Absolutely love this business! I have been visiting this location for years & highly recommend. I have done several couple massages in the past and today I had a deep tissue massage from McKenzie. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The set up is very luxurious, welcoming, and relaxing. Complimentary drinks are provided and a steam shower at the end. Everything is very clean and well kept. The peppermint aroma is my absolute favorite to use during the massage. The prices are more than reasonable and worth every penny. Staff is very welcoming and friendly as well. I tell all of my friends and family to visit this location. Definitely a great way to enjoy a day off! :)

I refuse to get a massage anywhere else. I specifically see Lora, she specializes in sports and deep tissue massages. the place is very clean, and they provide you with lockers to put your things in before you go into your massage. They offer complementary drinks, and complementary aromatherapy. Afterwards, you have the option of taking a steam shower or shower and they also provide you with razor shaving cream, and I believe toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as hair gel, and hairspray. I personally choose a two hour massage, and it’s the best thing ever. I honestly feel like it’s a great price for what you get! I also mainly choose the northshore location, i like the smaller atmosphere.

I had a 90 minute massage with Lakeesha, and she was absolutely wonderful!!! She took the time to talk about what areas I needed her to focus on, and asked me if I needed more or less pressure during the massage to make sure I was comfortable. The whole space is clean, relaxed, and cozy. I loved the steam shower afterward as well! Great experience! I’m looking forward to my next massage already!

Longevity is a great facility in a super convenient location. Nicer than some of the other massage spas in the area like massage envy and not pushy. Overall a very relaxing experience ending with a steam for a very reasonable price. I had Emily and she was exquisite with perfect pressure and great feedback throughout. Highly recommend!

Longevity is THE place to go for a massage. They have a huge staff that offer a wide variety of services/styles to suit your every need. For everything you receive during your appointment, the prices are beyond reasonable. Kerston handled my appointment, and she was incredible. Ive had extra stiffness and tightness in my calves and hamstrings lately. She spoke with me prior to the massage to discuss any concerns or problem areas I may have. During the massage, she was able to adjust pressure where needed and work out all the knots in the back and legs. I had my next appointment scheduled before I ever left the parking lot!

All the luxurious spa perks for the same price as a membership at massage envy with no perks. Friendly front desk and ease of booking appointments. The waiting areas are so beautiful as well!

I had my first ever massage at the Bearden location with Andrea and it was incredible. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff and therapists are all super friendly and accommodating. The whole experience from booking to leaving was very easy and stress free. Can’t recommend enough!

I don’t get massages often, but when I do, I need it to count. Gui spent 90 minutes truly working out every knot in my shoulders and calves. The steam showers are phenomenal, and I left with so much of my tension gone! Thank you all for a fabulous experience

I LOVE LONGEVITY! The experience was stellar. Upon arrival, I was directed to the lounge area which had refreshments (wine, water, etc) and a room to change into a weighted robe. I booked the 60-minute massage with Mckenzie and it was heavenly.What stood out about Longevity to me was the fact that I didnt have to pay extra for the goodies that are applied towards my massage. For example, at the place I normally go, I have to pay $5-10 extra for beverages or essential oils. At Longevity though, the additional things (like wine & essential oils) were complimentary.And lastly, the massage was by far one of the best (if not THE BEST) massages Ive received. She listened to what was bothering me and made sure I was comfortable as the time went on. It was the good kind of pain that makes you gasp a little but releases ALL the tension in your body. The experience was just what I needed after taking 4 law school finals!

I love the atmosphere here. It’s very relaxing and inviting. The amenities included with your massage are a step above what you would expect. Lauren was a wonderful masseuse and she gave me the best massage I have ever had. All the staff are very nice and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Ross was absolutely amazing! Beyond accommodating and very knowledgeable! I went in because I had thrown my back out (I’m 30 and have had muscle issues in my lower back and hips since i was a teenager.) I’m not joking when i say i woke up the next day and I’m in zero pain. So thankful for Ross!!

This is the ONLY place to go for a massage in Knoxville if you ask me. I hesitate to say my therapists name because I dont want her to be booked out. Shes the only one I go to because she is THAT good. Hot towels, perfect pressure, doesnt chit chat the whole massage so I can completely relax, and she gives a fabulous massage from head to toe. The ambiance of the facility is perfect - clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Had a 90 min massage with Ellie yesterday. SO restorative. Even though I did Medium-Firm pressure it was so relaxing and I almost fell asleep. I always try to go early to sit in contemplation and silence before my treatment as I love the lounge spaces at both locations. Extreme self-care is essential for filling our own cups first and being able to show up as our best self! Thank you longevity for the space and services you provide us!

Absolutely the best place around for an upscale, professional massage. Never had a bad masseuse or experience. Clean locker room, massage rooms, steam showers and well-appointed lounge area. All my neck and shoulder tension is melted away by a tailored massage and steam shower. Ahhh…can’t wait until my next visit!

New update: After waiting 6 months, the owner decides to reply to my post and defend their stance. The owner claims they chose to waive my cancellation fee but never communicated this to me in any way. This matter could have been easily resolved and I would still be a valued member with one simple contact.This should tell you all you need to know.Update: I just had to cancel last minute for reasons beyond my control, and for the first time ever, and Im being charged a $30 fee, so will never return again.Original: Its a little pricey but worth it since they treat you like a king (or queen). You have access to steam room, shower, wine and snacks before or after your massage.FYI - Im not out to get anyone and always begin a review of a company at five stars and work my way down from there.

Absolutely incredible! My husband sent me here for my 30th birthday, and it was probably the worst thing he could have done because I could come back every month! Seriously, this place is incredible, and if you are considering a massage in Knoxville, you will not regret going here.

Perfect place! It was for my wife so this is what she said. My experience started with a nice Rob, champagne and relaxing waiting spot I could unwind. Then my massage therapist, Kersten, hand-picked a therapy session that was right for me. I feel 100% better after this. The staff was confident, kind and service was great. Look nowhere else.

Hayden was amazing - I’ve had this knot thing in my back for a few weeks now and be really listened and work with me to alleviate some of the discomfort I was having.The locations are beautiful and quiet, you get a robe and slippers and they really take pampering to the next level for the area :)

Erin is incredible!!! It was my first time visiting and she walked me through the entire process and was so calming and funny! The atmosphere is super relaxing. Definitely recommend Erin and opting for the steam shower as well!!!

I should probably wait to write this review until I’m not “massage drunk” lol, but I cannot wait.I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Lakeesha, and it was an absolutely transformative experience. Her skilled hands seemed to instinctively know exactly where to ease away the tension and stress. Im now a dedicated fan of Lakeeshas work and plan on becoming a regular client. Her expertise is truly remarkable and has me eagerly looking forward to future sessions. If youre in search of a massage therapist who can work wonders, Lakeesha is the one to see!

It was my first time here. They have very comfortable robes and a nice front desk staff. I got a mimosa and they had cookies chocolate and water that were all very nice. I did aromatherapy and hot rocks which were amazing but I felt like during certain parts of the massage my provider used too much pressure.. more than I asked for anyway. The front desk also told me shed massage me head if I wanted but never did (which I wouldve loved). I would definitely come back but maybe not for the same person this time.

I asked for a deep tissue massage... And I definitely got it. It was the best, most detailed and thorough massage Ive ever received! Will most definitely be back. Eric knew his stuff!!Update. Many of the staff there are phenomenal. Very thorough and detailed. Gosh, I ALWAYS leave there feeling relaxed and refreshed. This past time, Nathan was my massage therapist. He is 10/10!!

Great experience and the office itself is gorgeous with great staff and ambiance. Nothing but good things to say about this location. Staff are always welcoming and warm. It’s a nice detox from the usual hustle and bustle. Here they treat everyone kindly and never rush you in or out. After a few visits, this has become my go-to spot for massages

Always a great experience here - I think this was my third time. This time, I arrived early enough (~25 min) to take advantage of the full luxury they offer, switching into a fluffy bathrobe and slippers and sipping a glass of complimentary bourbon in the mens lounge before the 60 minute massage. I want to give a personal thank you to Iliyana, my masseuse, who was excellent! She applied exactly the touch I was looking for and gave the right amount of attention to sore areas while still providing a great experience for 60 minutes.

Just had my 2nd visit with MaKayla! I love how she listened to what I needed. I def think I will go back to the 90 minute. 60 just isnt enough. Nice and welcoming atmosphere. im happy to finally find a place that is professional and helpful!

It was my first time to longevity and I was so impressed. The locker room/ waiting area was so luxurious, thoughtful, and clean. Sipping a mimosa while waiting for a massage is something I could get used to! Some massage spas make you pay extra for essential oils which I think is silly and longevity did not and they had a wonderful variety.Abi did my massage and it was amazing. I had slept on my neck wrong so I wanted deep tissue massage in that area to work it out and she read my mind. It was effective, thorough, and relaxing.I would highly recommend!!! Worth every penny.

I must say I was not happy initially due to a scheduling mistake. The owner immediately stepped in and made up for the mistake and fixed it. I took my mother to enjoy the experience and it was perfect!! They far exceeded my expectations, as I thought initially it was going to be a hot mess. The staff were so kind, the Salon itself is beautiful and relaxing. Michelle was AWESOME, she made me feel for an hour like I was the Queen and all my worries went away, I left completely relaxed. To top it off, we had a steam shower at the end that was amazing. I highly recommend Longevity.

Truly the best massage I’ve ever gotten. The prices are competitive and the massage therapists are top notch! I will never go to another place for a massage again! If you’re looking for someone to listen to what you need and understand, you have to try Longevity! I have been twice and seen two different massage therapists and both were more than I could imagined. Even in the middle of a pandemic, they both still made it known my time was important and they took such good care of me. Ask for Wendy, she is AMAZING!

The first time was just ok, it’s as if they didn’t know what to do with me. The second was much better. I was offered a plush robe, sandals and a quiet place to wait along with complimentary drink, one of the options was Elijah Craig bourbon🤯Yes, please. Although I shouldn’t drink before an intense massage, I loved the offer. Joseph, my LMT did a good job. Four stars because the experience was very inconsistent both visits.

This was my first time for a massage, but I cannot imagine a better first experience than what I received from the very gifted and adept hands of Ashley. From the time I walked in the door, where I was warmly greeted and checked in, I felt this was going to be an experience to remember. And it was. The spa is perfectly appointed and the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. Everything was, in a word, perfect. I can hardly wait for my next visit.

Recently discovered this place by accident. I used to go get cheap massages fairly frequently. This is less than $20 more per session than what I was paying and is SO worth it! I scheduled an appointment at one location, then showed up at the wrong location by mistake. The Bearden staff worked me in immediately and I had an awesome massage. I have been to Bearden 3 times and have had a different therapist each time. Each massage was slightly different, but just as awesome as the one before. Highly recommend!!

I loved the atmosphere, the robes and shoes, the customer service, the beds are incredibly warm and comfy, the massage was amazing, and the steam shower was the cherry on top! Going again as soon as possible.

Not only was the massage incredible but the care and pre/post massage opportunities were fantastic. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular.

I absolutely loved my massage at Longevity Meredith was amazing! Shes extremely customer service oriented, professional and experienced. For it being my first time here, I was very satisfied I love the aura and atmosphere being calm and quiet. The sandals robe and steam shower were huge bonuses it makes you never want to leave! The staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Longevity for a very relaxing stress forgetting luxurious massage. I will return for Meredith!

I had a fantastic experience here. The atmosphere and amenities go far beyond your typical massage center. They also offer access to a steam shower following your massage at no charge - which is a fantastic way to end the experience. My massage therapist (Jesse) was able to work through some serious knots and tension, and was very adaptable to my pressure needs. I will definitely be back.

This was by far the best experience Ive had in a while. Longevity is a beautiful modern establishment with peaceful vibes. I was greeted by friendly staff and taken to a low-lit sitting room with refreshments and a changing room with thick, comfy robes and a locker to put my belongings. I was offered a mimosa and by the time I was done with it, my therapist came in to greet me. She offered me a variety of essential oils to incorporate into my massage...I highly recommend the peppermint blend! I prepared for the massage and then went into relaxation mode and she worked out months of stress knots and tension. Lindsay is highly talented and seems to have chiropractic knowledge because I have not ever had a massage that effective. Afterwards, I was taken to a steam shower in a spacious bathroom to wash the oils off and wake back up. This is definitely my new go-to Knoxville spa.

Emily was great! The whole experience is just relaxing, calm and allows you to collect yourself. The amenities at this location are great, so many offerings for those who like to go all out on their massage. After my massage I used the steam shower and will continue to use it after any massage I get here!

I had my first massage ever last night with Kersten and it was incredible! The whole place is beautiful and extremely clean. I was greeted with a choice of either an alcoholic beverage or non, and then shown where to change into the comfiest robe. Lockers were provided with special coded locks. I didnt have to wait at all after dressing and Kersten met me and guided me to the room. I got to pick out a relaxing scent and she asked me what areas I wanted to focus on. The whole experience was so relaxing and I felt so rejuvenated after. I have a lot of anxiety about being touched and Kersten made me feel comfortable and calm. I also got to take a shower afterwards in a really nice bathroom with all sorts of amenities. I hope to be back very soon!

Look no further... this is the place. BEYOND relaxing. They offer whiskey, wine, mimosa, or champagne while you wait (make sure you get there early!!!) They also let you have a private steam shower after... cant wait to go back!

This place is legit!!! I’ve had a few massages in my life, but this place made the others seem like those hydra massage machines in the mall. I swear. I didn’t deserve to walk through the door. I got a robe, ya’ll! A nice one! There wasn’t just water in the waiting room... not just lemon water in the waiting room... oh,no... chocolate covered nut bark stuff and some sort of lemon cookies. I didn’t even have a chance to try the third thing before being whisked away to my warm massage table. Needless to say, everything in there went quiet swell. My only suggestion is to offer and let me pay for an extra hour of room rental so I can just conk out for a nice nap before I have to move again. Then I got to put on that snazzy robe again and meander down the hall to not one but two showers; regular and steam. Dude, I’ve never even seen a steam shower before! I didn’t know what to do with it. I ended up doing both ... at the same time!!! My mind was blown. I’ll admit. I might have just walked around naked for a few minutes in the bathroom because I could... and because compared to my bathroom/shower at home, this was like the Taj Mahal! Finally, I went back to the changing room where there are individual lockers for your stuff. However, I was highly offended by the clothes I was supposed to put back on. Don’t get me wrong, they were mine and I had just worn them in an hour or so earlier but they did not meet up to my current standards at the moment. Since I’m fairly sure that walking out in the robe would have been taking their hospitality just a touch too far, I reluctantly dressed in the peasant rags that lay before me. I considered for a moment if I could fit in the locker and just live there forever, but alas, the real world is calling. Next time, I’m just going to block off half the day to just hang out. There will never be another massage place for me that isn’t Longevity.

The experience was wonderful at the Bearden location! The welcoming staff. The tour. The simplicity of check-in/out. The refreshments in the waiting room and complimentary adult beverage. Everything from the robes, heated massage beds, cleanliness, lighting, showers, use of essential oils and the magnificent massage have me singing their praises :)

I came excited for a relaxing experience and left frustrated. This visit started off with a mix-up about the appointment time (admittedly a misunderstanding on my part, but wasnt handled graciously by the front desk). During my massage, I was underwhelmed by Connors technique, and he did not check in on how it was going or how it went after the fact. After 5 years of positive experiences at Longevity, this was my first poor one.

I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with Longevity Spa!!! Our favorite location is Bearden Hill. I have recently visited a massage place in Powell and after visiting Longevity I will always go back to Longevity. The place in Powell was a sales pitch the entire time, the waiting area was very small and not very inviting with men and women in the same room. Longevity has the best facilities, soothing atmosphere, aromatherapy was included in the services, clean facilities, and extremely professional massage specialist. Longevity is the best spa in Knoxville in my opinion!!!

Just visited the Bearden Hill facility yesterday evening. Had a very good experience overall- nice and clean, though it was a bit too warm inside.Emily was my therapist and she did an amazing job. And you get a complementary wine before the massage, which can help you to stay more relaxed throughout the time.

Today was my second time getting a massage at longevity. It was amazing. This is a hidden gem. I love this place. The atmosphere and professionalism is amazing.

My fiancée and I had a couples massage with Lindsey and Ashley and we had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Plus robes, mimosas, wonderful massages at wonderful rates, then a trip to the steam bath! The bathroom also had shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hair dryer, etc so you could leave looking and feeling fresher than when you came in. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I’ve been to many spas in Knoxville and this is hands down my favorite! From the massage itself, to the amazing space and amenities, it was perfect! Also, the pricing is a little more affordable than other places, which is always a plus! I will be back and I have already recommended to two of my friends (and I just went yesterday).

This place is amazing - I’ve gone twice and had two difference massage therapists and both knocked my socks off. My husband and I had a relaxing couples massage today and the steam shower is just the way to finish the night off. The staff running the cash stand are always super helpful and polite. Can’t wait for my next massage!

The overall experience was next level! Being able to change into a robe and then have snacks before the massage. Then be asked if you would like a drink and then choose your essential oil was just so welcoming as well as relaxing! Knoxville does not have a next level massage therapy like this! Pricing is very competitive.

This is absolutely my most favorite place to get a massage. I see Jenny and she works out all the knots I get from my career as a hairstylist. I love that they do aromatherapy, deep tissue, or whatever I need that day all for the same price. And the steam showers are heavenly!

What a gorgeous space! Its at least three times larger than their Northshore location with tons of amenities. The mens lounge is nicely decorated and comfortable, the massage rooms are beautiful, and the steam showers are a great way to end a massage.Its also really easy to reach on bearden Hill, just a couple of minutes off if I40.Highly recommended.

Every second from when you enter the door is relaxing and perfect. There is a lounge with refreshments, cozy chairs, and robes. The massage specialists are excellent. The massage tables are heated and really comfortable. There are steam and shower rooms with everything you may need. Everything detail is thought out.

Update: management contacted us and went above and beyond to recover our only negative experience at Longevity. We have since returned several times and have had wonderful experiences. I would highly recommend Longevity for their great services and wonderful customer service.My sister, mother, and I have visited both Longevity locations in the Knox area several times, and we have always had a wonderful experience. It is rare that we can all 3 find time to go together, so when we called just one day in advance for 3 appointments, we were surprised that there were appointments available. (We we’re supposed to be vacationing but due to the hurricane, we cancelled those plans and we’re looking for replacement activities, hence the late notice.) So, we arrive for our appointments and the receptionist seemed confused. She asked for our information and eventually told us our appointments were for the next day. She did not apologize or show any empathy. She condescendingly asked if we received the appt confirmation text with the date (which we did receive, but did not check the date, as we made the appt over the phone for “tomorrow” - no dates were mentioned). This was clearly her mistake, and while it was a simple one, her lack of care afterwards was pitiful. We were clearly upset and she offered no reconciliation. When I asked about openings at the other location, she did not attempt to check on this option; she instead responded with “it’s really hard to get in as a walk-in at both locations” .. which is exactly why we made appointments. 🙄 all this to say that we will not be back to this location, if any Longevity location at all. Customer service is important, and the lack of care this receptionist showed really speaks for itself. Everything else about Longevity is 5 stars, but this was very disappointing and rude.

I have been visiting Longevity Massage at Bearden for several years and I have had a fantastic experience every visit. For my most recent visit, I had the opportunity to experience my first 2 hour long massage and words can not express how wonderful it was. Jazmon has been my Specialist for a while and her hands are like magic! I had been experiencing a lot of discomfort in my shoulder, to the point where lifting my handbag was painful. After my massage, the discomfort has lessened considerably! I can move again! Jazmon works miracles! She is a fantastic person and her amazing spirit shines in her conversation!! Jazmon makes each session fantastic. She has always been able to soothe my nervousness and put me at ease. I treasure my visits to this establishment because I know I will come away from the experience feeling rested, relaxed, and more comfortable in my body. Thank you to Longevity and to Jazmon! As a first timer, I thought the experience was fantastic. Nathan was my masseur. He did an amazing job on my back and feet especially. The steam shower at the end was a fantastic way to end the session.

Amazing!!! If you need a massage in a relaxing spa atmosphere, this is your place! Before your massage you undress into a robe and offered any drink of choice, full hour massage, and hot steam shower afterwards. Steam shower is a MUST. Request Erica, shes amazing!!!

Just walking into the building was a relaxing experience. Travis has done very well for himself in developing a great spa. An amazing place to go and getting a very relaxing massage. The areas to change have a great shower for afterwards. If you need a great massage and relaxing environment this is the place to go! Travis does an amazing massage as well.....

Earlier this year, I posted that I would not recommend Longevity due to miscommunications. The owner reached out to me. He was very nice and apologetic about what had happened and offered to make it right. After many months of me not being able to make it back in (life happens), and the owner staying in touch with me, I finally made it there today. It was perfect timing actually after a difficult work week. I have to say, I think its the best massage Ive ever had! And Ive had many over the years.

I’ve been to quite a few massage places in Knoxville but after my first visit to Longevity I’ll never go anywhere else! I LOVE this place. I’ve seen Jazmon at Bearden and Kay Kay at Northshore for prenatal and regular massages. So friendly and accommodating. Something that stands out to me is the very relaxing and classy environment without snooty staff members. Love that about BOTH locations.

I have had the best massages of my entire life at Longevity. I have been several times and have had different therapists at the different locations, but Abi has literally given me the best massage the last three or four times I’ve gone, and I only want Abi now! It was my first time ever getting a professional massage. I have severe back issues from being in the Marines. Jenny explained some issues gave me recommendations and was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Jenny to anyone. We talked the entire time like two friends. Jenny now has a client for life.

Clients are not informed of policies or coupon rules during initial communication. Managements inflexibility negatively impacted our receiving medical attention. Everyone understands the need to enact policy to mitigate “on the whim cancellations” however, procedures that should be in place to address warranted client emergencies are missing. Two reviews were left because two people were involved.The receptionist working on Friday March 29th neglected to inform us of your cancellation policy over the phone. Additionally she did not obtain our email addresses. Since we booked over the phone, we never visited your site and were never aware of your 24hr cancellation notice policy. For the shortcoming(s) of your staff alone you should have waived the fee not to mention such a viable reason (medical attention). You had the opportunity to provide stellar customer service and win over a client....instead you chose to strong arm a client and lose out on future business. Sad.

I had shoulder surgery in November. Chantal was so great!!!! I was in alot of pain and today, I finally felt relief. She was so helpful and understanding my pain. I will be back in a month or sooner!!!

Great folk. Its super nice and calming. I always leave there feeling loose and relaxed. The masseuses are always considerate and nice. From the time you get there to when you leave you are a priority. If you want a nice massage in knox go here.
