few places that I actually return to. The electric massage is unique and my body always feels lighter. This is ideal for those who have sore and tight muscles--I feel like my entire body is cleansed and refreshed. I recently had shoulder surgery and had a lot of trouble sleeping due to the discomfort. Sharon worked with me for 90 minutes using the bioelectric massage and not only did I feel much better, I had more range of motion, and got the best sleep since my surgery. She also used the DSKM topical roller that worked so well, I purchased for later use and gives me incredible relief from pain for many hours after application, far better than other topical treatments Ive used such as biofreeze. I highly recommend Healing Hands, the bioelectric massague treatment, and the DSKM topical roller.

As in, I showed up 5-10 minutes before my appointment time, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, and left without so much as anyone greeting me. In fact, I never even saw anyone despite calling out a few times and hearing people down the hall.Imagine if I had paid in advance like the booking system offered. Then I wouldve had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get my money back more than likely.All-in-all, I cant recommend this company because I never even got service despite making an appointment.EDIT: So, the owner responded, citing a family emergency and having to leave suddenly. I dont buy this because I heard chatting and giggling down the hall the entire time I was there, and after I was in my car and was pulling out, I saw employees in the lobby finally. At that point, I was too upset to bother with it.

We had an excellent experience. My husband had recently suffered a stroke. After a month in the hospital receiving rehabilitative services and spending a majority of his days in a wheelchair, he needed the therapeutic techniques. We plan to continue to use this therapy as part of his treatment.
