I had a fantastic experience at Belleza! I wasnt completely satisfied with the lightness and tone of my hair after I received a highlight. They were incredibly accommodating and worked on fixing my hair until it was exactly how I envisioned!

Giving 2 stars only because their massages were amazing.BUT it was my daughters birthday and I bought her a manicure and pedicure plus tipped the nail tech well and THIS pic is the result of paying over 100 dollars!! An infected toe???? I pray she doesnt have to pay for a doctor visit or worse yet, lose her toenail !!
Two sweet friends gave me a gift card for my Birthday- about 3yrs ago. It was for a body massage. They let me change it to a facial- and it was very relaxing. The therapist did a great facial.
Micheal is phenomenal and a magician with hair! I needed a hair transformation and he made it happen! He was very thorough and detail oriented in his consultation. I really felt like he understood what I wanted. He nailed it and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. The haircut was perfect! And then the color was perfect! I didn’t know my hair could look that good!! He is very educated and very experienced. The salon itself and the stylists are very clean and hygienic. I have already rebooked! Definitely will be my recommendation.
This was by the worse experience of a spa day that I have had. The facial that I upgraded to was to include extra steps and products. It was suppose to be an hour long. It lasted 45 minutes with no extra steps. The pedicure left one of my toes bleeding and inflamed. The pedicure and manicure took 3 hours with no massage or hot towels. The price was outrageous. We complained to the co-owner and his reply was pitiful . He offered no reduced price or refund . I will never go back . DO NOT GO here!!

I came to the Bearden location for a Body Pampering package. The services were wonderful and all the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The massage with April and my salt scrub with the tall, dark haired girl (sorry I cant remember her name!) were both amazing. I like that they give specific instructions on your first time so you know exactly what to do. Some parts of the building where the spa services are could use a cleaning/dusting and updates but overall a nice atmosphere. My only dislikes would be that when I tried to call the evening before my appt I was immediately put on hold without even being spoken to. The first time I was on hold for several minutes and eventually hung up and called back again. The same thing continued to happen until eventually someone answered but it was confusing at first and frustrating. I dont mind being on hold but please acknowledge/greet your customer first. 🤗 The other issue is that I was calling to double-check my location for the next day but in the process of doing that they realized that all but one of the appts for my services were missing from the schedule. Luckily they were able to fit me in still somehow but Im so glad I called for an unrelated reason because otherwise I would have driven 30 min to find out my appts had been cancelled. 😳 Overall a solid 4 out of 5 star experience.
I went in for an updo on Saturday the 25th. I had Audrey welcome me and sat me at her station, after blow drying my hair, she started using a curler to curl my hair, little did I know that she was going to drop the heavy metal curling iron on my head. It happened suddenly, I shocked and in pain and I was crying my eyes out. I mean I know that it was an accident but she had such an unprofessional and careless approach. I was there to get an updo for my brothers wedding but the spot she dropped the curling iron on started to hurt more later on and I ended up going to the wedding with swollen eyes and in a very bad mood. She couldve at least tried to repair the emotional damage, offer a discount/refund or something. But I still ended up paying the full amount and they take your card to run the transaction so I was nice enough not to say no to a tip when the receptionist asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for Audrey. So she got paid in full plus tip. Being a hairstylist also requires compassion and care
Went for the first time on a recommendation and I’m so glad I did. Had a wax appt with Mindi and she was amazing along with the other staff members I interacted with. Very friendly and professional.
Had a less than satisfactory haircut from a new stylist and Belleza’s management staff handled with care. I received a quick response and was booked with Amber, an advanced stylist, for a complementary fix. Amber totally transformed my hair; I’ve never had a bad service experience turn into such a good one. I walked out of the salon feeling like a million bucks. I am so grateful that the Belleza team was understanding and responsive. They handled like true professionals and I love my new hair!
My husband gave me a gift certificate for 200 dollars so I made an appointment for a specific facial. The person who administered the facial was nice and cordial; however she did not give me the facial I had made the initial appointment for. As I checked out I ended up having to pay an extra 138 dollars for products I did not want or need. I was dumbfounded , I should have detested but I did not want to make a scene and I believe the salon does this because they know most folks would not either. The product doesnt work for me and really no directions were given and besides that I recently found directions for using product literally on inside box in which I had to cut the box to read directions! Who does this! This is a poor and tricky tactic for Belleza to use to make an extra buck! I have asked my husband not to buy anymore gift certificates from them and I will not be buying anymore for friends and family!
Audrey did a beautiful job on my hair today. My highlights are just what I wanted. Shes lovely and professional too.
I saw a lady with a fabulous short cut and color at a Mexican restaurant and I asked her for a referral. She told me how great Brittany is at Belleza, so I made an appointment and she wasnt wrong. Brittany did a wonderful job with my blond color and created a short cut that compliments my face shape. I always love the results after I see her. She also recommended some products to help manage my hair which has helped and has saved time in my routine. I have since recommended her to others who ask who my stylist is.
Amazing! The best salon in the State.everyone in the salon are a professional especially the owner Regina, she always change people life, she is Amazing and talented, she mixed the colors in unique way, and she is unbelievable hairdresser, they used a very good quality materials, Belleza is the best!
The worst facial, manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I was told at the time of booking that my facial would include extractions and in fact zero extractions were done to my face. My manicure and pedicure lasted 3 HOURS and included zero massage or hot towels to my hands or feet. The polish job is also not the best. I spoke with one of the co-owners and asked for a partial refund and he told me that’s not in their policy. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
I got my hair done by Audrey a few months ago and it looks phenomenal and my color has not faded!!!! From the cut to the color to the style it has changed my hair completely. If you need your hair done I cant recommend Audrey enough!!!!!!!!
Sharing this a little late, but I wanted to make sure to comment on the awesome customer service I received here.I can’t speak to the services in the salon, since I only made it as far as the front desk. I had the pleasure of speaking to Amanda (not sure if she’s there anymore) and was very grateful to all of the awesome hair tips that she gave me!She also helped me pick the products that were best for my hair type and for which type of style/treatment I was going for.I really enjoyed the experience because Amanda was so bubbly and easy-going. I find a lot of times that the front desk person/receptionist doesn’t usually know about hair, but she was very knowledgeable.I also liked the fact that Belleza had smaller bottles of the products I wanted to try so I didn’t have to break the bank trying out so many full-sized products.If the customer service I received right at the front is any indication of the services Belleza offers, I’m sure it’s just as amazing :)
Kira did an amazing job on my color and highlighting. This is the first time that I have ever gotten color and highlights and I am just so impressed with her skills! Im definitely going back to see her! Everyone at the salon is very nice. C

While in a bind, I made an appt with Belleza for the 1st time. I was hoping to get a stylist who would listen to my preferences and not push trends. Thankfully I was scheduled w/McKayla who is a very pleasant and talented young lady. She listened and gave me a new cut & color that I just love! As an older customer I appreciate that there was no loud, profanity filled music or employees. I loved the uniqueness of everyone and the professionalism displayed. I gave a 4-star bc I am not a fan of their prices but will return bc of McKayla.
Had my first visit to Belleza today for a color and cut with Jana. She nailed it and got an almost exact match to the inspiration photos I showed her. She was also such a pleasure to chat with as she did my hair! I went for a pretty big change for me, and she assured me I could come back within a couple of weeks if it ended up being too light. Won’t be necessary as I left the salon and got some photos of the beautiful balayage she did in the natural lighting! LOVE my new hair! Thank you, Jana!

I am new to the area and have tried 2 or 3 salons up until I landed here. I LOVE my haircut and color. The salon is clean, the products they use feel great in my hair. And I enjoyed my experience a lot.
I treated myself to a self-care visit and experienced a fantastic massage by Robin and a beautiful haircut by Nicole. Both were friendly, professional and competent. I wore my mask the entire visit and I appreciated that they worked around my preference to do such. Prices were more than fair and I left extremely satisfied. I had a perm with Nicole and it was my first time using her. Going to a new stylist can be daunting when perming hair, but from the initial consultation to the perm cutting and styling process I felt at ease and confident with fact that it was going to turn out well. Upon completion, it was not only ga good perm, it was an amazing one! My hair was shaped beautifully to complement the curl, and I was 100% satisfied with her service. I recommend her to anyone looking to get this process on their hair!

I came here because I had a coupon and thought I would treat myself to see what a high priced salon was like. I was put with a level 1 tech since I wanted to keep cost to a minimum. Immediately that was a turn off knowing I had to pay even more to be with someone more experienced. I thought it would be the same cost for anyone you had. I did it anyways and the girl I had did a good job, but I wont be back for several reasons. 1) She tells me she is leaving the salon after she is done with my hair. Why would you even put me with her? That tells me you dont really want a new customer. Isnt that why you put those coupons out there so you gain new cliental? 2) Other then the brief head massage when getting my hair washed the experience was really not any better then any other salon. In fact the station I was at was in a tiny section right near the waiting room, felt like I was in the cheap seats. 3) Never really felt like I was appreciated.So, paying more doesnt always mean better.
Finally got to go for my Stress Relief Package, and it was truly wonderful! I started out with Candy for my massage - she was so gentle and caring! I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed! Then I had my very first facial with Pamela. She was so knowledgeable about each step of the process - and my face felt totally rejuvenated! What a great experience! I will certainly go back! I highly recommend Belleza’s!
I made an appointment with David a week in advance for a cut and all over color. I arrived early and when I went to the front desk, Mandy told me that they didnt have an appointment for anyone with my name. I asked her to check again and to make sure they didnt have ANYTHING scheduled that could be me. Finally she says that they do have someone in the system for my appointment time with my last name, but the wrong first name. Apparently, they had an appointment for Madison and my name is Alison but with my last name (which is not a common last name). I mentioned that its really loud in the salon and it was surely just a simple mistake. So then Im thinking great this explains it, now I can get my hair done.However, Mandy then informs me that they texted the phone number for Madison with an appointment reminder and apparently they got a reply back to cancel my appointment. I told her that I had never received a text from them and no one asked for my phone number when I called to make my appointment! I asked her what number they text and it was some number with a different area code that I had never heard before in my life!!!So yeah, my appointment was canceled and they couldnt do my hair today. I asked to speak to David and they said he was with a client. No one apologized for the mix up. I told her that I had driven all they way from Maryville and she was stone faced showing that she obviously didnt care and certainly didnt apologize. In fact, Mandy was extremely rude and accusatory, making it seem like I had done something wrong!!!All I did was call and make an appointment and show up on time for my appointment!!!For me, going to Belleza is a splurge! Ive been going there on and off since Regina opened it. I dont mind paying their prices because I believe that the hairstylists there are very talented and worth every penny. However, I do expect to be treated kindly. Instead, I cried my entire ride back to Maryville because of how hatefully I had been treated.In conclusion, Belleza has fabulous hairstylists that do beautiful work. However, I can not recommend a place where clients are unable to make an appointment and have it honored. I cant recommend a place where when they do mix up your name and your appointment, they dont offer any apologies and are instead rude and accusatory to the client!
This salon is always a win. They do fantastic work. I have gone to several other salons in the area and I always regret it. I never leave with a bad haircut or color after leaving here! Brittney is my hairdresser and she does fantastic work.

Every experience I have with Kira has been awesome! Ive been coming to her for years and she is an absolute artist when it comes to styling a mens hair. She was the first to do my come-over for me and Ive had it for over 4 years now because of her. Shes also a joy to talk to each visit! Highly recommend 👍👍👍
Got my hair cut here and it was wonderful! But tried to call about getting my eyebrows done and was immediately put on hold. I don’t mind being put on hold but at least acknowledge that you’ll get to me eventually. I hung up and tried calling again because I was on hold for 5 minutes I thought maybe they forgot, but no I was immediately put on hold again. Just poor phone etiquette.
Super impressed with the hairstylist I visited! She handled this whole corona virus process of getting a haircut calmly and positively. It was my second time going to Belleza, and I will definitely be making it my routine hair salon. They do a great job at their haircuts and focus on up to date education and trends. You could tell my hairstylist took pride in what she was doing.
Just had my hair rescued by Mackenzie. She fixed my highlights that had gotten too yellow and brassy, and brought me back to a nice cool blonde. And she layered my long hair to give it incredible volume without sacrificing length. Belleza does a good job making sure its stylists get plenty of educational training on color, cut, extensions, etc. and it showed in Mackenzies work. Even better, staff overall do a great job keeping the salon and spa area clean, too. Im never disappointed when I come here.

Updated 12/11/21My business treated our employees to a retreat spa day to relax after a hard season. We each had a honey scrub, facial, mani, and pedi. My honey scrub and facial were excellent. The tech, Taylor, was amazing. She made some recommendations for products from the facial that I purchased. The nail tech that worked on me was nice. However, she told me that dip wasn’t an option. She complained about her coworkers to me, and the way she did the French tips on my nails caused the polish to pool on the edges creating lumps and mushing down the nail. It looks messy and definitely not the quality I paid for there. I also didn’t receive any sort of scrub or lotion with the manicure.The floors were sticky, and they kept playing the same music over and over. Even the employees weren’t super happy about it.——————-I received a call Friday the 26th of November asking about my review and my experience there so I explained what happened. I was told that I was actually charged for dip which I didn’t realize because I wasn’t given an itemized receipt. He told me that he would contact me back by Monday the 29th after he’d had a chance to discuss with his business partner. Knowing it’s the busy season, I waited until the 9th of December to reach out when I didn’t hear back. When I did, I was told that he was busy but would call me back. On the 10th, I received a call back from Mandy instead. They refunded me the additional amount I had paid for the dip service and offered a 20% discount on a future nail service. Nothing was said about the employee who lied about not offering dip services, the poor quality, or the fact that she complained about the other tech the entire time during my nail service.I paid over $1000 for the three of us to go to a top quality salon and spa to have a luxury experience as a treat for us, but it definitely didn’t feel like one. I am very disappointed, and although they did a great job with the facial, I would not recommend using any of their nail services. I will be looking elsewhere in the future for a better spa experience, and I suggest you do the same.
I trust everyone at Belleza and have seen almost every service provider at some point. But... David has been a rock star with my color and cuts for a couple of years now. He knows what I want better than I do and makes my hair look better and better with every visit. Not many stylists can achieve a natural looking but vibrant red & he nails it. Also, amazing blowdry & lots of laughs every time!
They make you feel very comfortable. They do very good work. By the time you leave your legs are rubbery and u just want to nap because your so relaxed. Ive been here 3x and took my daughter once for her 21st birthday! She also loved her experience! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful mother daughter spa day, gift from my husband! A first for her on everything and 15 plus years for me. Everyone was absolutely wonderful, our massages by Candy and Robin were the best, my daughters personal favorite! The facials were so nice and relaxing. And our mani pedis were wonderful as well, compliments of Candy and Teresa! Finished with a shampoo and blow dry so we looked fresh and relaxed! The whole experience was perfect! Would go again for sure! Thank you Belleza!
Very unimpressed for a spa. Not very spa like atmosphere. When you walk in it’s very loud. My one hour massage was not a full hour massage. She did not even do my arms. No candles no scent just not what I was expecting for a “spa”. The girl doing my hair forgot to trim my bangs and had to be reminded. I will not be back.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. First, McKenzie gave me the most undesirable experience all around. I asked for balayage. (I’m blonde already) I’ve had 3 sessions done at other salons, so this time I wanted an icy look. (Totally doable in my past experiences to achieve this color) She said, “So you want me to bring your balayage on up right?” Wrong.. I never said anything about that and asked her to leave my roots alone. I’d been growing them for months and liked the way they looked. She slapped the color on my head within 15 mins if that, then left it on for only 20 mins. Keep in mind my long hair goes over halfway down my back and it usually takes hours to apply foils when done correctly. At the end, my pretty hair was ruined. It was not blended at all and my roots made a U shape going towards the back of my head. My hair was yellow and dull and looked better before I let her touch it. My roots were colored and yellow. She acted like she didn’t have time to cut my hair I told her I wanted an inch trim and she only trimmed my bangs ??? Don’t know where the miscommunication was. Not to mention she was rough while washing my hair. Sloppy is how I would describe my experience with her. The co manager (can’t remember his name he had yellow hair) and owner came to consult me the next day about what I wanted fixed. I told them I wanted my roots blended and a natural look and I wanted the yellow out. He took his time putting foils in and seemed meticulous, but at the end of it my hair was still not blended it looked like Tetris (streaky/uneven) and my hair was still yellow. At this point I’m just so done .. I say “Okay I gave you a chance to fix it and you messed up twice could I just have my money back?” Which he proceeded to say “We don’t do refunds but you can come back again tomorrow and the owner can fix it for you.” Why would I let a company who has messed up my hair not once but TWICE touch my hair again?! The co manager said he had been doing hair for 20 years, but obviously not. Don’t waste your time, money, or patience with this place. Their motto is “You don’t like it, too bad” and the customer is never right. I got a really rude vibe from a lot of the staff (not all) but very snobby. Not to mention I had spent $318 on a spa package with them that week as well, the facial was good but when I got home I noticed I still had black heads in my chin and nose and was broke out from their products. Left feeling like I just threw my money away . The owners can’t do hair either so they’re going to hire the same quality of stylists IMO.
Nadereh is an amazing esthetician. She has over 20 years experience with skin care. She is very knowledgable about skin health beginning from within the body, and has always kindly offered advice about the importance of drinking water and eating clean. I see her very regularly.The owners of Belleza are kind and friendly.I always have a great experience overall.
My favorite salon in Knoxville, hands down. High-end but fair pricing, perfect atmosphere. My cuts and color always look AMAZING. This time especially I cannot praise Hunter enough for doing such a perfect job on my color - it is 100% what I wanted and then some. As long as Belleza is here I will never go anywhere else.
I had my first haircut experience with senior stylist Regina, it is by FAR the best haircut/style I have ever received. I have thin, straight hair and she was able to give it so much life. Thank you!!!!!!!
I visited back in June of this year and got lash extensions. When I first got them applied they looked beautiful and were just what I wanted. Unfortunately, the next two days over half of them fell out. They are not supposed to last that long, but I know they are supposed to last more than two days. I followed all care instructions I was given. I dont wear makeup and barely touched them. I called about it and was told I could get a refill. I went back to get them fixed, but was still charged (for price a refill instead of the full new set). Which, also fell out shortly after being fixed. So in the end, I spent a total of $385.5 including tip with basically four days of lash extensions to show for it. Extremely upset that I wasted my money here.

Kedric cut my hair today and it was such a wonderful experience. He listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, and I ended up with a cut that I love. Highly recommend him and looking forward to going back! Very professional environment and theyre taking precautions to make you feel safe and limit the spread of covid.
I went in there for the first time and they cut my hair but first I wanted an ombre cut and color so they told me my hair was too damaged to do that so then I asked if I could just get it cut and highlighted and they said it was still too damaged to do that so what they did was dark in it a little at the top and make it a little bit lighter you cant even hardly tell it got lighter and after all of that they told me to come back in 8 weeks and maybe they can make it even later to get more of the ombre look so I paid out two hundred and something dollars for haircut and color that I really didnt want but thats my fault not theirs. I should have asked how much it was going to be I didnt think Id be over $200! But they were awesome people, the place was clean everyone is very pleasant and its more of a upscale Salon and Spa so I dont think Ill be going back in 8 weeks I dont have that kind of money to keep putting in my hair but that was just my experience somebody everybody else might have a different experience they just said just because my hair was so damaged from using boxed coloring? Have no clue why that matters but I guess it does... I hope this helps someone out thank you for reading my post

Second time for hair color. It seems its a school for new hair stylist . First appointment color and cut with blow out. Color not what I ask, (he said whoops you can come back for a do over if you want) cut good, blow out past to a rookie and was terrible because he had another client. Wasnt I the one before her? Today Second try. Color good but during the color prep he stopped and started to work on other clients and again passed to a rookie for the rest of my color application. Shampoo nothing like the first (I had great message that he bragged he was good at) blow out I was truly shocked! He was all about volume blowout and left with a flat head on top and volume on the ends. Also my color price was $51 and for some reason ther was $10 more added to my ticket. I was so irritated I just paid it. And of course I was ask if I would like to add for gratuity. Not returning ever and will not recommend Belezza at all.
This salon absolutely ruined my wife’s hair and when we went back to have them fix it they failed. It’s loud, there staff is friendly but unknowledgeable on modern technique (even tho we asked them to pair us with someone highly recommended and experienced). Also, the product they is to highlight is very strong smelling. The whole salon is sensory hell. If you have smell or noise sensitivities do not go here.
I drove 25 miles so my wife can get a massage. My wife and i pulled into the parking lot and the receptionist called her on her phone and canceled the appointment due to the person being sick. I had to drive additional 25 miles home. They didnt even offer us anything to make up there mistake. They should do something for there clients when this happens!!!
My significant other and I have been to a couple salon/spas, but Belleza here on Kingston Pike in Knoxville is by far the best experience for a couple like us. Both times weve been it has been relaxing, and the staff/masseuses have really made us feel comfortable while removing the stress and tension that builds up for all of us just trying to survive in the current climate of our society. Im sure well be going back again, and no other spa has impressed us, either before we have gone to them, or after, for that matter.
I got my first facial recently with Nadereh. I am very self conscious about my skin and she only made me feel worse. She made sure I knew how scarred my face was from acne. She kept drilling me about my skin care routine. I told her how Im a night nurse and I take my makeup off after a long shift and thats about it. She couldnt believe I didnt at least use a moisturizer. She kept telling me how important is was because of my age and wrinkles. Im 28, back off a little! I have a milia spot on my chin area that Ive had for more than one year. Its like a pimple that has never come to a head. I need to go to a dermatologist to get it removed. She got to that area and was like what is this on your face? All I could think was, youre the expert shouldnt you know??? At the end of the session she said, Im glad you came in for your first facial, you really needed it. She just made me feel uncomfortable the entire time and I wanted my facial to be over.I was told by another staff member thats just her culture. I understand how some things are misinterpreted across cultures, but I just spent $85 for you to rub my face, be a little bit nicer!The people at the front desk are never that friendly. I left a comment card and no one ever responded.

My name is Shannan, I went in April 20th. 2018 to have my long hair, mid back, cut short. Short, meaning above shoulder at ear length, really short. My first time at salon and with Amber was fab. I even called to leave message of how happy I was, the versatility of the cut, sassy, run your fingers in it when wet - you got style. I wanted to keep up with style and called for a trim July 3rd. 2018. I walked out knowing something was off. I went home tried to play with the style and even washed to see how it lays, since she blowed and used curling iron. She did not do the first time, the curl ironing, so I wanted a fair view of what was up.IT IS NOTHING LIKE BEFORE AND NOT FOR THE BETTER! It is chopped up, butched, there is no run your fingers through to have that style you had the first time. It is not a style.I can not believe that my second cut at 65.00, for my first was 100.00 plus 20% tip, my hair is no better or worse than Supercuts after this trim. I would keep paying 100.00 plus 20% tip to feel the happiness I did the first time and not to be put on this emotional rollercoaster. I need to work it and even then it is if my husband helped me cut it or better yet put a hat on. I am not kidding! I showed off my new hair cut in April and people loved it and asked where etc.. After the trim, if I show them, they asked what happened?When something like this happens, you reallize how many mirrors there are, that you pass and at each pass you try to get your hair to look decent, not worse than you went in. And how much it affects you emotionally. It was hard enough to cut at least 7” off your hair the first time and feel great just to have you feel horrible in less than 3 months! And that’s worse than why you went in to begin with!
I go to the location in Bearden and David Morrisette cuts my hair. He is excellent and I never have to worry about what kind of haircut I’m going to get. He takes his time and is a great listener. The location is very clean and the staff are all very professional. Couldn’t recommend David more!
As always, Regina is the best. She has been cutting my hair for over 20 years and I would not dream of having anyone else do it. The staff is always very friendly and attentive.
While belleza is a little bit expensive for a college student like myself it is well worth it! All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming and instantly asks if you walk anything to drink. I would definately describe this salon as more of a hip place and not your average salon. I have seen a couple different people at the salon but chris is by far the best not only from belleza but of all the colorists I have ever been to. I brought my extensions into the salon and he color matched to my real hair PERFECTLY, then at my third visit to him we decided we wanted to do blonde and he took me from a light auburn with a lot if red in it to a beautiful blonde color. He is also very sassy and fun which makes the experience even better, if you need a good color come here FOR SURE and ask for chris. They also have great products!
I have always had a great experience getting my hair cut. I have never been disappointed. Heather does a good job. I recommend Belleza Salon to everyone I know.
My daughter when to this store they lied to her and they basically stole her money what was supposed to be 80 dollars was 200 dollars. Its like extortion. You go to the counter they tell you a new increased price and just stand there as you asked questions and look at you .We went to the main office and they said we here this all the time but each store is individually owned. The owner called my daughter back and repeated over ,over and over my employee said something different what can I do what can I do over and over she said. It really was not the price but the terrible job they done that was the biggest problem. So the owner has mental problems, some of workers lie, and if you get the wrong person you will look like Cruella Deville.
Mikayla Helton did an amazing job on my color. She was very professional and made me feel welcomed. I will definately be back to see her again and would recommend her to anyone!
I visited Bellezza Salon at Turkey Creek. Amy D does an amazing job with highlights and cut. I have seen her for several years. I would highly recommend her
I go to Beardon Hill for facials and waxing b/c they are close to my house and drive to Turkey Creek to have my hair done with Kristen. I have found I like the atmosphere of Turkey Creek better for my personality. All there locations are very different from each other so I would recommend checking them all out. The entire staff at Turkey Creek is very helpful where Beardon Hill is snotty just like the neighborhood. The prices are standard for a quality salon and much less than I was paying when I lived in Chicago and Boston.
I went to Belezza in Turkey Creek on November 1, 2013. Kelsey was my stylist. I am waiting on the owner who is named Regina to call me back so please read on and also watch for my update. When I went in I had blonde on top and light brown/dark blonde on bottom. I wanted the blonde on top to be changed due to the gold color. Kelsey informed me I need to go darker. I decided to do it, and while coloring my hair I over heard her talking to another girl in the salon to make her up some more color. She was explaining the amounts to other girl. She then went and made it herself and then finished my color. She colored my entire hair even though I did not want it all colored. I did agree to do it because she said she was afraid it would not match. I understood and said ok. She NEVER one time told me there was an additional charge for more color. She should have told me that it was more money because for starters its her job to inform me and also if she would have only done the top like I originally asked then I would have had enough color. When she started to rinse it all out I said that I could see red (which I never had to begin with) and some gold still. She said oh theres no red and it always looks different wet then dry. After drying I told her I did not like it but I was respectful and said thank you and still tipped her. I HATE my hair. It looks like red/brown! Did I say I HATE hair? It looks awful but I needed to go pick up my child from school and did not have time to let her try to fix it. I went home crying and the next day called and spoke to the manager Don. He got all I had to say than called me back after he spoke to Kelsey and the owner. He told me that he could not do anything for me! After 141.00 my hair is worse and I was better off and looked better from when I came in. I would rather have my hair golden blonde any day then red/brown. When we first talked color she showed my what it would look like, said it would be dark blonde and lighter then my color underneath, I walked out with ugly hair, 141.00 less in my pocket, and now the manger will not do anything. But, he was nice on the phone when telling me he was not going to do anything for me! :/ Well, the owner Regina is supposed to call me and let me know if she will do anything. All I want is my hair fixed or at least the 50.00 dollars given back to me that I was never told about for extra color. I have been going to a girl for years who never charges extra. If she was not booked until the end of the month I would of went to her. This is FYI, be careful in your decisions, and look for my update to see if the company does the right thing!
Chris at Belleza is a genius. I trust no one else with my hair since my first appointment a year ago. Ambiance is very relaxing and everyone is so friendly.
I was very unhappy with my waxing experience yesterday. Nadereh herself was fine, but the wax was awful. She told me that the hair on my legs was too fine and not long enough, even though it had been two weeks since my last shave. I went for a wax so I wouldnt have to shave, but looks like I will be shaving anyway. I have had my legs waxed a dozen times before and never had anything less than a perfect wax. This was by far the worst and most painful wax I have ever had. I will not be going back.
I have always had a great experience with Belleza Salon on Kingston Pike in Bearden. My cut and color has always been done exactly like I want it to be. I highly recommend this salon.
Massage therapist was late and until I mentioned the starting time, she was going to finish early. No offer of sauna, even though another employee had said it came with it. Never once asked my opinion of how it was going, pressure adjustments, focal points. Repeatedly would passover knots and go back over a max of four stroke = not a single knot I came in with was at all released. I have never had a massage where I had to hunt my own glass of water after the massage. Didnt bother to walk me to check out (if I had been a regular client this wouldnt bother me). For some reason I cant help but tip as if I had received a good spa treatment. Im assuming the employee that recommended this girl is a drinking buddy or roommate because this s*** does not pass as even moderate service at an upscale spa or otherwise.
I wish I could rate this as awful. I cannot believe that someone ever thought of this as one of the best salons in Knoxville! Reading the reviews here, I must say I agree, and I am not surprised at everyones dissatisfaction after going there myself: This place is awful! The staff was unpleasant, my haircut was overpriced, and the cut was nothing like what I asked for and looked terrible. Worst of all, the person cutting my hair smelled awful! I wont be coming back.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! THE STYLIST RUINED MY HAIR & MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE & WOULDNT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OBVIOUS TO THEM I HAD RECEIVED A BAD CUT & HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY HAIR TO GROW BACK, & MEANWHILE IT LOOKS AWFUL. AVOID THIS PLACE! TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!! DONT RISK GOING TO THIS SALON!!!!After specifically asking for an appointment with a stylist who is experienced & charges higher rates, at the last minute without being asked if it was ok or being told a head of time, I was switched to a new & unexperienced stylist who charges the least amount for haircuts, & I didnt find out the stylist was new & unexperienced until I paid! By then, my hair had already been butchered. I specifically told the stylist I like my hair big & to have a lot of volume & just needed my layers trimmed, & without realizing it, the stylist thinned my hair out to HALF of what it was & ruined the layers, & now my curls are frizzy & thin. When I came back & asked for management to remedy the problem, they were unmovable & didnt care about customer satisfaction. They made me wait a half hour & had bad attitudes & wouldnt take responsibility for switching my stylist at the last minute & not asking permission, for not telling me that the stylist was new & unexperienced, & for my hair being thinned out irreparably even though I told the stylist not to. They were snobby & rude & treated me poorly as if i had done something wrong by being unhappy with an obviously bad cut, even though im sure they knew they messed up. I even offered picture evidence of how thick my hair normally is. You cant fix hair that has been thinned out this much! Now, my hair looks awful & is very thin & frizzy from being thinned out by carelessly running sheers down thick coarse curly hair. There is nothing I can do to avoid flat no volume & especially thinned out frizzy hair unless I want to cut all of my hair off where its been thinned & end up with really short hair. AVOID THIS PLACE. THE STAFF IS CHEAP, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & NOT KNOWLEDGABLE OF HOW TO DO HAIR OR HOW TO RUN A GOOD BUSINESS, & YOU WILL END UP WITH A BAD CUT! STAY AWAY FROM BELLEZA UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TRAUMATIZED.

Worst experience!!! I left with a horrible dye job, a headache from my head being tugged on by two people for five hours and charged 160 dollars only to be asked to come back so they could fix it. Unprofessional and would never recommend.
This is my third time at this location. I purchased a gift certificate. The customer service representative was very helpful discussing the benefits and type of certificate I should get.
