Excellent place to get a Massage. Just what you need when youre about to take a 16hr international flight 👍The place can be a bit hard to find as it isnt signposted (Google Maps directs you down a Back Alley).The bed was comfy and the room nice and cool with relaxing music. The Massage was great, just the right level of pressure along with stretching and manipulating joints, the Massuese was very friendly and easy to chat to👍 $85 for 1 hour, which is pretty reasonable 👍

I had a great massage and facial! Karen was really nice and she had very strong hands!I was able to park right in front of the building. (Had to go through a little white gate, and up to the second floor).The studio was cute and very clean, massage table was very comfy!

On vacation and needed some relief from tight lower back and shoulders/neck, massage therapist did an excellent job! As a visitor I was a little slow trying to figure out where the parking and actual suite was, but I was directed to the right building when I asked a neighboring business. Overall great experience and will be back when I return to La Jolla!

Unbelievable massage from Karen. Super fast movement and extremely hard pressure (which I love & need), but/and amazingly precise & expert technique that melted my insanely tight muscles. She found knots i didn’t know were there and knew exactly how & where to press for loosening and release. So grateful to have found her—I’ll be back, oh, I’ll BE BACK.

How nice to finally be without pain! Karen clearly had skill, as she quickly assessed and identified my problem areas on my back and upper shoulders. I told her shed accurately found the source of my chronic pain, a series of knots acquired from trauma (car accident back in 2000).There are a series of stretches that I know have always been painful for me, but it doesnt hurt to do them anymore! I would seriously recommend coming here for a nice massage. Aromatherapy and hot stones complimented my deep tissue massage beautifully, and I am so glad I came. I dont leave many reviews, but she deserved this one. Thank you Karen!

Hands down the BEST massage I’ve had in my life.The whole experience from booking online, communicating with Karen about parking and then the massage (50 minute deep tissue) was superb! This was a wonderful massage. This was my first massage since COVID started and Karen made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. She was able to work out a lot of the knots in my back/shoulders and applied the perfect amount of pressure. The hot stones were an added bonus. Its nice that its a single room/bed so that you truly dont hear anyone or anything else around you. Would definitely recommend!

I got this massage as a birthday gift and hands down it was the best massage I have ever gotten😍Karen is so kind and really knows how to do a deep tissue massage! She uses hot rocks and a variety of oils as she transitions through phases which works effectively when attempting to relax the body. She is very thoughtful as to the pressure she uses while doing so as well. Don’t spend your hard earned back breaking, necking aching dollar any where else. This is the place to go!

If I can give Massage Charm a 10 star review it will still fall short. By far the most amazing find and within my budget. Karen is not only skilled, her deep tissue massage is out of this world, she is also warm and charming. The facilities are impeccable as they should as everything is decorated in white. Karen was excellent! She knew how to relieve my stress and pain, and I really felt relieved after the deep-tissue massage. She had a lot of strength, and not just did the massage on the surface of my skin.

Without a doubt, Karen gives the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I was new to the area when I met Karen. I was so sad when she left the business where I first met her, because I desperately needed to track her down again. I finally did (hallelujah) and I cannot speak highly enough of her skill, kindness, or professionalism. I struggle with fibromyalgia, so essentially I have knots in my muscle tissue that never go away. Plus I have intense stress in my life that creates tension everywhere. Karen can feel out my muscles and know what I need before I even ask her to focus on something specific. I cannot articulate how much Karen has improved my life. She is the main source of relief for my physical pain, and she treats me with as much compassion as a dear friend. I love Karen. If you’re looking for deep tissue and pain relief, I cannot imagine a more perfect masseuse to visit. Thank you so much Karen.

Yoyo and Karen were wonderful! Yoyo did my massage and immediately read what my body needed. It was relaxing and felt so wonderful. Karen did my facial and it was so relaxing too. Facial felt wonderful and her massage left me completely relaxed. After chasing a toddler around and being hunched over a computer all day, I feel like a new person! So this was my husband and mine very first massage ever and it felt so good! It was $120 for the two of us for a solid hour and they allowed us in as walk-ins. I was super nervous that it would hurt but Karen (my masseuse) was very considerate and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. It did hurt a little in certain places but as she continued, I felt my body relax and not feel so sore. Yoyo was a little harder on my husband but it was exactly what he needed. They say they cater to your needs and they really do. They were very kind and very helpful and we walked away feeling incredibly relaxed.

In my experience sometimes vendors dont do an awesome job when they know you are using a Groupon - but that was 100% not the case here. This place was so great! Ive received plenty of massages in my life, but this was one of the best. She pushed hard at my problem spots, and ended with relaxing work. And my facial was fabulous. She was very attentive and massaged me even more while my mask was drying. My skin felt great and my back felt even better. Cannot wait to come back!

Karen is an expert masseuse! She instantly found my problem spots (shoulders, back) and went to work on them. She really helped with my tension and pain. My skin looks great after a mini-facial too!

I have some skin issues and found this new place to try out. When I came, the owner was nice and friendly. The facial was nice, quiet and great. I feel rejuvenated after the first session. My acne problems are much better now.The price was reasonable as well. Will come back again to get my reinforce my skin condition.

I WONT COME BACK, because I dont like when a masseuse demands tips. As a customer I should have a choice whether to leave a tip or not. The massage itself was fantastic, employees friendly but I felt uncomfortable being complimented excessively for my nice body.

Please do yourself a favor and go!!! I get massages on a regular basis (2-3x a month) and this was without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. I have never had a therapist take so much pride in their healing. I am just visiting and will make a point to go back every time I am in town!

Dont go here. Very very bad customer services, the manager lies, and theyll hang up on you your face with brief, unfriendly answers. very bad customers service. I teach at a beauty college and tried to place my newly licensed students, is how I came across this very bad business. The manager also said she doesnt have much business. Hmmm, I wonder why.

Ive had massages, but this was the best. I felt relaxed with just the right amount of force on my tense muscles.Definitely worth trying. Left relaxed and satisfied.
