Went In looking for a geek vape aegis boost pro wasnt able to find it. However they did still have the tanks so I bought the last 3. Enjoyed talking with the 2 guys there. They were very professional an knowledge. An never tried to force additional sales but did answer am show me what I was interested in. Will definitely come back when in knoxville ahain

First time stopping in here. I forgot to grab my usual brand of disposable vapes before leaving my home state. This place is fantastic! Kohl hooked me up with the exact flavors I was after. I discovered a few new brands based on his recommendations. He nailed it! This dude is extremely knowledgeable on all vape brands and will help you find exactly what youre looking for. Great place & even greater staff! Looking forward to being another return customers of theirs. 👍

These guys are great. Staff is always very personable and friendly, they try to be as helpful as possible, owners are involved and engaged, and prices are great. Been coming here exclusively for my vape needs since I moved here several years ago, and would recommend this shop over any other in West Knox.

I came in and Josh took care of me super impressed. I was vaping on a salt nic mod so I switched to a geek vape mod that take regular juice. It was closing time he went out of his way to show me how to prime my coil and he fixed my tank also if I was use I would use this vape shop everytime they have a deal 6 mg ml bottle for 5 bucks with multiple selections really impressed

My favorite store in town. One of the last ones that still offer rebuildables and actually keep new stock of them coming in. They also have a good selection of pods, accessories, liquids, and other supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with no ego. Its refreshing to have somewhere that not just disposables and cannabinoids.

I have been here twice and had excellent customer service both times! Today when I came in, Andrew helped me. I cant imagine how many questions I asked, but Andrew very patiently answered each and every one of them. I left with so much more knowledge than when I came in! He listened carefully to my preferences and pointed me towards a couple of vapes I would like. He was right on point!! I left with the caliburn g. It was very reasonably priced. I just recently started vaping so I had some questions about the difference between different types of vapes. The staff was very helpful and informative. The other vape shops Ive been to treated me like an idiot who was wasting their time. Highly recommend this shop based solely on customer service. (I dont know enough about vapes to say whether they had a good selection or not 😆)

Honestly it is sad that companies think that people just want to rip them off. This is the second time i have bought a disposable from here and it has had problems. They were both Escobars. The first time I just brushed it off as a fluke, second time I figure I would bring it back to see if they would make it right. The lady without asking any questions said that I should have brought it back within 12 hours. I work 10-12 hour shifts. They really should put some kind of a disclaimer that says buyer beware, all products sold as is, kind of like buying a used item on Craigslist. You think supporting local business means that they give great customer service or they stand behind the products they sell. I know you cannot refund or exchange every single thing item that has an issue but they should judge it on a case by case basis. It really isnt about the $25 or whatever I paid for it but the principle of the thing. I know I havent spent the most money there because I have only been going for a year but I have made quite a few purchases there but I guess I will be driving out of my way to go to smokey mountain vapor, atleast there I know the owner Is there all the time and wouldnt hesitate to make things right even if it meant maybe losing money that one time to make sure I would continue to shop there and spend money at his shop.Edit: I love the condescending tone of the owners response. Instead of giving a real apology or offering to make it right they deny responsibility because they dont manufacture their own products. As if 99.99% of people dont know that most vape stores are retailers and not producers. Then chastising me because I didnt email them. I went to the store in person to try and remedy the situation and I was just asked if want to buy another one? Its okay, I understand. Thank you so so much for telling me how leaving a bad review is not how to resolve a problem. Its funny how you think that i wasnt just trying to warn the public of bad business practices.

Absolutely love the house line juices as well as the other lines they carry. I am able to get all my favorites in one place AND at GREAT PRICES!! So far the best price for great juice I have found in Knox for value & quality. Staff is very friendly and experienced and always willing to help if they can. I will drive out of my way some days just to go there for juice that other stores carry simply because the service and price are the best!! Thank you to all!

Guy seemed nice, prices were OK, but I personally wasnt very thrilled with the harshness of the house blend juices I purchased. However this was my only visit, & only two flavors so thats more preference & personal taste than an actual quality issue. Your mileage may vary! Overall though, it was a pleasant experience & if I lived in the area, I would give them another try.

Fred and his team are amazing! Whether we go in just to visit or purchase, we always leave happy. They are always 100% honest about everything they sell. Their juice is great, they have a wide variety of mods and accessories.

The ONLY place I go to for any vaping needs. Staff is absolutely amazing and always helpful. Even if you have never been there and know nothing whatsoever about vapes, and just want to quit smoking, they have a knowledgeable staff that will make sure you leave with something that will help you easily transition and with whatever parameters you have or just tell them how long and how much you smoke. Its is tough for me to give a place 5 stars, but this place deserves 6! They fix mods! They also have an excellent staff, and a wide verity of experience and knowledge as well as mods, tanks, and execeries! The owner is the type of guy, you want to buy a beer after 5 minutes of meeting. Im definitely a new regular !!!

I’ve always heard people talk about the long process of visiting a vape shop to get started. I was not looking forward to it, but I also didn’t want to risk ordering something online. The girl working was AWESOME though, and managed to determine what would work best for me, ring me up, and give me a tutorial in less than 10 minutes. She didn’t try to convince me that I needed anything super fancy/expensive and she very clearly explained the difference between different options. The e-liquid she recommended has turned out to be perfect. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to get started but doesn’t have time for some huge unnecessary sales demo. The experience was efficient but I didn’t feel rushed. I’m sure if I’d had a ton of questions or wanted to sample stuff, that wouldn’t have been an issue at all.

I LOVE this place. Very knowledgeable and friendly employees! Owner came through my drive thru and her and I had a conversation about our mods which prompted me to visit the store and have been coming here ever since. Employees always answer any questions you have. Even when I was just getting started with my mod they were very helpful and I learned a lot.

I am embarrassed to admit this but I smoked Marlboro lights for years. Our son asked me to stop smoking. When our kids ask us to do something... Timmy always helps me. He is very knowledgeable and enjoyable. I picked out a rainbow Smok mod that will go up to 230W. The batteries and coil are separate. I had looked up how much these mods are typically sold. Just like the commercials say over and over and over and over and over :) The employees here are more than happy to help explain everything to you if you walk and and say Im a noob, please help. The girl behind the counter made a few suggestions on which mods to buy, variety of battery chargers, and then we talked about which flavors to start with based on the things I had tried from friends/coworkers. She handled the full explanation and got me signed up for the loyalty program in under 15 minutes and I plan on going back for coils once I burn thru the first two.

We are in town from ohio and it is hard to find nice shops when you in a new town. Well I can tell you that this shop made me feel like I was in ohio at my main shop. They made me feel like family. We were able to sit down and relax and chat. The other shops in knoxville I didnt feel that comfortable in. Their prices on the mods are perfect. Their juice is amazing and affordable. Johns country brew is amazing, you must give it a try. Also unlike most shops they have clones and they tell you they are clones. They wont rip you off. If you are looking for a new shop go in and check them out! We love you guys and will be back soon!!

But low and behold Tennessee Vapor Factory had the coils I needed as well as reordering more of what i needed. Showed me how to change the coils and what juices to get for my vape. This is THE place to go if you are looking for great service and a great selection! Most of the e-liquid is of a craft verity, but so far so good on Spindle! They also have a huge selection of used high end mods! They are still the only place I have found that have AV mods ON THE SHELF!!! This is a must stop at in knoxville if you find yourself nearby!

Went in to get a new rda and mod, and got exactly what i wanted. Staff members were very helpful and there was alot of options to choose from. I ended up with a profile mesh rda (what i came for) and the topside squonk mod. Staff even helped me set everything up. Will be shopping here from now on.
